Despite the industrial estate address, the practice is a lovely, bright, modern building adjacent to open fields, easy to find and ample parking close to the main entrance. I was met with a warm, friendly smile and the lady on reception couldn’t have been nicer. I was asked to complete a short health questionnaire on a tablet. I waited no more than 10 minutes before Dr Wright saw me. Both she and the nurse were also warm & friendly whilst very professional, everything was explained clearly to me, including the cost of the treatment, before treatment started. Dr Wright was extremely good at putting me at ease and checking on me as the treatment progressed. The anaesthetic was administered virtually unnoticed. After a few minutes Dr Wright removed my tooth completely painlessly, it was quick and there was barely any trauma to my gum. Even when the anaesthetic wore off, I had zero pain or discomfort and needed no further painkillers after the dose I had immediately before treatment. By far, the best experience in a dentists chair I have ever had, can’t recommend Vermillion enough

Most recently, he performed an ovarian cystectomy, and my recovery was remarkably quick - something I have no doubt is a direct result of David’s outstanding surgical skill. He has a unique ability to make you feel completely at ease, taking the time to ensure you fully understand your diagnosis and treatment options while always considering your personal concerns and goals. His bedside manner is exceptional; he is one of the very few consultants who showed genuine empathy and compassion during the incredibly difficult period when my partner and I were experiencing recurrent miscarriages. Mr Sabur Maluk performed a partial knee replacement 5 weeks ago., prior to this I had pain on walking also the knee locked (bone on bone). Although an X-ray reported tricompartmental arthritis i wanted a partial replacement to be considered . Mr Maluk was recommended by a friend and I researched his orthopaedic interests. I was pleased I could be referred to him on the NHS and was seen promptly. He reviewed an MRI scan and suggested a partial knee replacement was possible. The Surgery was efficient at West Midlands Private Hospital and I was discharged the next day walking with crutches . Healing has been quick over 3 weeks . Mr Maluk has a well organised system and his whole team works well. As a bonus he is polite gentle calm and a fabulous surgeon. Thank you

The recent visit was very informative. Mr Hawary explains the results concisely and at a level a none medical person understands. All the meetings have been informal, even noticing when one of us had a worried look. He explained the diagnosis, showing us the results and explaining what they ment alleviating any concerns. He also explained what I should be doing next, ie pelvic floor exercises and sent a link to the document that explains how to do them; which is very useful. I am extremely happy with all the consultations we have had with Mr Hawary.

Dr Pittman listened to my recent problems, looking at blood retest results and advising that the tests were not looking at the relevant areas that my condition was displaying. He suggested additional tests, the results of which have enabled him to point me in the direction of an appropriate consultant. Without Dr Pittman’s assistance and professionalism I would still be floundering for a resolution.
