Mr Pip Churchyard

Mr Pip Churchyard is a highly skilled Chartered Physiotherapist at Reflex 18 with extensive experience in musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy. He has built his career across both NHS and sporting environments, achieving the role of Clinical Specialist within the NHS and serving as Team Lead Physiotherapist at Colchester Rugby Club for three years, where he supported the team through promotion to the National 2 Leagues.

Pip is passionate about helping patients of all levels—from elite athletes to those recovering from everyday injuries—achieve their rehabilitation goals. His approach combines evidence-based techniques with practical, personalised care to restore function, reduce pain, and optimise performance.

Outside of physiotherapy, Pip enjoys training, whether it’s weightlifting, running, or cycling. A qualified rescue diver, he also spent time in the Seychelles working on marine conservation before beginning his physiotherapy career.
