This whole experience has been rubbish. One of the questions asked if I had ever had polyps, which I had but 15 years ago, and because I clicked yes, recommended me as not suitable for screening...a lot can happen in 15 years, and it didn't ask me how long ago it was. The form was clunky to use and complete. In the results letter it said if I still wanted screening despite my results, to go to my results page. However when I went to that page it gave no options to select screening. It showed a Submit button on the results page, but would not let me proceed as I had not selected a service, however there were no services to select. The results letter gave me a link asking for feedback, either a quick survey or a detailed survey. When I clicked the detailed one it came up with an Error404 message. When I clicked the quick survey, it asked me questions about recent visits, were the staff friendly, was the practice clean etc, instead of asking any questions about my experience with the recent cancer screening survey...they were completely irrelevant.

We decided to visit them after reading their positive reviews and wanted to give it a try. After reviewing my test results, they recommended a three-month course of treatment. The instructions and cooking process were clear and easy to follow. After completing the three months of treatment, I went for another test and was delighted to learn that my FSH levels had gone down, which felt unbelievable and made us extremely happy. That said, I would have liked to learn more about my TCM diagnosis and what it meant, as this was not really explained to me. This was a bit disappointing, as I was genuinely interested—especially considering the cost of the consultations. Communication and transparency could have been better in this regard. However, Professor Au did call us to reassure us whenever he felt it was needed, which we appreciated. I would recommend them to anyone who is struggling with fertility and looking for support.

Below is my review I left on the website . Feel the need to update this for future patients. From the min I arrived I was greeted with first class service and wouldn’t change a single thing. The level of care was outstanding and Dr Matar made me feel like I was in exceptional hands prior to operation making me feel so at ease while in pre op room, I also have to say the staff prior to op was lovely making me lose any nerves I had prior to the operation. Can’t thank the whole team enough for the level of service I received . Visited physio today 2.5 weeks after surgery and yet again the service received from walking through the door to walking out was exceptional thank you. Keep up the fantastic work and hope the whole team have a wonderful Christmas Visited physio a further twice since above and again outstanding service

Needed a routine hernia operation, didn't want to wait 4–6 months, chose Royal Free Private Patients based on surgeon's online profile and because profits go to NHS; also I have been an NHS patient at RF. Was seen quickly for initial consultation and got surgery appointment when I wanted it. Mr Iype did a tidy job of the surgery, I am now recuperating with no complications so far and very little pain. Anaesthetists were friendly and efficient, and Severo my nurse in my ward was helpful, reassuring and friendly. I had a ward room to myself, which my wife could stay in while I had the surgery. It was clean and roomy, though a little cold – take extra blankets. The lunch I was given after surgery was pretty good, and they were able to get a sandwich for my wife too as well as teas and coffees. All in all, went very well.

Very impressed by Mr Howard from the first referral and pre-op information. He answered my questions personally in a friendly and totally professional manner. The open AAA surgery went well. Excellent care on the vascular ward with honest advice. Mr Howard visited the ward several times and reassured my concerns. He answered my post-op questions personally, and I just had a follow-up clinic with him, which again reassured me. I can contact him directly if needed. I've been very impressed with the the whole process from the screening program at 65, through rapid referral when it was triggered. He gave me a planned operation date at the first referral which held. The elective journey has been smooth and impressive throughout.

Mr Coleridge has been clear & concise, answering my questions, fully explaining my options/ the prognosis etc. The option to wait probably the best part of a year for NHS treatment was not an option for my injury, and having had Mr Coleridge recommended by both my GP and physio I’d extremely glad I dealt with him, and he got me back on my feet…..literally!

Dr Bakshi - THANK YOU!!! I read the other reviews and wondered if the clinic's reputation was too good to be true. I have been on NHS waiting lists for years and they have misdiagnosed me and fobbed me off with cheap options. Dr Bakshi said he immediately knew the problem and showed me a video, leaflets and even research papers explaining my problem. Thank you very much - 6 stars if possible!

Very good. Only learning I would say is the pharmacy don't stock the medication and said they couldn't get it. Also reception tablets take too long to navigate and would feel better if staff would help complete things for a fuller experience especially for older people or people with children.
