About Mr Josh Harvey
Mr Josh Harvey is a Physiotherapist with a career spanning both clinical practice and elite sports. He holds a Master’s degree in Physiotherapy, where his extended research focused on the management of low back pain and Achilles tendon injuries.
Josh’s experience includes working in Spain with the British Superbikes and collaborating with the physiotherapist of Formula 1 driver Max Verstappen. He also founded and grew a physiotherapy educational platform with over 50,000 followers, sharing knowledge and practical advice with a wide audience.
