I recently saw Mr Shanmuganandan for investigation of bowel issues and couldn't be happier with the care I received. From the initial consultation through to follow-up, Arun was clear, thorough, and reassuring. He explained the endoscopy process in detail beforehand, so I knew exactly what to expect. The procedure itself at Shirley Oaks Hospital went smoothly. There was a slight delay to the start time—understandable given it was the first session after the Christmas break—but this was communicated and didn't affect the quality of care. The procedure was efficient and went as well as you could hope for something that's inherently not pleasant. What I particularly appreciated was Arun's approach to communication. He was keen to give me feedback immediately after the procedure, which I valued, and the follow-up has been thorough with clear next steps. Highly recommended for anyone needing colorectal investigation or treatment.

I had a Robotic laparoscopic hysterectomy. From beginning to end I was blown away by the quality of care I received from Mr Osama Naji and his team. The surgery went so well I was up walking around within hours of having it. My recovery was so smooth, I kept giggling as it felt like a holiday, no pain at all. Even though Dr Naji told me it would be painful in my head I just couldn’t conceive it could be this comfortable. I could go back to work almost straight away although I took a few days off to relax. I was on less painkillers within 24 hours of my surgery than I had been on my ‘good’ days for the last five years. I have almost no visible marks given the technology used. If I had known it would be like this I wouldn’t have suffered for so many years and delayed having the treatment.

I had a knee replacement under the care of Mr Malek on 26 November This surgery has totally changed my life as before surgery I could not even wait bear on my knee & just over 7 weeks on I am walking without any walking aids at all & finally getting my life back. I cannot thank Mr Malek enough. I ended up paying private & although it cost me £15,000 it was worth every penny as I could not wait any longer for surgery under the nhs. If anyone is worried about having this procedure, please do not worry as the procedure is much easier to recover from than you may think & totally transforms all the pain & frustration of mobility issues that was certainly having a major impact on my life before surgery .

After seeing several gynecologists, Mr Raza was at last the most reassuring and straight forward in explaining why having a robotic laparoscopic hysterectomy would be the best way forward for me. I am now 6 weeks post op and I am feeling great. I am continuing to be amazed by how small my scar is (2cm!). I would highly recommend Mr Raza to any women doubting whether to have the operation. Every person is different of course but he is so knowledgeable, kind and professional. My recent visit was for a crown fitting and work on the gums. I saw Dr Balawal . I have had a number of appointments with him. He explains what he is doing and, he takes care to ensure the patient is not experiencing any discomfort. I have always understood, and been pleased with, his treatment. He presents as a very competent, conscientious dentist. The reception staff are all polite, helpful and friendly. I am so pleased that I contacted Quality Dental. I have taken out a dental plan and will continue to attend this surgery. I don't know what the other dentists in the practice are like, but I can certainly recommend Dr Balawal.

A robotically assisted total knee replacement, including patella, various challenges. Mr. Port replaced a hip for me 9 years ago, with superb results, and has done procedures for a couple of friends, so there really was no other choice. Three previous large surgeries on the same knee and a failed carbon fiber gave Mr Port a proper mess to deal with. My recovery has been almost miraculous, and 8 weeks post op I am pain-free, with a straight knee and super flexion, and the neatest scar. I honestly don't have the words to describe my appreciation for the skills of this surgeon. Honestly, couldn't recommend him highly enough

After not getting an appointment with our GP I decided to book an appointment late on in the afternoon when I became concerned with my child. I was able to book online with ease and had the appointment for 35 minutes later. The staff were welcoming and it wasn’t long in the waiting room before we were seen. Fiona made my child and myself feel at ease and did a thorough check. She even offered a follow up MOT check the next day which left me very reassured. This is the third time I’ve used the clinic and would recommend to anyone needing piece of mind when they can’t access their own GP unfortunately..

I have been under Mr Charalamous's care for around 3 years. I have always found him to be easy to talk to & he explains things in a way i can understand. I had a botched knee replacement at Kim's in Maidstone which was very painful. After a few meetings to discuss what could be done we agreed a procedure. I have to say i am over the moon with the results. The recovery time was extremely short, after the insert replacement i was up & walking with no sticks inside 2 weeks. I was very happy with my treatment with everyone especially Wr Kamran Khan who I can’t recommend enough, he was friendly, assuring and also the lovely nurse who looked after me after my op. Anyone going for a cararact op this place is brilliant and everyone I came in contact with both times I was there I feel I couldn’t have had better. Someone calls you the following day to check that you are okay so everything perfect. Thank you all.
