He provided clear, appropriate advice at an early stage and actively guided the decision-making process, ensuring that my mother’s safety and wellbeing remained the priority at all times. Recognising the clinical urgency, Dr Sujay Chandran took steps to expedite her assessment, ensuring investigations were performed and reviewed without unnecessary delay. He reviewed the echocardiogram and ECG promptly and conducted a thorough clinical consultation immediately thereafter. His explanation of the findings was clear and precise, and his diagnosis and management plan were well considered and evidence-based. Dr Chandran demonstrated excellent communication skills and engaged in shared decision-making, taking into account my mother’s preferences and her ability to comply with treatment. His recommendations regarding medication optimisation, diuretic therapy, and onward referral were balanced, appropriate, and clearly explained. Notably, Dr Chandran provided ongoing follow-up after the consultation, checking on my mother’s condition and offering clear guidance should her symptoms change. This level of continuity and professional diligence is uncommon and highly reassuring. The consultation was conducted in a formal, focused, and highly professional manner, reflecting the highest clinical standards. My first appointment was arranged within a week. After my appointment I was offered surgery in exactly one more week. Everything was great, lovely facilities, lovely staff. Everyone was very friendly and constantly being offered coffee etc. On every occasion I was taken either on time or early. I was put at ease and everything was fully explained and what the best lenses for me would be, based on my history and interests. On the day of surgery, everything went fine and there was no pain whatsoever, merely a strange feeling as the surgeon did his stuff. Afterwards I was given advice re eye drops and aftercare and again all great. Everything was fine when I got home, merely discomfort and that soon passed. I had plenty of people checking and following up that all was well. Finally, I had a follow up visit after a few weeks and again everything was great and very professional and I was advised to see my optician and GP. Throughout my time, the service I received was first class.

The surgery itself went very smoothly with an epidural and sedation and post-op the care was thorough and well co-ordinated. I'd been forewarned that it was a painful operation but still I needed to experience this first hand. With the kind support of family and friends (they formed a 'I Love my New Knee' Whatsapp group to liaise with one another) my good recovery has taken me by surprise. The hospital was totally 'there' for me with any enquiries. I'm so grateful to have had this opportunity for such prompt 'no fuss' surgical care with a fabulous hospital experience. Thank you.

I had a great experience at Cyprus ivf hospital. Aman was our coordinator and she was immediately responding to all our worries and questions. It is a clean and well equipped clinic. The prices were fixed and no extra expenses were placed. They let you now about the price from the beginning and you now as the procedure goes on, when and how much you have to pay. Transfer of the embryos took place only when the doctor was sure everything was ready. No rushing. They followed the correct protocol for my case and were always there for us any day any time! My second visit to Clinic and Dr James Thing. This time for issues with ankle. Dr Thing asked questions regarding the ankle and a few exercises to ascertain problem areas and carried out ultra sound and explained this to me. Best option forward was injection which was pain free and advice on what to watch out for etc. Also recommended a follow up with podiatrist at portobello too. Great service for start to finish special mention to Luvena who was most helpful and professional.
