Before I met Glenda I was at a very low point in my life. I was experiencing an incredible amount of stress and anxiety following a breakdown in my relationship. I found it very hard to function at a level to which I was used to. I have always been high energy and needed to be for my work. Glenda instantly put me at ease, she was always very patient and explained in great detail why I was feeling why I was. Glenda is highly professional and never once did I feel patronised or judged. She spoke to me with respect and encouraged me to learn more about my situation through reading, podcasts, audiobooks etc which really helped me along the way. Some days I would arrive at our therapy session without knowing what I was going to discuss but Glenda creates a safe environment which allows you to open up and share your thoughts and feelings. Glenda is an incredible psychodynamic therapist and has been highly influential in my life and I will be forever grateful for her knowledge, her patience and her kindness. Thank you for everything.

Considering i am a private patient very Dissapointed. 1. I was contacted after making the initial appointment asking where i had my MRI scans. I gave the lady all details only to be contacted again the next day stating they could'nt locate them. I then gave them more comprehensive details and was assured if any issues i would be contacted. I attended the practice for the consultation on 27/11/25 only to be told by Mr. Bacon we could not proceed as he did not have my scans. I proceeded to to ask for the pre med tests during which an anneasatist was very rude to me because unfortunatly i have a needle phobea. 2. Prior to the operation i rang to ask that during the operation day is there somewhere for my partner[ ie. in the ward room etc] and informed yes. She was informed on arrival at 6.30am with me that she was not allowed on the ward until 6pm . We had travelled 80miles to the hospital that day. If we had been informed prior too alternatve arrangements could have been made for her.

This is truly a very pleasant clinic. All staff put you at ease and treat you very well. I had an upper endoscopy performed by Dr Craig Mowat. He is a really patient, polite and conscientious professional man who listened to my concerns and talked me through them. He was very thorough and suggested how I could relive my symptoms mean time until my procedure, which was only a few weeks later. He explained exactly what would happen. The experience was very calm and I was put at ease. Dr Mowat told me of his findings immediately after the procedure and called me to discuss biopsy results a couple of weeks later. The whole experience was calm and quickly put my fears to rest. Thank you very much for lifting a huge weight off my mind - I can now get back to enjoying life!

I cannot speak highly enough of Mr Fawdington, who along with his knowledge and expertise is caring and empathetic with an engaging manner. From my first meeting I felt reassured that my symptoms, which had perplexed others, could be resolved. His initial thoughts were proved entirely correct after an MRI, and prompt surgery was the realistic option for a condition that is considered somewhat rare. After five weeks from my initial consultation I regained full motor function to my hand, for which I am eternally grateful. His lovely secretary was also most helpful in guiding me through the process.

Mr Chin recently carried out my Septoplasty and Turbinate surgery at Ross Hall, Glasgow. From the initial consultation through to the procedure itself, he has been an absolute gentleman. He’s takes so much time to explain the condition and all the options and does so in such a friendly manner. He has also emailed on several occasions to assist with some queries and provide me with all the info I needed about my treatment and aftercare. Apart from a reception that were unaware of their visitors - the building and facilities were excellent. Dr. Bradley is a practitioner who has a broad grasp of all areas of HRT treatment. Her extensive knowledge makes you feel very confident about the decisions you make with the doctors assistance. She is never rushed and allows extensive discussion about past and present research. I am extremely impressed by her professionalism. I left after my consultation feeling I had explored all the areas I had questions about but came away with a lot of new information.

From my initial enquiry about Refractive Lens Replacement surgery, through my surgery and aftercare I have had excellent care from Vision Scotland. Everything was clearly explained and the surgery has left me with the desired result, 20/20 vision with no glasses needed. The only (slight) negative difference here is a greater need for good light when reading at night or close work. The procedure was pain free and I have had no complications. I am looking forward to enjoying the results for (I hope) many years to come. Thank you to all staff involved with my care.

I have attended Methley Park on numerous occasions and always received very excellent service, friendliness, the hospital is very clean and I have received and been kept upto date with my upcoming appointments, excellent Hospital and Consultant.

I went to see Dr Maitra and he prescribed new medication and within 48 hours we noticed a huge improvement. He put me at ease and ensured my daughter received the best possible care.
