He was reassuring, kind, and took the time to explain the treatment fully. He was more than happy to meet with my family and partner to ensure they understood everything as well, which meant so much to us. Before surgery, his professionalism and calm approach gave me confidence during an overwhelming time. After the operation, his care continued to be exceptional. He visited me in the hospital, constantly reassuring me and making sure I felt supported. When I left the hospital and saw him again for follow-up, he explained every detail of my healing process. Before I could even ask my long list of questions, he had already answered them all—kindly and thoroughly. I cannot recommend Mr. Bille enough. For me, he was truly a life saver.

I had a lumbar microdiscectomy at St Anthony’s and the care I received was exceptional from start to finish. The staff were incredibly kind, patient and attentive throughout my stay. In the post-operation recovery area, the Irish nurse who looked after me was especially wonderful. I’m so sorry I can’t remember her name — I was still a bit loopy after the anaesthetic — but she was unbelievably kind, gentle and reassuring at a moment when I really needed it. On the ward, Rose was also fantastic. She checked on me regularly, made sure I was comfortable, and was so warm and supportive. Her kindness made the first night after surgery much easier. Overall, the team at St Anthony’s made what could have been a very stressful experience feel calm and safe. I’m really grateful for the care I received and would highly recommend the hospital.

Mr Raza has been incredible. From the first appointment he understood my pain, other symptoms and the impact it was all having on me as a person. He gave me several options and I ended up having excision of endometriosis surgery with him early October. To say Mr Raza and this surgery changed my life is an understatement. I have gone from needing a walking stick to walking greater distances than I have in years and my pain has greatly subsided. His team have been so supportive of me and my husband throughout this journey (Sukhy and Denia are amazing too). I have had some awful experiences with other gynaecologists and endometriosis specialists, but I will continue to recommend Mr Raza to everyone suffering with this awful disease. Thank you so much 😊

My scar has healed beautifully and was the nearest one I have had (and I’ve had a lot of surgeries). I am now pain free and living my best life! Emma spoke to me very clearly and understood the problems that I had had both with NHS and private audiologists very soon I felt that I was with someone rather special. She listened to the problems I had for 25 years which had not been fully resolved and wanted me to understand better what these were, giving me lucid explanations. The hearing test was not too long and the results confirmed what she had told me. Then she suggested a make of hearing aid and showed me what it looked like. I felt great relief that I had found an expert audiologist who could and would help me a lot. She was gentle and kind, charming and unhurried.

I first saw Dr Seth two years ago and recently returned in October/November 2025. He’s exceptional at what he does, and absolutely worth waiting for. As always, he took the time to explain everything properly and map out a sensible plan and next steps. What I really value is how comfortable he makes you feel—he’s generous with his knowledge and never rushed. He’s also incredibly considerate in the way he coordinates directly with my physio, which removes any risk of miscommunication on my side. Dr Ajai Seth is consistently outstanding, and I feel very well looked after under his care.

I was anxious about my first visit following some negative experiences with nhs gp appointments. But on meeting Dr Shori I was instantly very comfortable and felt heard. I had relevant tests quickly and efficiently. I did not feel rushed or dismissed at any point and came away feeling relieved that I had some answers to symptoms I had been struggling with for a long time. The practice was lovely, clean and overall a nice atmosphere. I found the admin staff very friendly and helpful in answering my questions, and the two people who assessed me were also very friendly and did their utmost to make me feel comfortable and reassure me. The report is clear and thorough - the only thing is that it took 3-4 weeks longer to arrive than the original estimated time and while I understand that the team is very busy I would have really appreciated a note to say that there would be a delay and roughly how long it might be.
