Ben has honestly been the best doctor I've ever had. He consistently went above and beyond to help me feel comfortable, assured and well informed each visit and in between visits. I came to Ben having struggled to get pregnant for 6 months. I was nervous and am a chronic overthinker with a thousand questions. From the first appointment, he puts me at ease with his warm demeanor, answering all questions with patience and thoroughly explaining answers with a mix of scientific literature and personal experience to ground his rational. He listens attentively and makes a stressful circumstance feel less intense by helping you build realistic plans that inspire hope. Ben leaves no stone unturned, doing a very thorough assessment of all possible causes of infertility but does so in a cost effective way to advise a cost effective approach. He impressed me when he caught an issue that was affecting my husband's and my fertility when he recommended a DNA fragmentation test of my husband's sperm. This wasn't caught by my husband's eurologist, but in the end it turned out to be the main issue. Ben recommended a treatment plan and we were able to proceed from there. Besides Ben's, expertise, his patient care is impeccable. He follows up appointments with a patient consultation letter within the same day and absolutely blew my mind when he offered his WhatsApp number inviting me to bring any questions I had to him between appointments. He meant it too as I did follow up a number of times and he responded usually within a day or two, which was helpful when I wasn't quite sure about the timings of a medication I had to start and needed a quick answer. Ben further impressed me by welcoming my husband to join a WhatsApp group I set up between us so that he could ask Ben some of his own fertility questions and hear the answers to mine which was very convenient. He even helped us when my husband has questions about a post fertility surgery symptom he had which was helpful between appointments with my husband's doctor. It all ended very well when I was just about to undergo a treatment when miraculously I became naturally pregnant. I showed Ben my results to get his and he was the first to congratulate me and we booked a blood test which confirmed it. A 7 week scan followed and we were overjoyed to see the baby was safe and doing well. This meant that I had to be discharged from Ben's care as his job was done. I was genuinely sad to have to find another doctor as I can't imagine finding a better experience. Huge thanks to you Ben for your great care. All the best!

I would not go back to this dental practice again.. I was booked in to have an extraction by a surgeon who I have since found out only comes in on a Tuesday. I was not that impressed with her bedside manner or the Nurse.. I was extremely traumatised and told them I was nervous. The extraction took a really long time and was not an easy removal and was extremely uncomfortable. I was shaking like a leaf and afterwards,, I was basically dismissed and sent away without being offered any form of empathy. I’ve since had terrible problems and I’m in a lot of pain four days later. I rang the dentist this morning. who then informed me that the surgeon only comes in once a week and I needed to go back to my own dentist, which is quite a drive away. I’m not impressed at all and would definitely not return. Also, the Dental practice is obviously undergoing some sort of renovation. The waiting room was a blank white room with no window extremely uninviting, no music not good when you are an extremely nervous patient waiting to have a horrible procedure done .not a good experience for me I’m afraid.

I decided to go to the Spire after such a Slow response from the NHS, I Chose Doctor Ramakrishnan after looking through the Specialist in the line of IBS. He was very self Explanatory, he explained everything in detail about My Condition which according to the NHS I have High Grade Non Hodgkin's Lymphoma. After 6 Sessions of Chemotherapy I feel as though my Body has been Wrecked. I Can't control my Bowels ,after having something to eat I have to go to the Toilet to move my Bowels. Hence that is why I went to the Spire, for some advice and Dr Ramakrishnan was very helpful. He asked for a Stool Sample, which nobody has asked for that in all the time I've been poorly. It came back that my Pancreas was Damaged and that is why I have lost so much Weight, he advised me to take a Tablet called CREON Which cost me just over £36 for a weeks Prescription. And thanks to Dr Ramakrishnan the Tablets are working and Helping me to control my Bowels.

I've given this a 4 star rating because only sheer perfection would get 5. I saw Mr BOSCO on the 3rd. March when he carefully explained my condition and options. He clearly knew wha he was talking about and made it all clear to me what he considered my only option was. My only major complaint is the time it took to do the procedure. I had been offered a date in May which I was unable to take due to being abroad. The next date was fixed for June, but was cancelled by the hospital at very short notice. I then had to wait till October for the operation. This was when I saw Dr. VOLPE who would bedding the operation. I saw Mr.BOSCO I think for the 2 to 3 days I was in the High Dependency ward and he was cheerful and told me how I was doing. Aside from this I have no recollection of seeing him again and was discharged on the 8th October. Overall I had limited dealings with Mr BOSCO, but was happy yo have him as surgeon.

The overall experience was excellent. As an NHS patient I felt I waited too long which affected my mental health and mobility, this wait has impacted on my recovery. I would have waited even longer if I hadn’t gone to my GP and asked for my operation to be escalated. The whole process took six months of physio initial NHS xray took a further 5 months to see the consultant then a further 4 and a half months for op. This has been a nightmare. I am however extremely appreciative of my operation and the treatment I have received during my stay at Hoarders. Also on the discharge sheet I was given a number to call for worries and questions once I got home this number was however not answered and my answer phone message was not called back.

I had an excellent experience at Nuffield Hospital Guildford. The hospital was very easy to find, and the reception team were welcoming and efficient. Check-in was quick, and within a few minutes I was seen by the doctor, which was impressive. The facilities were modern and spotless, with a comfortable waiting area and both hot and cold drinks available. The building itself feels contemporary and well maintained, creating a calm and professional environment. The staff were courteous, organised, and clearly experienced, which gave me confidence throughout my visit. Overall, a very smooth and professional experience from start to finish. I spent two nights in ICU where I was looked after by the most wonderful, caring and professional staff. Everyone I came into contact with was pleasant and happy to help me. Housekeeping was excellent and offered really good food at meal times to suit me. When I was moved to a private room it was lovely with everything for my comfort. Discharge was very efficient and plain sailing. All in all a really positive hospital experience

Parking good, reception good, pharmacy good, everywhere very clean. All staff were friendly and efficient. They made sure that they had the right person for the right procedure, made sure I was hydrated and well, and checked that I would be looked after at home afterwards. I was very impressed.
