We were able to schedule an appointment quickly with Dr. Ali for both a hearing test and consultation. Her staff members are genuinely caring and helpful. Dr. Ali was incredibly kind and patient with both my son and me. For the first time, my child actually enjoys going to the doctor! When Dr. Ali initially explained that my son needed surgery, I wasn't prepared for the news. However, she patiently answered all my questions a few days later when I had recovered from the initial shock, even though she had already explained the process thoroughly during our first visit. On the day of surgery, we were pleasantly surprised by how wonderfully the entire team interacted with children. Dr. Ali's expertise we already knew, but her entire team—including the anesthesiologist and nurses—was equally impressive. They explained everything to us and, more importantly, to my son using age-appropriate language and visual aids in a playful manner that kept him calm and unafraid. As a result, we felt at ease too. I would wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Ali to any parent seeking an ENT specialist for their children.

An unsuccessful partial ossiculoplasty performed by a different surgeon resulted in losing almost all hearing in my left ear and greatly affecting my confidence and quality of life. Following investigations, Dr Kasbekar performed a successful total ossiculoplasty and my hearing improved significantly, with the impacted ear now nearly as good as the unaffected one. If not for Dr Kasbekar, I would have likely had to wear a hearing aid for the rest of my life. It’s not an exaggeration to say he has given back my confidence both in my professional and personal life.

On arrival, and in good time, there was a huge que at the reception desk with only one member of staff trying to deal with patients. We waiting a very long time even to be acknowledged so, not wanting to be late for our appointment, we made our own way to the area A. We were then approached another member of staff in Area A who was able to give us the forms we should have received at reception. Knowing that a significant number of patients were due in the recetion should have been fully staffed with an expeditious way in processing through.
