After following the advice given, even within 24 hours, real progress/ improvements have been made. I am so, so glad I got in touch with this clinic. The lady I had an appointment with was so, so knowledgeable. She had the answers for everything which was such a relief after spending 3 months trying other nutrients and supplements and not getting anywhere. The stress of that was getting pretty unbearable , but now I have a clear path of recommendations to follow. I can’t stress how grateful I am. Things are finally looking up! Such a relief! The whole team have been so, so helpful and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble. I can thoroughly recommend the clinic as a whole.

I have only had an initial interaction with one of the doctors at the female health doctor MK, so far I've fiubd the service to be very quick with a variation of cost affective options for the first conversation. I personally have been met with finally feeling heard from a professional in the medical field after a year and a half of constant GP appointments and being on referral waiting list for over a year. I have been advised about a test package to help me further with my specific issues, and have had nothing short of polite communication and quick responses. I would so far 100% recommend any female to reach out to this company for help with their health.

I have been very disappointed from the overall experience. I schedulled appointment with neurorologist Dr Bhattacharjee. The follow up appointment was very hard to scedule. His assistant told me that he would be available in 4 weeks for a follow up call without giving me specific appointment. She refused to see him earlier while I was stressed to receive feedback from MRI. She had been very confusing and nor professional and accurate in communication. I asked to download the images which have been very cimplicated . they are in a difficult format not supported by every computer and ofcourse not easy to send them to third parties.

Car parking can be a problem. There are some local side streets with the odd space or Sainsbury is about a 20 minute walk, think you get about 3 hours. I had my operation on a Saturday and the place seemed very quiet and peaceful, one member of staff said it's more chaotic in the week. Parking was easy at 7.30am on Saturday but I had been dropped off anyway. There are buses that stop nearby from Macclesfield bus station but I haven't tried them. It's lovely to have your own room, particularly if you're a very sensitive person. The staff on the whole treat you with respect.

My visit was over a telephone call, which I felt was appropriate for this appointment. This was a very comfortable and open discussion between Dr Manzo and I. Additionally, I appreciated the extra knowledge given regarding how body temperature can affect my medications effectiveness so I can do everything to help myself as much as possible. It was also encouraging to understand because of our conversation that I appear to be doing other things right to help myself, especially as it can be confusing during long awaited appointments. I cannot speak more highly of the way I have been treated and can think of no anyway the Busuto Medical Centre could have given me a better service.

I returned to see Mr Davies for a routine mammogram/ultrasound etc and as on previous occasions he was very friendly, informative and reassuring. After seeing him, I had my tests done and the result was given shortly after. I cannot fault the Breast Clinic services and will return if I have any concerns or a routine check up
