She has been amazing and clear and honest expanding the exact result I would have . I was first suggested by another surgeon to just have implants dr Shan explained the benefits of having a lift for the future and I trusted her completely with size and all the procedures that were going to give me the best results and she did. It is so refreshing to have honesty and not be bamboozeled with compliments or promises and come out dizzy out of a consultation room. She is a person that aims for perfection and my results already reassure me of the final result. I am forever grateful and will trust her again.

I spent hour and a quarter talking in detail about my symptoms as an adult and what I could remember from my childhood I was then told that whilst I reached the threshold for adult ADHD, I did not reach the threshold for childhood ADHD. I was told I did not have ADHD whilst showing some symptoms. We discussed for a further ten minutes about the fact that I had some difficulty understanding why I needed to reach the threshold for a neurodivergent condition as a child in order to receive some help as an adult with threshold symptoms. I accepted the findings with some disappointment that I was not going to get help but at least it was suggested that I return to my GP for a different referral

From the moment I was admitted to being discharged, the whole experience was exemplary! All of the staff from the receptionists to the doctors, nurses, auxiliary assistants, catering staff, cleaners, porters and obviously the surgeon (Sam Rajaratanam) and anaesthetist (Barry Phillips) were all amazing. The care was absolutely 1st class. Not only was everyone extremely diligent and professional, they were all personable, friendly and charming. Whilst undergoing major surgery, I felt thoroughly looked after and in safe hands from a great team. I really can't thank everyone enough and recommend this fantastic facility more highly. The staff seemed very friendly and efficient in what seemed to be quite a busy little private out patient's department. I had to have quite a few test's and checks but didn't have to wait long in-between different department's. When I got to see the consultant he was very professional and explained to me exactly what my condition was, how it was affecting my vision . He then explained how he proposed to try to correct the problem, the likely time scale for the procedure, and the cost. I also felt that he was very clear to manage my expectations when the procedure does go ahead.

I’ve been going to this practice for many years and sadly the staff turnover, both dentists, hygienists and reception staff has been high. Today I saw a hygienist for the second time, who remembered my last visit and what was discussed which was really nice. Silly I know, but I have not felt like I have had my “own” dentist/hygienist here ever. The building is under renovation and seems to have been for a long time. So the building looks unfinished but not unclean. Hopefully at my next visit in 6 months time it will be finished.

I have always been happy with the service and patient experience at the London Clinic. However, when I went for my MRI on a Saturday morning, MRI department was closed and there was no information about it. I had to go around the hospital to try and find out what was going on. After about an hour I was finally sent to another MRI scanner on a different floor . The clinicians there were lovely and very apologetic about the experience I had although it was not their fault.

He is obviously extremely smart and knowledgeable and I was so pleased to see him as he understood the problem, which was due to a persistent UTI in my 4 year old daughter, and knew how to treat it correctly. Absolutely brilliant - couldn’t recommend him highly enough.
