I was ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED that the misleading named "Disabled" toilet is still used as a storage centre. I have formally complained about this to the CEO after struggling on a number of occasions to assist my elderly disabled mother. It is too cramped to get a wheelchair and carer in there. Having moved items out into the corridor I then struggled to transfer her from her wheelchair. Naturally she was getting more & more anxious to get on the toilet, knowing that she was about to see a consultant. I suggested to the anxious person outside that he ask to use another toilet. This is a private hospital, built AFTER the Disability Discrimination Act. How did this even pass building regulations & considered acceptable? All the designer had to do was to go next door & copy the design of the disabled toilet in QEQM. We were under enough stress having to attend the hospital appointment.This just compounded the stress for my mother and me. PLEASE attend to this ongoing problem. Why is it taking so long? UTTER DISGRACE & INSULTING to all disabled people and their carers.

I attended the The Beverley Hospital & Clinic for Bilateral Mastopexy on 02/12/2025, performed by Andrew Pieri. I cannot describe the incredible level of care Mr Pieri, and indeed his entire team, put into their patients. This was my first experience of any kind of major surgery and I was quite nervous/ apprehensive, however all the staff made me feel so at ease! Pre-op in the room was magic (especially the personal thermostat to get the room like a kiln 😍). Mr Pieri came along with another member of the surgical team and was very attentive to my qualms and questions. Post-op the day improved further as the nurses are an absolute hoot! Helen kept me well stocked with cups of tea and all in all it was an excellent day out!😂 I am soooo looking forward to seeing how my surgery heals and have already recommended Mr Pieri and his team to all of my friends. Should I ever feel the inclination for further procedures in the future, I will not be going anywhere else. Thank you so much🥹❤️

I have been absolutely delighted with Mr Kumar's professionalism & care throughout the entire journey, from initial consultation, through the operation, to final consultation & pathology review. Mr Kumar explained fully what the procedure would or could involve beforehand, ensured he had an up to date MRI scan immediately before the operation, came to see me and reassure me before the operation and very soon after the operation too, was happy for me to stay overnight due to the effects of anaesthesia and saw me again before I left in the morning. I also saw him the week after the operation prior to having a drain removed and a month after the operation for final review & pathology review. I would like to sincerely thank Mr Kumar for his treatment & care, removing a gallbladder which has bothered me for most of my life, and making what could have been a worrying time into quite an enjoyable experience! After two years of extreme tendon pain in the left hip( following a couple of falls) and trying ultrasound steroid guided injections, six shock wave treatments, the pain is getting worse. Mr Stott identified/ diagnosed that I also have piriformis syndrome and recommended that I have one PRP injection. This I received yesterday, 3/12/25. I am hoping that this will reduce the pain and discomfort and enable me to fly to see my grandchildren in California before Christmas. I am on an NHS waiting list for possible surgery, if the pain and discomfort doesn't improve. Mr Stott will review my progress on 11/12/25

This was my first experience of private health care. All staff are welcoming the clinic is very clean. It was self service to Refreshments but that's not to clear. I think it would've been nicer to be offered a beverage when you check in. I found myself being forced into this option as the nhs weren't listening. I met with Dr. Howie (GP) I found it such a relief just to be heard. It has only taken 1 visit and 1 review appointment to help with my menopause issues. i have been suffering for many years and it has ovly taken 3 months to solve going private. Thank you!!

As per usual every part of my visit is very professional and all the communication is prompt and informative, it is good to receive a copy of the progress. My last visit was on Saturday 6th December and it was a review of the laser treatment on my left eye - I was delighted when the review confirmed that the pressure on my eye had fallen to normal - this was a 50% reduction. I only had to put one eye drop at night. This was very professional and I have a six monthly review in my diary for 2026. I would have no problems at all in recommending Cathedral Eye Clinic.

Dr Mikhail prescribed a dose of levothyroxine for my subclinical hypothyroidism which resulted in my subsequent repeated blood tests demonstrating hyperthirodism. I have also developed severe muscle pain. When I contacted Dr.Mikhail he told me to continue with the higher dose of levothyroxine in spite of the blood tests results saying that my muscle pain had nothing to do with the levothyroxine overdose.
