I was an online client. My first day and many following days, a laptop was placed somewhere (usually with a very minimal view of part of the room) whilst people in the room had a conversation (often it was staff as other patients had left the room/ spent a lot of time waiting for groups to start/ group leaders). Group timings etc weren't stuck to or structured and there seemed no consistency. The hardest part was having to have an 'assessment' i.e. go through my life background in detail (including trauma) a total of 5 times with different members of staff. I'm sorry to say (and likely it's different in person) but there didn't seem to be any genuine care whatsoever. It was a waste of time for me attending here sadly.

I saw the cardiologist as I couldn’t get appointments at my GP surgery. I was really impressed with the whole procedure. The Consultant was wonderful and was able to reassure me. He listened to me and later explained all the results of the tests. He did an Angiogram on me himself which I thought was a great idea as he could see my heart in real time, no report from a technician needed no wait. I had to have bloods taken by Debbie . A very nice nurse . Again I was made to feel comfortable and reassured with my problem. There is a plan in place and I return to see cardiologist again next week. I will definitely use the facility in the future for myself and family. Due to the chaos that is the NHS at present.

Very professional, well informed, open and friendly. I had a vasectomy 16 years before and wanted a reversal. Mr Bromage was open about the chances of it working after such a length of time but seemed confident. He also did a sperm retrieval procedure at the same time which was put in storage in case the reversal wasn't successful then we could try IVF. On the day of surgery Mr Bromage kept me well informed and made sure my wife was kept up to date regularly. The whole process from admission to discharge went as smoothly as could be. Exactly a year after my reversal procedure my wife gave birth to our healthy baby boy. I would highly recommend Mr Bromage to anyone looking for a vasectomy reversal.

Honestly, it was an amazing experience from start to finish. Everyone I spoke to was incredibly friendly and efficient, and the attention to detail really stood out. The clinic is thoughtfully designed to appeal to all ages — my 8 year old was quite apprehensive beforehand but ran straight in as soon as she spotted the Rubik’s cubes. The doctor was warm and approachable, and I was genuinely surprised to receive his report within just a few hours of the appointment. I’ve been to private clinics before, but nothing has compared to this level of care. Even being asked for feedback shows how much thought and consideration goes into Kidswell Health.

From consultation to follow up after surgery, you cannot ask for anyone better than Mr. Freites. I felt comfortable and well informed about my surgery and what I could expect afterwards. But what really ment the most was the fact that he acknowledged my fibromyalgia, taking into consideration how the fibromyalgia would respond to the stress of surgery, doing whatever he could to limit that stress, even down to words of encouragement and sometimes it’s just the little things that help the most in healing. Thank you Mr. Freites, so glad I picked you to do my surgery.

My appointment with Dr Guy Haywood was very good. - Dr Haywood had read the briefing information I supplied about my condition. - Dr Haywood interviewed me to establish how my atrial fibrillation was affecting me. - Dr Haywood examined me and my ECG and then explained very clearly the available treatments and their limitations. I am now happy that I have a better understanding of my condition and the options open to me if my condition starts to impact my activities.

Andrew really helped to review my early Sleep Apnea diagnosis which had actually improved since a previous sleep study. He carefully reviewed my rationale to re-assess my previous treatment plan as well as scheduling a new sleep study that successfully concluded that I should change my overall sleep diagnosis. I always felt the advice Andrew provided could be trusted. I would not hesitate in recommending Andrew to other Sleep deprived individuals out there!

I had a cystoscopy today with Mr Marco Bolgeri. I couldn't recommend him more. He was simply fantastic. He explained the procedure to me during the consultation, and I had undergone the same procedure with another consultant in the past. I was expecting the same type of pain. However, Marco Bolgeri's technique rendered the procedure painless. I am very happy that my GP recommended I see him.

Knee replacement is very painfull but it does get better you just need to be patient and listen to all advice ,from first entering the spire your made to feal at ease reception ,nurses ,physio and a big thankyou to the nurses on the ward and anyone else who I have not mentioned on evening after my operation THANKYOU

IIt does not present as a hospital, it is a clinic. Pleasant waiting area. Coffee and biscuits on tap. No piped music is a bonus!.. The only thing negative is being called forward to just wait in yet another area. I would prefer to be called and go straight for testing..
