I started working with Emily earlier this year as I required some help regarding my SIBO (Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth), Emily was very helpful in first understanding what all of my symptoms have been so far, what treatments/tests I had already tried out and understanding important factors to my lifestyle too. Emily put together a plan month by month for me to try out different strategies at combatting my symptoms. Month by month we had a check in session to assess how I was getting along and any tweaks that needed to be made. Emily was amazing at pinpointing what she thought could be the best route for me and was effective at tailoring the plan as we went along to finally end up with a solution that helps me manage my symptoms a lot better than when I first began. I have seen specialist doctors and nutritionists in the past who were unfortunately not able to help me but Emily took a wider approach to looking at my issues and we were able to find a point where I am now feeling some relief from symptoms. I’m always so happy to go to Portland Place. I have checkups there on a regularly scheduled basis with Dr Potts-who is absolutely wonderful and is working with me to stabilize the NALD that I have had for over three years. My recent checkup was for bloodwork and MRI and I want to thank Dexter the phlebotomist who went the extra mile to call imaging to ask if he could put the cannula in so I would only have one arm prick-this is an exceedingly person centered approach to healthcare, and I wish that it could go straight across the healthcare system. The person centered approach puts the individual at the center and her team or his team communicate with one another, which is the optimum in healthcare so thank you Dexter for setting an example of person centered care when it comes to an individual and I also want to thank Cleveland Clinic London and Cleveland Clinic Ohio. You are my heroes.!!

Dr Dalbir Sohi

Dr Sohi is definitely the most excellent doctor I have ever seen! We saw her recently with regards to my son’s medical condition. I was utterly amazed at her wealth of knowledge on this complex topic. Dr Sohi left no stone unturned in terms of looking at every possible cause and has such a wonderful and engaging manner with both parents and children. She spent a lot of time talking through my son’s past medical history and all the tests she was doing. We asked her many, many questions and she so patiently listened and provided very thorough explanations on everything that was raised. Her empathy and care for her patients wellbeing is exemplary. This level of attentiveness and care definitely sets her aside.!! Her knowledge of paediatrics is also so, so impressive. It is clear to see that Dr Sohi is in the top of her field in this aspect. Arriving at the Lyndhurst Rooms for a Blood test and a CT scan in the hospital. Reception were polite quick and efficient. The Phlebotomist was professional and conducted the tests well. Absolutely fine. However, the CT scan is conducted by the hospital radiology department. Waiting times were extended at the radiology reception(NHS) and in the department(NHS) before the scan. The staff were as expected very good and professional, no issue there, but the waiting time over and above the booked time was between 45minutes to one hour overdue. I have had similar scans in different facities previousy and this does not compare with the London Clinic which is fully private and the same private insurance payer is paying for a private service. the RFH Private Patients could do a lot better.

Dr Minas is an excellent and exceptionally knowledgeable professional. He is able to combine a very compassionate bedside manner with this expert knowledge. You can tell he thinks deeply about patient questions and takes great to ensure the patient is helped as much as possible to navigate complexity. I didn't end up undergoing treatment with him laparoscopically, as my issue requires a different approach, but I would have been very confident had I needed to do so. He also took multiple times to call me between appointments where I had questions which was so greatly appreciated, and really helped calm my nerves. Somnowell - Snoring & Sleep Apnoea Help

Got my Somnowell mouth guard fitted at Causeway Dental in Teddington. Highly recommend the dentist. She was great. The guard really does work if I’m sleeping on my side. My partner and I now sleep together in the same bed! I’ve had the guard for about 6 months- don’t wear it every night as we don’t live together. It does feel a bit weird to wear but I have got used to it. It’s not so useful when I’m on my back as I tend to breathe through my mouth and will snore then. This Somnowell information does address this issue. I would really recommend it - and have - if you snore a lot and have sleep apnea as I do. It really works.

Over the past few years I have seen Mr Shah on numerous occasions.Intially for an assessment , then intra articular steroid injections into both hips.Finally a total hip replacement for both hips .The first one in March 2025 , the second in August 2025 . On every occasion Mr Shah has been courteous and understanding.He has taken the time to explain everything.His diagnosis and prognosis has been spot on every time . I am not 14 weeks post second hip replacement .The procedures have been a success and life changing ! I can not thank Mr Shah enough for turning back the years on my life !

Everything was fine until the actual procedure. I could feel at the beginning and the consutant added more anaesthetic drops without me saying anything. When the procedure was finished, my eye was extremely sore and this morning it is very swollen and very bloodshot. This is completely opposite to the first experience with my other eye. I can see okay so I guess that’s what the procedure is for but I’m glad it was the second one that was like this not the first other than the actual procedure, everything was fine.

Staff were excellent - both clinical and non clinical team members. Nothing was too much bother and they went over and above our expectations of the care we thought we would receive. We spent 2 nights on the Clayton Ward after I had an unplanned c section. As first time parents without close family nearby, the Clayton ward offered us the guidance, support and care we needed as a new family but also to allow me to get the appropriate medical care as part of post surgery recovery.

The Nuffield Hospital, Glasgow has an excellent team of nursing staff , physiotherapist and not forgetting the kitchen crew who served delicious nutritious meals with great menu choice. The nursing staff were there day and night to attend to any needs with care and attention. Physiotherapist were very knowledgeable in what to do, and more importantly what not to do, encouraging you with your exercise plan and pushing your boundaries to a speedier recovery.
