From the moment I arrived, the staff were absolutely lovely, welcoming, and professional, which instantly put me at ease. The whole appointment felt calm and well organised, with no rushing at all. Dr Owen Weeks was fantastic — very kind, reassuring, and took the time to listen properly. He explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made me feel genuinely comfortable and cared for. It was such a refreshing experience compared to feeling rushed elsewhere. Overall, it was a great doctor’s appointment and well worth going private. I left feeling reassured and confident, and I would highly recommend this service to anyone considering it. I wouldn’t hesitate to return in the future if I ever need to — a truly positive experience from start to finish.

Having been to several medical professionals in my life, I can honestly say the care provided by Dr Katie Cowie is exceptional. She has a great bedside manner, there is no judgement and she is, very knowledgable and understanding. Personably speaking, I would now always consult her on my journey through peri-menopause and beyond. She is well worth the cost for such excellent one to one care. I also see her for weight loss and again, for anyone contemplating medical assisted weight loss, I would always recommend going through someone like Dr Cowie. The assistance she provides with her vast knowledge on the subject is invaluable. I’m so grateful to have met her. and I recommend her to everyone I know going through any women’s health issues.

After seeing several gynecologists, Mr Raza was at last the most reassuring and straight forward in explaining why having a robotic laparoscopic hysterectomy would be the best way forward for me. I am now 6 weeks post op and I am feeling great. I am continuing to be amazed by how small my scar is (2cm!). I would highly recommend Mr Raza to any women doubting whether to have the operation. Every person is different of course but he is so knowledgeable, kind and professional. Mr Dobson saw me recently for ongoing pain I have had in my right knee. He had looked after me previously for a skiing injury to the same knee and I fully trusted his expertise in a new issue. He was extremely polite and professional and diagnosed a medial meniscal tear. My investigations were prompt and he went out of his way to find a treatment date that was convenient for me. I’m now 3 months post arthroscopic debridment and microfracture and I am pain free with full movement and have started running and training again. Couldn’t be happier with the treatment and fully recommend him!

I didnt visit a practice, this was a blood test that was sent by post to me with an at home kit. So my rating is based on the blood test. I will visit a practice in early February to do a skin check. But everything was packed securely and sent quickly, and you appear to have received it very quickly and given me a result within a day of receiveing my blood, which I fully appreciate. The only thing I would mention about the process was the amount of blood I could get out of three fingers was less than what you asked for. Luckily it was enough for you to do the test.

I visited David recently to assess my foot following a complex lis franc injury. He was very professional, listened to me and I did not feel rushed. We agreed that I should try orthotics which hopefully will help with my walking. He also recommended footwear going forward. David emailed me the following day to check how my foot was and has kept in touch with various footwear recommendations. I would have no hesitation in recommending him.

I am grateful to Mr Hamouda for his skilful surgery. I had to visit the Nuffield, TWells to check on swelling, wound healing & dressing change- excellent support & reassurance.

I had an amazing birthing experience at The Westminster Suite. Every single midwife and staff member I encountered was so lovely and helpful, I really couldn’t have asked for any better.
