I have been seeing Josh at Reflex 18 for the past two months as part of my recovery plan following a Total Knee Replacement in October 2025. During my initial consultation, Josh carefully established my prior level of fitness and worked with me to identify ambitious yet realistic rehabilitation goals. He designed a bespoke programme of graduating exercises which are further adapted during each subsequent appointment. I find it helpful that Josh demonstrates each exercise, fine tunes my ‘effort’ and also emails a visual guide, as a reminder, after each appointment. I believe that I have made far greater progress in terms of knee flexion, stamina and strength by visiting Reflex 18 than I ever would have done if I had attempted to pursue my own rehab using a book or online package. Josh has the ability to identify which muscles need to be worked upon in order to achieve a certain goal and this is something which I could have not done myself. The Reflex 18 rooms are immaculately clean and are well-equipped. I have found every staff member to be friendly and highly professional. There is never any pressure to book further appointments. Parking is plentiful and convenient.. I am very happy with the support which I have received from Reflex 18.

Zack treated my son for deep verrucas caused by swimming, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the care we received. The diagnosis and treatment were done in the same appointment, and everything was handled with so much care and professionalism. My son is 9 years old and was understandably nervous, but Zack was fantastic at keeping him calm, confident, and engaged throughout the treatment. He was reassuring, patient, and made the whole experience far less daunting. The treatment itself was quick and very well managed. We went back for a follow-up today and were given the all-clear, along with a top-up treatment to remove any remaining dead skin and ensure nothing was left behind. Zack explained everything clearly to both my son and me, which really empowered us and reassured us that this was the best course of action. Zack was excellent — funny, caring, and professional — exactly what you want, especially when treating a young child. I would highly recommend him without hesitation.

I had a great experience with Dr Cappai at Diverse Minds Clinic. She listened to all my concerns and gave me good advice on therapy and pharmacological treatment. I conducted some research before booking with Diverse Minds Clinic, and I was reassured because the clinic is registered with the CQC (unlike some other popular services in London), and Dr Cappai also works in the NHS as an ADHD specialist. The building in central London, Harley Street, is very elegant, and I felt comfortable during the long assessment (I had a 3-hour ADHD and ASD assessment), and Dr Cappai allowed some breaks and ensured I was at ease. The appointment started on time, and the report was very thorough. I am happy with the service. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

My visit with Mr Treharne was truly impactful. After many years I have finally got a diagnosis and future treatment is pending. He was able to signpost me to the next steps I need to take. I want to share my sincere thanks to the entire team at Nuffield Health for the exceptional care I received during my recent surgery. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly attentive and helpful. They were constantly checking on me to ensure I was comfortable, and they never made me feel rushed; they absolutely made sure I was feeling good and stable before they let me go home. The facility itself was impressively clean, which made me feel much more at ease, and I was pleasantly surprised that the food was actually great! I have received nothing but the upmost care from all staff. The parking is simple on arrival and great to have disabled spaces immediately outside for collection post op! I have always been called through to my appointments on time and at times even earlier if I've arrived early myself. The staff that have stood out to me and taken wonderful care are Louise, Ruby, Jessie in the surgery department and Sandy in the post care department. Everywhere is always clean, with a warm welcome from reception. It's a lovely touch to use the drinks machine in the waiting area, the hot chocolate is delicious. I cannot fault any of my treatment or care by the Mcindoe staff, its exceptional.

I came in today for surgery feeling incredibly nervous after a bad experience on the NHS previously, all I can say is I am so impressed with how different the process has been with the team today. Everyone from reception to the nurses to the anesthesiologist and of course Mr Banwell were genuinely fantastic and I can’t thank them enough. No question or ask was too much, I truly felt genuine care and warmth from all the staff. They checked on me regularly, reassured me constantly. Mr Oakley was clear from the start as to what my knee replacement involved, not shying away from the pain I would be in. This was greatly appreciated as I’m not a one for people trying to gloss over of things. He was very kind and also had a sense of humour, together with being totally professional. He came to see me before and after the operation and again before I left hospital after my 2 day stay. I had an 6 week appointment after my op and Mr Oakley was as nice and helpful then as the first time I met him. All in all I have been extremely impressed with his care, also that of the lovely nurses and other staff at the Nuffield in Hereford.

I recently visited Dr Kathryn at The Real You Clinic for some botox. She took the time to listen to everything I said, and gave very good advice, and I am very happy with the results. Most of my lines have disappeared, ond even the couple of deep forehead lines I had, now appear so much softer. She has achieved this, while still maintaining a natural look., which was exactly what I wanted. The clinic is in a lovely setting and always feels very clean and welcoming.
