At the same time, her knowledge is broad and deeply grounded, which gave me a strong sense of trust from the very first session. I remember leaving that first appointment feeling, for the first time, that my health issues were genuinely workable and that I was in capable, supportive hands. We chose Fitzrovia Suite as its part of big NHS hospital in case of any unexpected emergency, it made us feel comfortable being just 1 floor away in case anything happens. The team is wonderful and professional able to create a sense of safety and calm in those moments before and after birth. They were supportive during one of the most vulnerable and delicate experiences a woman can go through, offering practical tips, guidance, emotional support and truly personal care at any hour, for any question or request we had. Midwifes supported us looking after our baby so we can get some sleep waking us is time for feeds, meds and breastfeed support. The midwifes were also available on WhatsApp after the birth, which was incredibly helpful. There is so much information to process when you’re discharged home, and having the ability to ask follow-up questions and get quick clarifications made a huge difference for us. Facility itself is clean, catering is nice, rooms were comfortable, branded toiletries are provided -great experience.

My recent visits with Isabella have been nothing short of outstanding. When I first started, I was dealing with a bad back and had very little hope of returning to the gym. Over the past six months, the progress has been incredible—I’m now feeling better than I have in a long time. Isabella’s approach is always goal-focused and tailored to what I want to achieve, with every session building progressively on the last. She consistently checks in to make sure improvements are happening and adjusts treatment as needed. On top of that, she’s an incredibly supportive and accommodating person to work with, especially when it comes to scheduling. I genuinely couldn’t recommend her more to anyone needing physiotherapy and long-term results.

I came in today for surgery feeling incredibly nervous after a bad experience on the NHS previously, all I can say is I am so impressed with how different the process has been with the team today. Everyone from reception to the nurses to the anesthesiologist and of course Mr Banwell were genuinely fantastic and I can’t thank them enough. No question or ask was too much, I truly felt genuine care and warmth from all the staff. They checked on me regularly, reassured me constantly. My pain has been managed incredibly well and Mr Banwell’s precision has most definitely aided this too. I can’t be more grateful for everyone that cared for me today, Thank you all so much.

Booked an appointment and was seen 2 days later. Dr Chopra was very friendly, took a case history and examined my skin condition. He made suggestions as to the cheapest course of action, which he personally wouldn't have financially benefitted from, which showed real integrity as a doctor. I went ahead with a biopsy, which was quickly and skilfully performed, and dissolving sutures were deliberately used as to save me from needing a return visit, thus reducing costs and time. Dr Chopra clearly cares not only about his patients but also seeks to provide medical attention in the most cost effective manner for his patients.

My recent visit to the Fortius Clinic for removal of stitches and a post operative assessment was short, on time and to the point. On arrival, as always for previous appointments, the reception staff were briefed and I was immediately sent to the correct location, waiting time in a comfortable environment was minimal before being called in to see my surgeon, Mr Houlihan-Burne. who took the time to answer a few questions. and assure me that should there be any future queries or worries, he & his staff were always available. This was my first visit to a breast clinic after a referral, and also my first experience of having an mammogram and ultrasound. The clinic kindly found me an alternative slot the same day after I was unable to make the original appointment. Ms Seema Seetharam and the team I saw were all highly professional, approachable and kind. They answered my questions and gave me accessible information to help my understanding. They made a potentially very stressful experience much less stressful and I'm very grateful.

I was required to have a series of cardiology tests and reports over the xmas / new year holiday period within 5 days . through Dr Fini and Dr Opel they magically put it all together without any drama . it was a lot of work for Dr Opel with the diagnosis of Half a dozen tests including MRI in a short time . she explained everything in depth , and there was a lot of it .. very professional , articulate , easy to talk to , impressive and charming

Mr Price is an extremely knowledgeable, friendly individual who immediately puts you at ease. He explained the issues with my foot clearly using videos, models and drawings and came up with a plan moving forward which was realistic but will hopefully leave me pain free in the future. I am so relieved to have found him after a run of visiting other professionals that in my opinion have been sadly lacking in their abilities.

Mr Frederik Carl Van Wyk

Mr Van Wyk was friendly and easy to talk to . He listened to my problem and made a careful examination and diagnosis. He offered a wait and see strategy rathe than an immediate treatment which I found abit disappointing but how wrong I was! His timely advice avoided me needing surgery because the problem solved itself after a few weeks. I would not hesitate to consult him again or to recommend him highly to others.

It was great to be able to see Mr Steven Lau at the Spencer, although a great shame that the NHS does not recognise crossover between private and public services. I had paid £250 to see Mr Lau for the same consultation as I had on 7th January, meaning that I am no further along the path of accessing the treatment I’ve waited 21 months for. I am grateful, however, that I’m accessing private services via the NHS
