I honestly can’t recommend the fertility suite enough. Rebecca has been an absolute god send. I have been battling with pcos for years and the nhs refusing to help as my partner has a child from a previous relationship. I’ve been trying to help heal my body with information online but there are so many different opinions and advice and it became very overwhelming. From the start Rebecca has been friendly, empathetic and a great listener. I come out of my appointments feeling so relaxed and feel like I’ve just had a therapy session. She really understands what I’m going through. As well as Rebecca being amazing with the emotional side, she has helped me reduce my cycles from 77 and 79 days to 30/32 day cycles and now I am showing signs of ovulation, which I had only experienced once before. I know with her support the pregnancy will follow soon! She is great and always at the end of the phone/email for guidance and advice on what supplements to take and what to work on! Before I met Glenda I was at a very low point in my life. I was experiencing an incredible amount of stress and anxiety following a breakdown in my relationship. Glenda instantly put me at ease, she was always very patient and explained in great detail why I was feeling why I was. Glenda is highly professional and never once did I feel patronised or judged. She spoke to me with respect and encouraged me to learn more about my situation through reading, podcasts, audiobooks etc which really helped me along the way. Some days I would arrive at our therapy session without knowing what I was going to discuss but Glenda creates a safe environment which allows you to open up and share your thoughts and feelings. Glenda is an incredible psychodynamic therapist and has been highly influential in my life and I will be forever grateful for her knowledge, her patience and her kindness. Thank you for everything.

Dr Syed Asad Hussain is a pleasure to have as my consultant. He listened intently to all that I was telling him from the very beginning in regard to my symptoms and other background medical aspects that were ongoing. He then explained what course of action was required and this was arranged very quickly. He also liaised with 2 other consultants in different departments in order to narrow down a possible diagnosis. The blood tests and other tests organised assisted greatly in me receiving a diagnosis and clarity as to why I had been so poorly. I found Dr Syed Asad Hussain very personable, polite and empathetic which means a lot to someone who has felt frustration with awful symptoms for months with no real answers from my GP. I felt there was light at the end of a very dark tunnel and I am very grateful that he explained aspects in great detail and I never felt rushed during my appointments with him. Exceptional service received and I would certainly recommend him to others.

Mum was almost blind wearing really thick glasses, and couldn't see at all without them. She had a few complications with her eyes but Dr Stewart and team endeavoured to give her as much sight back as possible, even if just slight. After her cataracts surgery on the 'good' eye, she is like a new woman. At nearly 78yrs old, mum doesn't need to wear her glasses for the first time since she was young. She can see clearer and further away. Close up is still difficult but we trust that after both eyes are done, and potentially glasses again with alot less prescription, she will be able to see so much better. She's had no pain or anything. The drs were brilliant and we can't thank them enough. This is the best thing to have happened to mum who was petrified to get her eyes done. She says he is the best Dr I have ever seen and I'm so happy.

Dr Sood and his team were absolutely fantastic in the care they provided my 1 year old daughter. As a qualified paediatric nurse there was nothing more I could ask of him and his team. He explained everything perfectly so that both me and my partner (who does not have a medical background) understood perfectly. He also gave us a good understanding of all our options, detailing positives and negatives of each so we could make an informed decision on our child's care. The team have excellent attention to detail when it comes to the care of children to make even the most undesirable of tasks (like blood tests) run smoothly with the least amount if distress to parent and child. I am an 88 year old woman who, during her long life, has been under the care of many doctors and Dr. Khwanda is by far the most thorough and caring of them all. Once home after my cardioversion, he phoned me daily later telling me to phone him if I had any worries or concerns. I cannot fault him regarding his post procedure care and thoughtfulness. I consider myself extremely fortunate that, by chance, I chose Dr. Khwanda to be my cardiologist and in whom I have gained complete trust. He is very competent, professional, has the respect of his team, explains treatments and necessary medications in laymen’s terms and very importantly, treats his patients with the greatest care and concern. The support at the very beginning when I was accessing the service was excellent - the person I first communicated with was helpful, gentle and kind. I felt able to ask questions and to access the support on my own terms. Getting a regular appointment that suited my needs and schedule was also easy - as a single parent, I really appreciate the flexibility. The portal took a little bit of getting used to but here too, lots of friendly support was available. The counsellor I speak to weekly is just brilliant. They are flexible and kind, and our relationship has evolved according to my needs. It's genuinely changed my life, and I couldn't be more grateful.

As soon as I got there I was encouraged to relax, when i went in to the theatre for my procedure the nurses Lissy Jacob and Sue Gatrell made me feel very relaxed and explained how to take the gas and air, then Mr Farrukh Khan the consultant explained in detail what he was about to do. Op went well only a slight bit of pain so quick puff of gas helped. Passed on to recovery nurse who's name i didn't get but she was very good checking me over and making me laugh before discharging me. WOULD SAY ANYONE HAVING TO GO HERE WILL BE WELL LOOKED AFTER.

Everything was first class from reception to the nurse checks to the kind person who took me to surgery, the surgeon was nice to talk to, the team in the surgery room were efficient and kind. Back on ward the nurses were so lovely. I had a wobble (previous trauma) which unexpectedly made me emotional. They were so kind, non judgmental and all in particular Anna took time to be human - show human support from one female to another. It was appreciated.

My experiences at the Lister hospital were generally positive. The facilities are clean and modern. The wait time was variable but generally ok. There wasn't much continuity in the nursing and sonography staff I saw which is a shame, and the quality was variable, but in general most of my experiences were with skilled and knowledgeable staff. On a few occasions I wasn't entirely confident in the nurse or sonographer treating me.

Attending Zenvite is a completely different experience from NHS surgeries. The whole environment is calmer and much more welcoming, and you are immediately put at ease Dr Alex was very pleasant and reassuringly thorough. I feel as though I'm in the best hands at Zenvite, and will be taking other members of my family there as required. These days this level of care is well worth the investment. Thank you.
