I always have a good experience when visiting the practice. The staff are always friendly. However, on the last visit I think there are things you guys need to review. I was in for a gel injection into my knee which was being carried out by Mr Dehne in the theatre. He had previously confirmed that it would be a simple procedure and that after a short time I would be fine to drive home. However, on arrival it was clear that the team believed I was in for a knee replacement. I was shown to my own room, asked to select from the menu for the following day, and given medication that I assume I didn't require! Further more, the team were loathed to let me drive home and I had to wait a couple of hours until they could check with Mr Dehne that it would be ok as all the paperwork confirmed otherwise. The theatre staff were double checking with me the reason for my visit so there was a checking procedure in place but you may need to review why there was confusion in the first place.

My first visit was a very positive experience. The clinic was well presented, and I felt comfortable sitting in the waiting area prior to being called in. All staff members were polite, kind, and respectful during every interaction. When I entered the consultation room, I initially felt nervous; however, this quickly melted away as I was put at ease through warm and engaging conversation. I felt treated as a human being, not just a patient. The doctor ensured I was comfortable throughout the consultation and explained everything clearly and thoroughly. I am genuinely pleased with the outcome of the appointment, as I now have a better understanding of what is happening with my body and feel empowered to seek further support to improve my health and wellbeing. The staff at KIMS Hospital are truly amazing and incredibly friendly. Their professionalism and genuine compassion were unmatched by any experience I’ve had in NHS care. He and Colette have been incredibly supportive throughout our journey, and provided the reassurance that we needed during my most recent pregnancy with scans every fortnight. I had a second c-section in October, and everything went smoothly. My incision is neat, and healed quickly without issue. I really cannot recommend him enough.

We highly recommend Dr Alibhai, he is a total pro at what he does. Both my sons had oral surgery with him about 1 a year apart. They both had all four wisdom teeth removed at once and had a positive experience. Dr Alibhai is very responsive and prompt, he is also available for after care if needed. For both my sons the pain and swelling was manageable. Dr Alibhai is a high quality surgeon, you can't do anything wrong with him.

My experience was very good but spoiled somewhat as the receptionist could not give me a date for the biopsy after I had my consultation with the Consultant. From what I could gather he did not have any slots open ! . That was on the 8th of January and I was told that someone would be in touch. It is now the 17th of January and I would like to know a date so that I can arrange as far as possible to be free then .

Mr Khajuria checked movement and stability of my new hip in detail, then sent me for an X-ray, after asking how the past few weeks had gone. Once the X-ray was back, Mr Khajuria gave me more detailed advice on how to strengthen and improve my mobility. The whole experience was extremely positive, especially as I felt listened to.
