RTN Mental Health - Right To Choose

I’ve been very impressed with the support I’ve received from RTN. Any emails or phone calls have been dealt with and replied to quickly, efficiently and effectively. My medication titration appointments have been thorough and again I’ve felt very supported, seen and heard. I feel vey relieved and lucky that I’m in the care of RTN. They’ve been so helpful and understanding. It’s given me so much hope and confidence that my future self will be ok, which was exactly what I wanted and needed. Thank you, it has literally been life changing and life enhancing. Just to add, I think my success has been so good so far, because I’ve changed my lifestyle too. The medication works well as I am following all the advice and rules. Without these life changes I think the medication would be less affective and helpful.

Fantastic from the start of the process

My overall experience was amazing. It’s been a pleasure to work through the service to get my diagnosis. They have been extremely patient with me forgetting to do things and sending helpful reminders when appointments coming.

Another good session with Shyam, who was very helpful in sorting out changes in my prescription. The only issue I have is that you keep changing the time of my appointment? I had an email on Tuesday and one yesterday both confirming the appt at 17.45. However, I then received another email today giving a time of 17.30. This makes it difficult for me to ensure that I am free from work at that time and this has now happened twice?

Overall it's been a pretty hassle free process. I've just been prescribed medication today, 10 months after starting the process. Some of the times between answering questionnaires and getting booked in for an assessment felt like the process was moving slowly, but in reality it has been quite quick compared to going through the NHS. I've only had good interactions with RTN. They were very helpful and friendly.

My son have a very relaxing and positive experience with his assessor Poppy. She was spoke very calmly and she make him feel like was just easy chat. She give him a lot of freedom .
