The staff were incredibly helpful, understanding and supportive. I explained my concern and was given an urgent appointment. Vanessa S is the perfect person for her role and puts people at ease immediately. She secured me a hearing test and a consultation appointment on the same day. She also helped me with some of the administrative elements of using my private healthcare as the process has changed since I last used it. Very helpful, friendly, professional and reassuring. I was greeted on arrival, immediately shown to the waiting area and taken straight through to my first appointment, even though I was a few minutes early. Cannot fault the service I received and the care and professionalism was consistent throughout.

Pleasant waiting area with self-service drinks available. Within an hour you are called and escorted into the preparation/recovery room where you are prepared for the operation and the procedure is explained including a visit from the surgeon to check if you have any questions. The operation takes place in the adjacent theatre where again efforts are made to keep you informed as to what’s happening and before you know it you are escorted back to your recovery area for water and a biscuit. Staff were pleasant and attentive at all times. Once thoroughly checked out you return to the waiting area to be collected by your escort who has already been called to say your are ready for collection. I was back home within 2 hours

It was an extremely rare and complex condition, and because of other health issues, I was not an ideal candidate for major surgery. I had a video consultation with Dr Kallis. In the previous months I had a abdominal ultrasound scan and a CT abdomen and pelvis dual phase scan which appeared to show conflicting results. Dr Kallis explained the purpose and limitations of such scans as the reason for such conflicts, which I found understandable and reassuring. He also outlined the appropriate tests to take to clarify any remaining issues. Dr Kallis was patient and clear in responding to any questions I had. The organisation of the video consultation was very efficiently handled by his Medical Secretary. I would certainly recommend Dr Kallis

as ever, the administration has let your business down. i had an MRI scan at Cleveland Victoria at 1000hrs and the outcome should have been given to Neurologist Dr Richard Perry. Having had more than 35 minutes consultation, i asked about the MRI scan and it had not been sent to him. as a result, we had to have a lunch around the corner and had to return an hour later to continue the consultation. I have complained a number of times about the poor administartion. this is yet another.

I had an appointment for a blood test. Unfortunately, despite 2 attempts the nurse was unable to extract any bloods. The nurse decided to find a colleague - I was delighted to see a face I recognised, who had conducted this procedure successfully earlier in the year. She was able to take the bloods from my arm skilfully first time, without causing any discomfort. Her calmness, warmth and humour quickly helped me to forget my previous experience. My one criticism was that ,having met my consultant the day after the operation, the following up meeting was 7 weeks after the day of the operation. An earlier meeting after , say, 4 or 5 weeks , would have been very beneficial .

Overall my recent experience was excellent. I had recently had foot surgery and had a blue post surgery shoe on. A lovely, thoughtful and kind nurse called Theresa brought me a stool and pillow to elevated my foot without me even asking and generally looked after me and made sure all the other patients were ok.
