We travelled a long distance for a specialist blood test for my daughter, and I cannot express how grateful I am for the care we received here. Dr. Fiona Moore who looked after us was truly exceptional — so kind, patient, and deeply respectful with my child. She gave Madison all the time she needed to feel safe and ready, explained everything gently and clearly, and never applied any pressure. Her friendly, calm manner made an experience that could have been very stressful into something positive and manageable. The staff at the clinic were also wonderful — welcoming, understanding, and very supportive throughout our visit. Everyone treated us with kindness and professionalism, which made such a difference to our day. It’s rare to meet a doctor and team who combines such professional skill with genuine warmth and understanding, and we felt completely supported from beginning to end. We are so thankful for the way we were cared for, and would highly recommend this practice to anyone.

I have been a patient since 2022 and always receive the best care from Dr. Sarkeel and the team at Living Mind. I have been diagnosed with resistant depression disorder and generalised anxiety disorder and had a recent dip on my mental health and requested urgent treatment. Dr. Sarkeel immediately moved my appointment to accommodate my needs to ensure that I had the appropriate care. Not only by being caring and treatment me with the upmost respect, but also by being one of my biggest cheerleaders and celebrating every milestone that achieve. This makes a huge difference finding the right level of support. You need to feel in a safe environment where you can open up as well as feel empowered - that's what you will find at Living Mind. The right balance so you can recover, build your resilience and if something goes wrong you have the right non judgmental environment to keep going, as this a normal part of the journey. The London Digestive Centre is in a great location, just off Bond Street, making it easy to access. The facility itself provides a comfortable and welcoming setting for patients, and they clearly have access to some of the best doctors, which gives you a lot of confidence in the care you receive. However, the reception experience could have been better. Both receptionists were on the phone when we arrived, and neither came off to assist us or book us in. This was disappointing, as it created unnecessary confusion, especially when time is tight. Ideally, there should be one receptionist dedicated to answering calls and another available to help patients checking in. In the end, we had to go straight to our appointment to avoid being late, and the consultant's secretary kindly stepped in to check us in. While the clinical care was excellent, improving the reception process would really elevate the overall patient experience.

Thank you again for the kindness you have shown in helping someone like me. I am currently arranging my trip to Saudi Arabia next week on Wednesday, and I will return for graduation next summer. I would like to ask whether you recommend that I continue the medication. If so, my current prescription lasts month, I may need to request more, as I found that only the first medication I used is available in Saudi Arabia.

Couldn't fault the hospital at all. It is clean, and a very welcoming environment, but of course is absolutely down to the people that run it. Every single member of staff I came across - whether in my pre op assessment appointment, or during my surgical visit - was incredibly kind, patient, and so easy to get along with. I have had few good experiences when it comes to hospital visits, but the two times I've been at The Lister Hospital, I have spoken to and laughed with so many workers. My nurse Rasheed was an absolute gem, and was brilliant with my family when they came to the room after surgery. Whether it was the nurse that helped me to the loo, the people on reception, the physio - every single person I interacted with made it such a calm and positive experience, their kindness will stay with me so thank you very much

Just had my Post Op appointment with Mikey, where we spoke in depth about my surgical findings following my excision surgery for endometriosis. My entire experience with him and his team has been so incredible with informed consent, empathy, patience and outright skill. My journey has been a really difficult one, as is with many endometriosis patients, and yet not once was I ever triggered or anxious with any aspect of my medical journey with Mr Adamczyk. He's the only surgeon in the UK that I trusted with my case, and I'm so glad I was able to do this. My life is going to be so much better and easier to live, and that is down to him and his team

My surgeon was Shohista Saidkasimova and she was really wonderful. She put me at ease during the initial consultation, extremely interested in all my questions and explaining all items of the surgery in layman’s terms. During the operation she asked what kind of music I liked and supplied this in the background, not intrusively but loud enough to provide an excellent distraction. But what really impressed me was the way she interacted with me personally throughout the operation. I have nothing but praise for this lovely lady and would throughly recommend her.

Visit was in Luton and Dunstable hospital. I have arrived early for appointment and seen straight away by nurse on duty for first checks.( hight/weight). Then Doctors Gyampoh has seen me for a verbal consultation explained process regarding my concern regarding the condition and scan on the day. After that scan took place with another Doctor. After that Dr. Gyampoh thoroughly have explained my scan,outcome, options and process going forward. Great experience thank you very much. Keep up the good work and experience with patience.

Seeing my husbands, gashed and bruised face after a fall, when he lost balance, the lady there saw him immediately, help me persuade him to attend A and E, which he previously refused!! Took wonderful care of him, and gave us the most generous discount, because she felt he had been traumatised enough! We will certainly recommend your service. Also for people with less than perfect balance, it was so good to have a ground floor service. Thank you so much for such wonderful care, the lady there went above and beyond for us.

This was my first visit to the Woodlands Hospital Kettering.I have now seen Mr Shukla on three occasions and each time he has been extremely welcoming and professional .He is always on time and provides a clear and precise explanation on what is required and when. My only comment about the Woodlands is that parking, is extremely limited and needs to be looked at.No one likes to be put under pressure as no alternative parking seems to be available in the vicinity.
