RTN Mental Health - Right To Choose

The first stages of the assessments were a little confusing. I think there may have been a mix up with my papers or as I was sent a few documents more than once even after k had completed them. However, my appointments with Lisa were fantastic. She was very friendly and put me at ease throughout my assessments. I often go off on a tangent which when working within a schedule can prove tricky. Nevertheless, Lisa allowed me to talk and didn’t make me feel uncomfortable.

My interview was fantastic. Sarah was extremely helpful, respectful and put me at ease. The process leading up to the interview however was difficult, the questionnaire system was broken and sometimes didnt work and after submitting personal documents I was told that I had not submitted them, even though I already had. All in all the questionnaire and information submission was not good as it was a broken system that sometimes did not work. However, the interview was brilliant.

The doctor was fantastic made me feel at ease and made the process very easy!

It wasnt done face to face which did make it slightly more difficult as it was hard seeing the screen and being in the right position. Megan was really nice. It would of been handy to know before the assessment what myself as a parent could or couldnt do during it

Chloe was very patient and friendly, she made me feel very comfortable even though I was nervous about the assessment.

The process went smoothly and was managed well.

I have been with RTN for my right to choose diagnosis for ADHD since July 2024. They have been a massive help in this process and I have finally had my diagnosis which has brought me a lot of relief. They were sure to explain everything, answer my questions and go through all options for treatment in the future.
