He explained what was happening at each stage of my recovery, what the expected outcomes were, and made me feel genuinely supported throughout. His communication was outstanding, and I always felt listened to and cared for. The recovery itself has been the best I’ve ever experienced, and the improvement to my quality of life has been remarkable. I am incredibly grateful for his skill, expertise, and compassion. He is truly exceptional at what he does, and I feel so fortunate to have been under his care. I cannot recommend Mr John Pereira highly enough. From the initial consultation through to post-operative care, I felt completely listened to, reassured, and in expert hands. I had bilateral upper blepharoplasty and lower facelift with platysmaplasty and the results are outstanding—natural, refreshed, and exactly what I had hoped for. Since moving to Bath in 2021 I have had a variety of treatments for sporting injuries with Sonja Bass, (Director and Lead Physio). Sonja is highly professional with a wealth of experience behind her. I have always received effective treatments and seen quick and positive results. She takes time to listen to concerns, and discuss treatment options and provides additional exercises that can be done easily at home. Jack has helped me manage the symptoms of Ehlers Danlos Syndrome through a tailored strengthening and fitness program. He's measured my progress over time using rep count reports and strength measuring devices as well as charting general wellbeing. We recently started adapted boxing too which I have enjoyed. I feel really supported and motivated to reach my goals. He is understanding and meets you where you are at fitness-wise, as well as pushing you to the best you can be. I would definitely recommend Jack to other people with long term health conditions like me.

Mr Singh had operated on my foot, toes and ankle mid Nov. Just come out of a check up today the 20 Dec and i am so very happy to hear i am healing really well and ahead of where he would expect at this time. I have had the best experience with Mr Singh who has explained everything in an easy to understand way every step of the process. I am back to walking and driving and hope to be back doing my passion of ballroom and latin american dancing in another couple of weeks! Can't recommend Sam Singh enough.

Mr Prasad’s concern for a very distressed patient( me) was reassuringly unrushed , tender and palpable . He explained what i had understood / been told what Surgery I would need / wouldn’t need and what I needed to assuage pain . He made a diagnosis clearer He ordered 2 injections fir 2 different regions . As it was a holiday time , it was distressing to learn I would have to wait almost a fortnight for injections as there was no skeleton staff available

I underwent a shoulder operation on the 17th November. I was treated with respect and kindness throughout: the room I was allocated for the day was clean, tidy and comfortable as was the bathroom. The post-operative tuna sandwich was delicious! All the staff were excellent, including admin staff, nurses, physios, anaesthetists and my surgeon, Mr Jahnich. The followup care has also been excellent, with especial praise to my physio, Chris.

I received shoulder surgery and was able to be discharged the same day. All of the nursing staff were friendly and informative, the physio treatment and advice was informative. All the staff I came across were very friendly. I especially enjoyed the roast dinner which was hot when served (a new experience). I would highly recommend Mr Khan and the London Independent hospital.
