I visited the Well Life Clinic as I had been diagnosed with ADHD three years ago and since then I have not received any treatment. This was not through any lack of trying with the NHS, and the good efforts of my local GP. The waiting list for ADHD diagnosis and treatment is getting longer and longer, with a minimum three years or more, which is a national situation for ADHD diagnosed patients, as was shown on Television recently, with Well Life and Dr Kahn featuring. I then I decided that I would try the private route, and visited the Well Life Clinic in Cobham, which is a path I would recommend to any ADHD patient in my situation. Your charming receptionists were most welcoming, polite, informative and efficient. They listened to my ADHD situation, and that I had already been diagnosed three years previously and that i had all the comprehensive documentation of my diagnosis, which they asked me to forward to them. Once my details had been taken, they said they would forward everything to the appropriate person, who would contact me. Communication at Well Life is swift and I received follow up emails and phone calls as the process advanced. If I popped into the Cobham Clinic any questions I had were answered efficiently. Excellent. Things advanced quickly, my diagnosis documentation was read and accepted by the Well Life Consultantsmand a consultation with Dr Kahn set up in Oxted. I have had two consultations with Dr Kahn, one in person in Oxted, and one on line. My first one was 40 minutes at the Well Life Oxted Clinic. It was an in-depth discussion, I had to have a blood test next day in Cobham, and within a week I was prescribed the necessary medication for my blood pressure, then after monitoring that for a week, the ADHD medication was prescribed. Dr Kahn is excellent, informative, experienced and explains everything so clearly and well. One feels that one is in the best of hands. The Clinics are excellent, clean and smart. All the staff, most welcoming and efficient, in person as well as on the phone. Emails are always sent promptly, as are reminders of appointments, or electronic sending of prescriptions. I highly recommend Well Life to anyone who wishes to be seen quickly and efficiently. Thank you for your care! Steven R.

Dr. Hill completed a thorough assessment following the NICE guidelines for my ADHD assessment. I appreciated that he reviewed my forms and documents ahead of time and communicated what to expect at the start of the appointment. He made sure to explain all of my options at the end of the appointment and made me feel like the choice was in my hands of what I would like to do moving forward, from medication to coaching and explained the possibility of the NHS shared care set up. I would recommend Berkeley Psychiatrists and Dr. Simon Hill to anyone looking to understand if they might have ADHD. Too often I have experienced consultants who ignore other possible factors outside their specialism that may have an impact! Dr Takeda was very thorough in his analysis including what choices were available to confirm a final diagnosis.At all times I felt he communicated in lay man's terms so that I could completely comprehend and felt part of the discussion. I had micro-TESE surgery with Mr Alnajjar and the entire experience was exceptional. He successfully retrieved sperm for us, which has now given us the chance to move forward with IVF next year. What stood out most was how personal and reassuring his approach was. We had met him a few times before the procedure and he always made both me and my wife feel calm, confident, and fully informed. The follow-up care has been outstanding — nothing felt rushed, and every question was answered clearly. His PA and the communication throughout have also been first-class. I visited Mr Natt this week after experiencing tightness in my throat. He took the time to ask thorough questions to understand the issue and carried out a nasal endoscopy to investigate further. Throughout the procedure, he explained everything clearly, checked that I was comfortable, and showed genuine concern for my wellbeing. When the issue became visible on the screen, he carefully explained what was happening in a way that put my mind at ease. Mr Natt was kind, professional, and attentive from start to finish. I had a follow up appointment for more YAG Laser treatment. Upon entering Cathedral Eye Clinic you are greeted by very friendly and helpful staff at reception. Thereafter I had very detailed tests carried out by a female Optometrist who is very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Finally I had further tests and this was followed by the laser treatment by Mr Best who exudes absolute professional brilliance and is very reassuring explaining everything in detail. A truly excellent experience and I can recommend their fantastic care to anyone.

Came in for full health check. Appointment was on time. Staff very friendly. O was offered a hot drink before I sat down. Staff asked if I minded using AI technology to record my consultation. Process was explained to me. I asked if I could be tested for allergy. The Staff found out for me and, for extra charge, arranged for further bloods to be tested for allergy. Check was completed in good time.

Send emails which are either not replied to or replied weeks later with no result. Would actively dissuade anyone from using Skylight as my experience has been appalling from the start
