Consultant and in care excellent. However I am sorry to say I was disappointed I had to speak to several people before you sent things by post as requested by myself several times and by consultant's secretary. I am happy to read a little on my laptop but at moment just can't read pages of text . I am having cataract surgery so that explains why. Also I am not familiar with doing things on line and just don't know how to do things. . I'm afraid I just cant complete questionnaires and go to My Spire as some e mails say. I am of the older generation and am just not familiar with doing things on line as people at work and it is worrying when you do not send things which you say must be read. I have tried to establish breakdown of costs for future procedure which are different to previously for exactly same but no one seems to be able to help. Sorry to be negative as consultant and everything while in the hospital were excellent.

On visiting consultant Subhajit Ghosh a prescription was given to the nurse to be ordered for my next appointment as it was something that was not kept in stock at OSD. I needed to check my diary to see if I could make this next appointment at OSD Healthcare in Hemel Hempstead to have the prescription or, see the consultant at Spire Hospital on another day. On checking my diary I found I could make it and I phoned and arranged an appointment with Subhajit Ghosh. Unfortunately, the prescription had not been ordered so when I turned up for my next appointment I was unable to have my treatment and I would have to see him again another time. I appreciate mix ups happen but thought OSD Healthcare should check their procedures in instances such as this, so that prescriptions are ordered once patients have confirmed they can make future appointments.

I was really please with the quality of service at Medneo Great Portlane Street and the speed at which I got my results. The medics seemed very professional and made me feel calm. I wish I'd used the service sooner as before getting a private MRI which I paid for myself I had had a number of physio treatments and exercise plans which may my injury worse due to them not knowing what was actually wrong. They were working blind as it were. And the NHS wouldn't put me on a waiting list for a MRI through them. I got a 3T scan which I believe shows a bit more than a 1.5 scanner which cast me £299. If you can afford it it might be the right choice for you. I would definitely go to these people to have a scan again if I develop another injury.

I was getting ready to leave home in Broadstairs to travel to Canterbury. My Son had rearranged his work to drive me. I received a phone call from the consultant I was going to see. He was under the impression that it was a telephone consultation. As it happened as far as the consultant was concerned it was not necessary for me to travel to Canterbury. He was able to tell me results of MRI and what he felt was the plan of action. There were some crossed wires and it was lucky that I had not started out earlier to use public transport. . Also lucky that the consultant had not waited till.the appointment time on the letter to ring me as i would have been at his clinic.. I was not concerned that I had not got to make the journey.

From the first consultation through to my recent post surgery follow-up, Mr. Balaggan and his team were informative, clear and reassuring throughout what naturally is a nerve-wracking experience. The advice given my Mr Balaggan, backed up by a clear explanation of the underlying conditions was really helpful in opting for surgery. The procedure itself was superbly managed and the whole experience was a comfortable one with no pain and very little discomfort. Early indications of significant improvement in my vision are there and i look forward to this progressing further over coming months. A huge thank you to Kam and his team!

My experience at the McIndoe centre was incredible. Throughout my surgery and stay the entire team were incredibly kind and caring. I was given plenty of reassurance prior to my surgery, everyone involved during my surgery was incredibly professional and the aftercare following my surgery was incredible. All of my nurses were incredibly kind and helpful and made the process so much easier. I had a great private room and bathroom, and the food was also great! Cannot recommend the McIndoe centre enough, they will be my first choice should I have any more procedures in future

I had a part knee replacement and the staff were really caring and polite . I couldn’t fault them in fact I would trust them 100% and I don’t trust nobody but the staff were truly amazing . A big Thank you to Mr Patel truly amazing gentlemen and the aneasathetist wow I didn’t feel any needles top people. All I can say is I would highly recommend this hospital the service was amazing. The staff that looked after you couldn’t do enough for you . The place was spotless and the best part of it all you were respected as a person

I went in for a saline sonography very nervous about the pain, she made me feel so comfortable and explained what she was doing at every stage of the scan which really put me at ease. She explained her findings clearly. After the scan she kindly answered some questions I had despite not including a consultation with my scan. So glad I came across United Wellness.

Apart from giving us a plan, medication change and information, she gave me hope as a mum, hope that i will get my son the help he needs and that their is different avenues we can take. Prof Quraishi is a fantastic doctor and technically gifted surgeon . I had a sacro-iliac joint injury many years ago which was fixed in Bristol . Suffered with pain for over 10 years and saw a vast number of specialists . It was only when I saw Prof Quraishi that I knew he could fix me . He did - placed bolts across my SIJ bypassing the previous metalwork. I have had an excellent outcome and he has changed my life !

I was on the waiting list( specialist )for the extraction of my wisdom tooth and when I went to the appointment the infection was not so bad so the dentist was able to take it out, Such a relief for me, so I can have Christmas without having to worry about the pain.
