From start to finish, my experience with Dr. Dinkar Bakshi and his team has been outstanding. His office manager, Rahul, has been incredibly helpful, professional, and friendly. He made the entire process seamless — from explaining pricing and arranging appointments, to ensuring I was seeing the right specialist for my symptoms. His communication was clear, consistent, and reassuring, which really set the tone for a positive experience. As for Dr. Bakshi, he is genuinely one of the best consultants I have ever met. Before my appointment, he had carefully reviewed my summary and test results, and during our consultation he spent almost an hour explaining everything in detail. He talked me through what Mast Cell Activation Syndrome (MCAS) is, how it relates to my symptoms, and what testing was necessary — all in a way that made complete sense. He also made sure I wasn’t repeating unnecessary tests and created a clear, evidence-based treatment plan. For the first time, I felt truly heard, understood, and validated. He immediately sent a letter to my GP with a detailed treatment plan so that I could begin my medication right away. The level of care and attention he provides is outstanding — he genuinely listens and takes time to explain every step. When my results came back, Dr. Bakshi personally called to discuss them with me and explain what the next steps would be, as well as future options if needed. This level of follow-through and compassion is rare to find. Even though I’ve now received a diagnosis for MCAS, I feel relieved and reassured knowing I’m under such excellent care. Dr. Bakshi has an exceptional bedside manner, and Rahul provides wonderful support behind the scenes — together they make an amazing team. I would highly, highly recommend Dr. Bakshi to anyone who has been struggling to find answers. He is truly one in a million.

I go to alien aesthetics in worcester and i honestly couldn’t recommend them enough they are so amazing and trustworthy ! Everyone is so friendly and kind to talk to. I always reccomend them to anyone considering getting filler or botox procedures, or anyone who wants a dissolve and to start fresh after bad experiences else where. The care and attention to detail that I received during my stay at the Priory Hospital with Consultant Mr Shakir Hussain has been exceptional, He really does look after you any concerns are explained and have are dealt with speedily and nothing is too much trouble. He explained how the procedures had gone and I was able to see my new knee replacement which was a nice surprise. He checked on the movement now in my knee and was pleased with the progress made. He had previously explained the importance of doing the exercises and was crucial to aid your recovery. Mr Shakir Hussain has been outstanding, he is knowledgeable,, understanding, cheerful and has done this procedure many times , prepares you for the journey ahead with an honest outlook. Well done Mr Shakir Hussain, his great team, the recovery unit, the nursing staff, catering team who have made this experience for me a pleasant and memorable one. Thank you and well done.

I had a left total hip replacement in January 2025, carried out at Cheltenham General Hospital by Mr Holton. Prior to surgery, I had a very annoying limp and the hip was tired, tender, painful and at times unstable, due to osteoarthritis. Physio/meds had helped a little but had not removed the cause. Ten months on from the op, I am delighted to report ongoing freedom from all of the above issues. I've been able to walk without a stick and without a limp, covering some good distances including hilly areas on a family holiday with our grandchildren. I can now keep pace with my husband and I have a choice of speeds! From my first consultation with Mr Holton, things have gone smoothly. He was very sure and decisive that replacement was needed; kind, clear and encouraging about expected outcomes. In fact, her late night phone call advising to get immediate help may have saved our lives - something we will be forever grateful to her for. I was referred by my GP to RTN via Right To Choose and I have been diagnosed with combined type ADHD. I wanted an assessment which was thorough as I have other conditions such as anxiety, and it was very comprehensive. I felt like my full history was properly reviewed and explained to me. The assessment process was also vulnerable to go through, especially as an adult in my 40s, but all the staff I spoke to via email or face-to-face were very kind, supportive and validating. Thank you. My overall experience was excellent and I would highly recommend RTN to others. My one small piece of feedback is whether you can incorporate a save button in the online forms. I find form-filling quite overwhelming and I think it would have helped to be able to do it in stages.

No problems with the medical teatment. Not sure why I was sent an invoice for medications some days after the treatment. It would have been much easier to pay in the hospital on the day. The invoice doesn't say if you can pay by card by phone or on line. This is a basic service these days. The menu offered for kosher food was limited and most of the items marked as being available weren't. If you're going to offer this service then you need to make sure you have available what you are offering - this is the private wing and one is paying for additional levels of service - not provided here.

Its a really good experience, I'm really enjoying the meditation sessions. Understanding trauma and cravings and learning tools have helped me understand more about my addiction and opening up and sharing with the therapy team has really improved my self worth and I have felt really empowered. This has been the perfect place for me. The VR is really enjoyable, its very realistic and I was put in the perfect scenario to help me understand my addiction. The therapy team are great and the support workers have been really really good which has made a really daunting experience a much easier one.

A friend said she had researched surgeons very thoroughly and recommended Mr Marston. - she had had 2 hips and 2 knees operated on when she said this. My operation went perfectly , no complications, hospital King Edward V11 a very high standard of care by all staff and food excellent. By week 4-5 I was going alone, I am well over 70 to Richmond on public transport from central London and by week 8 back to pilates. So I would recommend Mr Marsdon very highly.
