Mr walls was down to earth, approachable, and actually quite good fun as well as being professianal, claire was just lovely, funny and caring too! I'm not planning on having anymore lumps removed anytime soon... but if I do, I will ask for Mr Walls! The receptionist was a bit of a sassy diva (I didn't catch his name, but I did catch all the eye rolls) he could do better... although it did not spoil my experience, so a fabulous 10 out of 10! For Mr walls and Claire... as for the receptionist, well. meh... I've been treated better at Edith Cavell, just saying.

I am extremely satisfied with the services at Poland Medical in Harrow. Every time I face health issues, I can always count on professional advice, thorough examinations, and an accurate diagnosis. I am particularly happy with the pediatrician; my children have received the best care in the world here from a doctor who always goes above and beyond. I received excellent care from Mr Challacombe for prostate cancer, diagnosed in 2023. I had a robotic total prostatectomy for a high grade cancer and two and a half years later I remain cancer free, with normal urine continence and satisfactory recovery in erectile function. My follow-up appointments are always on time as scheduled. I highly recommend the professional care provided by Prof Challacombe to any man faced with a diagnosis of prostate cancer.

I have been struggling with a very painful shoulder and arm for a long time - he very efficiently organised a MRI scan. I wanted to have a consultation quickly because the hospital needed advice to help with a second go at an endoscopy - the first could not be done because I had an episode of AF. I was seen in a couple of days and got advice on medication which made me much more confident for the second (successful) hospital visit. The explanation of exercises were clear, both in the session, and the written info that followed.
