Excellent bedside manner with a true desire to get to the bottom of a problem. Free from the often occurring "I am so brilliant vibes" that I at times got from other consultants. Refreshing down to earth, approachable, very friendly. Most importantly, excellent listening skills, does not try to convenience you of a diagnosis after only hearing a quarter but appears to be thorough before making up his mind. Excellent communicator, who gets a patient fully involved, showing pictures to explain and explaining what he sees on a screen. I initially was a bit apprehensive thinking, hmmm has not got 3 decades of experience like some practitioners I saw in the past. On reflection, a good thing, still greatly motivated to make a difference and passionate about what he does. Deos not leave you feel watching the clock (he went over time, thank you) or rushed. Overall so far a positive experience (first consultation). I usually don't leave long feedbacks but if someone "goes the extra mile", so will I. Most importantly, if you had negative experiences before with consultants causing you pain/flare ups in the night and following day(s) due to handling you roughly during an examination, then give Dr Raiman a try. He very carefully moved my limbs with utmost consideration during the necessary examination, which helps building trust.

I can’t recommend The Catalyst Clinic highly enough. From the very first consultation, it was clear that this is a clinic operating at an entirely different level. Dr Ethan has an exceptional bedside manner — calm, attentive, and genuinely thoughtful. You never feel rushed, dismissed, or spoken down to. There’s a real sense that he is tailoring care to you as an individual, not following a generic template. What stood out most was the balance between deep scientific knowledge and humanity. Dr Ethan is clearly extremely knowledgeable, but he delivers that expertise with warmth, patience, and respect. It builds immediate trust. The clinic itself feels professional, discreet, and well run, with a strong emphasis on safety, evidence-based care, and long-term health rather than quick fixes. It’s underneath my chin, lopsided, on top of any tissue, not even near my chin bone, and they refute 2nd opinions I’ve had that there’s anything wrong with this. They also promised me a referral for a CT scan for months but keep deferring. So I’ve had to arrange these scans myself to get proof needed. Made a formal complaint and didn’t even get a written response. Independent adjudication (ISCAS) next then Small Claims. They will not take responsibility for negligence/errors so beware! Please pass on so people are aware - as this needs to be made public

Mr Breakey recently repaired our son Noah’s cleft palate. We feel incredibly lucky that he was our surgeon and are so grateful to him for the operation he performed for Noah. It will change his and our lives for the better and we are so thankful! Noah’s cleft was very wide and quite complex, but you wouldn’t know it, it looks amazing and just a day after Noah is getting back to his normal self. He carried out my balance testing explaining each one in detail which I really appreciated. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my queries . He was so thorough and guided me throughout the examinations. His manner is impeccable . By far one of the nicest professional I have come crossed in some time. I found the GP we visited to be welcoming and friendly, he was very informative and honest with things however I found the reception staff to be the opposite they were not very welcoming and I felt that they were closed of from any type of communication or request I did not like that they were so miserable no smiles just blank I didn't like the experience or the feeling I felt when walking into the practise but the doctor was great.

I had the Aquablation surgery under Mr Brewin at New Hall. I spent a long time researching surgeons who perform this procedure and I am very pleased I chose Mr Brewin. I live a very long way from Salisbury but it was worth the journey. I am extremely pleased with the outcome. My only regret is that I wish I'd had the treatment earlier. Mr Brewin is down to earth charming and Knowledgeable and I would highly recommend.

Prior to the appointment we we were informed that the hospital couldn't book the appointment as referral letter didn't specify the type of scan required. However this was clearly stated at the top and I had to point this out. The appointment was then cancelled and we had to wait another week for the next available. Radiographer was then at least 20 minutes late.
