De Holden has done more than she knows. She has been the first doctor that has listened to me and made me not only feel heard but also like I’m a whole person not a group of symptoms and issues with no end in sight. Dr Holden has a lovely manner about her and actually cares about her patients. The whole process was simple and the best decision I have made. I now need to work on a more in depth action plan to more forward with but know I can go back and get help to more forward if needed. This appointment helped me more than any medication could. It gave me my sense of self and not like I was making it all up. I wholly 100% recommend Dr Holden if you are struggling with joint pain because she cares and that is unfortunate rare today

I understand went a procedure at Kingsbridge hospital Ballykelly. From my first appointment I was treated with care and respect. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My appointment prompt and quick. All question and queries I had where answered in a matter I could understand. On the morning of my procedure the room I was given was clean and bright. Staff were very attentive and made me feel at ease. After the op try he staff where always near taking vitals and super attentive. It was an emergency appointment to deal with an infected tooth. All the staff were friendly and sympathetic and the dentist dealt with my problem, promptly and efficiently. The state of my tooth was examined and X-rayed and I was given the best options for treating it. I agreed my tooth should be extracted and I was given clear instructions on the post procedure care. The next day the receptionist rang me to ask if I was OK and to remind me I could contact the practice if I had any queries or after effects.
