I chose Mr Hooman Sherafat after researching his field, posts held and reviews about him. I liked his special interest in both cataract and oculoplastics surgery. I enjoyed meeting him. He is one of those special people who is both utterly professional and relaxed and honest in himself. He is very kind and patient-centred and aware that sight is precious and trust in the Consultant key. His explanations were excellent, his answers to my questions thorough and patient, and he listened carefully to my preferences. Both cataracts were removed without a hint of pain and he filled me in as he carried out the procedure. My follow up visits with him were just as excellent as was the communication and organisation by his P.A., Dodo, a very kind, competent and understanding person. I would highly recommend.

My visit was entirely satisfactory. The staff were exceptionally friendly at all times and they seem to meet a lot of them. I was getting informed about what was going to happen to me at all times. The menu was amazing and the whole place seem to be extremely efficiently run My only comment of an adverse nature would be that having been shown to a room on my arrival where my wife carefully unpacked all my belongings she she know sooner had left Than. I had to pack them all up again because I was being transferred to another room and then when I came out of the operating theatre before I went home, I had to wait three hours before I managed to get my belongings back again no book to read or iPad slightly frustrating but that was the only hiccup on an excellent visit.

Sarah is a super friendly and helpful physiotherapist. She designs my plan, demonstrating and then watching me do the exercises to ensure I am doing them correctly. She also determines the correct weight for each exercise which I would not have had any idea about. My lower back sciatic type pain is improving as is my strength. The MoveHealth App is excellent and I can log my progress there and see videos of each exercise to check between reviews I am doing them correctly. The location is perfect for me and each review session has been helpful for my progress. There is no pressure to have a review - only when it seems appropriate. Very happy and grateful for Sarah's expertise and guidance.

Refreshingly, nothing is too much trouble. Lal Navaratne ensured my complex care was fully coordinated by wonderful teams of professionals. I have no complaints, only praise for such an amazing experience.

Professor Brown was approachable, understanding, caring and very knowledgeable. He explained things well and if I needed to see him in the future he would be more than happy to see me again. I have seen surgeons in the past, one who totally dismissed my symptoms and another who diagnosed incorrectly! Professor Brown was honest and reassuring.

Consultation started with apologies for delay in seeing me but was very friendly and had 2 trainees in attendance to observe. Asked how I was and I said the biologics had relieved of any daytime pain symptoms and said I was very happy but did advise that I did have some pain when sleeping and explained what may be needed to check

Bradley is a great physio - patient and knowledgeable. I came in with a knee problem a few weeks before my wedding (disaster!) He assessed the problem quickly and had me pain free in a matter of weeks. A few months on, I'm growing increasingly confident and have also learned a lot about how to manage my weaknesses going forward.
