I booked a consultation for my daughter, Olivia Price, with Mr Robert Sutcliffe on Monday 24th November 2025 at 2.00pm. With Olivia’s full consent, I handled all communication on her behalf due to her work commitments. Before the appointment, Mr Sutcliffe’s secretary contacted me to ask whether the consultation could be moved to the following week. I explained that we were due to travel abroad for three weeks to celebrate my husband’s milestone birthday. She advised she would discuss this with Mr Sutcliffe. She later called back to confirm that, in light of our circumstances, Mr Sutcliffe was happy to keep the original appointment — which he honoured. I accompanied Olivia to her consultation. Mr Sutcliffe was exceptionally thorough. He examined her carefully, explained his diagnosis with clarity and compassion, and put both of us completely at ease as he outlined the next steps. He requested a further liver function blood test, which Olivia had done at Nuffield Health Wolverhampton. I asked Nuffield Health to send the results to both Mr Sutcliffe and Olivia’s GP, which was done. Mr Sutcliffe’s secretary informed me as soon as the results were received and assured me they would be reviewed promptly. True to her word, Mr Sutcliffe reviewed the results quickly. His secretary then advised that he had no concerns and that our planned follow-up in the New Year could go ahead as arranged. I would also like to note that, as we were leaving Harborne Hospital, we happened to see Mr Sutcliffe leaving at the same time. It was clear he had come in specifically to see Olivia that day, knowing we were travelling abroad — something he was under no obligation to do. As a family, we found this gesture incredibly thoughtful and deeply appreciated it. Throughout the entire process, Mr Sutcliffe could not have been more helpful, supportive or empathetic. I am truly grateful that we can now go away on our family celebration holiday with complete peace of mind, knowing my daughter is under the care of such a capable, caring and dedicated professional. Wow, what an amazing place with a holistic approach to recovery. Far from previous experiences that simply provide a detox and a few tools tacked on the end. Delamere provides any willing individual the opportunity to explore yourself and a way of life that can truly bring balance and happiness. The food was excellent, home cooked with minimal processed food, probably only the tofu as the vegetarian option was processed, along with bacon and sausage for breakfast. Chefs were very approachable and friendly, even gained some advice on what to cook at home. The overall environment was clean, tidy and well maintained. The liaison team were excellent and always on hand to support and guide when needed.The nursing team were also superb, always there to answer any medical questions in a compassionate way. The mentors provided clear direction without judgement or bias. My therapist was second to none and created a safe environment for me to discover myself, while always being there to catch me when I stumbled. All in all a life changing experience. I have left with a solid toolset and aftercare package that will steer me through a joyful life with my friends and family. Only negative was the insane temperature in the bedrooms…..bring some cool PJs.

I always felt safe, informed, and in truly expert hands. Most of all, my medical coordinator, Manon, was like a fairy - an absolute diamond. She followed every request with dedication and went above and beyond to support me. Her kindness and attention made the entire journey so much easier. I wholeheartedly recommend Reproclinic, a modern clinic in the heart of Barcelona, to anyone considering fertility treatment or egg preservation.

Despite the industrial estate address, the practice is a lovely, bright, modern building adjacent to open fields, easy to find and ample parking close to the main entrance. I was met with a warm, friendly smile and the lady on reception couldn’t have been nicer. I was asked to complete a short health questionnaire on a tablet. I waited no more than 10 minutes before Dr Wright saw me. Both she and the nurse were also warm & friendly whilst very professional, everything was explained clearly to me, including the cost of the treatment, before treatment started. Dr Wright was extremely good at putting me at ease and checking on me as the treatment progressed. The anaesthetic was administered virtually unnoticed. After a few minutes Dr Wright removed my tooth completely painlessly, it was quick and there was barely any trauma to my gum. Even when the anaesthetic wore off, I had zero pain or discomfort and needed no further painkillers after the dose I had immediately before treatment. By far, the best experience in a dentists chair I have ever had, can’t recommend Vermillion enough

I visited Chapter One with my 4 year old child, we both had an appointment with Ashley. The practice is immaculate, beautifully designed and feels more like a luxury spa than a dental practice. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, we were made to feel welcome and relaxed. Ashley was charming, instantly putting us at ease, involving my daughter with everything she was doing and making it a fun experience. With regards to my appointment, Ashley was very informative, ensuring I had time to ask questions and I left assured I was in highly capable hands. All the equipment was state of the art and I now have ultimate confidence in my dental routine. Easily the most professional and positive dental visit I have had, I would thoroughly recommend Chapter One and will be signing up to one of their care plans for my family.

After a thorough examination and a conversation about the impact the cataracts were having on my daily life, he clearly explained the process of cataract removal and the expected benefit of premium lens replacement. Surgery itself was quick and straightforward, and at all times I felt well informed about what to expect. Just a few days after the first surgery I began to see a marked improvement in my vision. I found Mr Ahmed to be approachable and receptive at all stages of the process and I am very pleased with the results.

Disabled parking wasn’t available at the car park for the Diagnostic Centre or at Outpatients at the main site. In fact, there were no spaces for anyone to park. Although I arrived at the car park in good time, being unable to park meant I had to drive around until I found a spot to park on the street, the very thing that Kingsbridge is advising patients not to do. The onus should be on Kingsbridge, not the patient, to have planned adequate patient parking before offering private patient services.

I was able to book an appointment really quickly. He made me feel at ease at all times. The best thing I valued was the way he explains things - from going over my CT scan and explaining what everything meant and clarifying questions I had. I would highly recommend Mr Erotocritou!

It was my second cataract removal this time on my left eye which was excellently carried out as was the first with the nursing staff preparing me for the operation carrying it out in a very professional way explaining each procedure in a kindly manner.
