He has been extremely thorough in arranging all the necessary investigations to properly understand what is happening with my joints, which gave me a lot of confidence in the process. At every appointment, he was highly knowledgeable, calm, and reassuring, taking the time to explain everything clearly and answer my questions. I always felt that he genuinely cared about getting to the root of the problem rather than rushing to conclusions. I am very grateful for his professionalism and dedication, and I would highly recommend Professor Kidd I to anyone looking for an excellent rheumatologist.

Was recommended Mr Adeyemo by the Upper GI nurse at Hereford County Hospital. Had my initial consultation with him on 30th September when he recommended gallbladder removal. Found him very calming and knowledgeable at my first appointment and knew I’d made the right choice by picking him for my procedure. Was then booked in for the operation on 27th October, when I woke I had minimal pain and absolutely no gas pains. Recovery was good and went back to see him just over 7 weeks after the op to be checked over where he was pleased with my recovery and was happy to answer any questions I had. Overall I would highly recommend Mr Adeyemo and also found his secretary Alison extremely helpful wherever I needed to contact her for help or advise.

There was a massive time delay in getting my discharge letter/documents After lots of emails to Binley and Coventry ( possibly some to “ differing addresses “ , I admit ) phone calls ( no call backs as promised) I eventually received an email from Binley with the discharge document attached IT WAS WRONG ! Having been shocked to find I had advanced cataracts in both eyes I was concerned about the treatment and finding a good ophthalmologist to carry this out. I was fortunate enough to treated by Masara Laginaf at OCL Vision. She was excellent at every stage, providing clear explanations of the procedure and expected outcomes, responding to my email questions and making the surgery itself a pleasant experience (which thoroughly surprised me!) When I telephoned to make my appointment - during early afternoon -your receptionist was amazing! So many times since pandemic, in my experience businesses seem to have cut back on providing that so important first line of contact with a person who is friendly, welcoming and listens making intelligent comments and is really helping the caller. This was one if the best experiences I have met with lately - I can't praise the young lady enough - she's a real asset to the Practice. Mark was also amazing - but I've had treatment from his before some years ago so I knew what to expect and wasn't disappointed!

I attended a routine follow up appointment after my bunion corrective surgery and had my X-ray taken prior seeing the consultant. Everyone from the receptionists and nurses to the consultant, David Redfern, was very friendly and approachable. The consultant took the time to explain the X-ray results and advised on the next steps in the healing process, which I understand can take a long time to complete successfully. I’m very happy with the progress so far and extremely grateful for the care I received.

Dr Newman was very thorough and reassuring during the in-person assessment and follow up consultation. He took time to explain complex information in a way easy to understand. I highly recommend him. However there was a lack of clarity between my insurance provider and Dr Newman’s admin team about the excess due, which only became clearly until after the event. I was chased aggressively with late payment fees added. This aspect of the service could be improved to be more transparent up front.
