What more than fifty doctors couldn’t figure out, she identified in a single appointment. Her suspicions were confirmed through tests, and she immediately arranged my treatment and ongoing care. Since then, my breathing and overall health have stabilised, and I’ve been steadily regaining my strength. I really look forward to my reviews with Dr Rahman and it was a pleasure to see him again today. My reviews are important checkpoints for me and an opportunity to reflect on how I've really been, and Dr Rahman has always offered support and advice where ever I've identified that I'm struggling. Dr Rahman assessed and diagnosed me with ADHD around 18 months ago. I had questioned for a long while that I maybe neurodiverse, but I was hesitant around being formally assessed for many reasons. I explained all of my concerns in my assessment and Dr Rahman met them all with understanding and reassurance. Thanks to him, I tried medication with a realistic idea of what to expect and knowing if I had any questions or concerns in that titration period - I could contact him. I am so thankful that I did, and that I trusted his advice in how medication may (positively) affect other conditions I had suffered with for many years before - that I hadn't considered were a result of ADHD, rather than in addition to. I am now part of community where diagnosis is frequently discussed and as a result, I understand the impact of assessment experience and ongoing care in how individuals view their diagnosis. I consider myself incredibly lucky that Dr Rahman has made this experience and the process of managing ADHD as positive as it can be. 10/10 would recommend.

I really can't recommend Pride in Health enough. After wanting to pursue HRT (mircodosing testosterone) for about 4 years, I was pretty anxious to start navigating the private route after giving up waiting for an NHS appointment. I had in fact initially already booked an assessment with a different private clinic, but after reading more recommendations about PinH I decided to cancel my other assessment and switch to them and I am so happy I did! The team has been truly fantastic - the response time to any queries (and I've had many) has been very fast, often in a few hours, or at most a couple of days. My initial assessment was a really affirming experience - the assessor was incredibly kind, understanding, and I walked away feeling more affirmed in my identity rather than feeling I was being diagnosed with something 'faulty'. The PinH team were amazing with trying to move my appointments along as quickly as possible, despite some curveballs, as I was going away for a month and trying to pick up my prescription before then. In all, PinH has really offered truly affirming trans healthcare, rather than anything just trying to profit of gender affirming care - the fact it seems to be the quickest and cheapest private route too on top of everything else is really just amazing. Mr Hawary was absolutely fantastic. From the moment I met him in the clinic for an initial consultation he listened to my concerns and made sure that I felt at ease and offered the best solution to ensure my health concerns were rectified. He was also very communicative before the procedure and helped me with issues I was experiencing with my insurance at the time. Regular emails out of hours to put me at ease and offer advice. On the day of the surgery Mr Hawary took the time to visit me to explain the procedure and to put me at ease. It was nice he introduced himself to my companion on the day of surgery and answered all the questions I had. After the surgery Mr Hawary visited me in the recovery room to explain how the procedure went and to give me some after care advice. I also had a follow up consultation a couple of weeks after the surgery where we spoke again about the procedure and after care. Mr Hawary is truly a professional, caring and kind surgeon. I would highly recommend his services. He takes care of his patients and truly cares about their health.

I needed a review of my orthotics, as they were now about two years old. In the last few months, the practice has moved down a floor in the building, resulting in a far airier, far more modern and far more pleasant environment, and it also means that they are finally able to expand the practice, While it’s still a work in progress, the upgrade to the environment is fantastic! What’s not changed is that Hugo and Matt remain the most excellent orthosis techs that I’ve ever dealt with. They are both charming, efficient, attentive to detail and professional. The key advantage of the practice is that they follow the French method of both designing and creating your orthotics while you are there. The result was that s always, I waked out with a remedy for the minor issues that had arisen since my last orthotics were made. They may have been, as Hugo put it, “minor changes”, but they’ve made major improvements to how I stand, how I walk and how I feel. I’d recommend them without hesitation.

Excellent - I had been told by another Dentist that a pre molar tooth would require a crown when a .5cm filling they put in fell out so I consulted Dentalessence, and thanks to Joanna at front of house my email was seen by Zayd who amongst other things specialises in onlays and he used this procedure to restore my tooth. The staff at Dentalessence are absolutely lovely and went out of their way to help me by arranging to see me quickly and out of hours so thank you very much to Zayd and Brooke for staying late. As a result of this experience I have now changed my Dentist to Dentalessence who offer a wide range of treatments in house and modern dentistry techniques that help to preserve the natural tooth which is a very welcome change! I was very pleased to be offered this programme. Unusual for a consultant to have such a holistic approach. It has been extremely beneficial to me and I enjoyed working with Ray. I very much enjoyed the Chi Gong and continue with the daily meditation. I found Marya and Nichola very supportive and interesting to work with. I had already lost some weight but was stuck and with their help went on to lose a further 2 stone and have maintained my weight at that level since. The programme has also given me permission to spend time doing the things I like which I have realised is very beneficial to my health.

Karen was incredible - so supportive and determined to make me feel better, which she did after one single treatment. I took very long to heal after my c-section, to the point I had to have ultrasounds to make sure there was nothing else going on. Karen's treatments (I opted for a course after the first session) were the only thing that helped really kick start my recovery properly, as nothing else helped reduce the swelling or the tenderness. Even better, she was so flexible to me bringing my baby along so I didn't have to miss a session due to lack of childcare.

This is my second year for breast cancer annual review, so I now know that it will be a long afternoon, moving to and from the waiting room to the consultants room and for different scans. The overall appointment may be lengthy, but having the opportunity to have all the necessary scans and consultations conducted in one afternoon, reduces the number of appointments and waiting time for results which would prolong any worry. I praise Miss Deol, the nurses, radiologist, radiographers for managing a very hectic schedule of patients and scans.

The staff at the front desk didn’t come across as very engaging or friendly. I was asked for my details, told I’d be checked in, and then asked to take a seat. The interaction felt rushed and impersonal. I ended up waiting almost 30 minutes to be seen and wasn’t informed that the consultant was running late. That said, the front desk was very busy, with a steady stream of patients arriving. Having an additional staff member at reception might have helped manage the workload and improved communication with patients.

I've first went to see Stephen 10 years ago, over the years I've seen him for various osteo misalignment issues, plantar fasciitis and more recently kinesiology which I found fascinating and spot on! Stephen really quickly pinpoints the underlying cause and provides you with a solution to it that I know would've taken months had I gone to a doctor. I'm soo impressed I've recently taken my mum to see him and she's now walking straight after only a couple of sessions. Couldn't recommend him highly enough.

This my 4th procedure with Mr Culpan and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him - i underwent a meniscectomy to my right knee and i'm delighted with the result and with all aspects of the process from referral through to follow-up appointment and discharge.
