My first appointment with Dr James Thing went very well though I had to phone the clinic to say that I would be late for my appointment since the taxi broke down on the way. I arrived at the clinic with my husband 15 minutes late, but I was seen by Dr Thing without further delay. He told us that there was a patient who was on hour late on that day perhaps due to the cold weather. Dr Thing checked my medical details, my knee conditions in both legs, examined my knees carefully before looking them closely on the screen. I had bilateral Ostenil Plus Knee injections while the doctor was guided by Ultrasound Scan to insert the needles into the exact area of my knees. I had a little sensation when the needles were inserted but it was done in a gentle manner that I was feeling alright throughout the time of insertion. The whole procedure went smoothly and the doctor said he would see me in a year's time. In the meantime I was to take it easy and rest well for my knees to heal and he would write me an email in three weeks' time to see how I was doing.

I contacted Mr Kapoor following a recommendation from a family friend at a point where my condition had become severe. I was unable to walk and was spending much of the day crawling due to pain. Mr Kapoor saw me promptly, and after discussion we agreed that a microdiscectomy was the best course of action. From my initial consultation to surgery was just six days, which was remarkable and hugely reassuring. The relief I felt when I woke up from surgery was instant. The sciatic pain had completely disappeared, and for the first time in a long while I was able to move freely. I genuinely feel that Mr Kapoor gave me my life back and put me firmly on the road to recovery. I would also like to mention Naomi, his secretary, who was consistently helpful and supportive throughout the entire process. This is not a complain but rather an honest review of my experience. I took my mother to Harley Street ENT Clinic for two consecutive appointments on Mondays, scheduled at 08:30 and 09:00. On both occasions, the clinic was open and appointments had started, but the lead audiologist Indhuja had not yet arrived. We were repeatedly told she was running late. While I understand that delays can happen occasionally, having this occur twice in a row felt highly unprofessional, especially as it required me to take time off my own job to bring my mother. Waiting for the audiologist to arrive significantly impacted my own schedule and added unnecessary stress. I hope the clinic can ensure that appointments start on time so that patients’ time is respected, as the care itself was thorough once the appointments began. No issues there - Dr Gerald Brookes was amazing as usual. Thank you!

My father underwent a prostate arterial embolisation (PAE) under the care of Professor Mark Little. Naturally, we were apprehensive at first, but the entire process was handled with professionalism, clarity, and reassurance. Professor Little explained the procedure and the expected outcomes very clearly, and his advice throughout was measured and confident. The results have been excellent and exactly as described. Since the procedure, my father has experienced a significant reduction in nightly trips to the toilet, and his ability to empty his bladder has improved markedly. This has made a noticeable difference to his day-to-day comfort and overall quality of life. Overall, we are extremely pleased with the outcome and grateful for Professor Little’s expertise and care. Highly recommended.

Dr Parwez was highly professional throughout my treatment with him (diagnosis of and surgery to repair torn meniscus). The surgery itself went well and my knee feels so much better despite some mild discomfort at the 6 weeks checkup. Sometime I found it hard to understand Dr Parwaz’s explanations: overly technical, quiet and muffled in delivery, I often left a little confused as to what he was trying to tell me. My last visit to him (the 6week checkup) I drove 1hr for 12mins with him. This may be the norm but I left feeling a little rushed and perhaps a patient ‘now off the books’. Despite this I couldn’t be more happy with my knee and hope recovery continues. I wouldnt hesitate in recommending Dr Parwaz to others.

He patiently explained the information in simpler language i can understand and had the opportunity to ask if I had any questions or worries. From start to finish Daye is intuitive and easy to use. I’ve done many online health tests prior to this but nothing compares to the level of service Daye provides. For clarity I did the full screen and purchased the 30 min nurse call. The sample is beyond easy to take and post. The results came back fast and were clear to understand, on top I was sent a beautiful kind email and was also offered a free call to over my HPV results. I didn’t use this but my 30 min call with the nurse was invaluable. I would have been happy to pay triple the price for the service I received. I will be 100% using Daye again and have already recommended to friends.

This was my second cataract operation on my left eye having had a very successful cataract removal and lenses replacement on my right eye performed by Mr Sian a couple of months earlier at Musgrove Park. Mr Sian’s skills , patience and care are exemplary. The outcome hss exceeded all my expectations. For information I initially saw Mr Sian at the Nuffield and had my resulting procedures at Musgrove Park due to the complexity of both eyes. My comments apply mainly to Musgrove although are also applicable to treatment received by Mr Sian at the Nuffield Taunton.

You are able to see a doctor quickly, they have all your notes in front of them and have excellent referal doctors should you need further support. I cannot recomend Dr. Nik Chopra and his team more highly. It also means you take pressure off your local GP who can then spend their time with patients who need to use the NHS service. Think outstanding service and value for money.

my physio therapist was most helpful. I have been seeing him about once every 2 months. He always asks about my progress from the last visit and we then work on the areas that I pick out. This time he showed me various exercises relevant to my current situation. I did the exercises with his supervisio0n and I found that most valuable as he could show me what I got ok and how I could do the exercise better
