Dr Ahmed was a true godsend after an incredibly difficult chapter in our fertility journey. We met him in October (2024) after having been at another fertility clinic and enduring multiple challenges and failures. From our very first appointment, his thoughtful, compassionate approach instantly put us at ease. He took the time to tailor a treatment plan specifically to our needs (something we hadn’t experienced before) and made regular checks to monitor progress, adjusting as needed. No question ever felt too small; he welcomed every conversation with patience and genuine care. His deep investment in our journey was clear from the start. We immediately understood how it should be/should’ve been. We are very grateful for his guidance on our fertility journey. To our amazement, we became pregnant after just one round of IVF, and only three months after meeting him. Given all we’d been through, we had expected a much longer road ahead. Now, we’re just four months away from meeting our baby girl, and we couldn’t be more grateful or excited! There are no words adequate to express our appreciation for the exceptional care he gave us!

I had a truly fantastic experience at Reproclinic, and I am incredibly grateful that I chose this clinic for my egg preservation procedure. Mr McLeod is friendly, empathetic and professional and I recommend him 100%. I consulted Mr McLeod following a shoulder injury sustained from dropping my motorcycle on the race track. In describing the accident and in his examination of scans of the injury, I had complete confidence in Mr McLeod's assessment. His recommendations for treatment (which in my case was non-intervention and progressive physio) took a holistic approach, weighing up the merits of allowing natural recovery of a cracked scapula against the collateral disruption that would have been caused by intervention and repair, along with my agenda to continue as soon as possible with my choices of lifestyle activities. I am completely happy with the outcome of the consultation - I've resumed all sport and I shall be back on the race tracks again in the Spring next year. Mental State Examination - of the psychiatrist Pleasant on interaction, quickly establishes a warm rapport and puts you at ease. His questions are structured but feel natural, and he allows you to go off on tangents while gently bringing you back on track when needed. He explains his thinking clearly, checks your understanding, and comes across as calm, grounded and genuinely interested. Throughout the assessment he was fully present, respectful and kind, while still being appropriately thorough and evidence-based. Impression Dr Athanasios Tsoumpris is a highly competent and compassionate Consultant Psychiatrist with real expertise in adult ADHD. I felt listened to, taken seriously and never rushed, and I left the assessment feeling understood and hopeful rather than judged. I am very happy with my diagnosis and the way it was reached, and I would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone seeking an ADHD assessment or ongoing care.

I had an absolutely amazing experience (yes, I had major surgery and I can still say that). From initial consultation with Mez, who was the first consultant (of many) to actually hear, understand and validate my symptoms... to the admissions team, pre op assessment, ward staff on surgery day, anaesthetist and theatre team, I honestly couldn't have had better care if I had gone private. 12 weeks post surgery and I have never felt better - didn't even realise until after my surgery that my pain was daily; I had got so used to it. Post op follow up was phenomenal, the whole surgery was explained in detail and I even came away with a video of my surgery which is fascinating. 10 Star surgeon and 10 star experience. The check-in process was smooth and well-organised, and the hospital environment was clean, modern, and comfortable. Waiting times were minimal, and everything ran on schedule. The medical team were polite, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain each step clearly, which helped me feel reassured throughout the visit. Any tests or procedures were carried out efficiently, and I felt well looked after at all times. Overall, The Holly Hospital provided an excellent standard of care, and I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking prompt, professional, and compassionate treatment.

I attended Monaghan & Morrow clinic for a vasectomy procedure in February this year. I got booked in within 2 weeks of initial contact. I was naturally anxious about the procedure but the guys made me feel at home from the minute I walked in. The procedure was pretty much pain free. Stephen & Gillian also clearly communicated pain/brusing etc over the days following, which was very reassuring. Also a check-in email the following day to confirm all was ok. (which it was) After some initial tenderness, I was back running within 1 week of the vacetomy. The follow up semen analysis was also very straightforward. I received the kit in the post with instructions. Results were then emailed within a few weeks. I could not recommend Monaghan & Morrow enough.

I recently had a hysterectomy at this hospital the surgeon was brilliant but during my stay in the hospital I was appalled by how I was treated. Staff were friendly but some of them when I needed them ignored me. A specialist nurse from my consultant had to advocate for me. Upon discharge, one of my stitches had been left in which then went on to cause other issues. I was then chased severally for payment when I had made clear and provided authorisation codes from my insurer. I was not impressed with service from the hospital itself at all. But my consultant was brilliant.

All members of the team are friendly and welcoming. They have personality and engage with patients. Everything appears to be well organised and runs smoothly. The clinic is clean and fresh. All instructions/requests are explained in a helpful clear manner and staff are attentive and go the extra mile. All staff impress as being very caring. During a recent stay for surgery, everyone with whom I came into contact was very kind and helpful. I felt like I was in very safe hands.

Miss Murphy used plain straightforward language, giving both the risks and possible outcomes of the operation. This was on the initial phone meeting. This was for me reassuring as the risks were made clear. On the operation visit and stay there was no attempt to ‘sell’ the procedure but explain the possible outcomes. It was a good experience, but one I would liked not to have gone through!
