I was a little nervous about visiting the clinic as I had never been to a private practice before, but my experience was excellent from start to finish. The receptionist was very approachable and welcoming, which immediately put me at ease when I arrived. The health practitioner who saw me was calm, professional, and attentive. He took the time to discuss my previous health conditions and was able to pinpoint some of my concerns while offering clear, helpful advice. The health assessment itself was quick but thorough, and I felt reassured throughout. What impressed me most was how well everything was explained, from accessing my results to the range of other services available, including mental health support. I was also given practical guidance on how to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Overall, I left feeling very reassured and impressed by the high standard of care. The atmosphere was relaxed, the staff were supportive, and I would definitely recommend this hospital to others.

Dr Eduardo Di Cuffa is a great doctor. It’s difficult to summarise in words how appreciative I am for his time and his advice. I felt listened to without judgement, with all of my concerns being explored on a deeper level. He asked appropriate and explorative questions that pivoted the appointment to help bring clearer understanding and precedence to certain issues that I had otherwise maybe not been actively prioritising (but they definitely needed to be). He honoured my personal held beliefs when discussing treatment options, but also offered his insight and opinions. It created a safe environment, where refreshing and open conversations could be had where different thoughts and opinions could exist. He’s kind, intelligent, informative, empathetic, understanding and I really felt the desire he has to help. I cannot recommend him as a doctor enough.

I arrived at the appointed time, checked in with the receptionist given forms to complete which I completed & handed back to the receptionist, after waiting half an hour passed my appointment time I was still waiting to be seen, eventually my partner asked a male nurse if Mr Patel was running late, and we were told that we were the next to be seen, when we were invited in to see Mr Pater he was very apologetic for keeping us waiting saying that there had been an administrative error whereby he had been told that I hadn’t arrived for my appointment, Mr Patel commented that he thought that was strange as the paperwork I had compieted on my arrival was on his desk. So he realised that I was there but nobody had apparently bothered to check.

I would highly rate the care that I was given throughout my time in the hospital and I would like to commend the nursing staff in particular, however I have one major issue which has left me very dissastisfied. During my first appointment I was told that I needed the socket of my hip replaced and was given a price for that procedure. Then I met with another doctor who said that said if the whole hip needed replaced it would cost considerably more and quoted a price up to £12000 more if this work needed to be done. It was confirmed after the operation that I only needed the socket replaced but was charged the price quoted for a full hip replacement without any explanation. I would like to hear from someone about resolving this issue.

I recently had shoulder surgery with Mr. Iain Macleod and I cannot recommend him highly enough. From start to finish, he was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and reassuring. He did a fantastic job correcting my shoulder, and the results have been excellent. What stood out to me was not only his skill as a surgeon, but also the way he and his team looked after me throughout the entire process, from the initial consultation, through the procedure, and into aftercare. I always felt supported, informed, and in safe hands. If you’re looking for a surgeon who is both highly skilled and genuinely cares about his patients, I would wholeheartedly recommend Mr. Iain Macleod. . I’m very grateful for the outstanding care I received.

I attended HSSH for a hip examination under anaesthetic with a local anaesthetic injection with Professor Griffin. I cannot fault the administration in the run up to the procedure, or the care and attention that I had before, during and after. All the of staff, from the reception team to the team involved in the procedure itself - Prof Griffin, Dr Kazmi (anaesthetist), Rebecca (physio), Remmi (nurse) + all the theatre staff, made it efficient and comfortable. They also accommodated my request to stay a little longer than was necessary, until my partner could get to the hospital to escort me home until, which was much appreciated. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use HSSH again.

I saw my doctor. My doctor is amazing. I had blood tests. The process was OK, but not all tests as expected were reported. I collected medicines from the pharmacy. Their records of my needs were lacking and they refused to resolve the issues. I had to return to the hospital another time and they had corrected themselves and I received what was prescribed. The fee charging system from Imperial is haphazard and I receive charges that are not even incurred. There are no explanations or discussion. My medicine is charged a price 35% higher than a comparable cancer hospital not far away. Imperial needs to be more transparent and fair in their charges.

Claire Sewter's speedy visit and diagnosis was reassuring and clearly highly professional. She was highly knowledgeable and provided really practical advice and support. I have followed the recommended programme carefully and left feedback or email responses that Claire has followed up regularly. The stretches and exercises that were given, have helped me to improve and recover my physical condition, quickly, and after 4 weeks I am feeling a lot stronger, and better overall. As this was the 3rd time I have approached Let's Go Physio for help - with different injuries - I can recommend them unreservedly - and have done so already with a few people.

Jemma was incredibly validating and knowledgeable. I was worried the ADHD assessment might feel like a test, but it felt more like a guided chat. It was very helpful in increasing my understanding of myself and my difficulties. Jemma was trauma informed, and acknowledged when parts of my life have been difficult and have impacted my current life. She was also neuroaware in general, and we spoke of the helpful aspects of my ADHD, such as my creativity. She was balanced regarding medication, and I felt well informed and that starting it was my choice, and not something pushed upon me.

Dr Kumar took the time to discuss my test results clearly and answered all of my questions patiently. We discussed lifestyle changes, and I left feeling informed and supported. I appreciated the thoroughness and the practical advice offered. Overall, it was a reassuring and very helpful visit after which Dr Kumar promptly arranged further tests and a follow-up.

I had a consultation with Mr. Ahmed prior to my operation but I found him to be very easy to talk to and his explanations to me were very clear and easy to understand. My knee operation was a success and I am recovering very well which in part I think is because of Mr. Ahmed`s experience and expertise. I would not hesitate to recommend him and have already passed on his details to a friend of mine with joint problems.

I have had some health issues and she advised me on the safest treatment plan. I came out feeling like someone had listened to me for the first time. Dr Alice Thomas gave me hope that I'm not going to feel this way forever.

Dr Tewari only has 20min consults but in that time I always feel that all my questions are answered in a calm and professional manner. The treatments are always accessible and if they are expensive she is always transparent with me first. She even remembers the personal information about me which makes me feel that I’m treated in a very holistic manner. I highly recommend.
