From the moment I arrived, the experience was outstanding. The porter who greeted me, carried my bag, and personally showed me to my room set the tone for what would be a first-class stay. Every nurse and domestic staff member I encountered was warm, attentive, and professional—nothing was ever too much trouble. The care was seamless and deeply reassuring throughout. A special mention must go to the two physiotherapists who supported me post-surgery. Their expertise and kindness in helping with icing and fitting my sling made a huge difference in my recovery and comfort. They were brilliant. And the food? Absolutely fit for a king—beautifully prepared, delicious, and served with care. King Edward VII’s Hospital delivers excellence in every detail. I’m incredibly grateful for the experience and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone seeking world-class medical care.

I felt upset that yet again my dentist said...in front of 2 young assistants...lets have a look at these wonky teeth. This has happened before...and as i pointed out when at school i had dentistry work, teeth removed and braces...which i keot on as advised...but no retainers were put in after...so teeth have moved since. Im sure im not the only one making life difficult for the dentist...but im assuming thats the nature of the job. I have never had theae comments from the previous dentist and feel they are both unprofessional and unkind., and not a good example to the young members of staff in attendance as to client care.

My visit can only be described as excellent from start to finish. I was seen at the allocated time and was treated with absolute respect throughout. I was given time to explain the issue and how it was affecting me. I was astounded when I was given the option of a solution at the appointment. I agreed to this thinking this is going to hurt but hopefully it will be worth it. I honestly did not feel any pain or discomfort and from that time I have felt back to my usual healthy, happy self. Everything was excellent. The only problem which I believe is a big one was the temperature in the room. It was incredibly hot and surely not comfortable for a mother who has just given birth and not safe for a newborn who should sleep at a room temperature between 18 and 20 degrees. I feel that it was a bit disappointing considering the price of the room at night. Also the birth partner should have a bed not a reclinable chair

I’ve been coming to LOC at Chelsea for 12 months after my breast cancer diagnosis and I couldn’t be in better hands for my treatments. All the nurses are so friendly and fantastic at their jobs. The facility is excellent with clean and comfortable rooms/ bays and the food is very good also. I would highly recommend LOC to my friends and family.

I was very pleased with the service and tests. Very interesting to find out the results, although I found the price very high for a single mum at £4100.00 per eye. Would have loved to get my eyes done but was just too much. Would definitely recommend cathedral eye clinic to others who are in a better financial state

Spire is a lovely hospital, the service has always been excellent. My only feedback is the parking situation, why is the car park always so full?! I think there needs to be a system where you check in your vehicle registration in reception, otherwise a lot of people in the area likely use it as free parking
