My experience with the Newmedica clinic Cheshire Oaks and its staff was of an exceptionally high standard! It offers a high class customer service! The clinic is very modern and very clean. Easy to travel to. From the receptionist to the specialist ophthalmologist team to the Consultant are all very professional, very friendly and caring. The waiting time is very quick and the atmosphere is very calming. The hot drinks offered are plenty and a biscuit is a nice touch too!. The pre-op assessment, the consultation and the surgery to the aftercare was excellent and professional. Every step of the procedure is explained clearly. The staff all put the customer first. You feel very confident and reassured by their care and support for a very delicate operation. I would highly recommend Newmedica Cheshire Oaks. Thank you to you all for looking after me!

I have been treated under his care from receipt of my cancer diagnosis almost a year ago, throughout my chemo and various treatments and then for my mastectomy and axilla removal twice when he operated on me. I am very pleased with the outcome of my recent surgery to remove cataracts from both eyes. The initial consultations were very relaxed and were supported by the excellent website containing informative videos. The surgery on both eyes was completed in a single session lasting less than an hour during which there was very little discomfort and Mr Ferris communicated well with me as the procedure progressed. My post-operative support was very good with both John and his secretary being readily available to discuss any issue.

I'm most impressed with the follow up platform, where I can read Mr Jowett's resume of our meeting and his diagnosis. Also the different options, should I wish to go ahead with surgery, and what that would involve, pre and post operatively.

My daughter has come out after five weeks at rehab - she was a mess when she went in and we were worried for her safety and mental health with the drugs she was taking. So far we have seen a transformation - cautious to say but it feels like we have her back. We’re taking it slowly as a family and aftercare seems to be very helpful and we’ll be doing more family therapy, going to al anon etc. she had a really positive rehab experience overall.

The doctor was 8 mins late *(with no apology for the late running( and them seemed to have a different idea of why i was there to me - he thought he was just assessing skin tags rather than removing - and then said he didnt have time to remove them - yet he was the one running late. I will come for the follow up but after that will never use this practice again.
