We recently put all 8 members of our team through the Full Health Assessment as part of our annual staff wellbeing programme, and the experience exceeded our expectations. The service was exceptionally professional from start to finish. The assessments were thorough, well-organised, and delivered in a way that was both informative and reassuring. I visited the clinic for Botox for migraine after many other treatments had failed. I felt very well looked after throughout the whole process; everything from enquiry to booking to the appointment itself was professional and made to feel comfortable. Dr Neet was so knowledgeable and gave me lots of information and things to consider with regards to getting to the root cause of my 30 year migraine history and the Botox treatment itself was much less daunting than you might expect. After a month I am already seeing an improvement in my condition and will absolutely use the clinic again when I need treatment repeating.

I suffered from Peyronies disease with 90 degree curvature, I already had 13 treatments of extracorporeal shockwave therapy (ESWT) to no effect and had visited another Andrology practice but it was not until I met Professor Ralph that I received the clearest, most honest and reassuring advice with a clear route forward to correct my condition. The Leu procedure surgery was very effetely achieved with excellent after care. Having experienced a number of different practitioners I cannot recommend Professor Ralph and his excellent team highly enough for those in a similar position to how I found myself.

Mr. Lim was highly professional and took the time to explain the full detail of my daughters perforated tympanic membrane (eardrum) and the agreed treatment thereof. He also took the time to explain and answer the many questions that she posed on the risks, cause and effect of the perforation. The repair operation was faultless with in depth explanations provided of post operation hygiene and care procedures. He provided extensive checks during the follow up visits and explanations of how the repair procedure was undertaken. Mr. Lim's dealings with our case was fantastic!

Grainne performed a right side DIEP breast reconstruction in December 2024, followed by nipple reconstruction in December 2025. She took her time to explain the full procedure, giving me the opportunity to ask questions. She understood the need to reflect on the surgery, and come back to her at a later point to discuss any additional points. Throughout the whole process I felt I was in safe hands. The care I received immediately after surgery and since has been exemplary. I am so happy with the result and would highly recommend Grainne and her team.
