Back in March I landed heavily on an astroturf pitch whilst trying to make a comeback as a hockey player at the age of 69, not so clever! This resulted in sciatica type pain in both legs, lower back pain, and car journeys of more than twenty minutes being extremely painful. I attended a well known local sports physio clinic who had sorted numerous other instances of “sporting excess” over years. Unfortunately this time there was no significant improvement after three months. Looking for an alternative approach I found Claudiu’ clinic on Facebook, and thought that his more modern methods might be the way forward where traditional manipulation and exercises had failed. It took a few visits for there to be significant improvement , but gradual improvement there was. It was then a case of two steps forward, one step back, until after about three months the pain when driving had largely subsided, and life had settled at it’s “new normal”. Now with a 70 year old body , I am again in the gym three or four times a week, spinning, doing pilates and yoga, and now boxing…it’s never too late to find a new way to hurt yourself:-). Seriously Claudia has got my body working again, and I am thankful I found his clinic. I will have hesitation in using it again in the future.

Within just two months, I underwent my surgery; which I’ve since learned was quite a complicated! Throughout the entire process I felt exceptionally well cared for. I cannot thank Mr Hassan enough, his expertise, professionalism, reassurance, and care made what could have been a daunting experience a truly positive one. A future HRT plan is in place and explained thoroughly the medications recommended and follow up appointments scheduled. It has been an absolute pleasure being under the care of Mr Hassan.

He’s kind, professional, patient, and always knows how to make kids feel relaxed and safe — even when they were a bit scared at first! I had surgery to fix my broken wrist. I am a dentist and I wanted the best surgeon in the game! Mr Berber was very accommodating, ensuring my surgery was performed within 6 days of the injury. I also live away from London so he was able to have video consultations in the evenings for me. The communication was excellent along the way and he took the time to answer all my questions. The surgery went extremely well and he even shared all the photos and x-rays with me for my records. The follow up was prompt and timely, and he even spent extra time with me despite my late arrival to the appointment. Mr Berber is a skilled surgeon and has excellent bedside manner. I have been coming to Hope House since being diagnosed. I have seen multiple consultants, but everyone pails into insignificance compared to Andrew. The only reason that I attended Hope House is Andrew. Andrew is friendly, compassionate. He treats his patients as friends, which immediately puts you at ease. He goes beyond normal parameters to know his patients background and whats happening in their lives. He is extremely knowledgeable, and very understanding, explains things in layman's terms. There has been a period recently where Andrew wasn't available which affected a couple of my appointments, to the point I started to research alternative clinics

Got my Somnowell mouth guard fitted at Causeway Dental in Teddington. Highly recommend the dentist. She was great. The guard really does work if I’m sleeping on my side. My partner and I now sleep together in the same bed! I’ve had the guard for about 6 months- don’t wear it every night as we don’t live together. It does feel a bit weird to wear but I have got used to it. It’s not so useful when I’m on my back as I tend to breathe through my mouth and will snore then. This Somnowell information does address this issue. I would really recommend it - and have - if you snore a lot and have sleep apnea as I do. It really works.

I was called into his room by the nurse. He entered from the adjacent room and greeted me with a smile. He asked me how I was feeling after knee replacement which was two months after the surgery. He looked at the operated knee and told me to move it straight as much as I can. And than the other knee. He was very happy with the movement and was happy as I had done all the exercises regularly. He was happy to discharge me . He told me I will be contacted by a nurse in six months. He shook my hand and smiling I left the room. In his presence I was very comfortable. Very caring and professional.

However, Dr Ganan was super, and made me feel that he had all the time in the world for me.
