I would like to pass on my sincere thanks to Dr James Noake at Pure Sports Medicine for his ongoing efforts in diagnosing a long-standing misdiagnosed knee injury following several unsuccessful procedures. Dr Noake identified relevant pathology on imaging that, unfortunately, had been missed by several other private consultants elsewhere. He then carefully administered a diagnostic injection, taking considerable time to ensure pinpoint precision through a cyst and a very small joint space. Dr Noake is clearly a very busy and sought-after clinician, yet he ensured I received an extensive first face-to-face consultation, with ample time in clinic to explore the problem thoroughly using ultrasound. He also went above and beyond by reviewing both previous and updated MRI scans, speaking to me at short notice via Zoom call during the festive period in order to review images and discuss options. I found this attention to detail and direct liaison to be exceptional as more than once I have had to wait 6-weeks between appointments at other private clinics or hospitals. Dr Noake is clearly dedicated to his craft and approaches his work with diligence, precision, and honesty. From the first point of contact, he inspired confidence through his willingness to answer questions, think critically beyond the obvious, and work collaboratively to reach informed decisions. I would highly recommend Dr Noake to anyone seeking help with complex, long-standing, or less common knee or nerve-related injuries.

Mr David Bell

I had a herniated diskoptemy operation with Mr Bell. Alongside his assistant, Alex, I was treated with thorough professionalism at every step of the way. I was in extreme pain before seeing David, and they rapidly moved me through the various stages of the treatment process (ie consultation, then scan, then steroids and then full herniated disk operation), at pace. That meant that, at all times, I felt confident that my paid was being dealt with by professionals and as soon as possible. On a couple of occasions, I felt that Mr Bell accelerated my consultations and ultimately the operation, and he rearranged his own time on one occasion to make it work quickly for me. Alex (his assistant) was the person that efficiently made the appointments happen behind the scenes and they clearly make a good team. I have now visited a number of sports physios and one doctor, who have commented on both my pace of recovery and the neatness and recovery of the area & muscles around the operation area. I can only believe that my rapid recovery has been brought about by an efficient operating technique. I am now almost out of almost any pain or discomfort (7 weeks after the operation) and I am truly grateful for what has happened, as life was not pleasant beforehand.

Whilst time waiting to see Mr Khan was very quick , if I'd arrived any later I wouldn't have completed my check in and, I arrived more than the recommended 15 mins early more staff on reception required plus I don't think self checking in on tablets helps , whilst fine for me others clearly needed help.After seeing Mr Khan I needed follow up appointments for a scan and,blood/urine tests . Having waited at 1 reception for 15 minutes area to make an appointment for the tests to be brusquely told to go and make my scan appointment as it "Would save time" .When I'm 2 away from the desk don't think it was about saving my time.Then wait at the radiology department reception for another 15 minutes as only 1 person on reception, told they'll need to check with the radiologist and, would call me today as yet they haven't. Return to main outpatient reception to book tests and, amazingly I've now got 6 people in front of me ...finally get to the desk to be told can't do blood test as no one there to do them .Now had there been but because of time wasted there no longer was ? Not impressed by The Spire on this occasion, Mr Khan yes , but everything else no .

From the friendly welcome on reception on my first\every visit, through the countless appointments with orthodontics, prosthodontics, hygiene and x-ray, everyone and everything was spot on. The coordination and communication between the different departments through the course of my 17 months of treatment was super professional and the outcome is nothing sort of exceptional. Special shout out to Chris for getting my teeth in fantastic shape for the prosthodontics and to Photini for the wizardry she demonstrated with the rebuilding work. I was honestly lost for words when I seen my renovated smile for the first time. The staff were incredibly helpful, understanding and supportive. I explained my concern and was given an urgent appointment. Vanessa S is the perfect person for her role and puts people at ease immediately. She secured me a hearing test and a consultation appointment on the same day. She also helped me with some of the administrative elements of using my private healthcare as the process has changed since I last used it. Very helpful, friendly, professional and reassuring. I was greeted on arrival, immediately shown to the waiting area and taken straight through to my first appointment, even though I was a few minutes early. Cannot fault the service I received and the care and professionalism was consistent throughout.

I have received nothing but the upmost care from all staff. The parking is simple on arrival and great to have disabled spaces immediately outside for collection post op! I have always been called through to my appointments on time and at times even earlier if I've arrived early myself. The staff that have stood out to me and taken wonderful care are Louise, Ruby, Jessie in the surgery department and Sandy in the post care department. Everywhere is always clean, with a warm welcome from reception. It's a lovely touch to use the drinks machine in the waiting area, the hot chocolate is delicious. I cannot fault any of my treatment or care by the Mcindoe staff, its exceptional.

The Manor Hospital appeared clean, pleasant environment and staff were friendly. There is however one major issue - Car Parking. I nearly missed my appointment despite arriving 35 minutes prior. The car park does not appear adequate for the volume of patients and staff. A vehicle had been parked and blocked the car park, presumably because they thought were going to miss their appointment. This was resolved by creating a one way system which finally allowed me to, by luck, get a space. As an improvement it might be good if when booking, the booker tells the patient of possible alternative car parks in the area that they might have to use?

On arrival the receptionist was really friendly. I checked my details then went for to see the consultant Mr Sherif (not sure on spelling) he was efficient and professional and his nurse was really friendly. Then the mammogram with a really lovely technician. She was friendly and gentle and told me what she was doing each and every step. Then a short wait of about 10 minutes and off to the ultrasound which was carried out by friendly and professional staff. Then my final stop back to see the consultant “the Sherif” ! Where he delivered the good news followed by some advice. What a super friendly and efficient service! Can’t fault it Xx

We were given an appointment very fast with Professor du Toit. He answered our questions, gave us his expert opinion on how we should treat these symptoms and what our options are in this very worrying situation. We fell reassured by speaking to him. We’ve worked with Professor du Toit since 2019. We trust his opinion and judgment. We feel extremely fortunate to have him at our side in our son’s allergy journey.

Dont trust this doctor had Penis enlargement surgery with dr nenad on august i have lost almost 1 inch of erect lenght. I didnt get 1 inch soft guarented lenght plus lost almost 1 inch erect my surgery time was at 2pm i had the surgery at 7pm! And doctor nowhere to be seen. Its been 4 months now having erection problems i never had erection problem and still having pains. Doctor nenad is now telling me i can get my size back if i use traction device useless. If you really want to do it my advice is penis fillers. Dont let them damage your penis.

I would recommend Seni to anyone, and if like me you have gestational diabetes and are concerned about what this means for delivery options etc - you will be in safe hands with Seni.

I really couldn't be happier or more grateful for the care I received from Dr Boshnaq. From the first consultation, he explained the procedure (laproscopic cholecystectomy) clearly and had plenty of time and patience to answer any questions. The procedure itself went completely smoothly and Dr Boshnaq has a very calm bedside manner. So pleased that I was able to have treatment with him at the Spencer wing and would absolutely recommend him and the hospital to anyone needing similar procedures.

Mr Gowda has been very clear in his explanation of what the procedure entailed and the possible outcomes including level of pain possible although luckily I experienced only mild discomfort. His approach is friendly but extremely professional - an excellent bedside manner. He gave enough time for me to ask any questions I might have and was at all times reassuring. I felt confident about my treatment and that he was listening to me. Absolutely no complaints.
