Mr Tom Rowson

Mr. Tom Rowson is a Sports Therapist at Reflex 18 Injury Clinic, where he combines expertise in sports therapy, sports science, and strength and conditioning to support patients in their recovery and performance goals.

Tom graduated with a BSc in Sports and Exercise Science from Writtle University College in 2018, followed by an MSc in Sports Therapy from London Metropolitan University in 2021. In 2022, he further advanced his professional training by becoming a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association.

Alongside his clinical work, Tom has extensive experience as a performance coach, working with elite athletes across multiple sports. His career highlights include supporting Leylah Fernandez, a top 20 WTA tennis player, as well as Premier League footballers and Team GB gymnasts. This experience at the highest levels of sport has shaped his approach in the clinic, where he applies the same principles and techniques used with professional athletes to benefit all patients.

Clinically, Tom has a particular interest in knee injuries, with experience in rehabilitation, injury prevention, and performance optimisation. His combined academic background and applied experience enable him to deliver structured, evidence-based treatment for a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions.
