Mr Malec was recommended to me by a nurse friend and fellow horserider, who'd done all the research and had chosen Mr Malec at Rowley Hall in Stafford for her husbands future knee replacements. I'm so glad I went with her recommendation as Mr Malec is the best. He's kind, reasuring and just a nice man as well as being a great knee surgeon. My operation went without issue 6 weeks ago and today after a check up with Mr Malec and Andy the PT, on the progress I've made, I have passed with flying colours. My xray looks great and I have a good solid, painfree and stable knee where once I had the opposite of all those. I'm now looking forward to walking again in the hills that I've missed and the riding, the swimming and even the small things like walking down the stairs. Its early days but what an amazing change already after 6 weeks. I'm reborn. Cannot thank Mr Malec enough. Efficient and professional experience, I am pain free in a much shorter than expected time! I’m an avid runner and dancer and was worried about my recovery following a foot neuroma removal which Mr Singh was going to conduct. He provided candid advice about attitude to recovery and set realistic expectations (that were very reasonable). I was back to dancing within 3-4 weeks of surgery which was priority #1, running is taking a bit longer (which was expected) but Sam gave me full confidence in follow ups that my recovery was going great and I should be back to running soon. A really positive experience overall and I am so glad I went through with his services.

Always an absolute pleasure coming to Vermilion, the staff are just on another level. I honestly think you wouldn’t get that kind of treatment anywhere else in the country. Customer service is first class. Everyone, from the admin teams and front of house, to the Drs and Hygienists. Had my third Hygienist appointment with Debbie last week, she is absolutely amazing, always feel better after seeing her (mentally and with a sparkling mouth 😂). Also, Dr Martin Morley is also such a great guy, so easy to talk to and great at what he does. Best dental team, hands down.

My entire experience with Dr Gamble and the staff has always been outstanding. My appointments are greeted with polite and friendly staff and everything is on time. I find Dr Gamble very friendly and easy to discuss my health matters with. He explains everyone very well and I always receive his report very shortly after my visit. It's nice not to have to try and remember the details of our discussions. I definitely that Dr Gamble listens and understands my feelings when we do discuss my health condition. I feel personally attended and not like the "next patient".

My eye sight was on the verge of being under the limit for legal driving so the only way to travel would have been Taxi, Bus,Trains and willing friends and neighbours to give lifts as needed. My wife and I live in higher Harlech which is rather hilly, I am on the disabled register my wife is 91 years old still driving but was putting more and more pressure on her! After I had the required surgery by Mrs Mathews, the following day was a revelation brightness and visibility that I had not seen in years.

This is GP services as they should be. I booked on Sunday afternoon and had a good selection of appointments for Monday morning. I was seen on my appointment time. The fact that the appointments are 20 minutes long allows the GP time to be very thorough and explain in detail your condition. Over four visits this year, I have always seen the same GP, which builds the connection that the excessively busy NHS service no longer provides.

If you are hard of hearing it can be hard to hear your appointment being called due to the layout of the waiting room (some chairs facing away, some around the corner but I need to sit due to health issues so had no choice in my seat), but staff were polite and toilet/waiting area was very clean.
