Dr. Ethan is a truly lovely man who genuinely listens to his patients — and that means a lot. He has helped me so much with my arthritis and chronic fatigue. After being bed-bound for almost four years, I’ve now been working with him for about a year and I can finally get out, enjoy life, and spend time with my family again. What stands out most is how caring and heartfelt he is. You always feel safe talking to him because he really gets to your level — as he often says, he’s a patient himself, so he understands how important it is to feel heard. He’s wonderfully direct, which I appreciate, because you know he’s looking out for your best interests. Yes, I was surprised by the fees at first, but the service is so personal and attentive that it’s absolutely worth it. He treats every patient as important, and I completely trust him. I’m not a particularly sentimental person, but he’s genuinely special — and super funny too! I met Mr Pollock three times during my treatments for a wide excision of the melanoma on my left arm. My first was an initial consultation and although I had done my homework regarding my diagnosis Mr Pollock was really clear about my treatment and what to expect which really reassured me, I'm in the right hands. Second meeting was for my surgery which all went to plan with no surprises and very well looked after at Spires Nottingham. My third meeting which was today was for me to receive the results of both biopsies and check my wounds. I'm thrilled to say I am all clear and my wounds are healing really well after four weeks. I had an operation at this hospital few day ago on the 6th of November by the amazing consultant Mr Jag Chana! To whom I am forever grateful in how kind, caring and professional he is and the most wonderful job he’s done with my operation! As for his team of anaesthetist, his lovely nurse Kate Zimmerman and all the nurses and other stuff on the ward ( apologies that I don’t know all your names) that looked after me before and after my operation I send my sincere thanks and gratitude! I have atrial fibrillation and visited Dr Kalla as part of an annual consultation. Although I am in permanent AFib I show no negative symptoms and after two cardioversions performed by Dr Kalla we established that my health is no better/worse when I’m in rhythm. Consequently, we simply monitor yearly. I find Dr Kalla feedback excellent. Explanations are clear and based from logic which is always qualified by facts/statistics. I have no hesitation recommending Dr Kalla and he is undoubtedly one of the very best heart experts in the UK

Better signage would help. We wandered around looking for the appropriate location. There are two car parking 4 areas which doesn't help. Luckily we found a helpful Doc who took us to where we needed to be. Once there we were welcomed. I couldn't eat anything after the op, the restaurant didn't have anything for gluten, dairy and egg free patient. I feel sure they could have products on standby for the future, most vegan products would suffice.

I had an excellent experience with London Blood Test. Booking was fast, the clinic was easy to find, and the staff were warm and professional. The phlebotomist was very gentle and explained every step, which made the whole process surprisingly comfortable. Results arrived quickly and were clearly laid out, with helpful notes that made them easy to understand. Overall, efficient, friendly, and reliable service. Highly recommend.

The facilities are at an excellent level, clean and well presented. Ensuite rooms with bathroom/changing room in the outpatients consulting rooms. Overall welcoming and good environment especially as its a Hospital.

I was at the clinic for a 6 weeks post surgery appointment. All the staff were very welcoming and friendly. I saw Kevin Bryceland. He showed me the xray of my new hip, explained the surgery and checked my progress. He was happy to answer any questions and explained the next steps. While it was busy in the clinic, Kevin took time to listen and I didn't feel rushed in any way.
