The calls for assessment and outcome were reasonably smooth and well run

RTN are looking after me very well, i am having regular reviews regarding medication and am gradually having dosage increase. Hoping to find the correct balance which supports me in improving and managing my ADHD symptoms

They were really helpful and the overall process took less time than I was expecting. There were other providers who I know friends used via Right to Choose who were a bit faster to diagnose at first (about 2-3 months from referral), but they have ended up waiting much much longer overall for medication titration assessments (some are on year+ wait lists just for their first titration appointment), whereas my diagnosis took a bit longer (6-7 months) but the titration assessment began about 2 months later, with no waiting involved at all. This means overall RTN have been much faster than other clinics. I would really recommend RTN to anyone looking for quick, reliable support on their ADHD journey especially if they are hoping to try medication.

Initial assessment took a long time and lots of chasing from my side. There were lost emails and months of waiting. However the specialists were excellent and understanding and caring.

Sophie was very friendly and I was made to feel at ease from the offset. Understanding throughout and not made to feel like a burden. Time was given to answer questions thoroughly and everything was clearly explained.
