For 6 years I have been suffering with severe abdominal pain, I have been in and out of hospital over this period of time, having seen many doctors & consultants, had multiple scans and tests etc, was put on too many medications to name, nobody picked up what the problem really was, that was until I met Dr Raza, and thank God I did! From the first scan he performed, he diagnosed Endometriosis, this had never been mentioned to me, his diagnosis was stage 3 deep infiltrating endometriosis, Dr Raza has performed robotic surgery to clear the disease, having said one of the worst cases he has ever dealt with. Approaching 4 weeks post op, I have just been to see Dr Raza, and he is over the moon at how incredible my wound has healed, one incision only via the belly button, he was really proud of his work, and absolutely so he should be, to me, he is my hero, he is truly one of the most gentle men I have ever met, along with his nurse Denia, who has been my rock throughout my recovery period. I cannot advocate Dr Raza enough, 6 years of my life totally wasted backwards and forwards in and out of hospital to no avail, until now, thank you Dr Raza and Denia, for making my future look so very much brighter, you are my saviour, and I’m proud to call myself your patient. Thank you for everything and I would not hesitate to come back to you if I need too❤️

I first saw Mr Arora in 2023, for help with my sinuses and nose. From the first appointment, Dr Arora was welcoming and keen to properly understand my situation. In particular, I never felt rushed. Opting to exhaust non-surgical options before committing to surgery, I saw Dr Arora a number of times over the following year. Each time, he would take time to assess progress and walk me through options and explain what was actually happening in my nose/sinuses. Ultimately, we opted for surgery and in November 2025 I had a septoplasty and some work on my sinuses. The surgery went very well, and the care before and after was really appreciated. I am now breathing a lot better and have a notable reduction in sinus pressure (which should hopefully continue to decrease over the following months) I would highly recommend Dr Arora and am very grateful for his treatment over the last few years. His office, notably Emma B, is also very helpful and responsive. Thank you!

I have just returned home after a full hip replacement. We were recommended to St Joseph’s and I can’t speak highly enough of the team and the care I received. Many things stand out. The friendly, yet professional ambience, the obviously good relations and communications across all staff. Although my visit lasted only just over 24 hours, at no time did anything feel rushed or ‘conveyor belt’. Just well organised with a feeling that I was being very well looked after. The room and facilities were first class, comfortable and super clean. The operation itself was clearly explained and went without hitch. There was a lot of experience in that room, not least of the lead consultant and anaesthetist. Recovery was also much quicker than I expected, with excellent follow on from the Physio team and 6 sessions into the future as part of the package. I would finally like to express my thanks to all the staff who have made such a positive difference for me.

I felt respected and reassured throughout my treatment. Dr Amr and his calm approach helped ease mine and my husbands concerns during a particularly challenging time. Thanks to his outstanding treatment, expertise and guidance, l was confident about my care plan and made a full recovery from my medical emergency. I am so very grateful for the support I received from him and will be eternally grateful. He even came to visit me more than once after he treated me, even though I had been moved to another ward. Dr Amr is an absolute asset to any hospital trust.

I can't recommend Mr. Inzerillo highly enough. I chose Mr. Inzerillo because I found I still had another 6-12 months on the NHS waiting list. As I had the problem explained by my optician and certified by the NHS, Mr. Inzerillo agreed to do my examination and treatment at the first visit which saved me doing a difficult trip twice! He has an excellent manner when making you feel at ease and can explain the problem and treatment in easy layman's words. The treatment was efficiently done and a follow up visit was also a pleasure! I had a query about the drops I was given and typed the query to his secretary on a Sunday, expecting a reply on the Monday. I was astonished to get a reply from Mr. Inzerillo via his secretary on the Sunday! Now that is care! Any future eye problems and I am back to this consultant. I rate him excellent plus.

The entire place is spotless everything feels clean, organised and extremely well maintained, which immediately puts you at ease. I had a procedure done with Dr. Marshall and he is unbelievable truly an amazing doctor. His expertise, reassurance, and calm approach made the whole experience a 10/10. I couldn’t have asked for better care. Every member of staff I encountered was helpful and attentive, always willing to go above and beyond. From the nurses to the reception team, everyone made sure I was comfortable and informed throughout. I have absolutely no complaints only praise. A wonderful hospital with outstanding care. I cannot thank Mr Jayanthi enough. I had 2 groin hernias one small on the right and one large groin hernia on my left side which was very uncomfortable. After having a consultation with Mr Jayanthi my mind was put at rest his bedside manner was excellent. On the day of the procedure he made me feel at ease and explained what was to take place. 3 incisions around the belly button area which cleared up completely within 6 weeks. And no sign of any Hernias thanks to his skill and the Mesh implant. 8 weeks after the procedure saw Mr Jayanthi today getting the all clear. If you get a chance to choose your surgeon Look no further.

I almost don’t know where to start. From my first meeting, I was filled with confidence, and felt at ease. This was my second total knee replacement, the first one (with a different consultant) had been quite difficult due to no one’s fault. My second knee with Mr Barksfield could not have been mare different. I am now 8 weeks post op and have virtually no pain, can walk normally and feel like I did 6-8 years ago. Stairs are a breeze, I can walk normally up and down slopes and intend to play golf this weekend. I could not be more delighted with the outcome. A massive thank you to Mr Barksfield and his team.

Mr Attilakos was incredibly attentive, calm and encouraging every step of the way through our pregnancy. He had endless patience for our first-time parents to be and kept an encyclopaedic knowledge to reassure and take action where needed. During labour, he was very present and warm and we are so incredibly grateful to have him be the one to welcome our daughter. We trust him completely. I walked away from labour with such a positive experience that helped buoy me into those delicate newborn weeks with strength and confidence, and Mr Attilakos was a large reason for that.

Holly House and its staff are excellent. The whole atmosphere was one of cleanliness, professionalism and friendliness Particular mention should go to Mo, my nurse throughout the day. He was calm, honest and made me feel comfortable and that my concerns were listened to. A great asset to the staff. (My only complaint was I was told to arrive at 6.30am, as I was to be first on the list at 7.30am; to then be told my operation would not be until midday. I didn't even bring a book! However, I did get to watch four episodes of Frasier back-to-back, so it wasn't all bad!)

The staff are dedicated, friendly and professional. They are patient and nothing is too much trouble if you have questions or need reassurance. This has been an amazing experience

This is GP services as they should be. I booked on Sunday afternoon and had a good selection of appointments for Monday morning. I was seen on my appointment time. The fact that the appointments are 20 minutes long allows the GP time to be very thorough and explain in detail your condition. Over four visits this year, I have always seen the same GP, which builds the connection that the excessively busy NHS service no longer provides.

I had an excellent experience. The location was easy to find and parking was available on site. The staff were really friendly on arrival and there was nice quiet areas to sit and wait. DR Pradhan was great in explaining all the procedure and understanding my circumstances. She took lots of time to answer any questions and give me all the information I needed. I would recommend MUMS to anyone needed any of the services they offer.

This was my first experience of the Hillsborough Private Clinic and the staff were very professional, knowledgeable and welcoming. While this is an older style building is was well set out and immaculately clean and while I appreciate that space is at a premium a groundlevel toilet facility would be an asset as while I have no mobility issues I can see where climbing stairs to the bathroom could be an issue for some.

The staff were all extremely friendly, approachable and knowledgeable, being happy to answer all my questions and put me at my ease. The procedure was quite uncomfortable at times but the staff were on hand to reassure me and to warn me when to anticipate some discomfort. Once the procedure had been completed, the discomfort totally dissipated and l haven't felt any pain at all since - none whatsoever!
