Dr. Muheden was kind and attentive to my concerns and provided exceptional care during my visits. His attention to detail and genuine concern made all the difference and he ensured I understood every step of my treatment. The entire Pixie and Sera team was extremely professional from scheduling either online or by phone to reception at the clinic. They all ensured I was seen within minutes on my appointment days. Keep up great job! Suggestion - If we could get appointments and at least tests and labs done over the weekends. Maybe half days on Saturdays? It is hard for some of us to come on weekdays hence all my appointments had to be done late in the evenings. If I had an option for Saturday I would've preferred that than late in the evenings. Thank you!

Mr Aman Khanna was very professional in all aspects of my appointment. He listened to my concerns and acknowledged these. Following an examination of my nose Mr Khanna gave me some options which I could consider moving forward. I decided to have the septal button removed at this time due to my concerns. This was conducted by Mr Khanna in a professional manner in which he considered my discomfort at any time. Following further discussion we both agreed on an action plan moving forward and Mr Khanna prescribed some reflux medication and nose cream. I was very pleased with my appointment and with the professional way it was conducted by Mr Khanna, thank you.

Mr Gidon Ellis

For a considerably long time I've had prostate related problems which seemed to come to a head with a severe and very debilitating urine infection. Mr. Ellis suggested Holep surgery to my prostate which was very enlarged. He also suggested the operation could help to prevent another infection. Well, it was extremely successful and I'm totally amazed with the result. I'm thrilled that he suggested the operation. Mr. ellis explained the possible side effects along with what was expected post operatively - it all went beautifully and as planned. I could not be happier. Millions of thanks to Gidon Ellis. Couldn't fault any of the staff here, all very welcoming, comforting and professional, made me feel at ease at all times and nothing was too much trouble. I ended up with a few complications from my surgery due to my body not at all accepting the procedure and amount that had been done but the staff and my consultant Mr Harley were on top of it literally immediately. Due to not being a straight forward healer they insisted an open door policy at any time day or night if any concerns. The hospital is very very clean and all policies and procedures are followed to the tee. Honestly a brilliant experience all due to them!

In general, their service is excellent and easy to navigate. The only minor inconvenience is a small systems organisation issue. Data collection forms are sent as soon as follow-up appointments are scheduled (6 months in advance), and so the information would be out of date if completed at this stage. A workaround is to email for a new form link shortly before the appointment date, and to their credit they are always happy to comply with this.

Bobbi is always so kind and friendly and puts your mind at ease as soon you enter the room. Then does a complete check of your teeth , mouth, tongue. He never ever does unnecessary X-rays as plenty of other dentists do , to make extra money. I live in Hove and have a choice of dentists in my area but I’d rather drive out of my way to see Bobbi on Burgess Hill. Highly recommended 😊
