From the moment I came across Dr. Kat’s website, I had an immediate gut feeling that she was the right doctor to guide us through our fertility journey, and I was not wrong. Under her care, I have completed two egg retrievals. During our second retrieval, we were incredibly grateful to have five blastocysts successfully created and frozen in total. Dr. Kat’s knowledge, precision, and thoughtful approach truly made a difference in our outcomes. She was also instrumental in uncovering an issue that could have easily gone unnoticed. Dr. Kat recommended further testing for my husband, which led to the discovery of a varicocele. She promptly referred us to a urologist, and following his procedure, our results improved significantly. Without her recommendation and thorough attention to every detail, we truly believe we would not be where we are today. Beyond her clinical expertise, Dr. Kat is exceptionally compassionate and supportive. She communicates promptly through the app, answers questions with clarity and care, and is present every step of the way. Her reassurance and dedication made an emotionally challenging process feel manageable and hopeful. We are so excited to continue forward and begin the next chapter of starting our family, and we look forward to updating this review when that day comes. Dr. Kat is truly a blessing, and we are endlessly grateful to have her as our fertility and IVF doctor. If you are just starting your fertility journey or searching for an IVF doctor who will genuinely support you and advocate for you every step of the way, I cannot recommend Dr. Kat enough. I was informed in the email sent for my first appointment that the consultation would take approx one to one and a half hrs maybe more if I was having tests. I saw the consultant and had the tests, this took no more than 10-15 minutes. In my experience of having private consultation I don’t think this was a consultation, I was told someone will call me and give me details of the treatment, I was not given a time or day when this phone call would take place. I tried to ask questions about the treatment but was told they would explain all to me in the phone call. I called next day as I had other commitments the following days and weeks and may have missed their call. I was given the information about the treatment on the phone, I asked if I was paying for this phone call and was told that I would not be charged. I was charged and paid for the tests on the day, after the phone call I later received an invoice for the consultation of £300, so basically I was charged for a phone consultation as I don’t believe I got a consultation on the day that warranted this amount of money. I am really disappointed with this kind of service, I believe if I’m paying for a private consultation I should be given the time face to face so that I can ask questions and understand the treatment that I will be paying for. This was not NHS where you are only allocated a small amount of time, which is why I am so disappointed with this service and the costs which is unwarranted.

I really enjoyed working with Mr. Nakade and am extremely grateful for his support and care. As a woman, I’ve often felt anxious about working with a male gynecologist, but Mr. Nakade was exceptionally polite and thoughtful. He put a great deal of effort into creating a calm, respectful, and comfortable environment, and I honestly never felt awkward for even a moment. I trusted him completely and felt genuinely taken care of throughout the entire process. He explains everything very clearly, is extremely careful and attentive, and the quality of care was outstanding. I also heard excellent feedback about the surgery itself and the follow-up afterwards. I especially appreciated that he uses modern tools such as an AI notetaking system, which allows notes to be available instantly and accurately. This made the process feel very transparent and well-organized. Overall, I can only say positive things about Mr. Nakade and would highly recommend him.

She took the time to truly listen, asked thoughtful questions, and provided clear explanations throughout the assessment process. I never felt rushed, and for the first time, I felt genuinely understood. The diagnostic clarity and tailored treatment plan have made a significant positive impact on my life. The clinic’s approach goes far beyond a standard appointment, it is holistic, evidence-based, and deeply respectful of individual needs. Communication was excellent, appointments were well organised, and follow-up care was consistent and reliable.

Mr Awad has been absolutely amazing throughout my mother’s treatment. She’s been seeing him for around 4 months for a lower eyelid growth, which was both invasive and extremely painful. Mr Awad has been so warm, kind and professional at all times and has been so reassuring. My Mum had the growth removed and eyelid reconstruction on the 18th Dec by Mr Awad and the results are truly fabulous. Mum is already mostly pain free and the surgery is so discreet that it’s hardly noticeable. We cannot praise Mr Awad enough and we would also like to say the same for his team in surgery, recovery and clinic. They are all absolutely outstanding and we are so grateful to them all for the treatment Mum has received. We would very much appreciate it if you can pass on our thanks.

Pleasant waiting area with self-service drinks available. Within an hour you are called and escorted into the preparation/recovery room where you are prepared for the operation and the procedure is explained including a visit from the surgeon to check if you have any questions. The operation takes place in the adjacent theatre where again efforts are made to keep you informed as to what’s happening and before you know it you are escorted back to your recovery area for water and a biscuit. Staff were pleasant and attentive at all times. Once thoroughly checked out you return to the waiting area to be collected by your escort who has already been called to say your are ready for collection. I was back home within 2 hours

I attended Luiza’s group classes initially and then moved on to 1-to-1 sessions once I was heavily pregnant. She has an incredible ability to modify exercises to suit each person’s individual needs, even within a group setting. Her attention to detail, precision, and ability to make subtle adjustments made a huge difference to my strength and mobility throughout pregnancy. On top of that, she’s a genuinely lovely and caring person, which makes such a difference when you’re navigating pregnancy. It’s easy to see why her classes are always booked weeks in advance. Her physiotherapy background really shows and adds an extra layer of confidence and safety to everything she does.

I had a part knee replacement and the staff were really caring and polite . I couldn’t fault them in fact I would trust them 100% and I don’t trust nobody but the staff were truly amazing . A big Thank you to Mr Patel truly amazing gentlemen and the aneasathetist wow I didn’t feel any needles top people. All I can say is I would highly recommend this hospital the service was amazing. The staff that looked after you couldn’t do enough for you . The place was spotless and the best part of it all you were respected as a person

Dr Antonis Pavlidis

I saw Dr Pavlidis for a procedure required for an angiogram. It then required a more complex angioplasty due to total occlusion of my coronary artery. On both procedures, Dr Pavlidis was very professional, sincere and clear. He explained clearly what was involved and risks and then followed up with personally coming over after the procedure and explaining the post procedure status and next steps. He is straight forward approach and to the point was what I appreciated.

I had a knee replacement and had a reaction to the anaesthetic which resulted in me having to spend several days in bed vomiting copiously. The staff were so supportive and caring; the nurses couldn’t help enough, the porters, physios, catering staff and cleaning crew were good natured , helpful and thorough. Since arriving home I have had numerous phone conversations with Horder staff, who have been reassuring and helpful with my recovery.
