Dr. Charlotte Frise has literally changed my life. I could not recommend her more. As a 33-year old trying to get pregnant, I've had unexplainable high-blood pressure for almost ten years, with no doctors in Australia (where I'm from) or London (where I live) previously being unable to solve this mystery. In preparing for pregnancy via IFV, I consulted Charlotte given her specialty in high-risk patients. She took our appointment after hours, digested all of the various tests results, heard my feelings and anecdotes I gave her on my condition, and then provided some firm but gentle feedback to consult one final specialist she knew had achieved quite remarkable results with other young women facing my challenges, in addition to a very clear picture of what I could expect if I were to proceed with pregnancy in my (then) current state. In the space of six months, the cause of my high BP was found and I have since had a minor procedure and stent inserted, which has cured me. I am now no longer considered 'high-risk' but will proceed with Charlotte given my history, which I could not be happier to do so. If you are looking for a doctor who can translate the science and medicine into real life – she is it!

I’ve been under the care of Mr. Krkovic for 3&half years now following losing a considerable amount of my femur in a motorbike accident. He has worked miracles in regenerating my bone length with a series of surgeries whilst also getting me back as close as possible to the active lifestyle I had as a scuba diving instructor. He always takes the time to explain my treatment, and is transparent about any options and associated risks. He also answers my questions honestly and considerately. After a very unlucky accident, I feel very lucky to have him as my surgeon and not forgetting Lizzie the specialist nurse.

We came today to see Debi regarding my daughters intolerence. Straight away we were welcomed into the room & listened to. My daughter (12) felt very comfortable & relaxed when normally she is very shy. Debi looked through her recent blood results & explained what was going on with my daughter & diagnois of Lactose Intolerent was discussed. We spoke about probiotics & what to do foodwise. We have now got to get a stool sample tested & go from there. Overall we both came away relieved that we know what the problem is. My daughter came out & said "mum, she was so nice, I really liked her".

I have been coming to Alien aesthetics for some years now and can hands down say it is the best in the area from my experience. The girls are so thorough, knowledgable & professional! I have regular Botox, lip filler and now going to try my first Polynucleotide injections from their recommendations to help my eyes not look as tired! I personally love the frozen loook with my Botox and Jen gets it every time, even my partner can’t be without it anymore. Every member of staff was friendly, reassuring and professional. Dr. O’Connor and the nurse in recovery with the red hair (apologies for her name escaping me!) stood out, however everyone that interacted with me was great from start to finish. In every appointment , phone conversation and during the surgery Dr. O’Connor consistently displayed the highest standards of what we all hope to experience when needing medical treatment. The consultation was on time and Dr Segal's explanation my symptoms and why there is no need for concern was clear, as were his answers to my questions. It was exactly as I would have wanted a consultation to be.

About 6 people having to stand because of no seats Waiting room is not managed in any way too recent patients coming with too many guests or to ensure phones are on silent. Does not feel appropriate for a medical environment Had to wait over 20 minutes to have bloods because ward clearly overbooked Toilet floor was soaking wet

On arrival at Murryfield you are greated by a friendly receptionist who guides you through the checkin procedure and then on my visit even went as far to get two cups of hot chocolate from the drinks machine while I completed the electronic checking in forms. Waiting area very clean and comfotable temperature unlike some waiting rooms that are devoid of any heating.
