I saw Dr Naziat on the 30th as a Private patient due to being referred to her from Dr Shamali who was concerned about a few things he saw on a CT Scan.. I've been with Dr Naziat for a while under the NHS so I am used to seeing her.. As Always I have a great appointment with Dr Naziat as she is professional not just as an NHS Dr but also on the Private side.. I see no difference on how she dealt with the appointment.. She arranged for bloods to be done on the following week.. I had 2 visits one on the Monday for bloods to be taken at the Pre-opo Assessment Dept and that was done without an issue at all.. I forgot that evening due to not having great nights sleep for about a week to take my overnight suppression tablet.. On calling the next morning to explain I spoke with Marie the Nurse who organise me to do the bloods on both days.. She re-arranged my Tuesday bloods to be done on the Wednesday morning in The Meadows and not Pre-op for 8am.. I took my tablet on the Tuesday evening and arrived at Great Western for before 8am to make sure I was there in time.. The receptionist informed me that I had to return to the Pre-op Assessment people to have the bloods done as it was the location had changed.. On arriving at Pre-op it was closed so the Nurse I saw in the corridor so kindly sorted it out for me to enter and wait.. I little of an issue on what was going on as I think their computer system went down and they weren't aware of what needed to be done.. They were waiting on the Private nurse to arrive and the paperwork to do it but in the end they took my bloods.. I went back to The Meadows and explained to the Receptionist what had happened and that 2 tubes of yellow and 1 tube of Purple was taken and if there was an issue and I have to return to make contact.. Fingers crossed everything is ok as I've not heard anything.. Apart from the hiccup my end for not taking the tablet and causing an issue having to reschedule a new appointment.. It all was sorted and bloods taken for the test.. I can't fault anything apart from the slight hiccups that were quickly resolved.. Can't have asked for a better bunch of people looking after me.. Dr Naziat and her team have always given me excellent care when having to deal with them via the NHS and I had the same care given as a Private Patient... So overall an awesome experience despite the little hiccups

I saw Dr Ram because I had a recurring pain in my stomach area. From the very first consultation he made me feel truly listened-to and completely at ease. He took the time to understand my concerns and explained everything clearly — his kindness and reassuring manner meant I felt comfortable right from the start. After reviewing my history and examining me, Dr Ram reassured me that it didn’t appear to be anything seriously alarming—but he still wanted to be absolutely diligent. He arranged a CT scan which revealed that some of the polyps in my gallbladder were actually stones. Right away he referred me to a specialist consultant for further treatment. To make sure nothing was missed, he also recommended and efficiently organised both a colonoscopy and an endoscopy. At every step he was professional, compassionate and thorough, and he made what could have been a stressful process into one that felt safe and well-managed. If you’re looking for a doctor who is warm, attentive, highly skilled and truly goes above and beyond, I cannot recommend Dr Ram highly enough. He gave me confidence in his care and I feel very fortunate to have been under his care.

I had an exceptional experience with Dr Navaratne from my initial consultation through to my post gallstone removal check up. It was never certain that the gall stones were causing me the issues I was experiencing and Dr Navaratne was thorough and diligent in his investigations before we reached the conclusion of surgery. During that time he went over and above to respond incredibly quickly to me out of hours to provide reassurance and options for the next step. I had a complex surgery which thanks to Dr Navaratne was successful through key hole surgery and avoided future procedures/pain. I will always be incredibly grateful for the kindness, professionalism and expertise of Dr Navaratne during a very difficult time and would recommend him to anyone in an instant!

Great service. Quick and efficient. The website doesn’t work that well on mobile but I was able to use the WhatsApp method and that was fine. Weirdly that prompted a call whereas by initiating communication via WhatsApp it was odd to get a call. I was struggling to hear clearly which is why I sent the WhatsApp. I’d imagine that I’m not unique in this 🤪. Not a complaint. Just worth noting. One other idea: has anyone asked to be able to watch what is being done on a screen? I personally would have enjoyed being able to do this. Don’t judge me!!! But if you made that available and publicised it, I reckon it could be a differentiator. Thanks for an efficient and thorough service x

I had a very good experience. I was seen very promptly. The only possible change I can think of is that I might have been reminded to arrive with a full bladder for the flow test, although there was no problem as I arrived early and there was plenty of water and coffee available to achieve the necessary full bladder. Nurse and reception staff were pleasant and helpful. I was given a blood test very soon after the consultation and sent a copy of the result the next day - which very much impressed me. I come from a medical background and was impressed by Mr Ellis "bedside manner" and delivery of information. He also seemed genuinely pleased at the good results of my progress.

I was absolutely petrified about having my cataracts removed as, firstly, I instantly block when someone comes near my face and secondly, my mum ended up totally blind after having hers done and I was scared the same thing would happen to me. Mrs Prakash was absolutely wonderful, very patient and totally reassuring. Mrs Prakash put me at ease and did everything she could to make the entire procedure more bearable. Her bedside manner is second to none and I am so pleased I went to see her as I do not think anybody else would have got me on that table. Mrs Prakash is a true credit to her profession.

Mr Din performed high tibial osteotomy surgery on my right leg earlier this year. Following recovery from the surgery and rehabilitation via physiotherapy, the surgery has been a success and eliminated knee pain that I had suffered for many years. Its a really good experience, I'm really enjoying the meditation sessions. Understanding trauma and cravings and learning tools have helped me understand more about my addiction and opening up and sharing with the therapy team has really improved my self worth and I have felt really empowered. This has been the perfect place for me. The VR is really enjoyable, its very realistic and I was put in the perfect scenario to help me understand my addiction. The therapy team are great and the support workers have been really really good which has made a really daunting experience a much easier one.

Steven is an excellent and empathetic therapist. After having several bad experiences with other therapists I met Steven and immediately felt at ease. Steven listens and is non judgemental. When I first started working with him earlier in the year following a traumatic car crash, I thought I would never drive again. Using EMDR therapy, it has taken hard work but I am now back to driving for which I will forever be grateful. I hope this gives hope to anyone in a similar scenario, and encourages you to reach out for help.

All in all a fantastic experience dealing with the Forbury Clinic, I had a vasectomy procedure and dealt with surgeon Paul Hadway and his team who were great, from my first consultation to the actual procedure Paul put me at complete ease, from start to finish it’s been a pleasure dealing with him and the Forbury Clinic, I only wish now that I had the procedure carried out many years ago. If anyone is thinking about having a vasectomy I would 100% recommend Paul and his Team at The Forbury Clinic.

Had a right hip arthroscopy at Harley Street, and the whole experience was incredible. The scans leading up to the operation were immediately available, and surgery was booked at short notice. All the staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel comfortable and at ease about the operation. Post-operation care was brilliant, with physio and medications being arranged quickly, and overnight care being arranged as well. Unbelievably smooth experience

I had my baby at the Fitzrovia Suite on 29th September and spent 2 days there. The suite was spotless and very comfortable. Dr. Shalini, the anesthetist, and the entire team were exceptional. Special thanks to midwife Tasha and all the other midwives for their calm, kind, and supportive care. The food was fantastic too. Highly recommend!

Top class. Little to no waiting time for appointments/surgery. This was my first taste of private medicine. I do not have Insurance so was rather worried at the potential expense, and whilst the treatment could not be described as 'cheap' it was not nearly as expensive as I feared it would be and I regard it as being good value for money
