I arrived at the appointed time, checked in with the receptionist given forms to complete which I completed & handed back to the receptionist, after waiting half an hour passed my appointment time I was still waiting to be seen, eventually my partner asked a male nurse if Mr Patel was running late, and we were told that we were the next to be seen, when we were invited in to see Mr Pater he was very apologetic for keeping us waiting saying that there had been an administrative error whereby he had been told that I hadn’t arrived for my appointment, Mr Patel commented that he thought that was strange as the paperwork I had compieted on my arrival was on his desk. So he realised that I was there but nobody had apparently bothered to check.

Dr Evans came highly recommended when doing research on finding a practice for a private ADHD assessment for our 9 year old. From our first appointment through to our feedback session Dr Evans was very welcoming, made our 9 year old feel at ease in clinic, operated with absolute professionalism and communicated well with us at each stage. After a very long wait on a waiting list with the NHS that was going no where, Dr Evans has given us the light at the end of a very long tunnel and I will be forever thankful for finding her. Our new chapter is only just beginning and Dr Evans has explained in detail next steps and will continue to be part of this process until eventually the NHS take over.

I was initially very apprehensive about undergoing eye surgery, but Mr. Sian took the time to clearly explain the entire process, which was incredibly reassuring. Multiple sets of measurements were taken, and after carefully considering all available alternatives, it was agreed that surgery was the most appropriate option. The information sheets provided were detailed and helpful, offering further reassurance. On the day of the procedure, I met with Mr. Sian again, and he thoroughly reviewed the details and answered any remaining questions. The entire experience was seamless from start to finish, and the level of patient care was excellent.

From the moment you call the team is informative with the process and makes you feel at ease. Upon arrival, between the nursing and guest liaison team you are made to feel and welcome and settled in. On the tour of the facility the guests are so friendly and intro themselves. The mentor and therapy is key, combined with the well thought out group sessions is the major turning point in my life in recovery. From the owners and upper management taking the time out of their busy days to assist with advice and personal experiences it brings me to the conclusion that Delamere is the best purpose built facility of its kind.

Ms. Zweifel & all her Theatre team were very professional & the atmosphere in Theatre was very calm, which was very reassuring. At every stage of the procedure I was told by Ms. Zweifel what was happening, & everyone in Theatre was very kind, which helped so much as a procedure in Theatre under local anaesthetic can be very daunting. Ms. Zweifel is very professional, calm & she an excellent 'bedside manor', which I feel is so very important, I would thoroughly recommend Ms. Zweifel.

We have seen Dr. Jawad for both of our boys over the last few years, and I have never met a doctor as kind and professional with children. My eldest son has always been very scared of doctors, but Dr. Jawad made him feel completely comfortable — it was the first time I had ever seen my son so at ease during an appointment. Dr. Jawad always takes his time, carries out a thorough check-up, and treats the children with such care and respect. Honestly, he is the best doctor we have ever seen, and we are so grateful for the way he looks after our boys.

Dr Farrah's team were amazing from start to finish with helping me to schedule my appointments and with helping me with my insurance company queries. Dr Farrah is wonderful, she listened to me and all the issues and pain I was having due to my osteoarthritis in my hip, made me feel like I wasn't being silly and over reacting with the pain I was in. Both procedures were done in no time at all and I am finally pain free after being pain for 3 years and on numerous painkillers and physio appointments ! Thank you Dr Farrah and your amazing team.

The catering staff were also very helpful and attentive. The entire process was efficient, with regular visits from staff to check on my recovery. I also received a follow-up call from Mr. Sian the next day to check on my condition, which I greatly appreciated.

Explained about the healing process and checked my scar. Recommended bio oil for the scar and gave me another exercise to help improve my knee bend. I have found him to be professional, kind and polite as well as easy to talk to. Overall I have been very reassured during our interactions

The spire Elland was a lovely, clean hosptial. My room had recently been renovated, which meant it felt clean and comfortable. The staff were all nice, regularly bringing me hot drinks and heat packs for my symptoms. A particular shoutout to the team conducting my anaesthetic, I was quite overwhelmed/concerned and they really supported me and put me at ease. I would definitely consider spire elland again for my treatment.

Sarah Lawson was fantastic and really progressed my rehab so I could get running again which is my passion.
