I booked a consultation for my daughter, Olivia P,with Mr Robert Sutcliffe on Monday 24th November 2025 at 2.00pm. With Olivia’s full consent, I handled all communication on her behalf due to her work commitments. Before the appointment, Mr Sutcliffe’s secretary contacted me to ask whether the consultation could be moved to the following week. I explained that we were due to travel abroad for three weeks to celebrate my husband’s milestone birthday. She advised she would discuss this with Mr Sutcliffe. She later called back to confirm that, in light of our circumstances, Mr Sutcliffe was happy to keep the original appointment — which he honoured. I accompanied Olivia to her consultation. Mr Sutcliffe was exceptionally thorough. He examined her carefully, explained his diagnosis with clarity and compassion, and put both of us completely at ease as he outlined the next steps. He requested a further liver function blood test, which Olivia had done at Nuffield Health Wolverhampton. I asked Nuffield Health to send the results to both Mr Sutcliffe and Olivia’s GP, which was done. Mr Sutcliffe’s secretary informed me as soon as the results were received and assured me they would be reviewed promptly. True to her word, Mr Sutcliffe reviewed the results quickly. His secretary then advised that he had no concerns and that our planned follow-up in the New Year could go ahead as arranged. I would also like to note that, as we were leaving Harborne Hospital, we happened to see Mr Sutcliffe leaving at the same time. It was clear he had come in specifically to see Olivia that day, knowing we were travelling abroad — something he was under no obligation to do. As a family, we found this gesture incredibly thoughtful and deeply appreciated it. Throughout the entire process, Mr Sutcliffe could not have been more helpful, supportive or empathetic. I am truly grateful that we can now go away on our family celebration holiday with complete peace of mind, knowing my daughter is under the care of such a capable, caring and dedicated professional. Overall, the journey for this process was simple. An initial visit to see what my eye sight was like and what procedures were available to me. I believe due to job related issues that I had to have LASEK. An appointment date was set up to have the procedure done. On the day. I arrived at location in HRI and was kindly directed by staff members to a closed off area of the wing where the equipment was, I was met by Mr Goel and two nurses who went over the procedure with again and explained everything that was going to happen in a simple way. The procedure itself took about 15 minutes and most of that was waiting for numbing drops to work. I didn’t feel a think when the actual procedure took place. After the procedure I have had multiple check ups, some with some hiccups due to the medication that was prescribed after but that was due to how my eyes were reacting to them. Steroid drops caused pressure issues in my eyes. After stopping using them I had no problems at all. I was off work for about a month with LASEK, although again, given a different job role could have probably gone back to work sooner. I’m now 6 months post surgery and my last eye check and appointment revealed that I have better than 20/20 vision now. Which I am buzzing about. The only issue I have with is some glare In the evening from car lights, but before the procedure I was informed that this is a minor side effect of it and tbh, I can deal with it and it very minor. Overall, Mr Goel and his assistant have been friendly, kind and extremely knowledgeable in there field of work. I spent some time before the procedure mulling over different options but I can happily say that Mr Goel was the correct option. If you have any doubt about who to chose for this eye procedure / surgery. I would 100% recommend Mr Goel.

I began seeing Mr Karoshi after struggling to regain my period and following an NHS scan that detected an ovarian cyst. From the very first appointment, he was incredibly thorough, organising additional blood tests and scans to ensure we fully understood the situation before making any decisions. Mr Karoshi explains medical information very clearly and breaks everything down in a way that is easy to understand. He always took the time to listen, never rushed me, and patiently answered every one of my (many) questions. When it came to managing my cyst, Mr Karoshi outlined all possible options and explained the risks and benefits. He ensured I understood the different approaches and made me feel fully involved in my care. After some time, I decided to proceed with surgery, a decision I felt completely confident about because of his guidance and knowing I would be under his care. The surgery went smoothly, and Mr Karoshi took the time to check in with me immediately afterwards, again the next morning, and arranged a follow up appointment two weeks later. I am extremely grateful for the care I have received and feel very fortunate to have found Mr Karoshi. I couldn't recommend him more highly!

I had MPFL surgery by Mr Din. From the first meeting with Mr Din, I felt at ease and knew I was in safe hands. As someone who was quite anxious about apprehensive about surgery, Mr Din spent alot of time reassuring me and giving me lots of information about the procedure. I felt listened to, and although Mr Din has plenty of patients I’m sure - I felt like the only one. That is testament to his five star bedside manner. My surgery was a complete success and I now have life changing confidence in my knee. My case was made slightly more complicated due to my hyper mobility, however I had full confidence in Mr Din. Recovery was aided by reassurance from Mr Din, whom I felt was contactable throughout. I cannot express my gratitude enough, or recommend Mr Din enough!

Just needed a referral for an overseas routine scan and I achieved what I needed. NHS in their wisdom won't provide scans for those with a strong family history indicator which is fine but utterly absurd not to provide a referral just because a CT machine (superior to most in the UK) is located overseas. These scans can be life savers and it's useful that this provider can fulfil the common sense role that the NHS abdicates responsibility on.

I thought that I had found a reliable company to use, how wrong can you be ! They sent the wrong meds, I ordered the meds that I can tolerate taking and they took my money and sent a cheap version. Which are useless to me. And won't let me have my money back.

This clinic is conveniently located on the outskirts of Kings Lynn, allowing for ease of parking and access. Reception staff were polite and welcoming and the waiting area comfortable, with adequate seating and refreshment facilities. A pleasant, stressless visit.
