I have had physio before but this was very different, it felt more personal & Emily seemed very invested in helping me to get to the bottom of my injury & identified weakness that I wasn’t aware of that could be adding to my pain

Emily was very professional and listened carefully before developing a plan to help with my back spasm and pain . The exercises given were all explained really well and demonstrated which was most helpful . I left feeling very positive and happy with the appointment and soon had more movement in my back . I am confident to see Emily again in ten days time to evaluate progress and get further advice . To sum up in a few words . Emily was truly excellent .

Great visit

This was my first appointment with Emily and I found her very professional but also very friendly which put me at ease. She listened to my ailments and explained how my treatment plan would work.

Emily was very thorough in her assessment of my injury, and also in understanding my recovery objectives. She has provided me with several daily exercises to help with recovery, with a follow up appointment scheduled.
