Dr Fernando was outstanding from my first to last appointment with her! At my first appointment, of my being an emotional Menopausal wreak and having previously had an extremely painful hysterocopy with a different doctor, Dr Fernando was wonderful at listening, going through my medical history with me, as well as understanding and caring of the problems I had been through. Dr Fernando was then very clear in explaining the options available to me to move forward in dealing with these issues. I had another hysterocopy, by Dr Fernando this time, under general anaesthesia, as well as insertion of the Minerva Coil. Before the procedure date came around, she also prescribed HRT Oestrogel. The procedure day was successful and again, Dr Fernando was brilliant from start to finish. On my last appointment with Dr Fernando, I had returned to being my old self again and was thrilled! I cannot rate Dr Fernando high enough. She is definitely an experienced and very professional doctor. I have already sung her high praises and referred her to many friends of mine who are going through menopausal issues.

I had a total hip joint replacement in November at The London Hospital. I was apprehensive, as I had never had major surgery before. The staff at the hospital were exceptional and the operation went well. When it came to the recovery period initially I expected it to be quicker to return to full fitness. However,after receiving physiotherapy I realised the process would take longer ,as your body takes time to heal. It was a useful experience understanding what the physio was asking me to work on and I felt improvements in my strength and movements every week. Here I am 3.5 months later and I am back in the gym with cardio and yoga classes each week. There are still some little improvements to work on , but the difference is fantastic. On reflection it was the right decision to have the surgery and by putting the effort in I have had benefited from increased movement and the constant pain has disappeared.

His professionalism and kindness made a huge difference during this stressful time. The nursing team were equally fantastic: attentive, reassuring, and always happy to help. Although this is a very frightening and stressful thing to go through as a woman, the team that I saw at The Holly were incredible. The breast surgeon, the breast nurse, the radiologist, the receptionist, the lady who done the mammogram and all the staff who worked with them were a true blessing. From explaining everything in detail to giving me a gentle arm squeeze to make sure I was ok, was all I could have wished for during this appointment. I feel blessed that everything was done in one appointment without waiting for days for scans or treatment. I found Dr Danciut to be a genuinely inspiring and caring person, as well as a skilled communicator. The approach is based in science and evidence and skillfully tailored to my own personality and lifestyle. I found the first session really challenged a lot ofnmy pre-conceived notions of things I felt I couldn’t change, and offered me the structure and confidence to start small and build. I have implemented the dietary and lifestyle changes she recommended and have stuck with them for more than 6 weeks without ever feeling I was ‘following a program’. The clinic letters are incredibly detailed are very helpful to anchor the recommendations from the session. Hands down this has been an inspiration to me to implement many positive changes straight away!

I went to Kinsgbridge initially as my optician thought I might have AMD. I wasn't happy with a 2 year wait on the NHS waiting list, so on the advice of my optician requested an appointment with Mr Chan. After scans, Mr Chan advised I did not have AMD, but an epiretinal membrane, as well as a cataract (which I did know about). Importantly Mr Chan took time to show me the scans and explained the membrane extremely well. He was very pleasant. He advised a further update to check if the membrane had developed further. When I did see him 6 months later, the cataract had grown significantly and had to be removed. ( At the follow up appointment, the lady I saw confirmed that the membrane had not changed.)

I have found the service very useful in respect of obtaining a prescription while I was returning from Spain and rejoining the NHS. There was nothing untoward in my consultation notes unlike my previous experience in the NHS and the falsified records I discovered. Thankfully with freedom of information this is no longer an issue. But getting them removed by the NHS was another matter. At least with private practices there is an opportunity when you use the service of having the same doctor and not dealing with a complex unwieldy organisation that while doing the most excellent work can still cause people enormous harm and distress.

My experience at Spire Murrayfield Hospital was excellent from start to finish. The reception staff were welcoming, helpful and very professional, and the whole process was smooth and efficient. The facilities were modern, clean and comfortable, and everything felt very well organised. I was seen on time for my appointment, which was much appreciated. Parking was also straightforward and convenient. Overall, it was a very positive experience and I would highly recommend the hospital to others.

Parking at the William Harvey Hospital Ashford is poor. There was a long queue of cars circulating, hunting for non-existent spaces. There is a microscopic Spencer Wing car park for patients and staff, but that is routinely filled around 8 a.m. and is not available for patients at all. I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment, but it tool an hour to complete the treatment. Early morning appiontments normally go swiftly and on time. Afternoon appointments tend to back up.

I have nothing but the highest praise for Mr Ali Najefi. I was referred to his clinic with a large ganglion cyst on my big toe. Mr. Najefi operated to remove it in early February and five weeks later everything is back to normal. His explanations at every stage from the MRI to the day of the operation and the follow-up appointments afterwards were clear and straightforward. I could not have asked for a more positive experience.

I can attest to Mr Crinnion’s technical expertise by saying, having had a previous repair on the opposite side some years ago (by a different surgeon) this surgery was chalk and cheese in terms of immediate feeling post op and over the days and weeks of recovery following.
