I was very impressed with Dr. Viegas’ professionalism and care. His calm and empathetic demeanour immediately put me at ease and made me feel truly heard and understood. The time spent during the consultation was extremely valuable — especially as we travelled from outside London to seek his expertise. Dr. Viegas took the time to review my case thoroughly, connecting the dots between my past investigations and the in-person tests we did on the day. I also appreciated how he recommended clear next steps with an appropriate sense of urgency, which is very important given my condition. I was also reassured to learn that he would be happy to see me at his NHS clinic at Charing Cross Hospital. It means a lot, especially as he is the first specialist neurologist I’ve seen in the UK who has taken such a comprehensive and thoughtful approach. The reception team were kind, welcoming, and very helpful throughout. Overall, the entire experience was excellent and I left feeling confident and well cared for.

The service I received from Dr Shergill and everyone associated with him, was first rate from start to finish. Having had a very blunt and brief NHS diagnosis it was a relief to find a clinician who took the time to talk about what had been found - a Bcc on the side of my nose - consider how/why it might have happened which I found helpful - and talk through what would happen next. His team also seamlessly connected me with the plastic surgeon for the repair required which was the most concerning aspect for me. On the day, everything ran to time and he was amazingly skilled, removing the growth first time in about 5 minutes. I didn’t even feel the injections. Everything was clearly explained and carried out efficiently. You couldn’t ask for a better or more highly skilled doctor. Thank you.

I had to swallow a small capsule with a camera, along with a blood test and an MRI scan, and everything was explained clearly so I knew exactly what to expect. Dr Campbell made me feel completely comfortable, and the procedures were done quickly and with great care. All the doctors, psychiatric nurses and reception team are outstanding. It's a small thing, but I wish that there was hand cream supplied in the toilets. This may not be the "fault" of The London Psychiatry Centre as they do not own the building, but they could put in a request to the appropriate people. I spend thousands of pounds there so it would be a small but appreciated gesture. Even my hair dressing salon supplies hand cream!

It is now over two years since the procedure and after regular blood tests and MRI's my PSA is satisfactory and stable with all MRI's showing clear with no recurrence of any tumours. The decision to have this procedure with Mr Nigam was one of the best decisions I have ever made and I cannot recommend him highly enough. Further to this, ongoing support and advice from him and Jessica has been faultless and most helpful.

It was my first visit to this practice in Edinburgh. The staff were very friendly and attentive, and Ashley was very professional and put me at ease and was very informative. The environment is very pleasant and inviting, unlike most dentist’s I have been to before and I am 72 years old. The treatment was great value and painless and I look forward to my next visit. Also the coffee in the waiting area was great.

I had a very good experience with Nuffield Health Bournemouth. My cardiologist, Dr Sujata Khambekar, was excellent. She was very friendly and patient and listened attentively when I explained my condition. She very quickly arranged for me to have a heart MRI and stress echocardiogram. Her PA, Kim, also kept me informed about appointments, results etc.

From the moment I stepped through the door, the service I received could not be bettered. Taff Edwards is truly superb; reassuring, friendly, and highly effective.
