I had an incredibly positive experience at Delamere and I’m very grateful for my time there which has been transformative. The programme is extremely well structured and thoughtfully designed - a really well-rounded mix of therapy, group work, education and peer support. The staff are kind, dedicated and create a safe, supportive environment where real change feels possible. I want to give special thanks to Mark, my therapist, and Gary, my mentor. Their honesty and approach made a huge difference to my recovery. I felt seen, challenged in the right ways, and supported to build real clarity and confidence. I made meaningful progress and left feeling stronger, clearer and had regained hope for the future. The only area I feel could be improved is the level of psychiatric support. During my stay, patients were offered one 15-minute appointment with the psychiatrist, which felt brief especially for those with more complex mental health needs. I would have valued more collaboration and communication around medication decisions. Strengthening this aspect of care would make an already excellent programme even better. Overall, I’m extremely thankful for my time at Delamere and would definitely recommend the centre to others seeking recovery support.

I had a very positive experience at Spire Shawfair Park Hospital. From the moment I arrived, the reception staff were welcoming, efficient, and extremely helpful, making the check‑in process smooth and stress‑free. The hospital itself was immaculate throughout, with clean, modern facilities that created a reassuring and comfortable atmosphere. The layout of the building is thoughtful and spacious, with plenty of room in both the reception and waiting areas, ensuring a calm environment while waiting for my consultation. I never felt crowded or rushed. My consultation took place in a well‑equipped room with high‑quality medical facilities, which further added to my confidence in the care I was receiving. Overall, the combination of cleanliness, efficiency, professional staff, and excellent facilities made my visit exceptionally positive. I would not hesitate to recommend Spire Shawfair Park Hospital to others seeking high‑quality care.

Fitzrovia Suite

Overall, I had a good experience at the Fitzrovia Suite. The midwives were supportive, kind, and readily available, providing good care following my c section. I was particularly grateful for the overnight support. The team helped look after my baby, ensuring I was able to get much-needed sleep and rest, which was invaluable for my recovery. However, The handover process between midwives during shift changes could be better managed, as there were some gaps in communication between team members. Additionally, the catering was fairly average and quite rigid in terms of meal timings and available options, which could be more flexible.

Their approach is refreshing and helped me realize there are people who dont automatically prescribe drugs for mental health challenges. I saw Rani in person recently after several online consultations. She has always been empathetic and helpful in my drug tapering journey, and very good at suggesting professionals to help me further. The surgeon I chose to do my breast augmentation surgery on December 8th 2025 was friendly and professional in consultation. He was honest about my expectations and explained everything start to finish on how to get the results I want considering I was asymetrical and had no breast tissue. Surgery wasnt bad at all and I am more than happy with the results (7 weeks post op) I had no infection, no side effects of the surgery, everything went perfectly and I healed quickly. Dr Jagwant Singh will forever be remembered as long as i live for he has brought back dignity in my life by removing the ailments i have been struggling with for 5+ years. i am confident that this man is seen as a hero to everyone he has helped. i cannot thank him enough. his work, his attitude, his mannerisms inspire me to be a better person. he inspires me to encourage my future children to become like him, an orthopaedic surgeon.

This was an excellent experience from the moment that I entered the building. Reception and admin staff were efficient, helpful and friendly, both at the entrance level and then later at the consulting rooms. The premises were uncluttered and immaculate. Diagnostic equipment was first-class. The consultant was excellent, approachable and understanding and explaining everything clearly.

I have worn Lyric aids for many years but struggled to get them locally after my audiologist decided that it wasn't cost effective for them to offer the service. Very happy with my consultant and the nursing staff but (as I have previously said in feedback) that waiting area (on the first floor) at Parkside really needs improvement. The reception staff are unfriendly, talk noisily amongst themselves, the coffee machine was broken today, there are sirens (or alarms or phone rings?) going off regularly which is not good for anxious patients

My cataract surgery exceeded my expectations as I am able to see clearly long distance and close up without any need for glasses. I did not feel any pain during the surgery and my recovery has been pain free with just a little discomfort in my right eye which drops have eased.
