In June I was involved in a cycling accident resulting in serious injuries, one of which was a damaged shoulder and broken collar bone. I was treated initially by NHS but decided to seek a second opinion. I met with Mr Malik at Droitwich Spa Hospital a week after the accident. I liked his manner immediately, he was clear, concise and explained the course of treatment in depth so I knew what was involved. Mr Malik operated within a week, pulling the broken collar bone back together and inserting a 16cm plate. Before the operation he explained the procedure and reassured me all would be fine. It's now 6 months since my accident and I am back fighting fit. I've seen Mr Malik three times during this period and he's conscientious courteous but most of all he understood my needs. I cycle all around the world and despite my age (in my sixties) he quickly realised it was imperative I got back in the saddle which is exactly what he achieved. I would have no hesitation recommending Mr Malik, his skill and manner are exemplary.

From my first consultation through to surgery and recovery Mr Malek was extremely thorough throughout. Mr Malek explained everything I needed to know in regard to the damage which was visible through the x ray completed upon my consultation visit. Mr Malek clearly explained what he thought would be my best option and the reasoning behind the replacement of my left hip with ceramic and bioplastic liner ball and socket replacement not titanium due to recent scientific and health findings of old and new components. Mr Malek was extremely professional, very helpful and communicative throughout my experience including post surgery check-ups. I would like to pass on my sincere appreciation for the fantastic care by Mr Malek and his colleagues for the exceptional service provided throughout. If I am unfortunate to require any future surgeries which are part of Mr Malek’s profession I would not hesitate to request Mr Malek and his colleagues knowing their ability from my most recent surgery experience.

With my recent treatment with Mr Ud-Din I.e a full hip replacement from initial consultation through to being discharged the treatment I received from the Meriden hospital to especially to Mr Farid Ud-Din was absolutely first class.Alll the staff that I was involved with were first class right down to the lady who brought me a cup of tea.,nobody likes being in hospital and all the staff went above and beyond to make you feel comfortable everything from when I arrived to when I left was excellent Mr Ud-din came to see me explained everything to me also I saw him after the operation. He is a very nice pleasant gentleman with lovely beside manners.came to see him yesterday showed me my x ray explained it all had a good conversation about it all ,I felt with him that he had all the time in the world to listen to you and explain everything I would highly recommend him and the hospital to anyone

My recent experience and the appointment with Dr Sawh before were excellent. From Charlotte to the Ella Mae Barnes location the service was genuine and authentic with a focus on customer service and problem solving. Dr Sawh and his team are always timely but my broader experience at Spire is not always so good. Charlotte is a very good professional. As was the receptionist at the Ella Barnes location. I find the service at the Spire Hospital inconsistent. There are generally long delays at appointments and I get the feeling the service from some staff are not as authentic as mentioned above. With this broader service It fees like people are operating to a script and running through a process.

I met Dr David Annan today for a neck scan, I have to say I have never met a doctor who is so caring and understanding in my whole life He made me feel so comfortable as I was nervous, he kept asking if I had any questions and answered all my questions, he even asked my son if he wanted to ask anything which was such a nice gesture, Doctors like Dr David Annan really make you feel there are nice and caring people still out there, his happy personality really shines through Keep up the good work Dr David Annan and all the best for the future If in the future I ever need to see a Dr for my neck will only be you

I had an ADHD assessment at Diverse Minds Clinic and I would rate the service as excellent from start to finish. Dr Alex Cappai is very approachable and offered a free 10 min call before our appointment free of charge, which was very kind. She is very knowledgeable in her field and shared many useful tricks I could use to improve my condition. I am still deciding whether I want to use medications and she has been supportive looking for alternatives. Diverse Minds Clinic has been very responsive and the administrative team was always very helpful and polite. I would definitely recommend this service.

Felt relaxed as soon as I entered the clinical area. Dr Ahmad’s team were calm, professional and respectful throughout the procedure. Dr Ahmad clearly detailed each step of my clinical investigation. I had time to discuss and consider my options and I never felt pressured or anxious. Following my investigation Dr Ahmad met me in the recovery area to discuss the outcome of my procedure, answer any questions and then discuss next steps. The experience overall was good once seen by clinical staff. Had to wait 15 minutes after planned appointment time, 30 minutes in total after being told to be there 15 minutes before appointment. I understand than clinically time may run over, but there was no communication which would have been useful. I wonder if specific reception staff for the vein clinic would be helpful. Waiting area would also benefit from coffee machine for relatives waiting.

Dr. Pragati was more than amazing! Walking into the clinic, she was very warm and welcoming. I went in for a saline sonography very nervous about the pain, she made me feel so comfortable and explained what she was doing at every stage of the scan which really put me at ease. She explained her findings clearly. After the scan she kindly answered some questions I had despite not including a consultation with my scan. So glad I came across United Wellness.

Vast majority of the people were super friendly and made my hospital stay very comfortable. Hospital was clean and everyone was extremely professional. I did get the feeling though that you get rushed a bit when it gets to recovery and need to get going post-surgery which is not ideal as sometimes you are just not feeling fit enough or ready to go home straight away, especially after general anaesthesia. Overall extremely positive experience.
