She answered each one thoroughly and patiently, ensuring that I fully understood my condition and the treatment plan. In particular, she explained the potential risks related to pregnancy in a very clear and structured way, and carefully discussed the different options and considerations for delivery. Her explanations were detailed yet easy to understand, which helped me feel informed and prepared rather than overwhelmed. I never felt rushed, and she created a safe and supportive space where I felt comfortable discussing my worries. Her calm manner, clarity of explanation, and depth of knowledge gave me great reassurance. It is clear that she genuinely cares about her patients’ wellbeing, both physically and emotionally. Her thoughtful and compassionate approach made a significant difference to my experience. I feel very fortunate to be under her care. She is an exceptional doctor and a true credit to the medical profession.

I have been seeing Chris Coldicott since October time for a session every two weeks, having initially being seen by the lovely Dr Sonia Bains, who was able to pinpoint my issues almost immediately. Chris has been incredibly informative, friendly, and professional throughout my treatment. I’ve struggled with knee, hip, and lower‑back pain due to hypermobility, and Chris consistently supported me by adapting my plan whenever I felt changes were needed. As someone who is neurodivergent and manages mental health challenges, I really appreciated how understanding and kind Chris always was. He struck exactly the right balance to help me progress without feeling overwhelmed. My pain has improved by around 75%, even with some weeks where I wasn’t able to do much, plus also having a three‑week holiday where I completely paused my plan. I truly believe my progress is thanks to Chris’ commitment to working at my pace and ensuring I left every session feeling confident in my ability to improve. I chose Dentistry Oceana Boulevard after months of research and my god am I glad I did. I have not been to the dentist in a good 12-15 years due to a phobia developing from a bad experience, so seeing that Dr Kendal had the dental phobia certification, it immediately put me at ease. I visited the practice and had a sit down consultation with Jade, who explained all the processes with starting my journey with them which followed by a further chat with Dr Kendal. My phobia was so severe that I couldn’t even sit in the dental chair, but with Ian’s patience, guidance and kind words, I managed to do it by the end of the appointment. The following appointment I saw Sam, who carried out a hygiene service and provided Dr Kendal with the outcome. I have now had 3 sessions with Dr Kendal consisting of 3 fillings per appointment, restoring my teeth back to how they should be. I can honestly say, he has changed my life. All the staff members are incredible and make you feel like family. I couldn’t recommend them enough.

Following cataract surgery I recently had at the U clinic, I can highly recommend the excellent treatment provided by the ophthalmic surgeon, Mr Ratnarajan, and his very professional team. At the initial consultation, Mr Ratnarajan was at great pains to ensure that desired outcomes were clearly established and understood. On the actual days of surgery the whole atmosphere was made quietly calming by all team members involved, reinforced by Mr Ratnarajan’s very clear and reassuring explanations prior to each step in the absolutely painless process. Post-operative checks were carried out within one week following surgery. The whole experience was one of top-class medical care.

Mr. Ayoub is an exceptional consultant. He listened carefully to my description of my pain and took the time to explain all the different treatment options available to me. I felt completely involved in the decision-making. It is rare to find a specialist who combines such high-level expertise with a truly patient-centered, thorough approach. I left the initial consultation feeling confident, informed, and in very safe hands. I am now 2 weeks post op and walking well. I have not required any pain medication and I would rate the outcome as a complete success. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Mr Teo and the team did an excellent job of the surgery - it was successful, no complications and the scar left was very neat and barely visible. It was also arranged very quickly, with a surgery date confirmed within a few days. Personally I would have liked a little more explanation of what the surgery would involve prior to the procedure (plus expected post-op recovery), but I appreciate consult time can be limited and I probably didn’t ask as many questions as I should have, as the news of requiring surgery was unexpected, so you don’t always think to ask certain questions in the moment.

I came to see Dr. James Thing at the injection clinic for carpal tunnel symptoms and arthritis in my thumb. I brought my own X-rays, and he also carried out a thorough examination, including an ultrasound. He explained clearly that the most effective treatment would be 2 injections in the affected areas. The injections were administered with great care, and he took the time to outline what I should expect over the following week. It’s now been 5 days, and I’m already feeling a significant improvement. I would definitely recommend Dr. James Thing.

Recently I had a shoulder operation to repair a significant rotator cuff tear.. My consultant surgeon, Mr Antonios, was exemplary in all aspects of my pre and post operative care. He explained the options and gave advice on the best way forward, which was to operate. Throughout the whole process he has provided sound, clear advice and the operation went extremely well, with the scars having almost disappeared only 7 weeks post surgery. Mr Antonios is both highly professional and very personable and I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Dr Tim Duncan was professional, friendly and knowledgeable, and acted in a humble and caring manner, which made me feel like an individual as opposed to an 11.40am appointment time. My friend recommended me to him and I initially asked her if she thought he knew enough about menopause (being a man) to advise a woman about such matters and she assured me that he did. I would certainly recommend any women who have menopause concerns to meet with Dr Tim Duncan as he was very balanced & knowledgeable about the matter. Thank you.

This was a very compassionate and helpful experience with Dr. Prashant Sankaye in Harrow today. I was in severe pain in my back, and he responded promptly by giving me an appointment and quickly diagnosing me through an ultrasound scan. Thankfully, he identified an infection and provided a letter for my GP to start antibiotics right away. This will be a great relief after struggling with pain for the past two weeks and relying on numerous painkillers. Thank you so much, Dr. Sankaye.

I had a gallbladder removal last week & got home the same day. My surgeon Andrew Harris & anaesthetist Nick Black were excellent. They were warm & friendly, explained the procedure & answered my questions with good humour. The theatre nurse too was very good. In the post op ward nurse Siobhan & the dark haired nurse were wonderful & really made me feel cared for. Food was perfect. Thank you to all at Kingsbridge & Benenden for making this a good experience.
