I thoroughly enjoyed it. I felt comfortable and safe. I’m not very good with talking on the phone or video calls. I try my best to refrain from doing it. But I managed to get through it, and in doing so I didn’t feel a sense of dread or unease like I normally do. So I’m very grateful for the support and help, and the fact I was able to feel relaxed.

The two women I spoke with were professional and kind and clearly very knowledgeable. I felt in good hands. The overall process however felt complicated and inaccessible - I filled out a number of forms twice. It wasn’t always clear what I was expecting next and I still haven’t heard back about one of my assessments.
