As a Nervous patient about to have an Extraction..I was sitting In the waiting room Dreading every second The Receptionist was very nice and made me feel at ease Then after a very short wait ..the time had come for me to face my Fears.. As I sat in the chair the procedure was explained to me in full and the Dentist really made me feel Comfortable and at ease .. The first Extraction had taken place without me even being aware ..so no pain whatsoever Time for the second Extraction.. The Dentist asked me to rinse my mouth And I promise the second Extraction had already been carried out without me being aware ..completely pain free ..the dentist advised me that she should carry out a filling to another one of my teeth ..I was a bit reluctant..she cleaned the area and what I can only describe as her massaging the affected tooth the filling was carried out successfully.. I have a follow on Appointment in January And can Honestly say ..im looking forward to it Oh and to add ...when the Anesthetic wore off I experienced no pain or Discomfort whatsoever..and less than 24 hours later I sat down and enjoyed hot coffee With no Discomfort.... I can't thank you enough for your Treatment..and after 64 years ..im no longer a Nervous Patient Thank you

I had a fantastic experience from time of admission to the day surgery unit at Cov Walsgrave hospital in Coventry .I was made to feel comfortable in my surroundings by two of the sweetest nurses upon admission to the unit for a procedure on my right shoulder they put my mind at ease explaining all that I was about to have done the operating staff were brilliant as well everyone conducting the procedure kept me informed about every step of my procedure I could not fault them in any way at all .I confess that due to a horrific experience once before at the same unit for prostate cancer I was a very very worried man thinking I was going to be kept in this unit overnight and upon enquiring if this was to be the same as in staying overnight I was mightily relieved and when I explained about my last experience I have to say that the two nurses doing my pre op chat etc I explained my concerns and the reason why I was so apprehensive about my op they went over and above their job to enable me to finally be at peace with myself ref this new procedure. I cannot Thank them enough for all that they did for me nor can I Thank the surgeon and the two nurses in operating suite enough for all they did for me so again THANKYOU to all of you in day surgery unit yesterday 19/11/2025at 14:30 hrs.

I have been struggling with CPAP therapy. By being completely determined I tolerate the mask and therapy, with what seems to be high marks, according to statistics -machine generated, (low AHIs, 8 hours no leaks etc.) However I don't feel, and never have felt rested.-six months on. I contacted professor Vir as it seemed to me that there must be other factors at play and my local hospital could only offer CPAP and nothing else. My consultation with Professor Veer was excellent. He took a detailed history, made an initial examination and suggested possible underlying causes and further examinations. His communication skills are exceptional and he is obviously very much on top of his speciality and passionate about it.

I recently had surgery at Spire Leicester Hospital. The medical staff were amazing, friendly, informative and they really helped put me at ease throughout my stay. However, the administrative side needs be improved, as it took several weeks of chasing before I finally received my booking confirmation. Additionally, after my large open inguinal hernia operation, I was discharged without being offered a wheelchair and had to walk down from the second floor to leave the hospital, which was difficult so soon after surgery. Overall, excellent clinical care, but room for improvement in administration and patient support on discharge.

He’s also incredibly considerate in the way he coordinates directly with my physio, which removes any risk of miscommunication on my side. The reception staff were very warm and welcoming and brought me a cup of coffee Dr Dickenson was as usual very warm and welcoming.. She fully discussed the way forward and proceeded to inject the requested skin filler on my face By the following day when it had settled I was absolutely delighted with the results . I have visited the Coogan Clinic now for over 3 years since arriving in Eastbourne.. Dr Dickenson is wonderful —highly skilled and experienced and very reassuring .. However, at check out when you try and apply the code, you get a strange error message asking you to have at least £30 worth of items in your basket even though the basket total far exceeds the £30 threshold. When I e-mailed them to alert them to this error, the "customer service" agent provided a cold dismissive response, without so much as an apology. Rude staff. Suffice it to say, I did not receive the discount.
