A truly phenomenal experience for me. I am a young woman dealing with intimate issues and pain. It affects my bladder, womb and bowels. As expected it’s an uncomfortable topic to discuss and surrounded by a lot of shame. The team I met with were truly incredible and Mr Freites is a wonderful consultant. I felt very safe and comfortable every step of the way, was reassured constantly and asked for my informed consent for everything. Most importantly, everything that was being done to me was talked through and explained. All the information I was given was detailed, yet clarified to make sure I understood. Finally having a diagnosis, understanding what’s happening to me and what can be done, has filled me with hope again and I am very grateful .

I can’t speak highly enough of Dr Kaur. She has the kindest manor of any doctor I’ve seen. She listens to what you say and you’re never dismissed. You’re able to have honest conversations and you’re treated as an equal. She took so much time to explain my options and go through the surgery process in detail. She even phoned me on a Saturday when I had a question about my surgery. I felt so cared for before, during and after the surgery and I really feel like she has my best interests at heart. She clearly cares about the quality of her patients lives and did everything within her power to improve the quality of mine. I would recommend her wholeheartedly.

All staff, including the doctor we saw, we're very friendly, made us feel at ease, and the procedure appears to have been carried out smoothly. The only thing I'd fault is the communication before the appointment, particularly the emails. They include a misleading price, the suggestion that a follow-up would not be required (when we understand that is completely normal) and we'd understood that we could/should be in the room when the procedure was taking place, which was then quite strongly advised against.

From the first conversation with the practice Manager to the appointment i felt at ease, and confident that the clinic would be able to help me, the response to my questions was promptly answered and further assistance was no trouble at all. My recent visit I had my regular checkup and cleaning done and when I came back in to have work done and honestly this place always out preforms makes you completely at ease and the constant advice on how to better maintain my teeth and it’s always done with a friendly atmosphere from the moment you walk in. Although I felt well cared for during my visit, I was unsure why I was asked to come in at 7am only to not have my procedure done until around 11.30. I was originally scheduled to come at 9.10 but got a call earlier in the week asking to come at 7am -reception didn’t seem to be aware of the time change when I arrived. They still managed to accommodate me, but there was just too much time spent waiting around between my initial checks and the procedure.

I am very grateful to all the clinicians who are involved in my son’s quite complex health issues. I know it will be a long road to recovery but a well worth it I’m sure. Very clean and nice waiting area, the coffee & biscuits are much nicer than the Hampshire Clinic. Reception stall very helpful and efficient. The Polish lady who undertook the ECG was excellent, very helpful and explained what was to be done. With the excellent parking area, coffee & biscuits the whole experience was very pleasant. In addition Dr Bowers was very informative, clear on the results etc. Thank you
