I recently visited the Clinic for some treatment as I was experiencing vulvodynia and a lot of pain and muscle tightness that impacted my relationships and is very upsetting as I was not sure what the solutions/ treatments could be to help. I did some research and contacted Elite Aesthetics as well as a couple of other clinics to get some advice and treatment options. I was extremely impressed with the information, advice, discretion and kindness shown to be by Shiva when I initially called. Shiva spoke to the Dr and got all the relevant information for me from Dr Elgerta (Elle) Ismaili. I was made to feel at ease and had confidence in the solution that would be offered. I attended my first appointment and consultation and met with Dr Elle, who is extremely compassionate and understanding and made me feel comfortable to share my concerns and what I was experiencing. I had always felt there was something wrong with me and that I was not normal, even though am in my mid 40's it is something I had accepted would not get better and I would always experience extensive pain and tightness that was actually quite unbearing and very sore. Dr Elle explained everything clearly through the consultation and has such a warm and kind nature. I decided to go ahead with the treatment which is botox injections that help relax the muscle tightness, even though I was aware that it may not work or be effective as every individual is different. I returned for a top up after 2 weeks as during that time I was so surprised and positively shocked and happy how the muscles had relaxed and the issues I had experienced for many years had improved rapidly, I really couldn't believe it. It has now been a week since my top up and I have noticed even more improvements and relaxation of the muscles. I wanted to share a detailed overview incase it can help someone else experiencing similar concerns and pain. I am based in London but was happy to travel to the clinic for this treatment as Dr Elle is an experienced gynaecologists and the best person to offer this treatment as it is very specialised and you need to ensure you are in the best hands. I really cant recommend Dr Elle enough and if I ever needed further treatment or other treatments I would definitely go and see her. Also, the team at Elite are exceptional from everyone I met with Shiva, Sarah and Casey. They are all so friendly and welcoming and make you feel at ease even if you are discussing a sensitive topic or concern. Thank you so much to you all, it really has been life changing - and I never thought that would be possible for me. I have so much gratitude for you all x

Name: Patricia H. H. Patient ID: xxxxxxx Consultant: Mr Graham Bailie On Monday 8 December 2025 I visitied No. 6 Lisburn Road to have my wound reviewed. I recently had a full hip replacement with a wound on my hip with approximately 10 staples. The wound was reveiwed and reported that it was mending very satisfactorily. The original dressing on the wound was 30cm x 10cm. When the nurse was finishing examining the wound, she replaced the dressing with a smaller one - 15.5cm x 8.5 cm. She Spent some time stretching the smaller dressing to get it to cover all the staples in the wound. That evening, I experienced great pain with my wound. When I touched it through my clothing, the skin was extremely tender. Eventually, I removed the dressing to find extensive bruising at either side of the wound. It appears, that by stretching the smaller dressing to cover the staples, the wound itself had become extremely aggravated and angry. I replaced the dressing with a larger dressing. Within a few hours, the pain had subsided. However, 4 days later, the bruising is still present. I cannot understand why the nurse chose to use a smaller dressing which obviously caused great discomfort/aggravation to the wound. Having made a great recovery since the operation, this was a major setback to such a successful recovery.

From start to finish Mr George was highly professional and an absolute gentleman. He actually listened to me where other consultants had failed to do so. He understood my pain and said I needed surgery. The day of my surgery Mr George explained everything to me before i was taken to theatre. After my surgery Mr George came to see me to explain what he had done and talk me through what I should and should not do. He also popped in to see me the day after surgery. I was seen by Mr George for a follow up appointment 5 weeks after my operation where again he explained what he had done and about my recovery. Mr George said he would contact me in 6 months to see how I was getting on. True to his word and at the exact time of my telephone appointment Mr George phoned to see how I was. I can not recommend Mr George highly enough. A truly wonderful man and surgeon !

Great experience in general. The whole thing from the emails you get, the appointment scheduling and of course visiting the doctor, all went really smoothly. I saw Dr Antbring who was really lovely and helped me through my journey including the initial scan, sending me for the MRI and helping me to decide and then actually doing the injection and of course a plan for my rehab exercises. I met mr Rob Bethune at a preliminary meeting to discuss having a hernia repair. He explained everything very clearly and I decided to go ahead and have it done. On the day of the procedure I was escorted to a room to await my turn. The procedur was done under a local anesthletic and took about an hour and I was conscious all the time and then taken back to my room. I was allowed home after about an hour. I was a bit uncomfortable for about a week but have been 100 percent since with no repercussions. Mr Rob Bethune is a great surgeon.

My overall experience was excellent, from the reception staff, being taken to the room, the 1:1 pre-operative discussions with Dr Lowe and Dr Barnard, to the nursing staff (continuity of the nursing staff and Daisy's approach and empathy), the theatre team and the post procedure care. I mentioned to Dr Lowe how impressed I was with the communication between the theatre team, which provided a great deal of confidence. I should also mention how well they communicated with me on a 1:1 basis explaining what they were doing.
