Given the complexity of my medical history over the past two years including Toxic Epidermal Necrolysis, prolonged hospitalisation, and recent major spinal surgery , I approached the cardiovascular review with understandable anxiety. Your calm, methodical approach and the way you explained each investigation and result in clear, balanced terms made a significant difference. The reassurance provided by the CT coronary angiogram, ambulatory blood pressure monitoring, and blood results was immensely valuable, but equally important was your clinical judgement in rationalising my medications and recognising that my blood pressure had moved into the low range. That adjustment has already made me feel more confident about my recovery trajectory. I also appreciated how carefully you considered the wider context of my health, recovery, and long-term wellbeing, rather than viewing the results in isolation. Visit was very informative, reassuring and encouraging about the successful procedure.Mr Brew was friendly and professional throughout and provided answers to questions put to him I had been initially assured that the proposed procedure was usually very successful :- The procedure was described in detail and went exactly as proposed. The procedure went without any pain with effective anaesthetic. The pain present prior to the hip replacement immediately disappeared, with very little discomfort from the operation itself. Post operative advice on how to ensure living with the new hip was successful, available and effective. With anyone having hip problems similar to mine ,with my experience under the care of Mr Brew,I can recommend hip replacement.

Dr Ohri listened and was incredibly attentive when I told her the symptoms I was presenting with and was very professional when understanding my medical background. My consultation was not rushed and I felt Dr Ohri was very personable and developed a professional and meaningful rapport with me as her patient. I believe she was very thorough with her examination and took a lot of care in explaining what the next steps were for me and allowed me to voice my own opinions throughout the consultation. This was my 2 nd cataract op with Mr Kamran Khan at Newmedica Leeds. I was very happy with my treatment with everyone especially Wr Kamran Khan who I can’t recommend enough, he was friendly, assuring and also the lovely nurse who looked after me after my op. Sorry I can’t remember her name but she was so caring. Anyone going for a cararact op this place is brilliant and everyone I came in contact with both times I was there I feel I couldn’t have had better. Someone calls you the following day to check that you are okay so everything perfect. Thank you all.

I had a lump removed from my finger, it looked insignificant, but it was a real problem for me, making daily activities like dressing etc painful and difficult. I am still exercising to regain fell movement. The Consultant, nurses and staff were great, understanding, friendly and professional. At each step everything was explained clearly so I completely understood what was happening and when. If I needed anything my request was dealt with promptly. The hospital was clean and fresh and the staff welcoming. Overall an excellent experience.

On my first visit Zoe quickly identified that my pain was caused by a torn ligament in my left knee. She explained clearly what this meant and showed me a number of daily exercises to strengthen my knees and alleviate the pain. By my final visit I was able to walk freely again without pain and I was given a revised plan to continue with specific regular exercises alongside regular walks and cycling.

Joshua started by reviewing how I was and I showed him the exercises he'd taught me. Then he asked my opinion on what I felt was important to target next and helped with exercises for that. He also made a video on my phone of an exercise, talking me through it, so I could remember it. Unfortunately I don't live locally so can't access his expertise on a regular basis.

Just having a pro clean done by Somnowell. Great service I have had this device for several years now. It was a great choice. I didn't fancy having to sleep with a machine and mask and after a couple of nights forgot I was wearing the mandibular device. I had severe sleep apnoea and my Somnowell is a life saver. Can't praise this device highly enough.

Visit was easy to book via Circlehealthgroup although reception seems to be over capacity compared to previous visits particularly with all patients having to queue and book in at main reception as opposed to the previous process of checking in at the Outpatients Area reception. Queue resulted in slightly late arrival to patient waiting area.
