This was my first visit to this lovely private GP practice. Lots of parking and ground floor facility was the first tick. Lovely big bright windows another tick creating brightness in what is usually not available in most other medical establishments. No sooner on the door I was greeted with smiles and courtesy from the lovely, friendly receptionists who welcomed me and offered me refreshments. Plenty of books and magazines if I wanted but didn't need them as I was taken at my exact appointment time, another big tick. My GP, Dr Fiona Moore came out to greet me and as I'd completed an online form with my reason for attending she was on the ball with what was required. She was so relaxed and friendly I felt like I'd known her for a long time and I felt at ease answering any questions. Having examined me she knew what the issue was and reassured me. Overall a brilliant experience.

I was seen at breast clinic as a precautionary investigation I was nervous but I was met with such friendly natural staff which instantlymmade me feel at ease i was checked by the Dr then sent for a mammogram and then aent for an Uktrasound scan I am pleased to report that everything was normal and no concerns I thanked the dr profusely when he told me that everything was normal and i spoke highly to him about my having all the results within the time i was there I cannot thank you enough and thank the NHS for sending me there as I would not have ever wanted to wait for breast cancer screening results so to have them on the same night was so reassuring Thank you a nmillion times S

I had a wonderful experience at my most recent visit with Dr. Salvia at Dr Benn’s surgery. My baby had been unwell, and the clinic was able to see us quickly, which was such a relief. Dr. Salvia was calm, reassuring, and incredibly thorough. She took the time to check everything carefully and explain what was going on in a way that eased all my worries. Her kindness and gentle approach made my baby feel comfortable, and I left feeling confident and supported. I’m so grateful for her prompt attention and the genuine care she always shows. I couldn’t ask for a better GP service.

The doctor was excellent — very friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable throughout my consultation. However, I’ve been waiting for over seven weeks for my report, and despite following up with the secretary several times, I still haven’t received any update. It’s quite disappointing, as this delay takes away from what was otherwise a very positive experience with the doctor. I truly hope the clinic can improve its communication and follow-up process, as it would make a big difference to patients’ overall experience.

I recently visited Dr Goel and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The doctor was incredibly thorough, taking the time to explain my symptoms in a clear & reassuring way. Dr Goel listened carefully to all my concerns and never made me feel rushed. What stood out most was her combination of deep medical knowledge and genuine compassion. She created a comfortable environment, offered practical guidance for long-term kidney health, and made sure I felt confident in the treatment plan moving forward.

Dr Nagpal truly goes above and beyond. He did a thorough check of my medical history and sourced the tablets I needed for my extraction due to my risk of bleeding from a genetic condition. My GP did not help me regarding getting these but Dr Nagpal ordered them in just for me. As a teacher it is difficult getting time off and it was a pleasure having everything tailored to me and made as convenient as possible. I appreciate how precious Dr Nagpal’s time is as a specialist but he was still so accommodating.

Oh my Davide was fantastic for our gender scan. We got to see way more than we anticipated, its little arms, legs, everything was explained to us, got to hear the heartbeat and have a usb to keep the memories. I highly recommend a private scan. We are planning to come back around 26 weeks and maybe again in the 30s as it can be quite some time between scans on NHS. Honestly highly recommend, friendly, open to questions and amazingly professional! Thank you!

The staff were excellent, highly professional and attentive. Tommy Chan was also reassuring and supportive. He was kind and very personable. He put me at ease. I was able to ask questions and the clinicians were very helpful. I would have liked a recap of exactly what the procedure would entail but I forgot to request this. I’m not sure if I have wires in my toe but I think I do. I’m very grateful to the whole team for their excellent care. Thank you!

Im not even making this up, I felt no pain from start to finish! , Stephen and Gillian put you at ease from the minute you arrive and talk to throughout the procedure , they are down to earth professionals and have seen it all before! 30 mins later its all over and 4 months after the procedure i have the email confirmation that the procedure was a success, I don't know why I put it off for years , such an easy procedure to have done.

As always I had an excellent experience today at VB Aesthetics from start to finish. The clinic is beautiful,, welcoming, and the team are professional, warm and friendly. Having had a bad experience elsewhere, I wouldn’t go anywhere else and have been going to VB Aesthetic for many years now. . Nurse Vicky always takes her time to listen to me and the results are natural and subtle.. I highly recommended!

Dr Cichero did bunion surgery on my left foot and also loosened a ligament to relieve my mortons neuroma. He was so helpful and supportive and explained everything clearly. He listened to my concerns and addressed them and tailored his surgery to accommodate what I felt comfortable with - he helped me choose a more appropriate option for the the mortons neuroma. He ultimately did a fantastic job.

I had both cataracts treated by Mr Tatham with intraocular lenses fitted. The whole experience was excellent and I no longer need glasses for distance. The quality of vision exceeded my expectations. I had good discussion about the sort of lens that would suit my lifestyle, the procedure was quick and comfortable and the outcome has delighted me. Would recommend without hesitation.

When I came into the nightingale I was really struggling with my OCD but all the staff here were very encouraging and attended to all my needs. Exactly what was going to happen was carefully explained and any questions answered before and during my bilateral eye cataract surgery under local anaesthetics with sedation. The after care has been excellent from all Mr Deshmikh's team.

Everyone at the hospital were lovely, kind and friendly, but I particularly enjoyed the reassuring nature of Dr. Sinitsky which had a brilliant balance of professionalism and warmth, which made me feel calm and well looked after from my initial consultation to surgery.
