I am currently undergoing treatment at Bourn Hall. At every single step the members of staff have exhibited amazing customer service. Every single nurse, receptionist, doctor, anaesthetist, embryologist, pharmacist and everyone there has been respectful, kind, gentle, reassuring, calm and knowledgeable. In particular, Nurse Dawn at Cambridge has gone above and beyond to support me as an autistic patient. She has patiently answered all my questions, made adjustments for my comfort, and reassured me over and over again. She even popped my teddy from my bag onto my bed for me when I was recovering from general anaesthetic which was so touching and thoughtful. I am also particularly thankful to the embryologist team who also have found ways to adhere to my special requests. I'm also thankful to the anaesthetist who held my hand as I fell asleep under general anaesthetic because I was so frightened. I cannot fault our experience at Bourn Hall.

My experience at the McIndoe centre was incredible. Throughout my surgery and stay the entire team were incredibly kind and caring. I was given plenty of reassurance prior to my surgery, everyone involved during my surgery was incredibly professional and the aftercare following my surgery was incredible. All of my nurses were incredibly kind and helpful and made the process so much easier. I had a great private room and bathroom, and the food was also great! Cannot recommend the McIndoe centre enough, they will be my first choice should I have any more procedures in future

Mr Abdelrahman was so kind and understanding of my condition from the get go. He was extremely clear in his diagnosis and what I would be having done with my operation. He was kind and caring in his manner and you can tell he really enjoys his job and helping people. The whole Team at Queens Burton Hospital have been so supportive and helpful with me, putting my mind at ease and it has been a smooth recovery process, I am healing well but know they will be there for me if I need them until my next appt in 6 months time.

So far, we've had an excellent experience - exactly as we were hoping for. From the moment I first made contact, Mollie has been extremely helpful and supportive and our son's assessment meeting with Kiran was great. His assessment report is very thorough and we all feel is a very accurate report on his difficulties thus far. Thank you - you have given us hope that there is al way forward, after an extremely frustrating and dispiriting few years since his previous NHS support fell apart.

My experience from the moment I walked in through the front door till I left was 1st class,I had a consultation with Dr Bryan Murphy who was very friendly,welcoming & professional just a true gentleman, he knew instantly what was wrong and treated me there and then saving me a return trip and another consultation fee,I’m very happy with the treatment I received.I also have to say the receptionist (sorry I didn’t get her name) was lovely the perfect person to welcome patients.

Dr Kapur was incredibly informative and really gave my daughter a full understanding of the products being prescribed, why they were being prescribed, how they worked, what to avoid and how she should manage her skin regime going forward. We left feeling far more educated on dermatology especially in relation to teenage hormonal skin. The products she advised were inexpensive and the routine she now has to follow far easier to manage. Thank you.

Vast majority of the people were super friendly and made my hospital stay very comfortable. Hospital was clean and everyone was extremely professional. I did get the feeling though that you get rushed a bit when it gets to recovery and need to get going post-surgery which is not ideal as sometimes you are just not feeling fit enough or ready to go home straight away, especially after general anaesthesia. Overall extremely positive experience.

The staff were all extremely friendly, approachable and knowledgeable, being happy to answer all my questions and put me at my ease. The procedure was quite uncomfortable at times but the staff were on hand to reassure me and to warn me when to anticipate some discomfort. Once the procedure had been completed, the discomfort totally dissipated and l haven't felt any pain at all since - none whatsoever!

Mr Pavier is excellent in his field. He has a lovely sense of humour which put me at ease. I saw him for a Morton’s Neuroma problem that was badly operated on by a previous surgeon. My foot is finally free from the MN pain due to Julian’s expertise in decompression. I really don’t know what I would done had I not found Julian. I can’t thank him enough for all his help and kindness.
