There was a lot of confusion in regards to my follow up appointment post surgery. An appointment was booked and agreed for Monday morning, another appointment was booked for the afternoon in addition to the morning appointment, which I tried to rearrange for the following day and recieved confirmation, that appointment I found out later had not been booked and one was made for the following week, and I had called to confirm the appointment for Monday morning too. I found out later that the Monday morning appointment was cancelled but I was not told this until I arrived for the appointment early. Gill at reception was extremely helpful and was immediately on the case to help me as this was a wound check appointment. She spoke to Nikki and Bev and I was able to be seen very quickly. I appreciated all the help I was given by Gill and she helped me create my next appointment for 6 weeks time and navigate the situation well. The appointment itself was informative and very good. I believe there was a mix up with the lists for the day and it seemed to be that everyone just got confused with what appointments for me were needed to be rearranged/ cancelled. Everything was resolved quickly and calmly, and I thank everyone for their help in resolving this.

Dr Bhatti was the perfect doctor for our pregnancy & birthing journey. We felt so comfortable the whole way through our pregnancy which was entirely due to her tremendous expertise & competency. She was incredibly thorough in making sure my wife was in tip top shape prior to the birth and the procedure itself was seamles. She managed to cater for both my wife’s very relaxed nature and my highly strung one (!) which is no easy feat. Finally the whole healing process has been a dream, barely a mark on my wife following her Caesarean section and she has had a very straightforward and painless recovery. Unexpected diagnosis but finally relieved to find an answer. I have since my teenage years have always issues with my tummy, feeling bloated, loose stools and sometimes constipation, never feeling right. After consultation with Dr Mahesh, he suggested a few tests including endoscopy- both ends!. However the endoscopy confirmed I have coeliac disease and colonoscoopy showed colitis. He also gave me a clear step by step plan. I feel so relieved to have found what was the issue, now adjusting slowly to a life without gluten, and , tbh its not all that bad. Anyway, an intelligent doctor, thank you. My kids are seeing him too!

From the initial outpatient appointment to the procedure , everything was smooth and pleasant. I didn’t have to wait long when I visited the facility and it was not difficult to book appointments for further treatment. Karla, Michele and all the nursing team were very kind , thoughtful and accommodating. The atmosphere was calm and relaxed and they didn’t leave questions unanswered. Dr Woollard was very attentive and helpful. He was reassuring and made everything clear. He was understanding and showed empathy .

I recently had a great experience at Fortius Clinic London from beginning to end. My appointment started on time, the clinic was spotless and well-run, and there were very few wait times. I felt more at ease because of the friendly and professional staff. Throughout my visit, Mr. Johan Witt was kind, informed, and comforting. He made sure I was at ease at every turn and gave me a clear explanation of the process. His experience was very clear, and the hip injections went smoothly and painlessly.

I took my 14 yr old, slightly awkward son to see Mr Buddhev recently and he was fantastic with him. Mr Buddhev put Jonathan at ease and spoke directly to him in language that he could understand. Mr Buddhdev was particularly respectful of my son's sports focus and recognised what an important part of his life it is. Whilst all staff were friendly and professional from the reception staff to the dentist. My appointment was 10 o'clock but I was not seen until 10:25 without any courteous apology or advise of the delay until I was in with the dentist. I appreciate that delays can happens with the treatment of the customers before me but a courteous apology and advice of the estimated wait would have been appreciated as my car was parked in a pay and display area.

After a frustrating year with an ankle injury sustained playing football, seeing Alex at PSM has been great. Alex provided a detailed analysis of my gait and took a 3D scan of my foot to create orthoses customised to me. He also clearly explained what was going on with my ankle and how it can get better, having done a number of tests to pinpoint the issue. Highly recommend Alex for anyone struggling with a foot-related sports injury.

I moved house before Christmas and during the process I lifted a piano (big mistake!), sofa, wardrobes, beds, washing machine etc. This resulted in severe pain in my lower back and left leg. He explained the procedure to me during the consultation, and I had undergone the same procedure with another consultant in the past. I was expecting the same type of pain. However, Marco Bolgeri's technique rendered the procedure painless. I am very happy that my GP recommended I see him.

As a person who feared having the treatment he made the whole process smooth an easy to understand with explanations of each step along the way.
