Aside of his stunning wealth of surgical experience and highly skilled expertise, Krishna has an aura of complete kindness and compassion like no other. My chronic condition (over the last few years) had made me fearful and anxious but on meeting him, his exceptional experience coupled with his uncomplicated and considered approach to surgery (and the manner in which he equated it) enabled this massive weight of despair to finally lift from my shoulders.. I felt safe, secure, utterly relieved, and full of confidence. It set the pace for an efficient and seemless run up to self funded, elective surgery. Administratively seemless (huge thanks to Holly) clear information on portal, easy to understand, and regular personal contact over the phone. Everything is entirely transparent. Krishna also so very kindly reviewed my recent past investigations from elsewhere with his colleagues - he has always reached further, gone that step beyond and positively encouraged me to be in touch about anything. He is humble yet entirely inspirational and totally reassuring, which in turn inspired me to make the very best I could of myself ahead of surgery . I really felt that I didn’t want to let him down ! Post operatively and pre discharge, he also so very kindly gave me his mobile number …wow! I never thought I would have my Surgeon on speed dial … He’s just simply one of life’s amazing people … sheer brilliance in his profession and an exceptional human being. Because of all of this, and the way that Krishna has mastered and crafted all these skilful techniques during his professional career, this for me has been a total breeze. If I could finally say that my surgical experience has been sprinkled in star dust, it honestly has..there are not nearly enough yellow stars in this review to fill and I can thoroughly endorse and absolutely concur with all the wonderful reviews before me. .. In my wildest dreams, I could have neither expected nor hoped for anything better …my whole experience has been one of complete professionalism, excellence and huge positivity. Home in a day, my post op recovery has been uncomplicated and excellent. Im pain free and upwardly mobile ! And in touch with Krishna and The Lindo, of course. After months of severe symptoms from multiple fibroids, including anaemia, constant pain, prolonged bleeding, humiliating flooding episodes with the passing of blood clots; I was facing an 18-month NHS wait. I attended Optegra Eye hospital Manchester for cataract lens replacement on both eyes. Jack came to see me pre op to check that I was feeling ok about the procedure. All the pre op staff were excellent in making me feel less nervous. The operation was completely painless and Jack’s commentary throughout the procedure was extremely reassuring and helped me relax. After the operation I was given all the necessary eye drops with detailed instructions on how to use them. The overall results have been beyond expectations, even the day after the procedure I could see clearly without glasses.

Extremely happy with my experience at this clinic. Had a very painful tendinopathy which has now fully healed. I was given a detailed assessment, followed by targeted exercises with 1-1 PT, soft tissue massage and a course of shockwave therapy. I am not in pain any more and I keep doing the prescribed exercises to strengthen the muscle to avoid further issues.
