I cannot recommend Louis highly enough for varicose vein ultrasound assessment. From the moment I arrived, I felt completely at ease and confident that I was in very safe hands. Louis is an outstanding vascular scientist, his knowledge, confidence, and attention to detail are immediately apparent. He took the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly, ensuring I fully understood what he was assessing during the ultrasound scan and what the findings meant. Nothing felt rushed, and every question I had was answered with clarity and reassurance. The ultrasound scan itself was extremely thorough and carried out to an exceptionally high standard. Louis’ scanning technique was meticulous, and it was clear he has a deep understanding of ultrasound. He explained what he was seeing throughout the scan, which was incredibly reassuring and gave me complete confidence in the accuracy of the assessment. What really stood out was the level of care throughout the appointment. Louis is not only highly skilled but also calm, approachable, and professional. He made what could have been a daunting appointment feel relaxed, informative, and reassuring, and I left feeling fully informed and confident in the next steps discussed. He got the report sent over to my surgeon straight away which was really great as I could have a follow up appointment within the week. If you are considering getting your varicose veins treated, I would not hesitate to recommend Louis. His expertise, professionalism, and patient care are second to none, and you truly feel looked after by someone who is at the top of their field. Highly recommended.

I had a private care with Dr Kenga Sivarajah (my Obstetrician) at King’s College Hospital, Denmark Hill and Central Health clinic for the delivery of my baby, and I cannot recommend the experience highly enough. Dr Kenga is truly a brilliant obstetrician. Her expertise, calm reassurance, and decisive leadership throughout my pregnancy and delivery made me feel completely safe and confident at every stage. She combines exceptional clinical skill with genuine compassion, which made an enormous difference during such an important and emotional time. I am also incredibly grateful to Adrian Dubrowicz, the anaesthetist, whose professionalism, clear explanations, and calm manner put me instantly at ease. His care was outstanding and contributed hugely to a smooth and positive delivery experience. A very special thank you to Keira Willis and Amina Muhommad who were absolutely amazing midwives during our two-day stay. Their kindness, attentiveness, encouragement, and tireless support — both clinically and emotionally — made the entire experience feel personal, caring, and reassuring. They went above and beyond to ensure both my baby and I were comfortable and well cared for. The standard of care under Dr Kenga’s leadership at King’s College Hospital was exceptional, and I will always be grateful to this outstanding team for the role they played in bringing our baby safely into the world. I would highly recommend Dr Kenga and her team and the private maternity service to anyone seeking expert care with a truly human touch.

I met Mr Wong (Billy) around August 2024 for recurrent sinusitis and loss of taste / smell. Billy has always been so attentive, responsive, considerate and kind. Billy explains everything clearly so I completely understood what was happening. Billy is thorough in his care: obtaining images to better understand what is going on before making an ongoing plan. I recently had sinus surgery (FESS) with Billy as my condition had not improved despite good medical management. Billy is not only an incredibly skilled surgeon, he is also a fantastic and caring individual (with a good sense of humour too!). Billy met with me before surgery and reassured me, he was also in the pre op room, then in the theatre with me, then recovery and also post op to debrief and check up on how I was feeling. This kind of healthcare is so vital to people's wellbeing; this stuff matters, it's a shame that it's so rare, but with Billy; it's there as standard and flawless! I cannot recommend him enough. If you want the absolute gold standard of care: book with Mr Wong.

I had my hysterectomy 2.5 weeks after my initial consultation. My bleeding was so heavy that between Mr Pakarian and his amazing PA Emily, they managed to squeeze me in before Christmas. I saw him on my 6 week follow up and he said it was all a success. He said the fibroid was still there and that my previous treatment had not been effective at all. And he wouldn’t have recommended it in the first place as the fibroid was so big. He has now rectified the mistake and even apologised for the previous consultants error. He kept me informed the whole way through my time with him in letters to me and my GP and has said I can contact him anytime if I have any problems. I had the operation at Goring Hall and my consultations at Montefoire. Goring Hall were amazing and looked after me so well. It was like I was in a hotel. I can’t speak hugely enough about the staff I have encountered on this journey. And I am hugely grateful and appreciative of all the help and care I received.

She takes the time to listen, explains things clearly, adapts treatments as needed, and consistently follows up to make sure progress is on track. Mr Ben Yates is in my opinion an excellent podiatric surgeon who gives a very good clinical opinion. I was unhappy that Mr Yates charged me for a “new patient” appointment when this was in fact a follow up appointment lasting about 12 minutes following previous surgery by Mr Yates. Furthermore, I did not receive a clinic letter from Mr Yates until I chased it up more than 2 weeks after my appointment. I received no apology for the delay in sending the letter. Mr Yate’s clinical letter did not contain all the information promised at the consultation and I was obliged to chase this information again. I emailed Mr Ben Yates to raise my concerns but I did not receive a reply from him.

The staff at Cathedral Clinic were very professional and tried to make me comfortable. However the actual procedure was not an enjoyable experience. having anaesthetic injected into my eye was very traumatic and having gone through the procedure before and it not 100% and having to return for Laser. I so hope that my left eye will not have the same result. Overall I would recommend the clinic and staff to anyone who has to have the procedure done. Bernadette M.

It was a very long and uncomfortable waiting time and I would have brought a book should someone have told me this in advance. This was no reflection on Mr Alhasso though, who was excellent.
