From the moment I came across Dr. Kat’s website, I had an immediate gut feeling that she was the right doctor to guide us through our fertility journey, and I was not wrong. Under her care, I have completed two egg retrievals. During our second retrieval, we were incredibly grateful to have five blastocysts successfully created and frozen in total. Dr. Kat’s knowledge, precision, and thoughtful approach truly made a difference in our outcomes. She was also instrumental in uncovering an issue that could have easily gone unnoticed. Dr. Kat recommended further testing for my husband, which led to the discovery of a varicocele. She promptly referred us to a urologist, and following his procedure, our results improved significantly. Without her recommendation and thorough attention to every detail, we truly believe we would not be where we are today. Beyond her clinical expertise, Dr. Kat is exceptionally compassionate and supportive. She communicates promptly through the app, answers questions with clarity and care, and is present every step of the way. Her reassurance and dedication made an emotionally challenging process feel manageable and hopeful. We are so excited to continue forward and begin the next chapter of starting our family, and we look forward to updating this review when that day comes. Dr. Kat is truly a blessing, and we are endlessly grateful to have her as our fertility and IVF doctor. The doctor has been fantastic as always. Im fully satisfied with his consultation. The operation outside the consultation was the challenge for a patient. After the consultation I was instructed to go to the reception and wait. I was waiting in the reception from around 19:15. A few other patients there were all called and gone and I was alone in the reception area when the receptionist finally spotted on me around 19:50, asking me if I was waiting for a consultation. I reminded them that that I had already finished it and waiting for the next step. They found in the system that they needed to make an appointment for ultrasound and injection for me. On the ultrasound and injection date. The appointment was 11:00. I arrived at 10:45 as your hospital request to the patient and started waiting. At 10:55, staff told me that the entrance area of the ultrasound treatment room had an urgent repaired work in progress and asked me to wait for 15 mins. The staff came over again telling me that it would be pushed back to 11:30.. At 11:35, I was finally invited for the ultrasound. All the staff were friendly, very apologetic and sympathetic. I just wanted to share that there was room for the operational improvement. Thank you for your service.

I really enjoyed working with Mr. Nakade and am extremely grateful for his support and care. As a woman, I’ve often felt anxious about working with a male gynecologist, but Mr. Nakade was exceptionally polite and thoughtful. He put a great deal of effort into creating a calm, respectful, and comfortable environment, and I honestly never felt awkward for even a moment. I trusted him completely and felt genuinely taken care of throughout the entire process. He explains everything very clearly, is extremely careful and attentive, and the quality of care was outstanding. I also heard excellent feedback about the surgery itself and the follow-up afterwards. I especially appreciated that he uses modern tools such as an AI notetaking system, which allows notes to be available instantly and accurately. This made the process feel very transparent and well-organized. Overall, I can only say positive things about Mr. Nakade and would highly recommend him.

I was a more complex patient for Mr Munot than usual and I had a consultation with Mr Munot where I was advised that he can definitely do the surgery but we’re not sure how the results will look and we probably won’t be able to get much implants in as it was for bilateral breast augmentation. However, once we booked surgery and went ahead etc I came out of surgery being told we could put a lot more then expected in and we think it’s gone really well so I was incredibly happy and reassured. 2 weeks later during the follow up I’m incredibly happy with the results so far and so was Mr Munot and also surprised with no creases etc from the incision due to the complexity of myself. No where near over the recovery yet or healing but so far so good and any concerns I’ve had mr Munot has responded asap which is really reassuring.

He doesn’t over bear the patient with his knowledge and experience, neither does he lead with presuppositions of a patients treatment.Firstly asking the patient their symptoms and concerns BEFORE diagnosing and effortlessly melds his knowledge and expertise with the patient’s diagnosis. Such character is not gained as a result of medical training. Rather it is a character that has been chiselled over decades . He is a credit to his profession, a gift to the private sector and a real loss to the National Health Service.

I had a video consultation with Dr Kallis. In the previous months I had a abdominal ultrasound scan and a CT abdomen and pelvis dual phase scan which appeared to show conflicting results. Dr Kallis explained the purpose and limitations of such scans as the reason for such conflicts, which I found understandable and reassuring. He also outlined the appropriate tests to take to clarify any remaining issues. Dr Kallis was patient and clear in responding to any questions I had. The organisation of the video consultation was very efficiently handled by his Medical Secretary. I would certainly recommend Dr Kallis

The waiting has been difficult as communication has been poor. I have struggled to get a response from the office both via email and phone. I had a combined assessment and received my ADHD outcome 3 weeks ago. I am still waiting for my autism assessment outcome despite being told the clinical decision has been made. The staff I saw as part of my assessment were fantastic and the support team have been helpful (when I’ve been able to contact them). It’s just a shame that the poor communication has spoilt the overall experience. It would have been good to under the process flow at each stage.

I spent 3 days at the Royal Free PPU as an in-patient following major surgery and I have nothing but praise for the treatment I recieved from start to finish. My surgery was scheduled speedily, the operation went as well as hoped, and all of the PPU team members who took care of me - Consultants, Doctors, Nurses, Healthcare Assistants and Housekeeping - were professional but at the same time, kind and reassuring. I was really anxious about the surgery and for me, the care that I received as an in-patient, made the whole experience so much less stressful.

I waited longer than usual for my appointment but Mr Sharma was very apologetic. He examined and more importantly listened to me about my concerns. The follow up letter arrived promptly so action could be taken. He gave me a referral for an appointment to have steroid injection which I obtained within 24 hrs. Sadly the referral letter had a couple of mistakes but these were rectified very quickly. Very impressed with the process and we are all individuals so mistakes can happen.

I was pleasantly surprised about the efficiency of Newmedica Worcester. I had only used NHS services prior to my NHS Newmedica appointments for cataract removal on both eyes. I was seen very quickly after referral by Specsavers Malvern. Each appointment went flawlessly. I also had laser treatment in my right eye. All staff were friendly and professional and I am very grateful to be able to see clearly once more.
