I first contacted Rachel at The Fertility Suite after listening to an episode of the worst girl gang ever podcast. Having had 4 losses and then being diagnosed with an auto immune disease I was after some alternative help. After a really informative phone consultation I was booked in with Jen for Acupuncture. From that first appointment I was blown away, the amount of knowledge and compassion I received was incredible. Finally feeling heard about my issues with becoming and staying pregnant. Jen explained everything the Acupuncture could help with and included a full list of supplements to start taking. I started seeing her for sessions every 2-3 weeks. After 2 months of Acupuncture and a few lifestyle changes I fell pregnant and stayed pregnant, Jen adapted the sessions accordingly. I had a difficult pregnancy, from anxiety, severe sickness and pelvic pain, each treatment Jen was able to help with the Acupuncture and just general support. In August I welcomed my beautiful healthy rainbow girl and feel forever grateful to Jen for helping me get there, and to Rachel for creating an amazing place with people who are really specialised in what they do but most of all understand what it’s like to be in that position. Thank you again ladies, I have recommended you to everyone I know and continue to do so.

Prior to knee replacement surgery I was in such terrible pain all the time, I was popping painkillers like ‘Smarties’ and unable to carry out day to day activities. I met with Mr Nakhla at The Clementine Churchill, he was so charming, understanding and reassuring that I decided to have the operation ASAP. He took time to thoroughly explain the minimally invasive procedure and what to expect post surgery. I had the operation in March 2025 with an epidural (negating the time to recover from general anesthetic), and pain killing injections. Immediately after the operation Mr Nakhla visited me in recovery and we phoned my husband to reassure him that the operation was a success. The next morning I was on my feet walking up and down stairs with a Physiotherapist and discharged from hospital in less than 24 hours. Mr Nakhla kept in touch during my recovery and would always respond to questions very quickly. I have since made excellent progress and often walk 5 miles without any pain. I would recommend Mr Nakhla to anyone who is considering knee replacement surgery.

From the initial call to Holly, Professor Turney’s secretary, the standard of patient service is exceptional. Four days later I had a consultation and a date set for Aquablation surgery. I cannot speak highly enough about the Professor and the exceptional care I received. From the very first consultation, he took the time to explain everything clearly, answer my questions patiently, and make me feel comfortable and confident about my treatment. His CV is a testament to his skill, precision and technical expertise. Additionally he has genuine compassion and attentiveness that made me feel like more than just a patient. Equally, as a 66 year old man with an extra large prostate I can unreservedly recommend the Aquablation procedure. No longer do I need to get up in the night, my urine flow is amazing and the frequent urgency to use the bathroom has diminished. A part from blood in my urine for just over 3 weeks I had no other issues and making a full recovery.

Generally my experience was positive. The exceptions were the pre -op appointment when I was left waiting and then felt the nurse was patronising. I also decided not to stay in after my operation as I was left without pain relief. I asked for some about 5 hours after the procedure and they agreed it but left me without it and my husband had to chase it. The pharmacy team visited me within a few hours and left a bag of medicines but offered no guidance. Otherwise, everything else was really good. The reception team have always been friendly and helpful. The male nurse who prepared me for the operation was absolutely lovely as were the anaesthetic team. The physiotherapist gave me lots of very helpful information and visited me a couple of times. Her care was excellent. My Consultant was fantastic.

I can’t recommend Perfect Balance enough. Over the years they’ve supported me through every stage of my recovery, from pre-surgery exercises and physio to laser treatment and massage, and then again after my knee surgery. Their communication is excellent. I always get helpful reminders about my exercises and upcoming appointments, and they’re very accommodating if I ever need to rearrange. The clinic is well-equipped with a great range of tools to support recovery, and the entire team is friendly, welcoming, and genuinely understanding of both the physical and mental challenges that come with injury. Perfect Balance has truly made a difference to my recovery and overall wellbeing.

I have been seeing Dr Charlseworth this year for both upper and lower Gastroenterology. I cannot recommend her highly enough, as it’s not often you find a doctor skilled in all areas of this field. What stands her further apart, is the need for root cause analysis without rushing to judgement or harsh medications. This is coupled with looking at lifestyle changes to support improvements, alongside any investigations and treatment. Her reassuring and calm demeanour has put my mind at ease several times, and I am lucky to have found her to help with my issues.

Dr Rachmanidou is absolutely amazing. She is very knowledgeable and at the same time is very carring. I don't think I have seen another doctor in London who was as nice as her and took time to listen and advice what she thought was best for me whilst having such small kids at home. Surgery in my case seems to be a necessary thing in a future but she didn't push for it and actually suggested to see how we could manage this naturally for the time being as a breastfeeding mum. Absolutely love her and would recommend her to anyone.

Mr Simon Atkinson

As previously stated the IT system was not working so Mr Atkinson was unable to see my medical history or scans therefore he had no knowledge of my condition before I sat down with him and my wife. Obviously, I feel it would’ve been more advantageous for him to have had the history and scans for my consultation. However, I feel the consultation went very well and was very happy with Mr Atkinson.
