When I entered the premises I couldn’t believe the transformation that had taken place as I was familiar with the building when it was a hairdressing salon. It was spacious, immaculate and tranquil. Having been quite anxious before my appointment, I quickly relaxed as all the staff were extremely friendly and kind. All the tests were performed swiftly and smoothly with every concern for my comfort and my understanding of the procedures involved. Mrs. Matthews explained my forthcoming cataract surgery clearly, comprehensively and reassuringly and I was very pleased to be offered the surgery I such a short space of time. All in all I couldn’t have wished for a better experience with North Wales Eye Specialist Centre.

I had forgotten that I had an appointment today; however, Dr. Milan called to remind me about it and to conduct the consultation, which was supposed to be face-to-face, via phone. Afterward, I inquired if I could still attend in person, and he graciously permitted me to do so. This demonstrates excellent practice, as many consultants might not have allowed me the same opportunity.

I was very impressed as he noticed a small mark on my nose and has referred me to a dermatologist as he thinks it may be a basal skin carcinoma . He suggested I return if my symptoms worsen again . Tues the 20th Jan was my first appointment 6 weeks after my robotic assisted total knee replacement. MR Veysi showed kindness and respect, to me and my Husband, during my appointment. Reassuring me about my expected recovery. And if needed I could see him again if I had any further concerns. But he was very happy with my progress, which would continue to improve.
