It was OK. Sorry this system doesn't allow me to write why I went there and therefore wastes my time! I was there for a Pre op assessment. My Op is 9 Feb 2026 under Dr Panos Gikas. I asked him if I could attend this clinic as it is nearer where I live. The. appointment was alright. The only issue I had was that when it came to having a blood test, they insisted that I had to have 2 separate ones in each arm? I get blood tests regularly as I have a long term condition. The first one was relatively pain free which was performed by Isabella. The second was performed by Riggs(?) and was unneccessarily painful due to him holding down the needle when it was in my arm. I was not happy about that. I did not understand the reason for the second blood test, when one is usually fine and if more blood is required, then usually another vial is attached as necessary.

Mum was almost blind wearing really thick glasses, and couldn't see at all without them. She had a few complications with her eyes but Dr Stewart and team endeavoured to give her as much sight back as possible, even if just slight. After her cataracts surgery on the 'good' eye, she is like a new woman. At nearly 78yrs old, mum doesn't need to wear her glasses for the first time since she was young. She can see clearer and further away. Close up is still difficult but we trust that after both eyes are done, and potentially glasses again with alot less prescription, she will be able to see so much better. She's had no pain or anything. The drs were brilliant and we can't thank them enough. This is the best thing to have happened to mum who was petrified to get her eyes done. She says he is the best Dr I have ever seen and I'm so happy.

I recently had a PFO closure operation after discovery of a congenital heart issue with Dr Aggarwal. From consultation he explained everything and made me feel valued, allowing me to ask questions freely. I felt confident in his care and this continued to the day of the operation, where any fears were alleviated. I’m pleased to say he did an amazing job! Recovery was explained and I felt comfortable to ask anything. Dr Aggarwal’s medical secretaries are also worthy of a mention - their communication, friendliness and efficiency are second to none and I have been able to contact quickly at every need. Thank you for giving me a fixed heart. If I ever needed a heart operation again (fingers crossed we will never meet again!) I would be straight to Dr Aggarwal with no hesitation. Dr Coker always presents in a professional yet approachable manner. She is very clear in explaining any tests results; her treatment plan; and any further investigations she thinks should be undertaken. The language she uses is accessible. Though I prepared in advance for what expect in relation to parking and expected to pay on the way out, an usher directed me to another car park where there were options of paying on an app or using cash. I had time on my side luckily. Directions were almost right but I would have been better prepared if I had known the entrance sits at the back of the main A&E entrance. The staff were friendly and the environment was clean and calm. The doctor was incredible, attentive, patient, precise, clear and efficient. The experience was good.

i had an extremely rare cancer and was advised to return to Mr Singh for the second time as the consultant at Royal Marsden said the operation which Mr Singh carried out a reconstruction to an extremely high standard for such a rare and complex condition. Given the personal anxiety surrounding such a condition I was grateful for the kind , caring and sensitive manner Mr Singh shows towards his patients . His professionalism makes a very worrying and difficult condition more manageable to cope with.

Following a glaucoma diagnosis by an NHS Medinet Consultant, I wished to address this quickly rather than be placed on a Waiting List. I, therefore, made a private appointment with Dr. Tatham, who was able to say I did not at this stage have glaucoma and explained, in detail and in language I understood, how this could be misdiagnosed. Excellent Consultant. Very impressed.
