I had been in a lot of pain for quite awhile, the waiting list in the south ( I'm from Tipperary)is just too long,so my doctor recommended Belfast. and from the first phone call I never looked back, on meeting Mr.Pagoti,,I was struck by his kindness ,and caring attitude.He explained everything to me in a simple way,he came to see me before surgery, and afterwards and also the following day,so a huge thank you to him and all his staff. Everyone who came into my room to look after me were just exceptional .I was so well looked after,it felt more like a hotel than a hospital, as for the food it was unbelievably good,so thank you to the kitchen staff. I would like to say to those people who are still on a waiting list and in pain, just pick up the phone and ring Kingsbridge..I'm seven weeks post op and for the first time in a long time I feel like mu own self, like I have my life back again so once again Mr.Pagoti and team thank you...

I telephoned it was Mr lobo I spoke to explained everything he asked me to send my details I spoke to several times I had an appointment the following Wednesday at my appointment he listened to my fears he had the Anethatist. Call me gave me date for surgery I left feeling so much better on the day of surgery he was very professional and couldn’t have been nicer the following day he phoned at home to check I was ok a few weeks later I had the second surgery and he was just the same listening and reassuring anyone having him as consultant/surgeon couldn’t be in better hands ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️😀😀😀 Also on my last appointment he asked me about a sore on my face a sai Ito see someone I did and diagnosed skin cancer I owe him a lot finally he is a lovely man with great bedside manor

I visited the doctor for my child, who was experiencing muscle pain in his chest whenever he got tired during physical training. From the very beginning, the doctor was polite, friendly, and extremely professional. He explained each part of the diagnosis step by step and clearly outlined what he planned to do throughout the treatment. He carefully drilled down into every test to identify the root cause, which gave me a lot of confidence. He was very patient and thorough, making sure everything was clearly understood before moving forward. He also created a safe and comfortable space for parents to ask questions and answered every single question with great patience and clarity. I was seen by Dr Heggy and a lovely staff nurse Charlotte. Dr Heggy was fantastic he actually listened to me. He listened to exactly how I was and had been feeling. I'd been told by another Dr that there was nothing that could be done so I had to see someone for pain management. I'm in pain everyday and just wanted a resolution or at least pin point what could be wrong. Dr Heggy really made me feel heard and suggested other things before we gave up and just give me medication for my pain. Nurse Charlotte was fantastic. While Dr Heggy was looking things up and trying to find other options Charlotte spoke to me like an actual human. So thank you to Dr Heggy and nurse Charlotte for your time and patience with me. It's very much appreciated

I was in private unit ,I had an apointment with Mr. al Midani. For the subjects kidney , hernia, obesity. I turst Mr. Al Midani. He is a perfect doctor. 👏👏🧿🧿⭐⭐. He thinks with the patient, on the side of the patient. He explains everything briefly. We had the obesity subject in the last 6-8 months. ,it goes very well. I got 18-20 kg lighter. And in a few months Most probably I will have the surgery for my hernia occured after the kidney transplantation/mediterranian univ. Mr. Al Midani will do the hernia operation here in Royal Free. Because he has the experience on both hernia and kidney transplantation. Thanks to him for all his efforts.. And congrats 👏🧿⭐

I reached out to Nadira at one of the hardest times of my life and literally had no support/help from her whatsoever. As she continually reminds everyone she is a full time mother and a full time NHS GP I don’t understand how she thinks she has the time to open a menopause clinic as she has shown me. Takes weeks to reply to any correspondence. Also she certainly has NHS GP mentality on any HRT. She has no up to date knowledge and is very nervous and unsure whilst in a consultation with her. She quoted lots of things that were wrong and outdated as new evidence has suggested. I would not waste your money and go to Menopause specialist who is only doing this full time.

Mr Samsudin is a fantastic Urologist and I can whole heartedly recommend him after my very positive experience with him. He is a really kind, empathic man and a true professional; not once did I feel rushed and he understood exactly what I was going through and how to help. I had a suspected kidney stone after suffering intense pain in my back, and Mr Samsudin was able to diagnose this correctly within minutes of meeting me. He helped me to easily understand my options for treatment and after initially trying medication I then opted for a surgical procedure. The surgery was a 100% success and the whole process top class.
