I was fortunate enough to be referred to Mr Hassan by another consultant gynaecologist, after a specialist MRI scan revealed significant Stage 4 deep-infiltrating endometriosis and possible adenomyosis. From the start, he was kind, patient, professional, reassuring and very knowledgeable. He listened to my concerns, made his recommendations and I had my operation just 10 days after the initial consult!! The surgery was very complex, but successful and I have made a good recovery so far. Thank you so much for giving me a new lease of life. If I ever require further surgery, I would not hesitate to come back. I would wholeheartedly recommend Mr Hassan to anyone suffering with endometriosis, adenomyosis, fibroids and/or considering a hysterectomy; he has a wealth of experience with these conditions and I trust him implicitly. This is my second surgery in the Cleveland Clinic and once again It was without fault and without equal. All the staff from the nurses, surgeon, anaesthetist, porters & dinner team are so friendly, kind and display genuine care to patients/my family. My surgery with Dr Nikolaos was easy, quick and surprisingly a nice day despite circumstances of my health! He is an amazing professor with a keen interest in rib problems which is rare in itself but he was also very bubbly, reassuring and friendly i look forward to seeing what he publishes next on all things slipped rib syndrome as this painful condition has been very challenging to me and he was the one to fix it! Could not fault the experience, secretary was wonderful and found me a last minute appointment within a couple of days when I stated I required an assessment urgently. Dr Bruce- Jones was very professional and listened carefully to all of my concerns, and I felt at ease explaining all of my worries. I required the assessment for a compensation claim for the Army and the clinical letter and over view he provided was very well detailed and was exactly what I required. He gave some structured treatment on how to manage my anxiety which I have listened to and am now in discussions with OpCourage and GP for extra support. Would reccomend his services.

Dr Charlotte Frise is an excellent doctor. Despite the multiple complications I had, she had time for me even when she was off duty. She saw me through until I sailed through. I was never afraid at any point even when I couldn’t breathe and had oxygen of 80% on room air, I was motivated. Her smile was always soothing and reassuring, it felt like family. She treats patients like family and it’s heartwarming in difficult times. I begin to tear up when I express how I feel about the care she gave me. Am very impressed and grateful for her services. The NHS is blessed to have doctors like her.

I have chronic pain (left elbow, right wrist, and lower back) due to sports injuries and less-than-ideal posture from long working hours in finance. I first met Simon at the Canary Wharf clinic in 2018, and he has since become my go-to physio. Not only does he provide effective pain relief, he also helps me understand the root causes so I can manage the pain myself. I highly recommend him to anyone who works long hours and also trains hard at the gym. Went to see him first week of Jan 2026 becasue my wrist was a bit flared up last month, and he's as good as usual!

I have been seeing Dr.Kingswood for the last three years after being diagnosed with low kidney function. He is extremely kind to someone with “white coat syndrome “explains everything that I should be aware of. Recently he has suggested weight loss injections as I find it difficult to lose weight I was also pre diabetic. This is beginning to show great results with weight loss and the overall BP readings. Again Dr.Kingswood has explained the benefits and the drawbacks to be aware of.

Mr Hasan Al Chalabi

I went to Dr Al Chalabi for a fistula which I had been living with for several years and he operated on, performing a lay open procedure. He explained everything incredibly well beforehand and put my mind completely at ease. After surgery I was almost pain free and in way less pain than expected. The facilities were clean and well maintained, but the waiting time could be quite long at times. The restroom was clean; however, the lighting is motion-activated. When I remained in a private stall for an extended period of time, the lights turned off automatically, and I had to exit the stall in complete darkness, which was quite frightening. I believe this needs improvement.
