I reached out to Dr Mistry in March 2025 as I have been struggling with chronic insomnia since December 2021 and I know I needed a more tailored support approach in overcoming it. I could go on all day about how amazing he is. Insomnia is a very misunderstood and isolating condition to have and it leaves you feeling very hopeless. Dr Mistry is knowledgeable, empathetic, understanding, approachable and kind. The list goes on! Honestly - he is an incredible doctor as are his team. You are never left waiting for feedback or answers which is really important when you struggle with insomnia. I actually have been emotional sometimes after coming off calls with him as I feel I have finally met someone who fully understands the impact that insomnia has on a persons wellbeing. He has a very gentle approach and is very patient. I honestly don’t know where I would be without him. I know I am in safe hands with him and finally feel hopeful for the future thanks to Dr Mistry. I just wish I had met him sooner. I can’t recommend him enough!

I have just returned home after a full hip replacement. We were recommended to St Joseph’s and I can’t speak highly enough of the team and the care I received. Many things stand out. The friendly, yet professional ambience, the obviously good relations and communications across all staff. Although my visit lasted only just over 24 hours, at no time did anything feel rushed or ‘conveyor belt’. Just well organised with a feeling that I was being very well looked after. The room and facilities were first class, comfortable and super clean. The operation itself was clearly explained and went without hitch. There was a lot of experience in that room, not least of the lead consultant and anaesthetist. Recovery was also much quicker than I expected, with excellent follow on from the Physio team and 6 sessions into the future as part of the package. I would finally like to express my thanks to all the staff who have made such a positive difference for me.

My recent experience and the appointment with Dr Sawh before were excellent. From Charlotte to the Ella Mae Barnes location the service was genuine and authentic with a focus on customer service and problem solving. Dr Sawh and his team are always timely but my broader experience at Spire is not always so good. Charlotte is a very good professional. As was the receptionist at the Ella Barnes location. I find the service at the Spire Hospital inconsistent. There are generally long delays at appointments and I get the feeling the service from some staff are not as authentic as mentioned above. With this broader service It fees like people are operating to a script and running through a process.

I cannot recommend Dr. Ahmed highly enough. He has been instrumental in helping me navigate the complexities of weight loss. He took the time to explain the various health difficulties related to obesity in a way that was easy to understand, helping me understand the 'why' behind the treatment plan. ​Dr. Ahmed is consistently polite, clear, and concise. It is evident that he is highly knowledgeable in his field, and his evidence-based approach has given me the confidence I needed to make lasting changes. Thanks to the guidance and support of the tier 3 weight management team, I have seen significant progress in my weight loss journey.

From the first consultation through to my recent post surgery follow-up, Mr. Balaggan and his team were informative, clear and reassuring throughout what naturally is a nerve-wracking experience. The advice given my Mr Balaggan, backed up by a clear explanation of the underlying conditions was really helpful in opting for surgery. The procedure itself was superbly managed and the whole experience was a comfortable one with no pain and very little discomfort. Matt Frost was terrific. I'm surprised he wasn't a senior ages ago! But congrats all the same! He's worth every bit of it. Interestingly my hearing had improved slightly from last year and I seriously wonder if this was because I had complete confidence in him. Others always good but Matt inspires confidence in a special way. He also explained the most recent Phonak model clearly so that despite my age and life expectancy, I'm going to give it a try despite the cost. Finally he adjusted my current aids and there is notable improvement. in my hearing. Thanks Matt - and all of you in the office who are always helpful

I had an acute pain in my right leg and had difficulty walking. Having had IDD treatment at Osteopath West before for sciatica I called and was given an appointment later that day. On arrival i was given a thorough examination and it was decided that I most likely had a pulled muscle as well as a nerve issue. I had some deep massage on my back and leg followed by an IDD session. The result today is that the pain is considerably better and i can now walk mush better than before. I am grateful for the prompt appointment and the service I received and would recommend Osteopath West to people in a similar position.

He had checked the tests I had listed on my initial form and after hearing my history told me his concerns and suggested how we should proceed. He suggested I see him next on the NHS or if I wanted to speed up the process, continue with private treatment. As there is no great urgency I decided on the former option. The consultation was relaxed and Dr Cordon very approachable.
