I also had a chest infection a couple months before and it left me with a lot of tightness in my chest/lungs and I wasn’t able to breathe at full capacity. From the moment I met him, kind, knowledgeable, calm, and I felt at ease even though I ripped my bicep less than a day before meeting him and was in a serious amount of pain. Whilst Dr Housami was not able to personally perform the reccomended treatment, he was very helpful un reccomending consultants and the process I needed to follow to proceed, and left me feeling he really cared about finding me the right outcomes. Asked all questions (clearly from script/list of qs), even when already discussed and known as irrelevant, or already covered the answer. Exercises provided in technical terms only, hard for lay person to remember and understand. Zero follow up even though it was promised.

I got there at the appointment time I had been messaged and it was deemed too late as the clinic was not informed of my changed time from 09.40 to 11.45.. also the doctor I saw was not one that dealt with my condition although he did promise to refer me to another one who does deal with it.

This clinic is conveniently located on the outskirts of Kings Lynn, allowing for ease of parking and access. Reception staff were polite and welcoming and the waiting area comfortable, with adequate seating and refreshment facilities. A pleasant, stressless visit.
