I have been to see Mr Lee on 3 occasions for surgery now. I could not have been happier with the process. Mr Lee is a very welcoming calm man. Needles to say I was very nervous walking into this situation after having a not great experience with the NHS for my first of 4 surgeries. I was worried about the time frame and how long I was going to be in pain for. Mr Lee assured me that all of my surgeries would be completed by Christmas. He completed all of my surgeries within a 2 months period and before Christmas. I could not be happier with the process and now have found a new lease of life pain free. Not only and amazing urologist/ surgeon but an all around excellent man. I am truly grateful for his work.

I attended Luiza’s group classes initially and then moved on to 1-to-1 sessions once I was heavily pregnant. She has an incredible ability to modify exercises to suit each person’s individual needs, even within a group setting. Her attention to detail, precision, and ability to make subtle adjustments made a huge difference to my strength and mobility throughout pregnancy. On top of that, she’s a genuinely lovely and caring person, which makes such a difference when you’re navigating pregnancy. It’s easy to see why her classes are always booked weeks in advance. Her physiotherapy background really shows and adds an extra layer of confidence and safety to everything she does.

I contacted my NHS GP after developing an acute medical problem but was not offered an appointment or even the opportunity to speak with a GP. Loughvuew had be recommended to me by a friend and I had no trouble getting an appointment quickly. The reception staff were very welcoming and I was seen on time. The GP was very professional but also very open and friendly and I found it very easy to talk to him. He took a thorough history and did a full examination before explaining his diagnosis and proposed treatment plan. Overall I was very happy with the consultation and would thoroughly recommend Loughview to anyone seeking high quality, compassionate medical care.

I had an excellent experience at London Dermatology Centre. Dr Allaa Al Tayeb was extremely skilled and professional, and took the time to thoroughly explain the PRP procedure in a clear and reassuring way. She walked me through the different treatment options available, set realistic expectations, and provided detailed after-care advice to maximise results. The procedure itself was very smooth and involved hardly any pain, which made the whole experience even more reassuring. I felt well looked after throughout the appointment and confident in the approach taken. I highly recommend Dr Al Tayeb and the clinic, and I will definitely be returning.

I had my just under 3 year old toddler meet Dr Devereux last week at the end of my tether, as I was not getting the answers from other health care avenues with regards to my daughter's gradual deteriorating health. Dr Devereaux went above and beyond to carry out an extensive assessment and came to the conclusion my daughter needed to go A&E. The professionalism, care and empathy I witnessed was beyond par, and it was thanks to the time and patience of the Dr, we were able to save my daughter from an existing brain tumour (unbeknown to us) from taking over. We are forever grateful to Dr Devereux and highly recommend this Dr to all.

Dr Yiannis Kallis

I had a video consultation with Dr Kallis. In the previous months I had a abdominal ultrasound scan and a CT abdomen and pelvis dual phase scan which appeared to show conflicting results. Dr Kallis explained the purpose and limitations of such scans as the reason for such conflicts, which I found understandable and reassuring. He also outlined the appropriate tests to take to clarify any remaining issues. Dr Kallis was patient and clear in responding to any questions I had. The organisation of the video consultation was very efficiently handled by his Medical Secretary. I would certainly recommend Dr Kallis

Dr. Adam Daneshmend

Doctor Adam is extremely friendly professional and goes the extra mile . I wish that NHS would take him as a role model once hiring consultants . Last year I had an appt with another Consultant Dr C and it felt like a telling off appointment rather than medical consultation, I felt that I am speaking to my dad ( May be he didnt like me ). However Dr Adam is the best honestly , he even seen me earlier than my time , and he was smiling joking which put patients at ease , keep up the great work you are doing and please let other staff take a leaf of your book 😀 👍

It’s easy to ignore if not extreme but over time you can lose your former self. It doesn’t have to be that way. Dr Kalentzi offers a highly personalised approach to finding the right type af HRT for each patient. Visits for me are a time to focus on me and my overall health and wellbeing. I was “plagued” with psoriasis on my elbows and forearms for the last year or so (I am a 60 year old male). I never suffered from psoriasis before. It was getting me down and I wouldn’t wear short sleeves. I made an appointment with Dr Rosy and she examined me and gave me a prescription and hey presto my psoriasis has “gone” after 4 weeks usage of prescribed spray. As per Dr Rosy it will come back but I should use spray as required when psoriasis returns. I am absolutely 100% confident now of wearing short sleeves. I am so thankful 🙏

Dr David is very professional and extremely knowledgeable on testosterone and men’s health. He offers a personal service face to face service which suits me. A very calm, reassuring and friendly atmosphere. The New Victoria also had the necessary scanning and blood testing facilities just a few steps away from the consultation rooms. The hospital is well served by the 57 bus route but also has facilities for dropping patients off and also limited parking.
