I had a consultant review with Dr Shaikh for the re-initiation and titration of medication for a pre-existing ADHD diagnosis. I chose Mentis Clinic as it was the most affordable option I found during my research, particularly considering that their service includes consultant review, medication titration appointments, prescriptions, and a shared care agreement. My previous notes were reviewed promptly, and I was offered an initial consultant appointment within a week, followed by a titration appointment the following week. Dr Shaikh was very attentive and took the time to understand my circumstances and reasons for seeking re-initiation and titration of medication. There was no waiting list, which meant I was seen extremely quickly. The pharmacy also handled my prescription efficiently, with medication delivered in a timely manner. After the initial consultant review, I received my clinic letter very quickly and was given the opportunity to request amendments, which were dealt with promptly. I was provided with comprehensive information about medication options and was also given a letter of support for education and employment without even having to request one, which was something I genuinely needed. I am extremely satisfied with the service I have received from Mentis Clinic and would highly recommend them to anyone seeking assessment or ongoing care for ADHD.

It’s underneath my chin, lopsided, on top of any tissue, not even near my chin bone, and they refute 2nd opinions I’ve had that there’s anything wrong with this. They also promised me a referral for a CT scan for months but keep deferring. So I’ve had to arrange these scans myself to get proof needed. Made a formal complaint and didn’t even get a written response. Independent adjudication (ISCAS) next then Small Claims. They will not take responsibility for negligence/errors so beware! Please pass on so people are aware - as this needs to be made public

I honestly can't recommend Lisa highly enough. I started going to see her last year when I was going through IVF treatment. I can genuinely say it's been the best decision I made. I come away from the treatments feeling like a different person, more balanced, in control and able to keep going. It's helped me in all aspects of my life, even managing work stress better. For anyone considering it but unsure, and especially those going through fertility my advice would be to give it a go, its really helped me much more than i thought it would. I really appreciated being able to get a quick appointment and having my scan done by a doctor radiologist who could then explain what he saw and give me some advice. The scan was done quickly and it allowed me to promptly get the scan done for my GP. I was super pleased that the report arrived quickly, it was there in my emails before I even got home! There was a chaperone there too, the clinic was nice and the receptionist was very warm and friendly and efficient. All in all a great discovery for me as I felt the prices were very reasonable for private scans so I could use the service for regular health checks..

I have chronic pain (left elbow, right wrist, and lower back) due to sports injuries and less-than-ideal posture from long working hours in finance. I first met Simon at the Canary Wharf clinic in 2018, and he has since become my go-to physio. Not only does he provide effective pain relief, he also helps me understand the root causes so I can manage the pain myself. I highly recommend him to anyone who works long hours and also trains hard at the gym. Went to see him first week of Jan 2026 becasue my wrist was a bit flared up last month, and he's as good as usual!

Realising this could have been a retinal tear needing emergency treatment to save my vision, I immediately made a private appointment to see Mr Alexander. The service I received was absolutely fantastic. My eyes were thoroughly examined by Mr Alexander who has an excellent bedside manner. He explained everything clearly, answered my questions and made a plan going forward. Luckily, my retina was intact and no treatment was required. The sense of relief I felt was priceless.

The group therapy sessions and the structure of the day was very helpful in helping my recovery.
