I’ve been seeing Hiba Ansari for over a year, and I can’t recommend her highly enough. She is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely caring. Over the past year, Hiba has helped me treat several different issues, including my ankle, lower back, and most importantly, a long-standing shoulder dislocation problem. She monitored my progress very closely and consistently adjusted my exercises to suit my ability and recovery stage. I spent several months working with her to strengthen my shoulder, which was extremely weak and unstable after multiple dislocations. Following my shoulder surgery, Hiba played a huge role in my rehabilitation. She guided me through recovery and re-strengthening with great care and precision, helping me return to normal activities and sports with confidence. I just want to put on record what an absolute gentleman Dr Gall is. His natural ability to be so genuinely empathetic to me on my initial consultation, made me feel comfortable instantly that I had chosen the right consultant to help me with my problem and subsequent surgery . There was nothing that I didn’t understand along the way as he took as much time as was needed to put my mind at ease with everything that was ahead. On the day of the procedure Dr Gall had had an exceptionally busy day and I was the last on his list but he still spent a lot of time reflecting on the surgery even after a busy clinic. He explained the findings fully with no rush to get away despite it being 9pm by then. I cannot speak highly enough of Dr Gall and have already recommend him to anyone who asked as he is clearly the leading consultant for a reason.

My first consultation with Dr Chabok was in April 2025. He performed an angiography in May, and rather than putting a stent in at the time of the angiography, explained the two options that I had for further treatment. He was of the opinion that a bypass was a better long term solution for me and recommended the surgeon that did the procedure in June. My last follow up consultation was a few days ago. I found Dr Chabok to be very polite, patient, sympathetic and articulate. He answered all my questions in a clear understandable manner. I am fortunate that I have a cardiologist that I will always refer to, and recommend him whole heartedly. Pun intended.

From my initial enquiry about Refractive Lens Replacement surgery, through my surgery and aftercare I have had excellent care from Vision Scotland. Everything was clearly explained and the surgery has left me with the desired result, 20/20 vision with no glasses needed. The only (slight) negative difference here is a greater need for good light when reading at night or close work. The procedure was pain free and I have had no complications. I am looking forward to enjoying the results for (I hope) many years to come. Thank you to all staff involved with my care.

Mr Mettias and his assistant were very polite,, professional and listened to everything I had to say. After taking notes of my symptoms and then asking about my diet and personal habits , smoking and drinking etc, he then proceeded to examine me.. After examination he was happy that there were no signs of any health issues and I should not be concerned. I was then advised what I can do to alleviate the symptoms that occur. The visit today was a pleasant one and both Mr Mettias and his assistant couldn't have been more helpful. 10/10 service, thank you.

I had the best taking blood experience at MUMS. Usually it takes about 4-5 goes of me being pricked with a needle and it’s usually quite uncomfortable but here the doctor really took his time trying to find my veins and kept checking in on my wellbeing. I was only pricked once and it was successful (and no bruising afterwards). I would highly recommend.
