I’ve been seeing Hiba Ansari for over a year, and I can’t recommend her highly enough. She is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely caring. Over the past year, Hiba has helped me treat several different issues, including my ankle, lower back, and most importantly, a long-standing shoulder dislocation problem. She monitored my progress very closely and consistently adjusted my exercises to suit my ability and recovery stage. I spent several months working with her to strengthen my shoulder, which was extremely weak and unstable after multiple dislocations. Following my shoulder surgery, Hiba played a huge role in my rehabilitation. She guided me through recovery and re-strengthening with great care and precision, helping me return to normal activities and sports with confidence. Thanks to her support, I’m now back to living a normal, active life without constant worry. She was also incredibly supportive with practical matters, helping me navigate insurance issues and sort out payment coverage for my sessions, which made a stressful situation much easier. In addition, Hiba has excellent professional connections and introduced me to one of the top shoulder surgeons in the UK, who performed my operation with excellent results. Hiba is a fantastic physiotherapist — skilled, supportive, and truly invested in her patients’ recovery. I’m very grateful for all her help.

From beginning to end what a warm and comforting environment. I don’t think the people that make the difference always get the feedback they deserve. Mr Basu was extremely kind and even referred to my dad in his call as he’s just passed away and I’d mentioned him. Sarah gascoigne from my initial call to book me in for my vacuum assisted biopsy I’ll add I suffer with anxiety and even though dreading it her personality and the way she spoke to me on email calls and holding my hand / leg lol just made the process possible. Shamima was also so kind and supportive and finally Dr Telesca you were so lovely and approached me in the best way possible so professional yet warming and just made me feel it was going to be ok. We got a private referal to see Dr Khan after being treated very badly by the NHS system. They had failed to identify after many tests my condition. Dr Khan immediately set about finding the root cause of the problem and thereby decide on treatment. Thanks to him installing the latest hi-tech diagnostic monitor It was quickly established that I needed a pacemaker, which was subsequently fitted successfully. Through all my consultations and treatments Dr Khan has been reassuring,, knowledgable, gentle and very kind. He has given me peace when I was in a state of extreme anxiety not knowing what was wrong. I owe a great deal to Dr Khan and regard myself as very lucky to have been under his care throughout my experience.

Professor Akolekar has been absolutely Fantastic at every appointment all the way throughout our pregnancy. I was really struggling with anxiety in this pregnancy following recurrent miscarriages, and I have never felt more looked after, which has really helped me to be able to enjoy this pregnancy, knowing we have a fantastic consult looking after our baby. Appointments are always on time and very detailed, time is always made to answer any questions fully and I always leave feeling confident and reassured. I was happy about the appointment and MRI.But approaching for the report,it is too difficult.I tried to contact via the phone around 8 times but no answer.In the evening I managed to speak to someone.I sent all the requirements by email to get reports but I haven’t received the reports until Wednesday morning. Wednesday midday tried again but still same ,no one answering the phone..still waiting for the response.
