I would not go back to this dental practice again.. I was booked in to have an extraction by a surgeon who I have since found out only comes in on a Tuesday. I was not that impressed with her bedside manner or the Nurse.. I was extremely traumatised and told them I was nervous. The extraction took a really long time and was not an easy removal and was extremely uncomfortable. I was shaking like a leaf and afterwards,, I was basically dismissed and sent away without being offered any form of empathy. I’ve since had terrible problems and I’m in a lot of pain four days later. I rang the dentist this morning. who then informed me that the surgeon only comes in once a week and I needed to go back to my own dentist, which is quite a drive away. I’m not impressed at all and would definitely not return. Also, the Dental practice is obviously undergoing some sort of renovation. The waiting room was a blank white room with no window extremely uninviting, no music not good when you are an extremely nervous patient waiting to have a horrible procedure done .not a good experience for me I’m afraid.

Mr.Pagoti replaced two hips for me, in less than 7 months. I had been in a lot of pain for quite awhile, the waiting list in the south ( I'm from Tipperary)is just too long,so my doctor recommended Belfast. and from the first phone call I never looked back, on meeting Mr.Pagoti,,I was struck by his kindness ,and caring attitude.He explained everything to me in a simple way,he came to see me before surgery, and afterwards and also the following day,so a huge thank you to him and all his staff. Everyone who came into my room to look after me were just exceptional .I was so well looked after,it felt more like a hotel than a hospital, as for the food it was unbelievably good,so thank you to the kitchen staff. I would like to say to those people who are still on a waiting list and in pain, just pick up the phone and ring Kingsbridge..I'm seven weeks post op and for the first time in a long time I feel like mu own self, like I have my life back again so once again Mr.Pagoti and team thank you...

I am a very active 51 year old man and Mr Atkinson fixed my medial meniscus tear which had been obstructing movement in my leg. After 8 weeks I am back swimming, practicing Yoga 5 times a week (all poses including deep squats and child pose) and I also started kick boxing again. I will be training jiu jitsu again in a week's time. I also climbed the stairs at Highgate tube station this week - all 100 of them - without any pain or locking. I had a very good experience with Mr Atkinson. From initial to final consultation I was very happy with the care given to me. In fact my girlfriend who is also a doctor was very impressed by Mr Atkinson's knowledge on a variety of questions she asked. He was very accommodating of her as well allowing her to talk to him on the phone and with me in my final consultation. I want to thank Mr Atkinson for putting me forward for this care, without this I would be struggling with my physical activities and now I have a new lease of life. Thank you so much.

Received urgent call requesting blood test for tolerance to Dye. I Moved appointments for that afternoon to facilitate a flying visit. After arrival kept waiting for 35 minutes until I asked reception as was needed elsewhere and was told phlebotomist would be with me shortly. With Phlebotomist approx 3 minutes, total time 50 minutes and 50 miles traveled Then had to wait 9 days for scan which was only scheduled following chase-up from private GP. On presenting for CT Scan was told that they did not require blood test as procedure did not indicate use of dye. Most unimpressive communication and administration throughout

My appointment with Dr Andrew Kelly was absolutely brilliant, this was only my second visit with him and he was able to tell me that my ear infections in both ears was gone. I am absolutely delighted that after my first visit he was able to prescribe a medication that cured me after23 months. I am incredibly grateful to Dr Kelly as I was beginning to lose all hope that I was ever going to get rid of these horrible symptoms. I was extremely anxious on learning that I required surgery to repair a hernia. If I had known my surgeon Mr Alan James from the outset I would have been much less anxious. Alan James is a charming and calm surgeon who takes time to explain everything that’s happening every step of the way. I was. a day patient, and my procedure could not have gone any smoother, Three weeks later I am almost fully recovered! I cannot recommend Alan James highly enough, he is an absolute credit to his profession, who many at his level could learn from.

All the staff at the clinic were very professional and the facilities excellent. Mr Siva Kumar was extremely polite and took time to explain every step of the procedure plus post-operative care in detail. During the procedure he was precise and carefully explained what he was about to do to completely prepare me. Although I have not yet seen the full results due to the dressings still in place it has been a pain free experience so far. Thank you.

Was a little confused and concerned with all the last minute changes for surgery, then to be told and left waiting in a room for surgery to then say ur appointment was not the appointment time when u came in on our computer so they did change my appointment time! Other than that surgeon was fantastic brilliant and friendly After Care - as given a bag of meds and a latter and cards for the doctor with no sore dressings for wound area.

Would highly recommend Mr Sahu. He was thorough and took the time to explain my situation to me. Parking good, reception good, pharmacy good, everywhere very clean. All staff were friendly and efficient. They made sure that they had the right person for the right procedure, made sure I was hydrated and well, and checked that I would be looked after at home afterwards. I was very impressed. Also the sandwich afterwards was lovely.

I insisted and it transpires that the coil had embedded itself in the uterine cavity and he struggled to remove it, so worrying advice from him

Excellent explanations pre op. Regular visits in hospital and follow up after discharge. Amazingly pain free cabg. Any minor complications were promptly and competently dealt with. Cannot praise Mr Javangula enough and the recent visit on 19 Nov was the final discharge meeting.
