Review for Podiatrist Consultant Liam Stapleton I have been a patient of Liam Stapleton for several years, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. Liam is consistently professional, attentive, and genuinely thorough. He always takes the time to listen carefully, explains everything clearly, and makes sure you fully understand both the problem and the treatment options. Attended for a blood test. I’ve had multiple bad experiences with blood tests over the years. This is primarily because I have very small and narrow veins which disappear with the touch of a needle..☹️ I find the whole experience extremely painful and distressing … I explained all of this to Debbie, the wonderful and kind nurse who attended me. She was brilliant! Totally put me at ease and was incredibly supportive and gentle. I was definitely a challenge for her as my veins were completely uncooperative per usual. But she took her time and used the smallest needle possible to minimise any discomfort. She succeeded in the end and managed to get enough blood for a full blood count!! Miraculous! I am so very grateful to Debbie for turning a potentially very upsetting and negative experience into a positive outcome. She has helped me to regain a little more confidence in having my blood taken again. Thank you Debbie! 😊

My operation was 3.5 months ago, my check up appointment was supposed to be 4-6 weeks after. This got postponed 4/5 times due to apparent emergency surgery that was known a week in advance each time. I rang and spoke to the surgeons secretary when it was postponed again and I couldnt make the new date due to work, it kept getting postponed and explained I was having problems ( wound opening multiple times and infection ) I was told to leave work, I explained i couldn't due to my job and working away on that date over two weeks, she said we'll if you don't want the new date then don't have it. She was very rude and tone was awful.

Dr Tang was simply wonderful. He was very kind, gentle and understanding of my worries and health problem. He explained the procedures well and reassured me. After the endoscopies he reported back and explained clearly what he had found. All the staff at Hadley Wood were also extremely friendly, competent and reassuring, particularly Nurse Grace. Dr Tangs secretary was extremely efficient and friendly. She was quick to respond to my messages and ensured my consultations and treatment happened smoothly and speedily.

Mr Saravelos and his team made us feel at such ease for our Frozen Embryo Transfer. He was so patient and helped talk through the procedure in a way I could understand. He kept me calm through the procedure, which previously have been a really painful experience for him. The Nurse Raj was also great and helpful and managed to get all our prescriptions done before the transfer so we didn’t have to wait around. Really great time and brilliant experience.

I found the GP we visited to be welcoming and friendly, he was very informative and honest with things however I found the reception staff to be the opposite they were not very welcoming and I felt that they were closed of from any type of communication or request I did not like that they were so miserable no smiles just blank I didn't like the experience or the feeling I felt when walking into the practise but the doctor was great.
