Mr Griffiths was extremely informative during the initial consultation and very responsive to my questions which made it easy for me to make the decision to go ahead with the hip replacement and the type to go for with minimum invasive surgery. He instilled confidence from the outset. The only aspect which caused me some degree of anxiety was not knowing what type of anaesthesia to choose for the procedure, until just before the operation ( the first in my medical history). JG had indeed advised that this would be the case but, during the months leading up to the op, I spoke with a number of friends/relations who relayed a range of experiences and a number giving their advice. A few had had GA and more went the local epidural route, although one of the latter had experienced far too much consciousness in terms of what was going on. I had read up about both and the various pros and cons ( info provided very helpful in this regard) and came along on the day with an open mind to confer with the anaesthetist, complete with my music and earphones if needed. In fact, after speaking with him it was easy to choose to go the local anaesthesia route and he put my mind at rest that he could sedate me so that I would not be aware of the procedure. I never finished listening to the first track of my music playlist ( I made sure I didn't have it on shuffle - my younger brother did for his hip replacement only to randomly get the track "the first cut is the deepest" to listen to at the start!!) I came round in recovery and all was complete. In some ways I would have liked to have had an early discussion with the anaesthetist so that I had made my decision ahead of the procedure rather than pondering it for so long. However that is a small negative compared to the outcome of the hip replacement with which I am extremely pleased. I had no leg swelling to speak of, very manageable pain, off crutches in 10 days and yesterday after 6 weeks walked some 11km mostly cross country. ( Walking distance had been the major problem instigating my hip replacement as that/hiking is an important part of my life). This has far exceeded my expectations and I am looking forwards to getting back on the tennis doubles court after a further 6 weeks of exercising and physio. If and when the other hip needs doing, I would have no hesitation in returning to Mr Griffiths again. Many thanks to him and the team.

I only wish I'd overcome my reservations about therapy sooner. If you're in a demanding professional environment and struggling, I can't recommend Dr Olena highly enough. Her approach is practical, insightful, and genuinely effective."

Zack treated my son for deep verrucas caused by swimming, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the care we received. The diagnosis and treatment were done in the same appointment, and everything was handled with so much care and professionalism. My son is 9 years old and was understandably nervous, but Zack was fantastic at keeping him calm, confident, and engaged throughout the treatment. He was reassuring, patient, and made the whole experience far less daunting. The treatment itself was quick and very well managed. We went back for a follow-up today and were given the all-clear, along with a top-up treatment to remove any remaining dead skin and ensure nothing was left behind. Zack explained everything clearly to both my son and me, which really empowered us and reassured us that this was the best course of action. Zack was excellent — funny, caring, and professional — exactly what you want, especially when treating a young child. I would highly recommend him without hesitation.

Dr. Shabana was exceptional; I highly recommend her for her compassionate care and clear explanations. She has listened my concerns patiently and examined properly. Also, suggested appropriate test and diagnostic to rule out the actual problem. Ami Shukla is the first gynaecologist who listened to me and understood my concerns and worries. I left feeling reassured that my issues will now be looked at properly. Before seeing Ms Shukla I was feeling really lost I found GP's don't really understand womens health. I was previously put on antidepressants and was told that I was feeling a certain type of way because this was all in my head and this was put down to mental health when in realitiy my HRT needed looking at. The HRT was not quite right which is why I booked into see Ami Shukla who has now put my mind at ease and is helping me with my women issues. I highly recommend Ms Shukla to everyone.

I arrived for my appointment with Mr Grant for my update on my operation for my FULL Knee Replacement. Mr Grant was very pleased with the progress i have made, and commented that I had surpassed some of his patients who had only had a Partial Knee Replacement. I am very pleased with the result of my operation and must say I have worked hard with the Physiotherapy to get the movement in my knee to the condition it is now. I'd just like to say anybody who undergoes this operation, keep up with your exercises and you'll be happy with the result. Still have about 5 weeks to go and hopefully I'll be back to playing Golf, Fishing and Walking at the weekends again.

January 26 Hip replacement at kings Park Hospital. Mr Nicol was fantastic from start to finish and kept me informed the during the whole journey. Checked up 3 times after the op over the course of 24 hours. Put me at ease from the very start. Would highly recommend. I would also like to mention the Anaesthetist, Dr Andrew Dalton. Was very professional and calming form the moment I ment him and again put my mind at ease and answered all questions I had. Dr Dalton also checked up post operation with Mr Nicol together. Would highly recommend also. I couldn't have asked for a better team.

After an accident I dislocated my finger and it healed with a severe contracture that was impeding my daily life. I saw Mr. Al-Tawil who recommended first non-surgical interventions with great specialists. Unfortunately these didn't work and he did a volar plate release surgery for my hand injury. The result was very good. I've regained 80% of my extension, no longer have any pain, and the scar has disappeared only a couple months later. He was very thorough about all the pros and cons throughout my journey and I felt very prepared. He's a great surgeon.

My son who was crying manage to stay calm with both doctors. As a parent I was very happy with the customer care. Also Domingos the practice manager accommodate my son for a last minute appointment in time of crisis, which I was so grateful. Thank you so much for all your attention and looking after my son. The doctor and nurses here are very kind and really helped me during a nerve wracking procedure that I was highly anxious for. I do think given how much we pay for these appointments, that the facilities could really use a revamp. It fees tired and dated in the common areas and the toilets were not very clean. On top of that, you can never find a parking spot, which adds extra anxiety to pre appointments.

I required a GP appointment at short notice. WLC had same day appointments available, which I could book hassle free on the website. I saw a GP that diagnosed my health issue and provided a script. My pharmacist had an issue with obtaining the one item, but a phone call to WLC resolved that and a new script was texted and emailed to me later the same day.
