He has a unique ability to make you feel completely at ease, taking the time to ensure you fully understand your diagnosis and treatment options while always considering your personal concerns and goals. His bedside manner is exceptional; he is one of the very few consultants who showed genuine empathy and compassion during the incredibly difficult period when my partner and I were experiencing recurrent miscarriages. Her knowledge, insight and clinical judgement are exceptional, and after more than 30 years as her patient I can say with absolute confidence that you could not be in safer hands. I have endometriosis and polycystic ovarian syndrome, and over the years she has guided me through multiple surgeries, including the removal of fibroids, with remarkable skill and care. Thanks to her expertise, I was also able to conceive my twins – something I will always be grateful for. Miss Hanna is not only an outstanding clinician but a deeply reassuring presence. She listens, she explains, and she always makes you feel fully supported and understood. If you’re looking for a consultant who combines world-class expertise with genuine compassion, I cannot recommend her highly enough.

I recently underwent surgery at Kingsbridge Private Hospital, and I genuinely cannot put into words how grateful I am for the incredible care I received. From the moment my procedure was over, the nurses were by my side — kind, patient, and so comforting. They made me feel safe and completely at ease during a time that could have been overwhelming. My surgeon and nurse continued that same level of warmth and support throughout my aftercare. Their reassurance, responsiveness, and genuine concern for my wellbeing meant more to me than they probably realise. Their care and attention were truly outstanding — compassionate, professional, and heartfelt in every way. I am so thankful to each and every one of them, and I could not recommend Kingsbridge highly enough.

Monaghan + Morrow | Vasectomy Clinic - Belfast

I attended Monaghan & Morrow clinic for a vasectomy procedure in February this year. I got booked in within 2 weeks of initial contact. I was naturally anxious about the procedure but the guys made me feel at home from the minute I walked in. The procedure was pretty much pain free. Stephen & Gillian also clearly communicated pain/brusing etc over the days following, which was very reassuring. Also a check-in email the following day to confirm all was ok. (which it was) After some initial tenderness, I was back running within 1 week of the vacetomy. The follow up semen analysis was also very straightforward. I received the kit in the post with instructions. Results were then emailed within a few weeks. I could not recommend Monaghan & Morrow enough.

As my schedule is limited, I was able to have a consultation, ultrasound and follow up with Ms Bakali all in the space of two weeks. Her and her team are so accommodating and supportive. Ms Bakali is very approachable, informative, professional and so reassuring. She was very helpful with all my concerns and questions. Her bedside manner is very gentle, kind and calming - Which is needed when facing gynaecological issues. I feel so safe, well taken care of and very reassured with Ms Bakali. I cannot recommend Ms Bakali enough! I highly recommend! She’s the best Doctor.

Great surgical experience and service provided by Dr Arun. The lived experience was more extreme than I had anticipated in terms of immediate post operative on ward, but thats likely on me to ask more questions but until you are going through, maybe its better not to know too much. Dr Arun made time to answer the questions asked pre and post operatively, I'm really grateful and am making a good recovery. I'd have no hesitation to go through it again if that was needed and I'd highly recommend Dr Arun of I knew someone needed similar to me. Thank you for what you do.

The doctor was really rude and unprofessional about other members of staff to me. He also didn't check that I'd received appropriate amount of anaesthetic before doing the procedure leaving me in an unacceptable amount of pain for which he didn't apologise or check to see if I was ok. He also tried to do the procedure on the wrong eye and after checking the eye he could see where I'd had a previous procedure and said, "At least I can see you're not lying". I do not want this awful man near me ever again.

When she inserted the needle to draw my blood, I barely felt anything — she clearly knew exactly where the vein was and performed the procedure with great skill. If people in this world were all like her, the world would be filled with endless happiness.

Dr Aslam did Mohs surgery on my nose and I could not be more happier with the result. From the moment I first met him I knew he would do an amazing job. My local nurse removed the sutures and even she commented on how fabulous his stitching was. She told me it was the neatest she had ever seen. Now you cannot even see the scar. I am very happy and would not for a moment hesitate to recommend him for Mohs surgery. He is simply the best.

The psychiatrist I saw was pleasant and helpful, although we met at a facility in South London which was not an HMC facility, not the doctor's usual clinic and where he wasn't known to anyone, so finding him was tricky. Harley Mind Care is hopeless at admin and repeatedly sent late and contradictory communications, making the appointment quite stressful. 10 days later no report has been sent to me or the insurer.
