My first visit was a very positive experience. The clinic was well presented, and I felt comfortable sitting in the waiting area prior to being called in. All staff members were polite, kind, and respectful during every interaction. When I entered the consultation room, I initially felt nervous; however, this quickly melted away as I was put at ease through warm and engaging conversation. I felt treated as a human being, not just a patient. The doctor ensured I was comfortable throughout the consultation and explained everything clearly and thoroughly. I am genuinely pleased with the outcome of the appointment, as I now have a better understanding of what is happening with my body and feel empowered to seek further support to improve my health and wellbeing. I had a really positive experience staying at Nuffield Hospital. From admission to discharge, the staff were friendly, welcoming and kind. Everyone I interacted with was attentive, reassuring and helpful, which made a big difference during surgery and early recovery. Even when things were not perfect, such as not having a post-surgery bra in my exact size and sending me home in one that was a bit too big in the cups, the care and effort from the team never wavered. They handled everything with warmth, professionalism and good humour! Overall, I felt well looked after, respected and supported and I am very grateful to the staff who made what could have been a stressful experience feel calm and manageable. 💗

The Deben private GP service was thoughtful and reassuring throughout. Treatment was prescribed promptly in anticipation of a potentially serious issue, with careful follow-up and an appropriate referral arranged swiftly. The clinical reasons behind each decision were explained clearly, providing reassurance and clarity at every stage. Both the doctor and her nurse colleague were attentive and empathetic, communicating openly and taking time to discuss symptoms and next steps. Nothing felt rushed, and explanations were calm and easy to understand. A genuinely supportive, patient-centred experience - calm, kind, and reassuring from start to finish.

I arrived 30 minutes early for my appointment and when I booked in I was able to go straight through to the treatment room. The consultant and 2 nurses were so good with me. They could all see how nervous and anxious I was but made to feel at ease (even held my hand). The procedure was over very quickly without any discomfort. The part that took the longest was booking my next appointment as the computer system had gone down through no fault of anyone at the desk. After that I got myself a cup of coffee and sat and relaxed until it was time to get my bus. Altogether a much less harrowing appointment than I thought it would be!

Main reception lovely and consultant was great. Imaging receptionist was blunt and frankly dismissive. Now paying invoice for consultation the original price was quoted on phone I found it’s £20 more which isn’t much but when you are self funding every £20 counts! When I complained I was directed to the fees as outlined on my original appointment letter which state it would not exceed £150 which it obviously doesn't but it wasn’t explained that the figure quoted on phone was only an estimate. Pricing should be communicated more clearly for those who don’t have insurance. So far, apart from consultant, a disappointment.

I had a lump removed from my finger, it looked insignificant, but it was a real problem for me, making daily activities like dressing etc painful and difficult. I am still exercising to regain fell movement. The Consultant, nurses and staff were great, understanding, friendly and professional. At each step everything was explained clearly so I completely understood what was happening and when. If I needed anything my request was dealt with promptly. The hospital was clean and fresh and the staff welcoming. Overall an excellent experience.

the appointment for my adhd assessment was online so I can’t comment on the cleaness of the office. The difficult part of this process was trying to keep track of the forms and how many questions you had to answer on a form without being able to save as you go along or being able to print them off and take your time to remember the examples. It would be great to have a checklist on screen that showed which forms you had completed and which ones were still left to do. The assessor put me at ease, she explained everything clearly.

Karen was so lovely to speak with over the phone regarding my daughter’s issues that’s she’s had with eczema and allergies. I thought it would be a 10 minute check in but the call with Karen lasted the hour. I did not feel rushed and my concerns were listened to. Karen gave really great advise around adding things to diet that may help my little one and reminding me of all the things I can incorporate to ensure I am covering all food groups and possible allergens. Thank you Karen - would highly recommend

I traveled from a different country to be under the care of Dr Keith Duncan and this was the best decision my husband and I made. From the very day go, Dr Duncan’s professional skills managed my pregnancy journey so well. Having had a traumatic past experience, I must say that Dr Duncan is filled with compassion and empathy. Not only is he an excellent Dr, he is an amazing human being. I would travel from miles and miles away to seek this kind of medical treatment in the future again. Thank you Dr Duncan.

Miss Bains was incredibly welcoming and kind, which immediately made me feel comfortable. She took the time to really listen to me and explained everything clearly, which I found very reassuring. She was efficient yet never rushed, and her professionalism and genuine care really stood out. She has a wonderful bedside manner and made the whole experience feel much less daunting.

Dr Ratheesh is an amazing doctor. I have had ongoing issues and not only was Doctor Rathseeth thorough , but was easy to talk to and I was made to feel very comfortable. There was also a follow up call to keep me in the loop and an in depth explanation of the issue and procedures to follow . Can't say more than this Doctor should be a benchmark for all.

Mr Robert Marston

I cannot speak too highly of Mr Marston. I have had elective surgery on three separate occasions , the first in 2009, which were very successful. In my hour of need after a very serious fall where I broke my artificial hip and shattered my femur he personally became involved to have me treated immediately. I will be forever grateful.
