20/10 I was recommended to Dr Alek by multiple friends, including one who is a doctor herself and trained under him. He came highly, highly recommended and is known as the best in the business — and I can completely understand why. From the moment I walked into the practice, I was warmly greeted by Sam, the practice administrator. She was friendly, welcoming, and made me feel right at home. Thank you, Sam! I’ve seen many aesthetic doctors and practitioners before, and Dr Alek is by far the best I’ve ever experienced. Previously, consultations felt rushed — numbing cream applied, a quick question about what I wanted, and straight into the procedure. With Dr Alek, it was completely different. We began with a thorough consultation where we discussed my concerns, the procedures I was interested in, and everything I’ve previously had done — including where, when, and any medications I’m on. He then did a full facial assessment, looking at proportions, symmetry, and structure. He carefully felt for any existing filler or lumps, explained what they were, and clearly walked me through what we can and can’t do moving forward. Everything was explained in a way that was detailed yet easy to understand. We created a thoughtful plan of action together, and what stood out most was that he never once tried to “sell” me on anything — something I’ve experienced with every other practitioner before. It’s immediately clear that he truly cares about his patients, has an incredible passion for what he does, and an exceptional eye for detail. He really knows his craft. Today we did Botox, and it was genuinely pain-free. He is precise, intentional, and incredibly gentle. As soon as I left, I couldn’t wait to call my husband and tell him how amazing the experience was. I’ve now officially joined my group of friends who cannot recommend Dr Alek highly enough. I never felt crowded or rushed. My consultation took place in a well‑equipped room with high‑quality medical facilities, which further added to my confidence in the care I was receiving. Overall, the combination of cleanliness, efficiency, professional staff, and excellent facilities made my visit exceptionally positive. I have been so pleased with my experience of surgery by Dr Shilen Patel. At the first consultation he explained very clearly and in detail what my operation would entail and the possible risks, but without scaring me. This gave me a lot of confidence for the day of the operation, and the surgery went very well. When dressings were removed 10 days after my operation I was really surprised to see how neat the wound was, and it was healing nicely. I had very little pain, and Mr Patel explained to me at my follow up appointment that the tumour had been removed fully without rupturing, so there is very little chance of it returning. He had also explained how they had worked to ensure they did not damage a nearby nerve which I had been so relieved about. In conclusion, I was very pleased with the overall treatment received and with the care and respect I was shown. Thank you.

He is kind, listens to his patients and genuinely cares for their welfare. A one-off! Karen, Dr Besherdas’s secretary, is amazing – friendly plus quick and efficient in booking appointments and dealing with queries. For me, finding Dr Besherdas was the best thing that happened for a long time.

Honestly, it was an amazing experience from start to finish. Everyone I spoke to was incredibly friendly and efficient, and the attention to detail really stood out. The clinic is thoughtfully designed to appeal to all ages — my 8 year old was quite apprehensive beforehand but ran straight in as soon as she spotted the Rubik’s cubes. The doctor was warm and approachable, and I was genuinely surprised to receive his report within just a few hours of the appointment. I’ve been to private clinics before, but nothing has compared to this level of care. Even being asked for feedback shows how much thought and consideration goes into Kidswell Health.

My daughter has had cataract surgery on both eyes on the 21st January 2026 everything went according to what we were told the whole surgery went well she was very pleased with the procedure. I underwent a Mako Robot total hip replacement in November 2025. As I was down to bone on bone, I was amazed and relieved to find that when I shifted in bed the same day, post op, I was pain free for the first time in years. The whole process was professionally conducted by Mr Hahnel, a very friendly and approachable man. I stopped the strong pain killers 48 hours after the op and indeed have been pain free throughout. Still slightly incredulous at how well the whole procedure and recovery has gone. Would highly recommend Mr Hahnel for this procedure.

9/10 My Sonographer Rima Shah was fantastic, professional and informative. To improve the service i think it would be nice if a cardiologists could quickly glance/look over results and give a brief written note/summary of results/heart health. It is a shame that in order to get a cardiologists insight/reassurance I then have to rebook and pay for an additional appointment.

The experience was very good. However it would be very helpful if X-Ray, MRIs, were confirmed with a text., including date and time of appointment. Also Outpatient reminders do not include the actual time of the appointment and with whom which again would be extremely helpful and may well reduce number of missed appointments.
