Lors des réponses nécessaires pendant le week-end Laura a également été très réactive. De belles rencontres sur place de Manon et de l’équipe de reproclinic sans barrière de la langue et très réconfortante. Merci également au DR Xulve de DR Belen pour la ponction et transfert et à leur équipe surtout à la dame qui nous a également accueilli pour la préparation vraiment très adorable. I had the pleasure of having Jess as my obstetrician for my first child. She provided exceptional care throughout my pregnancy — always responsive, clear, and reassuring, which made us feel so supported as first-time parents. Jess expertly managed my gestational diabetes and placenta previa condition, and later performed an emergency c-section in the early hours of the morning and assembled an outstanding team who delivered my baby safely. Throughout the entire experience, I felt completely at ease and very well cared for. My recovery has been smooth and my scar is beautifully neat thanks to her skill. I’m so grateful for Jess’ kindness, expertise, and care — she truly made my first birth experience a positive and memorable one.

I have now had two cataract procedures completed with Newmedica in Plymouth and both times the staff and experience have been excellent. All staff were friendly, polite and helpful. When discussing appointments on the phone they went out of their way to be flexible and try and make appointments work around my busy diary. I had an appointment with Dr Fiona Kerr I have been very unwell with a chest infection, however Dr Kerr listened to my lungs etc and heard a slight crackling and I was wheezing and coughing, so she wrote a prescription for steroids, Antibiotics and give me a blue inhaler to use if my chest was tight. I thought overall I got great service from the Doctor and the staff im in a wheelchair and found the clinic fully accessible. Thank you for great care.

Excellent on all fronts. Both eyes with new NHS lenses. Quick, efficient. Great results. I’m short sighted and was offered lenses that still gave good vision for reading and moderate distance . I opted for standard lenses which give good distance vision . This does mean reading glasses are needed. I’m getting used to that, but I’m glad I can now see distance.
