Attended for a blood test. I’ve had multiple bad experiences with blood tests over the years. This is primarily because I have very small and narrow veins which disappear with the touch of a needle..☹️ I find the whole experience extremely painful and distressing … I explained all of this to Debbie, the wonderful and kind nurse who attended me. She was brilliant! Totally put me at ease and was incredibly supportive and gentle. I was definitely a challenge for her as my veins were completely uncooperative per usual. But she took her time and used the smallest needle possible to minimise any discomfort. She succeeded in the end and managed to get enough blood for a full blood count!! Miraculous! I am so very grateful to Debbie for turning a potentially very upsetting and negative experience into a positive outcome. She has helped me to regain a little more confidence in having my blood taken again. Thank you Debbie! 😊

Mr Sobti is an outstanding surgeon. My five year old required urgent attention for a matter of significant concern, and despite my having mistakenly booked with a non-paediatric specialist, Mr Sobti graciously agreed to see us immediately. His bedside manner is exceptional. He has a wonderful way with children and immediately put both my son and our whole family at ease. He identified the issue straight away and arranged the necessary scans to confirm his diagnosis. I must also give special recognition to Ally on his team, who coordinated everything brilliantly. When my son was unable to tolerate an MRI, Ally swiftly organised an ultrasound as an alternative. She was incredibly responsive throughout, even providing live updates via WhatsApp while we were at the clinic.

I was treated extremely kindly and it made such a difference. Everyone who works there deserves a massive thank you. I didn’t feel judged, not once. Respectful, polite and friendly and very, very prepared. I felt that I was in safe hands and I really appreciated all the security protocols. My only suggestion to make things even better, would be to have an indoor waiting area available for clients who are asked to arrive at 7am. It was not much fun waiting in the dark, in the rain, in the cold to be let in for 20 odd minutes. But as soon as that hurdle was overcome, everything went so well and a lot of that was because of the efforts of the team. They’re great. I really loved my sandwich too!

In my opinion, this is the best pediatrician in the world. I have been visiting this doctor for over 15 years, starting back when the clinic was still located in Greenford. She is an incredibly professional, kind, and warm person who has successfully treated my children from the time they were infants all the way through to their teenage years. She has a wonderful approach to both children and parents, making everyone feel at ease and well-cared for. Her medical knowledge is a true treasure, and she always rises to the challenge, no matter the situation. I cannot imagine a better doctor for my children. Highly recommended!

I really appreciated being able to get a quick appointment and having my scan done by a doctor radiologist who could then explain what he saw and give me some advice. The scan was done quickly and it allowed me to promptly get the scan done for my GP. I was super pleased that the report arrived quickly, it was there in my emails before I even got home! There was a chaperone there too, the clinic was nice and the receptionist was very warm and friendly and efficient. All in all a great discovery for me as I felt the prices were very reasonable for private scans so I could use the service for regular health checks..

The waiting area had few chairs and not enough for the people waiting. The people around there that gave me paperwork and told me where to wait, were polite and helpful. The appointment with the consultant was really distressing, I couldn't ask questions and didn't discussed with me the plan, just set up steps without getting me involved on her treatment plan. This experience was very negative from what I expected when you go to a professional asking for advice and reviewing if your body is working well. I was greeted on the morning of my operation by cheerful reception staff, also equally the nurse that prepared me for my procedure... Mr Foster came to see me, reassuring me everything will be fine as I was a little nervous.. Walking into theatre, to good morning's ,& hello From theatre staff,felt reassuring...needless to say everything went well with procedure, after being checked over from nurse & Dr Foster, I wrnt on my merry way.....job well done .

My follow-up consultation went perfectly. I described some of the symptoms I had experienced following my operation, and how pleased I was with progress so far. Mr McFarlane explained clearly what might happen during the next 6 months, and also that the tests on my tissue eliminated any doubts I might have had about cancer. He made it very clear that I could contact him (or my GP) if there were any changes to my progress. I left the Bath Clinic feeling very reassured that I had been in safe hands throughout.

I chose galaxy lenses for my cataract surgery and am now very happy with the results. No need whatsoever for any glasses. The staff were all very kind and supportive, along with Mr Hove the surgeon who was quick and efficient with the procedure. I would recommend anyone who is thinking of this procedure to not be anxious, it is quick and painless and though your vision is a little blurry after it doesn't take long to resolve. Thanks again to Mr Hove and all the staff at Freedom Vision Chelmsford.

Oli has really helped me with my recover (Adductor) set out specific rehab plans for me to follow on the robust athlete app ( extra cost ) but definitely worth it and easy to follow, I couldn’t ask for much from him and his staff. Thank you so much for helping me get back from my injury, really appreciate it. Would definitely recommend to anyone with an injury and especially any athletes out there as Oli has plenty of experience working with top athletes.

Everything was very good, except for the fact that I was asked to come in at 10.00 for an operation that started at 13.45. In the first 3 hours I was with you spent 2 hours in your waiting area before being taken downstairs. In the next hour, all that happened was that I had my blood pressure taken and changed into a hospital gown. The operation and post operative care was excellent
