Mr Hassan, Was brilliant on my first visit with my investigation undergoing with loads of advise on steps. Can't fault him at all but the pain worsening each month is hard while waiting on results for next steps.

Mr Hassan delivered my baby via caesarean section and I saw him throughtout my pregnancy at his fetal medicine clinic to look at my baby's heart due to a condition I have. Mr Hassan is an extremely skilled and talented Doctor.... His knowledge and surgical skills are impeccable. At my fetal medicine appointments it was clear that Mr Hassan was a specialist in this area... During my scans he would explain to me the structures of the baby's heart and exactly what he was focussing on and looking for. Any questions I had he answered clearly and in a way that I could understand, this made such a huge difference as I felt empowered and comfortable to ask anything I wanted and didn't feel silly which I often have done with other consultants in the past. Later on in the pregnancy my baby girl was breech... I had her turned successfully with an ECV however unfortunately she turned back to the breech position within the hour. I was lucky enough to speak to Mr Hassan after this at my next appointment where he recomended a Caesarean section as he explained my baby clearly wanted to be in that position and could be breech for a reason therefore a C-section would be a safer option for the baby rather than a vaginal delivery. (This was my 3rd baby following 2 vaginal births so I was offered both options from the hospital). On the morning of my C-section Mr Hassan came to see me on the ward and explained everything that was about to happen and answered any questions I had. I felt so relaxed and at ease knowing that it was him who was going to be operating on me. The surgery was performed in good time with minimal blood loss and was straight forward. During surgery mr Hassan spoke to me and ensured I was ok and comfortable. Post surgery Mr Hassan visited me in the recovery room where again he was checking how I was... At this time he explained the umbilical cord was wrapped around my daughters neck twice which was why she was in the breech position as the cord was then too short for her to turn head down. So thankfully I took his advise of a C-section as he said a vaginal birth would not have been possible due to the cord and I would have ended up with an emergency situation. Therefore I am so thankful for his experience and expertise and so glad I took his advise to have an elective caesarean. Mr scar has heeled up wonderfully and post surgery I had minimal pain... More of a slight discomfort for a couple of days which astonished me as the C-section is major abdominal surgery. In conclusion I cannot recommend Mr Hassan enough.... His calming kind manner, vast knowledge in the field of obstetrics and gynaecology, finesse surgical skills and all round care for his patients.

I found Mr Hassan very compassionate and non-judgmental. He listened to what I had to say and I felt that I didn't have to fight for the treatment I needed, and for the first time I didn't feel like it was all in my head. He was a breath of fresh air. I would highly recommend him

From the first appointment Mr Hassan was considerate and fully committed to improving my health. He offered me alternatives to choose from and clearly explained my medical situation and test results. Mr Hassan completed surgery for me with no complications and saw that I received the best care whilst on the hospital ward. It was easy to communicate with Mr Hassan via email regarding any concerns during my recovery. I feel lucky to have met Mr Hassan and would happily seek his advice again should I need it in the future.

Throughout each stage of my journey with Mr Hassan I felt fully informed and reassured. I did not feel rushed during my consultations and all of my questions and queries were fully addressed.
