The OCD nursing team are fantastic at what they do and the therapy team are absolutely brilliant. My 1:1 therapy was outstanding and so valuable to me during my time here. The catering team, the housekeepers, maintenance, reception.... All really friendly and professional. Two things that I want to mention that I have already fed back: 1. It was very disappointing when two team members were allocated to different wards with no transition (Greta-Mae and Carlo). I feel that when we are allowing ourselves as patients to be open and vulnerable and put our trust in people, to then be told they have moved with no transitional period is not very sensitive or fair. 2. I have also fed back about a patient that seems very unwell but does not have 1:1 supervision around the hospital. This person sometimes invades others personal space, says inappropriate and triggering things, has sometimes removed her clothing in the courtyard and I have also seen her with long sticks in her hands in the courtyard. I fed this back to the patient services manager and the board holder who agreed that this was unacceptable. I was told that until discussions have been had she should be on 1:1 care, but then the following day she was once again the courtyard thrashing round the same sticks. I think this is a safeguarding concern. Those two things aside, I have found my impatient care outstanding, I cannot fault the OCD ward team. I feel heard for the first time and have hope for my future now thanks to them. I will never forget what they have done for me.

Monica took a thorough medical and symptom history and organised functional testing for me, including a stool test and a hormone test. She quickly identified that my thyroid needed support and focused on improving my gut health. I followed a nutritional and supplementation plan for three months, which was practical and, I must say, also delicious. Now my energy is great, my bowel movements are regular, I no longer have a bloated belly, and my period is only a couple of days off a 28-day cycle. I am over the moon with the results and would recommend Monica to any woman struggling with low energy, hormone-related challenges, or digestive issues. She has been incredibly supportive and understanding, and the plan she created for me was completely tailored to my busy lifestyle, as well as my likes and dislikes. I will continue to see Monica at regular intervals to make sure I continue to feel great.

I have visited Daniela at Sonoworld on many occasions since 2020 for various reasons / body areas to be scanned. Sometimes for routine checking and at other times, via doctor recommendation. Daniela is always very thorough, kind and her room is spotlessly clean. She has always made me feel at ease when explaining her findings. She clearly has many many years of experience and knowledge. She always goes above and beyond and has followed up with me via email and phone call, especially when she could tell that I was anxious. I have been to other Ultrasound clinics in Central London and I have always found that they are more expensive (for no better service) and more importantly, they always try to upsell more of their services, not something that I believe is appropriate when it comes to health. Daniela has seen myself and friends of mine at short notice, and I will always continue to recommend Daniela and Sonoworld to anyone who requires an ultrasound.

From the first moment I met Professor Ford I knew I was in great hands. He is so friendly and approachable. He immediately put me at ease. He explained what he would do for me in easy to understand language and I couldn’t wait for my incisional hernia repair. I didn’t have to wait long. I had my pre-op the following week and my operation at The Priory the week after that. The operation went amazingly well and all the staff were excellent and friendly too. I saw professor Ford again last night to have my surgical drain removed and find out what happens next. As it transpires my operation presented challenges that he rather enjoyed solving to my benefit. I feel great just one week since my operation. He has cautioned me to take care until 6 weeks has passed. I promised him I will.

I saw the cardiologist as I couldn’t get appointments at my GP surgery. I was really impressed with the whole procedure. The Consultant was wonderful and was able to reassure me. He listened to me and later explained all the results of the tests. He did an Angiogram on me himself which I thought was a great idea as he could see my heart in real time, no report from a technician needed no wait. I had to have bloods taken by Debbie . A very nice nurse . Again I was made to feel comfortable and reassured with my problem. There is a plan in place and I return to see cardiologist again next week. I will definitely use the facility in the future for myself and family. Due to the chaos that is the NHS at present.

As a young female this felt like a very worrying and embarrassing situation for me, Dr Guerrero reassured me and made me feel safe and comfortable from the first appointment to my surgery and beyond. She guided me through all of my options and gave me concise and to the point information so that I was able to make an informed decison about which treatment would work best for myself and my family life with two small children to consider. I was able to email any time I had questions about anything and I was always met with a polite and very prompt reply. I would recommend Dr Guerrero to anyone who is looking for the best Urogynaecologist to care for them during such a vulnerable time.

This was my second visit to this hospital,and as it was on the 1st visit,I can only add praise on the staff,nurses consultants,seating area with coffee machine,the receptionist was so polite and helpful as well as being friendly and smiling.It was comfortably warm on a cold day,always a nervous person even for an xray.but left the hospital with all the information I needed,and feeling calm and confident on my visit. Must add that Mr Richard Slack is a very approachable person that put me imediately at my ease.and answered all my concerns very confidently,with a very caring side also,I wish I could use those hospital for all my health issues,100%! From my first meeting with Mr.Abu-Rajab until the day of my discharge and beyond to the post op consultation, I knew that I was in the hands of an expert and caring surgeon. He listened intently to any concerns I had and he gave very clear explanations of the total hip replacement surgery. He was incredibly patient and attentive at all times. I was aware the he was extremely busy but he visited the ward several times and made me feel that I was his only patient! I was very nervous about the hip surgery and Mr. Abu-Rajab put my mind at ease from start to finish. I highly recommend him.

Unfortunately, having burnt my fingers and subsequently acquired an infection, I rang the Centre at 10.00. am and asked for an urgent appointment to see a general practitioner. The receptionist offered me two appointments, one at 11.40 am and one at 1.00 pm. I took the earlier appointment and was seen within 10 minutes by Dr Porter. She was very efficient, warm and understanding. I was prescribed medication, which was supplied by the clinic's pharmacy and back in my office by midday. My session with Dr Gratwicke was excellent in all ways. I thought him perfectly listening and helpful insightful comments. Inhave rates a 4 star experience because I arrived on time and waited 1 hour in the very comfortable waiting room. I felt a 15 min wait is reasonable A up to 30 min… but nearly an hour too much. Dr G though was worth the wait- he was excellent.
