My recent visit was to receive the results of a pelvic ultrasound, discuss the outcome and discuss further options. Nothing untoward in respect of the pelvic scan. Benefiting from the topicalvaginal oestrogen presribed, but switching to Estriol cream. Discussed the ongoing problems I have with unauthorised surgery done during a bowl prolapse operation in 2013 using mesh. There are to many difficulties and dangers involved in removing the mesh. Am grateful to Mr Griffiths for the detailed information he has given me about this surgery and the reasons it would be very difficult and not wise to try and remove the mesh. He is the first Consultant who has done this and I have been trying to find out this information for 10 years. I now know what the real situation is and what my true options and possibilities are in dealing with my continuing problems. A successful outcome for me.

Been feeling very unwell, anxious for a few days and by the Friday I realised it may be a UTI or kidney infection. I then panicked realising it would be difficult to get a GP appointment before the weekend. I then remembered I had heard about this new service, went on line, booked a same day appointment, easy, The centre was a little tricky to find but very clean and Professional. Dr Ben was engaging, listened carefully, did a urine dip and basic obs and prescribed antibiotics. For £80 an excellent service, this also took some pressure off the NHS. It has been 2 weeks now, feeling much better and probably avoided a hospital stay.. money well spent. I am myself an NHS worker so was able to get back to work fairly quickly to continue the battle !

I have undergone hip revision surgery under the care of Mr Mahmoud . The treatment i have received to me was outstanding from him and his team. His manor was of a caring and friendly nature explaining my situation and offering choices to have the surgery or to keep observing the hip. After our first meeting back in September 2024 I knew I could fully trust Mr.Chin with being thorough with my issues and making sure all areas were covered before taking any actions. He was very gentle and understanding with examination and explain to me all the prons and cons in my problem. Lovely helpful doctor, didn't feel rushed, was listened too. Only reason no 5 star was hard to get through to reception and the inconvenience of being sent a letter for telephone appointment instead of agreed face to face appointment and not being able to get through to reception until the 11th hour to confirm and endure we had the correct appointment. Hospital was clean and looked well kept and staff were very friendly and attentive.

The hospital had a nice atmosphere, it was busy. Some of the tables and chairs look worn and out of place. Staff I encountered were friendly. I wasn't offered what I discovered were complimentary drinks. The carpark is very busy and overflowing.
