I cannot speak highly enough about my experience with Kat. A chance meeting at my Fertility Clinic led me learn more about her and the Delphi Clinic. I had just had a disastrous 2nd round of IVF that had resulted in no mature eggs for collection. Kat was the doctor in surgery that day and she was the difference between me leaving the clinic bereft and hopeless and having a glimmer of hope that we could make changes personal to me that might improve our chances. Kat is super knowledgeable with both the medical info, clinical research but also has a fantastic understanding of how fertility can be impacted by lifestyle, supplements and diet. She was exactly what I needed, a guide through the maze of things you can spend your money on in the hope for a baby. A personalised, sensitive and warm approach to looking at our situation holistically. From the day I met Kat I felt that I was truly supported and had the sense that even if the eventual outcome wasn't what we hoped for that I would feel like we had genuinely given it our best shot. I write this a year after our first meeting. My third round of IVF resulted in one fresh transfer which failed and one frozen transfer, I am currently 7 weeks pregnant and saw my baby's heartbeat on a scan this morning. If you're looking to commit to making positive changes to support your fertility treatment then Kat comes highly recommended!

After arriving at my appt on time 9.30am after accidentally being at the wrong location and rushing to not be late, 5mins later I hear the receptionist greeting the doctor I am supposed to be seeing. I wait a further 10mins to be called. This was unprofessional in my opinion. You could usually blame traffic, but the appointment being during a week of schools being off that cannot be an excuse imo. My experience of investigating my pain has been shocking. I felt like I was given a common speech given to insurance clients by Dr Sloan, being very vague about my scan results when I am working with my own physio and coaches who require more detail. He then referred me to Dr Stafford. Assuming I was going in for a consult I come out with a diagnosis it takes people 5-10 years to be diagnosed with (after only having symptoms for less than a year) after completing a 3 question survey. Working with my physio it is clear my pain is from disc problems. I feel like I have been given the diagnosis of a chronic condition for the sake of trying to explain my pain without actually anything useful I can do to move forward. And personally I’m glad that insurance covered this experience because I would be even more frustrated paying that amount of money outright for an experience which quite literally feels like a scam.

Front of house Annabelle was lovely and friendly but considering it was my first visit the overall hygienist’ experience was very poor. The appointment was at 19:00pm and I wasn’t seen until 19:25/19:30pm. I paid £70 for a 30 minute clean only for the appointment to last 20 minutes for a basic scale and to be given flossing advice. I had the water squirted in my left eye (underneath the glasses) I put my hand up to warn the two members of staff who didn’t even notice and the lady that was doing the water was also choking me with the tube which was not a pleasant experience (never had this happened to me before and I get my teeth cleaned every six months). I was then told I had to come back in two weeks for another appointment just for the polish (and expected to pay another £70) this has never happened anywhere I have visited before and it felt that it was just a big money making scheme especially try to sell me tooth flosses and toothpaste I already have at home and use. Maybe if the appointment did not overrun previous to me then the lady would have had time to do a full clean as your website states. It is a shame as I would have been re visiting every six months and also wanted extra services like teeth whitening but unfortunately will not be returning.

I live in a small village within 15 minutes drive to the hospital. I was contacted by the receptionist to make an appointment and was told that the appointment was with this doctor. At retirement age many of your friends and neighbours have also received support and operations at local hospitals, both in the private and public sectors, so, prior to the appointment I asked many locals if they had come across the Consultant and, if so, what was their experience. Of those that had experience of him, there was a unanimous response that he was excellent. I met Mr Shukla yesterday, to arrange my operation, and I would like to confirm I also found him exactly like people had told me. He was friendly, professional, helpful and gave an honest expectation of the outcome

Had appointment for ear wax removal. Arrived at wrong address as was unaware that location had moved, luckily spotted new location across the road. Receptionist was not welcoming and was more interested in arranging diary on computer with her colleague. Was informed during my ear examination that there was inflammation in one of my ears and that report would be emailed to me for my GP, never received report. Audiologist was very pushy on when my last hearing test was and had keep repeating that I just want ear wax removal. I have been coming to Ruislip ear care for many years but none of the staff that day were familiar to me and when booking there was no choice of practitioner. No sign of Jo Jolly or Paul so maybe under new ownership?

Mr Mohammadi has a compassionate approach I received excellent care and respect which continued throughout my journey whilst being treated. I felt completely safe and confident with the care i received from Mr Mohammadi. Thank you again Mr Mohammadi, the respect is mutual, i am so grateful to you and your team. i am fully recovered from the operation and feeling great. Every member of staff were very efficient professional and caring. Cleaners, Food providers, HCAS, Porters, Nurses, Physios, Therapists and Doctors were excellent . The night staff were very kind and supportive when I needed help in the early hours and made me feel happier when in pain and anxiety. The day staff were wonderful too nothing was too much for them! All of this good care will be contributing to improving my recovery following my total knee replacement. Thank you staff in Spencer Hospital Margate .

Caroline is brilliant, I am really happy with the operation and end result. I had a great experience on operation day with Caroline and her team, they couldn't have been more friendly and made me feel less nervous. It was the best I've felt after anaesthetic too, this was due to the detailed form and talk we had prior to the procedure. I would use Caroline and HSSH again if needed, it was first class care.

I did some research online about using an emsella chair as a preventative method to strengthen my pelvic floor muscles. I have no current incontinence, type issue but it seems sensible to me to be proactive and maintain and improve my pelvic floor strength for long term benefits. I’m very pleased with the results and rate highly the service from the clinic, both prior and during the sessions.
