Dr Omar Ahmed was introduced to my case after a planned colonoscopy was performed. There was a complication with an abnormal polyp and he stepped in and took charge of the situation. He had to seek permission to perform the intricate surgery he wanted to perform and then succeed in performing it expertly. Dr Omar Ahmed wants to keep me in his care as a long term patient to ensure that any other abnormalities are dealt with as quickly, swiftly and in my opinion expertly as possible. Dr. Strange performed an angiogram/fitted a stent for my husband in October 2025. He was clear, decisive and reassuring throughout the process and afterwards. His genuine concern for his patients is best demonstrated by the way in which he responded quickly and positively to my husband's situation, adding him to an existing list at a few days notice. Even more impressively, he also took the time on that day to discuss with me an incident which had led to my admission to A and E two days earlier, recommended and arranged an angiogram and provided a quick, helpful diagnosis and management plan. It was beyind what we could have expected and I am very grateful to him - for both of us.

When I arrived at the hospital after travelling 1 hour 45 mins I was told the consultant I should have seen wasn't there😩The receptionist said maybe she could find someone else to help me?? That is when Dr Turab Syed stepped in.he was about to leave but took the time to see me. I found him very professional and friendly and easy to talk too🤗He examined me & asked lots of questions regarding my problem,I felt very at ease during the appointment.He suggested I get an MRI scan to find out more regarding my symptoms. Overall I found the experience spot on 5/5 most definitely👌👌

The surgery to remove my R breast and lymph nodes must have been exceptional. Given I was the last to be operated on, a full days list. As yet I have had no issues with the wound site and armpit. Beyond what I feel is tolerable with my skin, fluid etc. I have resumed all my previous activities-tennis, yoga, walking and art. Mr. Osman knew I was an artist and I was expecting nerve damage but I was lucky not to have had any issues with nerves as I say beyond the odd twinge. I like to believe that Mr Osmans skill must have played a large part in that outcome.

Everything went ok but if I had one criticism it would be I felt that the surgical area was very busy and needed more nurses . I was left in my room with no one coming in for quite a long time and although offered a coffee after the procedure I eventually had to ring my bell and a Dr came and brought me a coffee . Luckily I am not a nervous patient but if I had been there wasn’t enough contact with nursing staff . They’d appear and say they were going to do something and then disappear and not come back .

Mr Farid Ud-Din carried out a complete hip replacement. He was extremely professional and caring at both first and final interviews. The operation is vey successful, after only 5 weeks I was able to walk with the use of one crutch, after 6 weeks I do not need any additional support. The scar is neat, no infection in the wound at any time. I am very impressed.
