I was diagnosed with an enlarged prostate in 2007 and had Greenlight Laser surgery later that same year. By 2023 I had 2 more Greenlight procedures but after a few weeks later in 2023 my bladder went into retention. I tried to contact my Consultant but to my disappointment my Consultant, who I had known for 16 years, did not want to speak to me and has never contacted me since. After being treated this way I was determined to fully research my options and Consultant Urology Surgeons. Through my research the name of Mr Datta came up time and again, including from people in the medical profession. After consulting Mr Datta it was agreed to have the HOLEP procedure on my extremely large prostate and that also to remove bladder stones. During a lengthy operation Mr Datta drastically reduced the size of my prostate and to save having a separate operation he removed the bladder stones. At first after the operation I had on the odd occasion slight incontinence, which was quickly remedied by 3 appointments with a Physiotherapist recommended by Mr Datta. It has now been more than a year and there is no more frequent times getting up during the night and I also now have a really good urine flow as well. I am a man in his 70s and cannot thank Mr Datta enough for his professionalism and being easy to talk to. He is someone I would thoroughly recommend.

I really look forward to my reviews with Dr Rahman and it was a pleasure to see him again today. My reviews are important checkpoints for me and an opportunity to reflect on how I've really been, and Dr Rahman has always offered support and advice where ever I've identified that I'm struggling. Dr Rahman assessed and diagnosed me with ADHD around 18 months ago. I had questioned for a long while that I maybe neurodiverse, but I was hesitant around being formally assessed for many reasons. I explained all of my concerns in my assessment and Dr Rahman met them all with understanding and reassurance. Thanks to him, I tried medication with a realistic idea of what to expect and knowing if I had any questions or concerns in that titration period - I could contact him. I am so thankful that I did, and that I trusted his advice in how medication may (positively) affect other conditions I had suffered with for many years before - that I hadn't considered were a result of ADHD, rather than in addition to. I am now part of community where diagnosis is frequently discussed and as a result, I understand the impact of assessment experience and ongoing care in how individuals view their diagnosis. I consider myself incredibly lucky that Dr Rahman has made this experience and the process of managing ADHD as positive as it can be. 10/10 would recommend.

Excellent - I had been told by another Dentist that a pre molar tooth would require a crown when a .5cm filling they put in fell out so I consulted Dentalessence, and thanks to Joanna at front of house my email was seen by Zayd who amongst other things specialises in onlays and he used this procedure to restore my tooth. The staff at Dentalessence are absolutely lovely and went out of their way to help me by arranging to see me quickly and out of hours so thank you very much to Zayd and Brooke for staying late. As a result of this experience I have now changed my Dentist to Dentalessence who offer a wide range of treatments in house and modern dentistry techniques that help to preserve the natural tooth which is a very welcome change! I booked for an adult circumcision procedure at Moorgate. Preparatory work was done very efficiently. I had a face to face consultation with Dr. Fragcoulis and he also performed a visual inspection. After this I was confident that the surgery will go well and I am in the hands of professionals. I had to wait for a few weeks for the surgery but it was worth the wait. On the day of the surgery things went really well once I have arrived. Staff was very friendly, the surgeon was obviously very skilled and efficient and I was out in no time, after having had a nice meal. Recovery goes well and I am happy with the result. I would definitely recommend Moorgate and Dr. Fragkoulis to anyone how would like a high quality service.
