I had my first lidocaine infusion yesterday and honestly couldn’t have felt more looked after. Dr Chowdrey explained everything so clearly, the good, the risks, and what to expect, and really took the time to make sure I understood it all. I mentioned I have ADHD and he instantly adjusted his approach which made me feel comfortable and at ease. The nursing team were lovely, calm and attentive, especially considering my heart condition. Nothing felt rushed and I genuinely felt that my care and safety were the main focus throughout. After years of chronic pain from a car accident, it was such a relief to finally feel listened to and in safe hands. Thank you to Dr Chowdrey and the team for making what could have been a daunting experience feel so calm and reassuring. I don’t want to sound too positive though, as I’d quite like to be able to get back in to see him again! 😅

The entire process was incredibly efficient, and as a family of three, we were seen and fully processed within just 1.5 hours. This was especially appreciated as we have a 9-week-old baby, so getting home earlier than expected was a huge plus. The doctors and reception staff were all very friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. A special mention to the team for noticing we had accidentally booked an extra test—they issued a refund automatically without us even having to ask. How amazing is that? Highly recommended service!

There was no waiting time and all the Staff were extremely helpful and reassuring to help me stay calm prior to my operation.
