As a Nervous patient about to have an Extraction..I was sitting In the waiting room Dreading every second The Receptionist was very nice and made me feel at ease Then after a very short wait ..the time had come for me to face my Fears.. As I sat in the chair the procedure was explained to me in full and the Dentist really made me feel Comfortable and at ease .. The first Extraction had taken place without me even being aware ..so no pain whatsoever Time for the second Extraction.. The Dentist asked me to rinse my mouth And I promise the second Extraction had already been carried out without me being aware ..completely pain free ..the dentist advised me that she should carry out a filling to another one of my teeth ..I was a bit reluctant..she cleaned the area and what I can only describe as her massaging the affected tooth the filling was carried out successfully.. I have a follow on Appointment in January And can Honestly say ..im looking forward to it Oh and to add ...when the Anesthetic wore off I experienced no pain or Discomfort whatsoever..and less than 24 hours later I sat down and enjoyed hot coffee With no Discomfort.... I can't thank you enough for your Treatment..and after 64 years ..im no longer a Nervous Patient Thank you

The London Digestive Centre is in a great location, just off Bond Street, making it easy to access. The facility itself provides a comfortable and welcoming setting for patients, and they clearly have access to some of the best doctors, which gives you a lot of confidence in the care you receive. However, the reception experience could have been better. Both receptionists were on the phone when we arrived, and neither came off to assist us or book us in. This was disappointing, as it created unnecessary confusion, especially when time is tight. Ideally, there should be one receptionist dedicated to answering calls and another available to help patients checking in. In the end, we had to go straight to our appointment to avoid being late, and the consultant's secretary kindly stepped in to check us in. While the clinical care was excellent, improving the reception process would really elevate the overall patient experience.

Mr Chilcott is calm, gentle and an excellent surgeon. I am 2 weeks post op (full abdominal hysterectomy, removal of fibroids and oophorectomy). He explained the surgery in full in the initial consultation and worked together with the hospital to ensure i had all the necessary information needed in the lead up to the operation and discussed what would be needed post operation (HRT, blood thinners for an existing blood condition) to ensure i got back to full health. Operation day was a success and I'm left with a very neat scar. He came to visit me daily as I recovered in hospital and was accessible for any question (via the nurses or his wonderful PA, Paula) at any time. He's kind, flexible and very helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Dr Milestone could not have been more helpful or supportive during my recent time as his patient. I had been experiencing symptoms which had been unexplained for months, and which had led to a lot of anxiety for me. He was very kind, very clear in his explanations, and arranged the investigations I required with efficiency and speed. His department is known within the hospital for its quality and I found this absolutely to be my experience in practice. I am very grateful to him for his help. I now have a diagnosis, and even though it isn't good news, I feel in safe hands going forwards.

Dr. Declan Quinn was absolutely amazing — professional, reassuring, and the surgery was a complete success. She was so attentive throughout the night, constantly checking in and ensuring I was comfortable. She kept me completely at ease and truly went above and beyond. Mr Stott was lovely and listened to everything I said and examined me thoroughly. He explained exactly what the situation was with regard to the calcific tendinitis. I always feel after I’ve seen anyone that I have not explained my pain very well and think of questions I should have asked or things I could have explained better! I always wish I can have a do over.. it’s probably a nervous thing! However I will go and see Shona Campbell as recommended and hopefully that will further my recovery, there is nothing I can fault at all with my appointment with Mr Stott.

Overall I got what I needed which is all that matters ultimately. Found it annoying to have to fill in yet another paper form when I’d registered online as requested via email the day before. Yet another different NHS portal - the third I have had to sign up to. Was also not happy to be asked for a credit card when I was there as a fully insured patient. I was told it was ‘policy’ but when I said I’d rather not it no longer seemed to be policy.

The ADHD coaching I received was excellent. It was so nice to work with someone who had lived experience; it made all the difference. My coach was understanding, compassionate and a great mentor as well as a coach. She asked really thought provoking questions which helped me to think deeper and come up with solutions that would work for the challenges I was facing due to my ADHD and being Mum to an AuDHD daughter.

He never ever does unnecessary X-rays as plenty of other dentists do , to make extra money. I live in Hove and have a choice of dentists in my area but I’d rather drive out of my way to see Bobbi on Burgess Hill. Highly recommended 😊

Within 6 weeks I had reach full knee movements walking up and down stairs with no problems walking without a stick.
