He remembered me from an earlier consultation which was very reassuring and helped me relax as my diagnosis was quite stressful. He explained everything to me in terms I could understand and comprehend. He gave me time to ask questions and answered adequately. I felt very reassured that my care with him and ongoing teams have the best chances of a positive outcome. I will take this opportunity to stress my diagnosis was only due to findings in a routine bowl test which left undiagnosed could have left to much more serious consequences. Thank you to the bowl screening process and the care of above mentioned there after.

I wanted to leave a review because my experience with this psychiatric doctor mr singh has genuinely made a difference in my life. Being assessed and diagnosed with ADHD as an adult wasn’t easy emotionally, but they handled everything with real professionalism, patience, and understanding. I never felt rushed or judged, and they took the time to explain things clearly so I actually understood what was going on rather than feeling labelled. Since the diagnosis, I’ve felt more clarity about myself and my wellbeing, and that alone has been hugely valuable. Everyone I dealt with was great overall. The experience was good aside from a couple of mistakes which then lead to long delays. One of the assessment calls didn't work and I had made time to sit through it. They did try to rectify this quickly but it still took another few weeks which after such a long time was frustrating. Sometimes when I would ring up the person who would answer would be short and I didn't feel so comfortable speaking to them. Otherwise, I would recommend this service up to diagnosis - I am yet to try the medication and services beyond here. I wish there was more the NHS or RTN could provide to offer support post diagnosis. The recommendations are useful but I would like a little more.

My second visit to Clinic and Dr James Thing. This time for issues with ankle. Dr Thing asked questions regarding the ankle and a few exercises to ascertain problem areas and carried out ultra sound and explained this to me. Best option forward was injection which was pain free and advice on what to watch out for etc. Also recommended a follow up with podiatrist at portobello too. Great service for start to finish special mention to Luvena who was most helpful and professional.

Mr Brookes is a wonderful person. He was so gentile and sensitive to the fact that my uncle of 90 years was extremely anxious about his cataract operation. His warm smile, calm manner and friendly reassurance that all would be well certainly helped to lower my uncle's blood pressure. For many years Mr Brookes has been looking after my mother's glaucoma and we would not go to anyone else. It is a complete pleasure and joy to visit his surgery.
