Reflex 18 - Colchester

My three appointments with physio Helen Scott were great. She listened carefully to my issues, asked pertinent questions and explained clearly how considered exercise would improve my situation over the coming weeks. I particularly like that she noted my dislike/boredom with certain exercises and came up with alternatives that would give a similar result.

Helen is an awesome physio, I am confident that when she says I am ready to return fully to sport I will be.

Very honest and friendly

I booked an appointment with Josh H and he was great, he was able to diagnose my knee issue and offer some very helpful short term guidance on how I could manage the injury whilst still achieving the goal of completing my race.

I have a knee problem and Helen has been so reassuring, knowledgeable and kind. Together we have planned the way forward and she has given me the confidence to believe I can improve.

Very Professional and very Helpful

Emily, was very kind, empathetic, professional but also warm and approachable. She took the time to listen in a very proactive way and her thoughts and advice were valuable. I feel very 'heard' and I was involved in my treatment. I'm pleased that there is a very clear plan in place. The practise itself was immaculate, all the staff I met were extremely friendly. I also really like that there are several different professionals all working together in patients best interests e.g. physio working with podiatrist etc. It's unique and valuable, and there's a sense of really good working relationships between the professionals.

Welcomed very warmly at reception and made to feel comfortable which is appreciated on a first visit. Emily was very warm, friendly and professional- I felt very safe and reassured. On this initial assessment, she was very patient and methodical getting to the root of my issue and offering exercises and advice to help with my progress. Emily gave me goals to work towards ( which I really needed) and talked me through breathing work too. I have made my return appointment in a fortnight and am enthusiastically working to my goals! (Gently!!)

Super friendly and accommodating team of professionals. They are and the only physiotherapist I recommend.

First visit to see Emily. Emily listened & used a white board to document my history & my future goals. I found this very helpful. Emily used various exercises & asked questions to pin point my issues & talked me through each step of the process.
