I recently visited the Clinic for some treatment as I was experiencing vulvodynia and a lot of pain and muscle tightness that impacted my relationships and is very upsetting as I was not sure what the solutions/ treatments could be to help. I did some research and contacted Elite Aesthetics as well as a couple of other clinics to get some advice and treatment options. I was extremely impressed with the information, advice, discretion and kindness shown to be by Shiva when I initially called. Shiva spoke to the Dr and got all the relevant information for me from Dr Elgerta (Elle) Ismaili. I was made to feel at ease and had confidence in the solution that would be offered. I attended my first appointment and consultation and met with Dr Elle, who is extremely compassionate and understanding and made me feel comfortable to share my concerns and what I was experiencing. I had always felt there was something wrong with me and that I was not normal, even though am in my mid 40's it is something I had accepted would not get better and I would always experience extensive pain and tightness that was actually quite unbearing and very sore. Dr Elle explained everything clearly through the consultation and has such a warm and kind nature. I decided to go ahead with the treatment which is botox injections that help relax the muscle tightness, even though I was aware that it may not work or be effective as every individual is different. I returned for a top up after 2 weeks as during that time I was so surprised and positively shocked and happy how the muscles had relaxed and the issues I had experienced for many years had improved rapidly, I really couldn't believe it. It has now been a week since my top up and I have noticed even more improvements and relaxation of the muscles. I wanted to share a detailed overview incase it can help someone else experiencing similar concerns and pain. I am based in London but was happy to travel to the clinic for this treatment as Dr Elle is an experienced gynaecologists and the best person to offer this treatment as it is very specialised and you need to ensure you are in the best hands. I really cant recommend Dr Elle enough and if I ever needed further treatment or other treatments I would definitely go and see her. Also, the team at Elite are exceptional from everyone I met with Shiva, Sarah and Casey. They are all so friendly and welcoming and make you feel at ease even if you are discussing a sensitive topic or concern. Thank you so much to you all, it really has been life changing - and I never thought that would be possible for me. I have so much gratitude for you all x

Mr Gambhir came to see me prior to total left knee replacement to confirm procedure and documentation. He asked if I "had any questions"? I confirmed of same operation to other knee the previous year. I highlighted that I was aware of the operation and wished to be sedated more if possible? My other issue was the use of the tourniquet and would it be possible to alleviate any pain post operation ? Tuesday 9th December pm the operation was done. I can honestly say that Mr Gambhir truly worked wonders . My pain threshold was at a maximum of 4/5 after the operation . I heard nothing whilst the procedure was done and I have not had any pain on my thigh because of the tourniquet. I'm now 6 days post operation, having far more mobility and energy compared to the procedure last year. I cannot thank him enough for what he has done . His relaxed manner whilst speaking to me also put me at ease. May I note that the anesthetist with assistants also put me at ease whilst undertaking the spinal. Thank you. GP

I went in for total hip replacement on 2nd December with Mr Cusick. Form beginning to end I was made to feel very welcome by all of the staff. The main day nurse dealing with me was Caroline Leddy who was exceptional both before the op and then during the after care. Mark was the main night time nurse and again he couldn't have been more friendly or helpful. The physio, Heather, also deserves a mention for her lovely manner and clear instructions and advice. The procedure went very smoothly and I was surprised at how relatively little pain there was post op. Both consultants, Mr Cusick and Dr McCaffrey saw me before the surgery and again the next day. Both were friendly and reassuring and helped to keep the mood stress free. The catering was also fantastic. I was discharged the following day and, sitting at home barely 24 hr later, it was hard to believe what had just happened! Thank you All!

De Holden has done more than she knows. She has been the first doctor that has listened to me and made me not only feel heard but also like I’m a whole person not a group of symptoms and issues with no end in sight. Dr Holden has a lovely manner about her and actually cares about her patients. The whole process was simple and the best decision I have made. I now need to work on a more in depth action plan to more forward with but know I can go back and get help to more forward if needed. This appointment helped me more than any medication could. It gave me my sense of self and not like I was making it all up. I wholly 100% recommend Dr Holden if you are struggling with joint pain because she cares and that is unfortunate rare today

I met Mr Vaghela back in April this year, following a GP referral and confirmed carpal tunnel syndrome at my left hand. He was really thorough in examining my hand and explaining my symptoms and what was causing them. Once it was established that surgery would be the best option for my problem, he spent time in explaining what the procedure would entail, the recovery time, any positive outcome as well as any potential negative effects. The operation went very well and my hand has been improving since. I truly appreciate the care he has shown before, during and after the operation, and how approachable, thoughtful and supportive he is.

Matt Frost was terrific. I'm surprised he wasn't a senior ages ago! But congrats all the same! He's worth every bit of it. Interestingly my hearing had improved slightly from last year and I seriously wonder if this was because I had complete confidence in him. Others always good but Matt inspires confidence in a special way. He also explained the most recent Phonak model clearly so that despite my age and life expectancy, I'm going to give it a try despite the cost. Finally he adjusted my current aids and there is notable improvement. in my hearing. Thanks Matt - and all of you in the office who are always helpful

Professional, caring and respectful staff. I have already completed a survey which pointed out two negatives amongst an otherwise perfect experience. I was not offered any pain relief the first night after my op, which I understand I should have asked for. However it is known that everyone experiences pain at this point so would have thought pain relief would have been automatic. Also, while I was having a procedure the nurse put a 'No Entry' sign on my door but a member of the catering staff knocked and entered. I did call to come in but presumed it was a nurse.

I made an online appointment to see Dr Lach which was a very easy process. Dr Lach was very professional and listened to my concerns.
