Before I met Glenda I was at a very low point in my life. I was experiencing an incredible amount of stress and anxiety following a breakdown in my relationship. I found it very hard to function at a level to which I was used to. I have always been high energy and needed to be for my work. Glenda instantly put me at ease, she was always very patient and explained in great detail why I was feeling why I was. Glenda is highly professional and never once did I feel patronised or judged. She spoke to me with respect and encouraged me to learn more about my situation through reading, podcasts, audiobooks etc which really helped me along the way. Some days I would arrive at our therapy session without knowing what I was going to discuss but Glenda creates a safe environment which allows you to open up and share your thoughts and feelings. Glenda is an incredible psychodynamic therapist and has been highly influential in my life and I will be forever grateful for her knowledge, her patience and her kindness. Thank you for everything.

10/10 experience. We had our 10 year old son assessed for ADHD. From the moment i called to enquire about the process and what are the steps involved to the actually assessment, everyone has been amazing. Steven in the front office walked me through the entire process, what to expect, costings etc. he was polite, kind and very professional. Dr Hollie Hearfield who did the assessment was lovely. She was so good with our son, she explained everything to us as to what the next steps are. I cannot recommend you enough to others who might be thinking of going private. Its an overwhelming decision to make and it has been nothing but informative and easy with Berkley's. Keep up the amazing service that your staff deliver x

He took the time to fully listen to all of my concerns and carefully explained all of my test results in detail, which really helped alleviate a lot of my worries about my heart. I never felt rushed and genuinely felt heard and reassured. Dr D’Souza has a wonderful manner and made what could have been a stressful experience feel calm and supportive. Mr Dattani has been excellent at every level. I had a shoulder replacement performed by him in London, and the result has been excellent. From the initial consultation through to surgery and follow-up, everything was clearly explained and handled with care and professionalism. The operation went smoothly, pain was well controlled, and my recovery has been better than I expected. My shoulder movement and function are already significantly improved. I would highly recommend Mr Dattani to anyone in London needing shoulder replacement or specialist shoulder surgery.

Unfortunately, having burnt my fingers and subsequently acquired an infection, I rang the Centre at 10.00. am and asked for an urgent appointment to see a general practitioner. The receptionist offered me two appointments, one at 11.40 am and one at 1.00 pm. I took the earlier appointment and was seen within 10 minutes by Dr Porter. She was very efficient, warm and understanding. I was prescribed medication, which was supplied by the clinic's pharmacy and back in my office by midday. Excellent service, and I thoroughly recommend Centennial

I was happy about the appointment and MRI.But approaching for the report,it is too difficult.I tried to contact via the phone around 8 times but no answer.In the evening I managed to speak to someone.I sent all the requirements by email to get reports but I haven’t received the reports until Wednesday morning. Wednesday midday tried again but still same ,no one answering the phone..still waiting for the response.
