I endured a horrific accident about 10 years ago when I fell (I believe due to a drink being spiked) and fractured two of my front teeth, one so badly that I had to have root canal work done and a crown fitted, I was devastated to learn that the root canal had failed and had caused an infection which would require further and costly dental work. The staff at Vermilion couldn't have done any better in how they treated me throughout the course of treatment which spanned 3 months. Dr Treagus in particular, must be highly commended, as despite his struggles in drilling through the crown (due to metalwork within the crown) to enable him to carry out the treatment, persevered and kept me informed at every stage, detailing worst case scenarios and explaining very directly what my options were. He and his colleagues managed to create a calm, and at times humorous environment which really helped to take my mind off the seriousness of what needed to be done and what could go wrong. I highly recommend the practice for their professionalism, and sheer determination to achieve a good outcome for me.

Nobody knew how I would receive the X Ray results. The radiologist asked if I was seeing a consultant at the clinic - I wasn’t scheduled to see one. The guy on the first floor desk didn’t know how images could be shared with me and suggested I talk to the reception desk on the ground floor to get a CD burnt - I wanted images to be sent as I don’t have a CD reader. The ground floor desk confused too until a senior person stepped in to let me know about the app. I was told that I would receive images via the app but I cannot see appointments or images in the app. The experience was very confusing. Suggest more staff training on the app

Dr khan is the most wonderful Dr his treatment of myself and my wife has been exceptional im a very high risk patient and im not a very good patient because of my eating disorder so im often in quite a bad mood but Dr khan always remembers that he always remembers my needle phobia and he manages to keep me calm in these situations in alot of ways I owe my life to Dr khan because without his intervention I wouldn't be able to eat at all I would like to tell whoever will listen how quite brilliant this man is and how eternally greatful I am and proud to have him as my consultant I feel safe in his care

He follows a holistic approach (promoting acupuncture during the IVF cycle, nutritional advice and hypnotherapy) which made a huge difference to how we felt about the journey. I had a consultation with Dr Benjamin Salt on 2nd December. I found him pleasant and informative. He began by asking for my experience and history of the varicose veins which were the occasion for my visit. At no stage did I feel rushed rather that I was being given the time to explore not just the physical details but the attitudes which might shape my decision on whether to go ahead. Dr Salt clearly outlined the procedures involved, the risks and the outcomes for the future. I shall read the letter to follow with care and will feel able to make an informed decision. Thank you.

On Monday 1st December, at 12.30pm, I attended the ONE Ashford Hospital, for a total knee replacement. Within a short space of time I was ushered into my room, and eventually changed into a theatre gown. I was then taken to be prepared for my operation. This whole process was pleasant, reassuring, and very professional. Afterwards, I was returned to my room, and given all the attention I could wish for by the nurses, physiotherapists, and catering staff. Nothing was too much trouble for any of them, likewise for the Tuesday, when I was discharged in the afternoon.

I was very impressed with this place. I am an NHS patient so have never been before. It was clean and tidy. The decor was modern and if you have a fear or hospitals or.drs it.doesnt feel like a medical place. Staff so friendly. Toilets were clean and soap and handcream dispensers full. Wait time was a little longer than expected but I heard nurses saying patients had been double booked. I was still in and out within 2 hrs. I'd had a consult, 2 scans and my results in this time. I wish I could afford to go here all the time.

Very clean and nice waiting area, the coffee & biscuits are much nicer than the Hampshire Clinic. Reception stall very helpful and efficient. The Polish lady who undertook the ECG was excellent, very helpful and explained what was to be done. With the excellent parking area, coffee & biscuits the whole experience was very pleasant. In addition Dr Bowers was very informative, clear on the results etc. Thank you

Fantastic service received by everyone one at the hospital. Including reception, nurses when attending pre op appointments. On day of surgery was attended by Lisa asking my requirements regarding food etc and clearly stated if I had any allergies etc and nothing was to much trouble.
