Everything was perfect. I didn't have to wait, the staff were very friendly and caring, especially before the operation when I was nervous and the nurse who took me down to the operating room was very reassuring. When the operation ended and I was taken to the recovery area. I was feeling very cold and the nurse got me an extra blanket and put it around my shoulders. John the nurse who attended me in the room was very nice and explained everything. All the staff were very caring. Mr Perez was also very caring saying he didn't want me to feel any discomfort. It was all very smooth. The anesthetist was great, he had a sense of humour and made me relax. All in all, despite me being very nervous it couldn't have gone any better.

I booked for an adult circumcision procedure at Moorgate. Preparatory work was done very efficiently. I had a face to face consultation with Dr. Fragcoulis and he also performed a visual inspection. After this I was confident that the surgery will go well and I am in the hands of professionals. I had to wait for a few weeks for the surgery but it was worth the wait. On the day of the surgery things went really well once I have arrived. Staff was very friendly, the surgeon was obviously very skilled and efficient and I was out in no time, after having had a nice meal. Recovery goes well and I am happy with the result. I would definitely recommend Moorgate and Dr. Fragkoulis to anyone how would like a high quality service.

He was warm, kind, and really took the time to listen - I left feeling hopeful for the first time in a while. Dr.Alam Hannan has been great in explaining to us my son's hearing. I also really liked that before the appointment he took time to speak to me and most importantly to read through all the previous reports. That way he already knew our entire history, and I did not need to entertain my son whilst telling the doctor our medical history (which is what usually happens and what is annoying especially with very young children). Dr.Hannan has excellent manners and ways to explain things. I left his office with a smile. Thank you Dr.Hannan.
