it's the Grosvenor Cleveland First experience Anweek today Monday i went for a blood test and Ultrasound both appointments were on time. The next day i had an appointment by phone some sort of registration ( by the way this was the 10!th registration ) Our life doesn't revolve over your hospital so many registrations what for and you still got it wrong it's frustrating and monotonous.) I would try and find an easier way for patients . let's go back to the phone registration the gentlemen tells me i have to do a blood test and a swap, i told him i was there yesterday and i did a blood test he told me that i have to go back as they forgot to do another blood test and the swap. Forgot i found that very unprofessional so on Wednesday i went back when the nurse took me she took me to the room did the blood test and another nurse came for then swap i was told i need to go and do and ECG a test that i wasn't aware of i became stressed and furious i turned to the poor nurse and said to her i am not doing an ECG and to cancel it. i found the whole situation unprofessional. Thursday arriving to the hospital' early in the morning' once again registration and then a Porter came and took' us to the room. a few minutes later the nurse came and of course another registeatiôn Room nice but no cupboard to hang your coat. it rains a lot in England we wear coats .My surgeon came and explained the procedure and few minutes after he left went down for the operation all well to this point Eventually i was up and nurses came to check all was well Food Menu is very unhealthy no salad no fruit juices i would suggest you get a dietician it's shameful your Menu I was discharged by Professor Hakim at around 3:30' the nurse went to get the discharge letter and told me that i have an MRI at five i told her to cancel it no need for MRI after the operation When i came to leave nobody told me what i had to do was given some plasters and i asked if i could have a shower n was told not today tomorrow i went to the desk on my way out to query an extra bill i wanted to know what it was for and he couldn't tell me i said where is your account department and he said we don't have one on the premises this huge hospital doesn't have an account department in short when i know what its for i will not pay even'. on my chart why Good luck you have a very nice hospital but very stressing and there is a lot of' things you have to work don't think it will be my first choice

I can’t recommend Mr. Richard Scawn highly enough. Before meeting him, I had seen three other surgeons and even booked the operation twice but ended up cancelling because I didn’t feel fully confident. From my very first appointment with Richard, everything felt different. He was calm, kind, and incredibly reassuring — never pushy, never rushed — and both my husband and I instantly felt we were in safe hands. I trusted him completely, and I’m so glad I did. I’m now three weeks post–lower lid blepharoplasty and absolutely over the moon with the results. My bruising was minimal and disappeared quickly, and the scar line is genuinely impeccable. I’m 39, so my skin is still fairly young, but even with a magnifying mirror I cannot see the incision. The work Richard has done is truly amazing. If you’re considering this surgery, I would wholeheartedly recommend Mr. Richard Scawn. I couldn’t be happier with my experience or the outcome.

I was luckily referred to Dr Chitale, who has delivered exemplary service. He explained everything very clearly, answered all of my many questions and put me at ease during an incredibly stressful period. The speed was what astonished me. The gap between being first referred and being operated on was incredibly fast, just two weeks. The bilateral orchidopexy, which is quite an invasive surgery, went perfectly. My recovery was surprisingly smooth and subsequent follow ups with Dr. Chitale really helped put me at ease. I cannot recommend him enough. I thought I was going to live with this condition for the rest of my life and Dr. Chitale has changed that. I will always be grateful for this gift he has given me.

Our family has been patients of various members of the team at the Forbury Clinic for over 10 years. Something has changed in the past year, rather than feeling like you are listened to and being cared for it now feels much more like a business akin so a sausage factory. In and out the door as quickly as possible, barely space for questions and little to no bedside manner. It feels like profit over patients. The remainder of our appointment yesterday was in a stair well being led downstairs after being shunted from room to room. With a teenage that is appalling. They find it hard to ask questions in an environment like that.

Our baby girl was delivered at the Fitzrovia. We were supported by the amazing Dr. Chawla and a highly competent team of midwives. We felt cared for by the midwives throughout the delivery, especially Lesley, Chrissy and our anaesthetist John, and throughout our after birth experience. The suite was comfortable and had comprehensive catering. We would recommend the experience to others and are happy we chose the Fitzrovia.

Very clean and nice waiting area, the coffee & biscuits are much nicer than the Hampshire Clinic. Reception stall very helpful and efficient. Fantastic service received by everyone one at the hospital. Including reception, nurses when attending pre op appointments. On day of surgery was attended by Lisa asking my requirements regarding food etc and clearly stated if I had any allergies etc and nothing was to much trouble.
