She is, without question, the most knowledgeable and highly educated doctor I have ever met, yet what makes her remarkable goes far beyond her impressive expertise. From the very start of the consultation, she took the time to listen attentively and understand my concerns in depth. She explained everything with clarity and precision, taking great care to ensure that I fully understood every aspect. I arrived with a long list of questions, and she answered each one patiently and thoughtfully, never rushing, never minimising anything, and always making me feel heard. What impressed me most was the sense of reassurance she provided throughout the entire consultation. Dr Ismail has a rare ability to make you feel completely safe, supported, and confident that you are in the very best hands. I feel that she would never allow a patient to leave without feeling fully at ease, fully informed, and with a clear understanding of the treatment plan and next steps. Doctors like her are incredibly rare. Her unique combination of intelligence, thoroughness, empathy, and genuine dedication sets her apart. My visit was my first consultation with regard my eyes having been identified with high pressure and identified the need for cataract surgery to protect the eyes. Mr Lee was professional and very reassuring with his careful assessment of my eyes including a general eye test, his own pressure test(using high quality instruments making it much easier for my eyes), making his own assessment of my optic nerves and macular degeneration. He then clarified the benefits of the cataract operations and also, in my case, the limitations . I found this very reassuring. Further measurements using further top quality instruments were taken to inform the needed procedures. The quality of his expertise and clear explanations, including responding to my questions and anxieties has given me peace of mind and confidence in going ahead as planned. We agreed dates that enabled me to still enjoy two planned holidays. So thank you for your care.

Referred to Dr Aslam for MOHs surgery to a BCC located on the bridge of my nose. From start to finish this was a wholly positive experience. Dr Aslam is a highly skilled surgeon who took the time to patiently and clearly explain every stage of the process. The procedure took place at the Discover Laser clinic in Burnley. Extremely pleasant and comfortable surroundings and, having arrived at 8am I was ready to leave just after midday. Post operative care and follow ups all absolutely first class. In addition to his own skill as a surgeon, Dr Aslam has surrounded himself with a superb team. The theatre nurses and front of house staff at Discover Laser are fantastic and his PA Claire is friendly and highly efficient. All in all, Dr Aslam has a first class set up which I would highly recommend.

I cannot thank Ravi Ray enough. I had my shoulder issue for nearly 30 years, with GPs constantly failing me and not giving me the right investigations to see what's wrong and saw Ravi Ray once, had an MRI and he knew straight away what needed doing and got it done. I'm now almost 8 weeks post op and it's been a real game changer. Just the rehab of building an extremely weak shoulder up now after 30 years of neglect. Ravi is one of if not the nicest, friendliest consultants I've ever seen and the only one who really showed he cared and that he wanted to help. I honestly will never have the words to thank him
