Since the moment I entered the clinic I was very well taken care of. The friendliness of the staff made all potential stress go away in seconds. The procedure itself was almost pain free and if any pain was felt that was similar to when one has their blood test done. My treatment was both radiofrequency ablation as well as foam sclerotherapy on both legs. It was done literally in a flash while having a friendly relaxing chat with doctor and nurses. I was shocked when I was informed the treatment was already completed. I have been instructed about the aftercare as a reminder as I had received many emails before the treatment explaining all stages including recovery. Then I simply got out of the clinic and had a walk around the city with my husband who was also amazed how quickly it all went. Their aftercare is spot on too and you can get in touch any time you might feel concerned. It is now my fourth day after the treatment and I feel great and I am so happy that all nasty vericose veins I had are gone. I’m 64 and for the last 5 years have increasingly suffered from symptoms of Benign Prostate Enlargement (BRE) mainly excessive nighttime trips to the toilet. During this period I was under the care of ever changing Urologists in London but without any positive treatments other than being prescribed Tamsulosin which hasn’t been particularly effective. Having recently moved out of London into the Warwick area I wanted to take the opportunity to move forward to a more effective and permanent solution. A Consultant in another field at Warwick Hospital recommended I went to Mrs Maya Harris for an initial consultation. I found Mrs H. to be very empathetic, conscientious and knowledgeable in her field. She examined me and provided clear information on the various alternative surgical procedures including Aquablation of the prostate which was the one I was leaning towards due to it less invasive nature and apparent fewer side effects.. I look forward to moving forward with Mrs H. In the near future to achieve a permanent lasting solution to my prostate issues.

He has a very calm manner that inspired confidence from the outset, and was always courteous and professional, ensuring I had the opportunity to ask questions and was comfortable. The surgery was a difficult one and recovery has been hard but I was fully informed that this would be the case, as such there have been no surprises, and Mr Dwivedi has been checking in during the recovery period and adjusting my treatment as required. The other practitioners he works with are equally excellent, and his PA is responsive and thorough. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Mr Dwivedi as a surgeon.

The staff at the hospital were all very friendly, helpful and efficient. They understood the importance of admission for surgery to the patient and were very supportive. All of the clinical and medical staff were first class, but the support staff were also excellent. The room was clean and comfortable and I was well looked after. The menu options were very good and the food was delicious. I have no hesitation in strongly recommending this excellent hospital.

My session with Dr Gratwicke was excellent in all ways. I thought him perfectly listening and helpful insightful comments. Inhave rates a 4 star experience because I arrived on time and waited 1 hour in the very comfortable waiting room. I felt a 15 min wait is reasonable A up to 30 min… but nearly an hour too much. Dr G though was worth the wait- he was excellent.

Had vitamin B12 with Dr Alexanda always a calming environment. Always greeted with a smile and by name with the receptionist which is a lovely and professional way to be greeted. You dont jusy feel like a number the staff really take time to get to know you and your needs. Excellent service from start to finish with all the little extra touches. Highly recommend

Dr Jacques is amazing. She is so friendly and makes you feel at ease straight away. She has great knowledge about the menopause and explores all the options to make sure she finds the perfect solution. For me she has changed my life considerably, I feel so much better in myself and I personally couldn’t have asked for a better service. Would highly recommend.

I was rescheduled due to an emergency to two hours later but then had to wait until 14:30 for the actual procedure, so a long day without food. But I must say everyone was very nice and friendly and made the delay bearable. Thank you Sorry can’t remember the name of the anaesthetist, he was very kind and reassuring before and after the procedure.

. It’s not clear where the private department is (or any other) as no reception desk at hospital entrance (only a security man on other duties). When in 2nd floor private area do not expect trappings of luxury or flashy equipment. You do get kindness, attentiveness and skill and efficiency. Came out with problem fixed. No cafe.
