Dr Khalid's approach is warm, welcoming and made me feel at ease as soon as we met. Her technical/specialist knowledge alongside her empathy, makes the perfect combination for a therapist. I was provided with tools to help shape my thinking and also time to discuss and reflect on the outputs of the tools within our sessions. Dr Khalid didn't shy away from challenging my thoughts/perceptions but this was done in a safe environment, which really helped to 're-train' my thinking process. I would highly recommend Dr Khalid's services and wouldn't hesitate to engage with her again. Thanks again for your time, guidance and support.

Dr Mistry was fantastic, he really helped me understand what was going on with myself and proved many options on how to help He is very friendly and made me feel very comfortable talking to him about my issues and history I would highly recommend him
