I was treated extremely kindly and it made such a difference. Everyone who works there deserves a massive thank you. I didn’t feel judged, not once. Respectful, polite and friendly and very, very prepared. I felt that I was in safe hands and I really appreciated all the security protocols. My only suggestion to make things even better, would be to have an indoor waiting area available for clients who are asked to arrive at 7am. It was not much fun waiting in the dark, in the rain, in the cold to be let in for 20 odd minutes. But as soon as that hurdle was overcome, everything went so well and a lot of that was because of the efforts of the team. They’re great. I really loved my sandwich too!

This is my second surgery in the Cleveland Clinic and once again It was without fault and without equal. All the staff from the nurses, surgeon, anaesthetist, porters & dinner team are so friendly, kind and display genuine care to patients/my family. My surgery with Dr Nikolaos was easy, quick and surprisingly a nice day despite circumstances of my health! He is an amazing professor with a keen interest in rib problems which is rare in itself but he was also very bubbly, reassuring and friendly i look forward to seeing what he publishes next on all things slipped rib syndrome as this painful condition has been very challenging to me and he was the one to fix it! Mr Andrews has shown me a very caring attitude and always has time to listen and responds in a very respectful and professional manner. He goes out of his way to explain and support his medical opinion, and shows courtesy and compassion which I have found so helpful and quite honestly hugely appreciated in the medical profession. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him, and I know that should I need any further assistance I will be in contact without a doubt. She picks up a key issue to focus on, this time it was the window of tolerance and strategies to help me be curious, open and flexible. She is kind and supportive and helps me to see what I do well and how I can live more in accordance with my values rather than being angered repeatedly by small things or anxious about them. We both thought we were at a stage where I did not need to come to the sessions any more and I think this shows what a great practitioner Ania is and how well she understands me. I am both sorry and happy to leave!

The imaging team — particularly R. Wilson and L. Kuriakose — were outstanding. Their efficiency, professionalism, and the way they worked with me throughout the treatment were superb. In contrast, communication from the reception team was limited. There was little information provided regarding waiting times or updates, and my next of kin were not kept informed about what was happening or how long the process might take. This created unnecessary uncertainty during an already stressful time. Parking was also extremely challenging, to the point where travelling by train would likely have been easier.

This has really brought about a transformation in my quality of life, and I'm delighted to be back doing the things I love. Mr Saravelos and his team made us feel at such ease for our Frozen Embryo Transfer. He was so patient and helped talk through the procedure in a way I could understand. He kept me calm through the procedure, which previously have been a really painful experience for him. The Nurse Raj was also great and helpful and managed to get all our prescriptions done before the transfer so we didn’t have to wait around. Really great time and brilliant experience.

The staff were friendly and efficient in all respects. I was put at ease prior to my spine operation and at all times I felt I was in good hands. All the staff on my ward throug my stay of 14/15 January couldn't have been more caring. Mr Khurana had already filled me with confidence which has proved to have been well placed as all the referred pain in my legs has gone. My recovery feels to be going really well. Thanks to all.

Mr Ramkumar recently performed my 2nd hip replacement. I had had a full hip replacement on the other side, 2 years prior to this, also with Mr Ramkumar. I was so impressed and delighted with the success of the the first surgery, I was prepared to travel 1.5 hours just so I could have Mr Ramkumar again! 8 weeks on, I have my life back, with no pain and cannot thank Mr Ramkumar enough!

The facilities were clean and well maintained, but the waiting time could be quite long at times. The restroom was clean; however, the lighting is motion-activated. When I remained in a private stall for an extended period of time, the lights turned off automatically, and I had to exit the stall in complete darkness, which was quite frightening. I believe this needs improvement.

The hygienist felt as though they were trying to sell additional products and if I hadn’t asked the right questions I’d have been caught out, just like someone who was paying in front of me was. The Saturday receptionist was friendly and helpful The weekday receptionist was a little abrupt and less customer service oriented
