Christopher Payne From my very first appointment with Chris, I found him to be very approachable. He took time to listen to me and used humour where appropriate, which put me at ease immediately. Chris explained in detail what the operation would entail. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. He suggested that in order for the procedure to continue to be successful well after the operation that a reduction in weight would be essential. He offered advice on this which was very helpful. To give me time to lose weight we agreed on a future date for the operation. The hospital was very clean and everyone I came into contact with were pleasant, helpful, friendly and supportive and again I was put at ease. The operation was successful and the whole experience in the hospital was excellent. At the follow up appointment Chris was very thorough in examining the procedure and spent time discussing this. He explained that heavy lifting from now would not be advisable. This was all done in a conversational way. I saw my dentist and hygienist. My dentist, Mrs Patel, gave a very thorough examination for a 6 monthly check., which was easy and painless. . An ex ray followed , which was also painless. Mrs Patel is a highly experienced dentist, who works with precision and care, which gives me great confidence in whatever task she undertakes, on my teeth. Martyna is a highly skilled Hygienist, She is well prepared for my visits, having read the notes from Mrs Patel. They work together as an excellent team. The treatment is always efficient and painless. I’m always pleased to leave I with stunning and shining teeth. Thank you both for the care and attention you always give me, and it is a pleasure to see you both.

From my first appointment with Dr Jain, things went gery smoothly, he was able to identify my need for surgery quickly and then began to explain the process i would go through clearly and consisely. Dr Jain explained to me in simple enough terms the problem i had, the methods t9 be used to fix it, and then also explained the things i could be doing in preparation pre, during and post op to assist the process. 6 weeks post op, i am very happy with the progress i am making, am clear about what i need to do to ensure full recovery and i have Dr Jain to thank for that. Couldnt reccomend him more.

My experience from the moment I walked in through the front door till I left was 1st class,I had a consultation with Dr Bryan Murphy who was very friendly,welcoming & professional just a true gentleman, he knew instantly what was wrong and treated me there and then saving me a return trip and another consultation fee,I’m very happy with the treatment I received.I also have to say the receptionist (sorry I didn’t get her name) was lovely the perfect person to welcome patients.

Friendly staff at Main Reception who gave clear directions to Imaging Department. Department staff were friendly, professional and efficient. Radiographer was great - clear with his questions and explanations. Changing room was a good size, but would benefit from redecoration and coat hooks/hangers would be useful. Overall, a good experience, but would have liked the report to have been sent to the referrer quicker.

I had been experiencing problems with my thumb and knees, tried various things including thumb splint. Saw Dr James Thing and must say the experience start to finish was excellent, pinpointed problem areas and carried out scan and targeted areas that were problem and treated, now no longer need splin or pain relief. So much more movement in knees too. Would highly recommend.

Mr Bahram Fakouri

I'm currently under Mr Fakouri's care due to a (quite severe) herniated L5-S1 which has been causing me trouble all year. He was quickly able to book me in for a caudal epidural injection which is alleviating a great portion of the pain (able to bend down for the first time in 8 months). Mr Fakouri is a good listener, a very calm and professional presence. Would recommend :)
