After enduring increasing pain in my left knee over a period of 15+ months with associated sleep deprivation I consulted Mr Winston Kim, who, after investigation, confirmed that the issue was more than likely with my badly arthritic left hip, which could impact the knee with resultant pain. I consequently had a full left hip replacement carried out by Mr Kim at the beginning of August. The pre and post operative process was very well organised and the surgery was undertaken extremely professionally. Mr Kim was very empathetic and understanding, explaining what would happen during and after surgery. He rang my family as soon as I was in recovery to reassure them that all had gone well. I was encouraged to stand up out of bed in the evening following surgery and was discharged with very little pain after only two nights in hospital. Five months after surgery, with support from the physiotherapy team, I am now able to walk without any mobility aids. I am extremely grateful to Mr Kim for resolving my issue and for his reassurance and guidance during post operative reviews. I would highly recommend Mr Kim and his team.

My care at this clinic has been outstanding and I would recommend it to anyone needing expert psychiatric support for complex trauma. The service is psychiatry-led, with the consultant coordinating treatment plans and supervising input from psychology, occupational therapy, group therapy and trauma modalities including EMDR, DBT, CBT and embodied psychotherapy. This ensured that care was coherent rather than fragmented. I initially attended four in-person sessions per week and have now safely transitioned to monthly. The team have specialist expertise in workplace bullying, institutional power dynamics and identity-related trauma, which is unusual to find. The level of understanding and clinical leadership has made a meaningful difference to my recovery, and I could not recommend the service more highly.

She routinely uses a remote pharmacy, which means I can receive the medication I need even when I’m away from home. It all works smoothly and takes a lot of the stress out of managing ongoing treatment. With Maya, I genuinely feel I have the good old-fashioned family doctor experience: she knows my medical history, understands my background, and provides continuity of care that has been reassuring and invaluable over the years.

My wait time was excellent, I was seen ahead of my appointment time. The individual who picked me up to take me to the MRI was very friendly and kind. Unfortunately, that’s when things got somewhat awkward. The actual MRI attendant who was in charge of asking me the safety questions in advance found herself having a disagreement with a member of staff on another ward whilst with me. I understand that people are overworked and underpaid - resourcing has always been an issues (I have worked for the NHS), however, having an argument over who would tend to someone being seen after me is something that should not have happened infront of me. A joke was made of it when she hung up the phone but it was incredibly uncomfortable for me.

I had a knee replacement under the care of Mr Malek on 26 November This surgery has totally changed my life as before surgery I could not even wait bear on my knee & just over 7 weeks on I am walking without any walking aids at all & finally getting my life back. I cannot thank Mr Malek enough. I ended up paying private & although it cost me £15,000 it was worth every penny as I could not wait any longer for surgery under the nhs. After seeing several gynecologists, Mr Raza was at last the most reassuring and straight forward in explaining why having a robotic laparoscopic hysterectomy would be the best way forward for me. I am now 6 weeks post op and I am feeling great. I am continuing to be amazed by how small my scar is (2cm!). I would highly recommend Mr Raza to any women doubting whether to have the operation. Every person is different of course but he is so knowledgeable, kind and professional. His PA - Sukhy - has been extremely helpful, supportive and always at the end of the line if I had any question - even during the Christmas week. Thank you !

When undertaking base line assessment prior to the procedure, this was conducted in the reception area. During this taking place, 3 other people arrived and seated themselves in the reception area. We were unclear if they were members of the public, staff or other appointments. They were not introduced to us as observers for my treatment. The introduction didn't occur until Prof Zveorov arrived, then introductions were made and my family was made aware they were from other institutions to learn and observe. The support and treatment were excellent.

I can not praise MrRao highly enough. The second total hip replacement appears so far to have gone well. I felt very safe with him at all times and was informed what was most likely to happen and needed to be done. It sounded very complicated to me as a patient but Mr Rao has such an assuring and calming manner that I felt totally safe and had no doubt that this would be a success . I’m very happy to be pain free after a long time and would highly recommend him

Very pleased with Clarity who saw me very shortly after referral and operated on a week later. I was going to wait for the next operation on the NHS on the 4th February but when that was moved to sometime in April, I took the next available appt on January 20th for a private operation. Both private experiences have been a pleasure and very good.

My experience was very good but spoiled somewhat as the receptionist could not give me a date for the biopsy after I had my consultation with the Consultant. From what I could gather he did not have any slots open ! . That was on the 8th of January and I was told that someone would be in touch. It is now the 17th of January and I would like to know a date so that I can arrange as far as possible to be free then .
