I visited the doctor for my child, who was experiencing muscle pain in his chest whenever he got tired during physical training. From the very beginning, the doctor was polite, friendly, and extremely professional. He explained each part of the diagnosis step by step and clearly outlined what he planned to do throughout the treatment. He carefully drilled down into every test to identify the root cause, which gave me a lot of confidence. He was very patient and thorough, making sure everything was clearly understood before moving forward. He also created a safe and comfortable space for parents to ask questions and answered every single question with great patience and clarity. Overall, he is a complete professional who provides confidence and hope. I am extremely satisfied with the exceptional care and support he provided for my child

My original appointment was with Mr Kamran Saha, as it was thought that I had a which Mr Saha confirmed it was not but rather a cyst. As this was not his expertise, he referred me to Miss Swan Kang who confirmed it was a cyst and arranged an excision. During the procedure Miss Kang noticed a second cyst next to the big one which she also removed and sent both off for biopsies. Amazingly 6 days later there are no visible signs of any incisions apart from some slight redness in the area. I am super happy with the results and grateful to Mr Saha for referring me to Miss Kang. I was also very impressed by Robyn for taking care of all the underlying preparations for both consultations and the minor op which took less than 2 days to complete!!! Kudos to Robyn for managing everything so swiftly and efficiently.

Felt that after an extremely long wait for this appointment, being abandoned by consultant who was awful at my hospital. I was extremely anxious about how this appointment was going to go. I came away feeling that I had wasted my time, being sent with bags of antibiotics which I didn’t collect from the pharmacy and being pressured into trying something which I thought I made look quite obvious that I didn’t want or feel comfortable wanting to try. I had been through enough trial things in my last hospital. I didn’t want to have to do this again. But to also ignore that I have always had these issues since I was young, you tried to pin it on my fall. I don’t understand. I am not sure where I go from here? It so upsetting when no one can help. I literally cried most of the way home .

I was intrigued by the services offered, as they seemed too good to be true. I was really impressed with the whole set up - state of the art machines, beautiful and clean building - with the most relatable, down-to-earth and professional team of experts. I felt in safe hands, and I had all the advice, tests and support I needed to give me a 12 month clean bill of health but with some advice on how to improve and maintain my health and wellbeing. Highly recommended!

I had an excellent experience at Nuffield Hospital Guildford. The hospital was very easy to find, and the reception team were welcoming and efficient. Check-in was quick, and within a few minutes I was seen by the doctor, which was impressive. The facilities were modern and spotless, with a comfortable waiting area and both hot and cold drinks available. The building itself feels contemporary and well maintained, creating a calm and professional environment. The staff were courteous, organised, and clearly experienced, which gave me confidence throughout my visit. Overall, a very smooth and professional experience from start to finish. Mr Sidebottom is very professional and he spends the time listening to your concerns and issues, he explained what was causing the issues in a manner which I understood and easy to absorb long term. The treatment was self administered through the use of massage of the affected area and the use of pain relief gels and the use a mouth splint. Having been reviewed periodically, I am very pleased with the outcome and with Mr Sidebottom professionalism. Definitely recommend to others.

We went for an early pregnancy scan for a bit of reassurance and to get a better idea of dates and it was the best thing we could have done. Deirdre was our sonographer and was fantastic.
