I just wanted to take a moment to share how incredibly positive my entire experience was, especially considering I was entering the hospital for an operation. From start to finish, every single individual I encountered went above and beyond to provide exceptional care and service, which truly made a difference in how I felt throughout the entire process. I would like to specifically thank Mr. Streeter, the surgeon/consultant, for his professionalism and reassuring approach, as well as the anaesthetist and their assistant, who made me feel comfortable and safe and talked me through the options. The nurses in the operating theatre were absolutely wonderful, their calm and attentive manner helped me feel at ease during a rather nerve-wracking time. Equally, the nurses on the ward continued that same level of kindness and care, ensuring that I was well looked after throughout my recovery. I'd also like to extend my appreciation to the ladies delivering food—to help me keep my strength up. The porters and cleaners and reception staff were just as impressive, working behind the scenes to ensure everything ran smoothly and the hospital environment remained clean and welcoming. Thanks to each and every one of you, my entire hospital experience was far more pleasant than I could have ever expected. The professionalism, kindness, and teamwork made it a stress-free and truly positive experience. Please do pass on my heartfelt "Thank You" to the entire team!

Delamere has been a godsend to me. From the first moment I contact them to the final day of my stay, they were warm, professional and caring. Each and every member of staff, from the cleaning teams to the senior leaders has the best interests of guests at heart. Delamere is a caring and friendly community which focuses on the needs of the individual, but in such a way that the programme does not feel over-medicalised. The care and attention given from the nursing team is second to none and nothing is too much trouble. They explain everything to you in a way you can understand and always have time for questions or queries. The guest liaison team are approachable and helpful as well as supportive and kind. The quality of the group session is excellent and well-thought through to support you on you recovery journey. This is exemplified by the outstanding quality of therapy and mentoring I received throughout my time at Delemere. The chefs are excellent and proved a nutritious and balanced diet which is excellent quality. The team as re also friendly and welcoming. What was special about Delemere is the personal touch. Every member of staff knew your name and was happy to chat about any issues you might have at any time of day. I cannot thank the staff enough for the opportunity they have given me to get my life back on track. I wholeheartedly recommend Delemere for anyone needing their expertise and support.

I underwent ACL reconstruction with meniscus repairs under the care of Mr Mazin Ibrahim, and I am now around 9–10 weeks post-surgery. From my first consultation through to surgery and follow-up, I found Mr Ibrahim to be highly professional, knowledgeable, and reassuring. He explained my diagnosis and treatment options clearly, took the time to answer questions, and never made me feel rushed. The surgical plan was well explained, and the procedure itself went smoothly. Post-operatively, my knee has been stable, and my recovery has progressed as expected with no complications so far. Mr Ibrahim demonstrated strong expertise in knee surgery and a calm, confident manner that gave me trust in the process. I felt well supported throughout, and the communication between himself, the hospital team, and physiotherapy was excellent.

We had a really positive experience with Dr Zemenides while he was supporting my father. He was kind, attentive and exceptionally thorough, taking the time to listen carefully and ask all the right questions. His assessment was detailed and reassuring, and we never felt hurried. What stood out most was his ongoing support afterwards. He checked in regularly and made sure referrals were progressed quickly and appropriately, which made a huge difference and gave us real peace of mind. My father felt genuinely cared for throughout, and it was clear Dr Zemenides was focused on finding answers, not rushing through the process. We’re extremely grateful and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dr Zemenides to anyone seeking a private GP.

I had an acute pain in my right leg and had difficulty walking. Having had IDD treatment at Osteopath West before for sciatica I called and was given an appointment later that day. On arrival i was given a thorough examination and it was decided that I most likely had a pulled muscle as well as a nerve issue. I had some deep massage on my back and leg followed by an IDD session. The result today is that the pain is considerably better and i can now walk mush better than before. I am grateful for the prompt appointment and the service I received and would recommend Osteopath West to people in a similar position.

Everything went ok but if I had one criticism it would be I felt that the surgical area was very busy and needed more nurses . I was left in my room with no one coming in for quite a long time and although offered a coffee after the procedure I eventually had to ring my bell and a Dr came and brought me a coffee . Luckily I am not a nervous patient but if I had been there wasn’t enough contact with nursing staff . They’d appear and say they were going to do something and then disappear and not come back .

The ACE facility was very impressive with sleek and modern finishes, and sensitively designed for allergy with all shared areas wipable and allergen-free. As a mother of a young baby, it was also great to see the centre ideally set up for kids and babies with easy pram access everywhere and multiple baby change facilities. The centre also offered all allergy-related support services (blood tests, pharmacy, dermatology) under one roof, saving me from having to run around to get my child everything needed.

The experience overall was good once seen by clinical staff. Had to wait 15 minutes after planned appointment time, 30 minutes in total after being told to be there 15 minutes before appointment. I understand than clinically time may run over, but there was no communication which would have been useful. I wonder if specific reception staff for the vein clinic would be helpful. Waiting area would also benefit from coffee machine for relatives waiting.

My doctor was incredibly knowledgeable and insightful, but also very attentive and understanding. I feel very confident having her lead and oversee my treatment. You’re treated like a human being rather than just another patient.

A place of safety for me to be in the Nightingale after struggling on my own for several weeks drinking again. The kindness and gentle care your staff give us second to none. He was careful and cautious in his approach, fixing it over two separate operations, allowing time for healing to occur in between, which worked well. A very calm, reassuring and friendly atmosphere. The New Victoria also had the necessary scanning and blood testing facilities just a few steps away from the consultation rooms. The hospital is well served by the 57 bus route but also has facilities for dropping patients off and also limited parking.
