I received warm, well informed professional attention throughout my care at St Anthony's Hospital; from outpatients through to discharge. The room was clean, well heated and ventilated, equipment checked and the armchairs comfortable. The unit was quiet. Nursing staff answered call bells promptly and with kindness and a smile. No request was considered a problem. Their level of knowledge and professionalism was excellent along with the standard of care. Physiotherapy care was also excellent and given with respect to my individual needs. Recovery staff were informative and reassuring. Excellent care there too. I include catering staff who also took care in their work. A few glitches with the electronics on the bed and the new bathroom which received prompt attention - the unit has been recently renovated.

The most stressful and frustrating part of using RTN services is the lack of communication and poor response times. I have used RTN both via the right to choose path and for a private assessment. You would expect the private service to be quicker and have better communication but this has not been my experience. It is impossible to get hold of anybody. I have sent multiple emails and left voicemail but there is no sense of urgency in responding and waiting times are long. You don't even receive an acknowledgement or holding email to manage expectations. Some very basic and easy changes could be made to make the customer experience so much better.

I had micro-TESE surgery with Mr Alnajjar and the entire experience was exceptional. He successfully retrieved sperm for us, which has now given us the chance to move forward with IVF next year. What stood out most was how personal and reassuring his approach was. We had met him a few times before the procedure and he always made both me and my wife feel calm, confident, and fully informed. The follow-up care has been outstanding — nothing felt rushed, and every question was answered clearly. His PA and the communication throughout have also been first-class. A genuinely brilliant surgeon and a top professional. Highly recommended.

Dr. Khan operated my knee. It was a difficult procedure as it involved a multi ligament injury and a meniscus tear. 16 months post operation I went back to play football. Mr. Kahn is very supportive and provides planned follow ups to keep track of progress. In my last visit Mr. Kahn decided to see me again in 6 months to assess the overall recovery and decide whether or not take further action as there are still some minor issues with the knee.

I was seen quickly and the consultant was friendly and thorough, clearly informing me of the results of my examination. Subsequently, he emailed me the full outcome. However, I received a subsequent email and letter from Check4Cancer that was for somebody else's results (there was no identifiable information to who the results pertained to).

I visited this clinic as I had terrible sciatica down my right leg and lower back pain. The osteopath was brilliant. Very helpful, knowledgeable and I have had 3 treatments so far and seen a huge improvement in my symptoms. I am back at work and able to enjoy life more. Thank you Mark for your treatments. I highly recommend this practice.
