I am a very active 51 year old man and Mr Atkinson fixed my medial meniscus tear which had been obstructing movement in my leg. After 8 weeks I am back swimming, practicing Yoga 5 times a week (all poses including deep squats and child pose) and I also started kick boxing again. I will be training jiu jitsu again in a week's time. I also climbed the stairs at Highgate tube station this week - all 100 of them - without any pain or locking. I had a very good experience with Mr Atkinson. From initial to final consultation I was very happy with the care given to me. In fact my girlfriend who is also a doctor was very impressed by Mr Atkinson's knowledge on a variety of questions she asked. He was very accommodating of her as well allowing her to talk to him on the phone and with me in my final consultation. I want to thank Mr Atkinson for putting me forward for this care, without this I would be struggling with my physical activities and now I have a new lease of life. Thank you so much.

I've only seen Dr Lobo once, so my experience is still limited, but he seemed very knowledgeable about my obscure problems. Time will tell whether his hypotheses are correct, but so far he seemed to have a very practical approach and a concrete plan moving forward. When it came to my appointment, he was timely and polite. The wait time for his appointment was very reasonable (2-3 weeks), and he produced the letter for my appointment very quickly (<24h). My only criticism is that the default pharmacy used by London Bridge Hospital clinicians is Pharmacierge, and it seems to be very expensive. The Low Dose Naltrexone I was prescribed was £239, but only £66 when shopping around. Dr Lobo kindly rerouted the prescription to another pharmacy, but I would suggest to at least inform the patients about certain costs and letting them know about more sensible options.

I visited the doctor for my child, who was experiencing muscle pain in his chest whenever he got tired during physical training. From the very beginning, the doctor was polite, friendly, and extremely professional. He explained each part of the diagnosis step by step and clearly outlined what he planned to do throughout the treatment. He carefully drilled down into every test to identify the root cause, which gave me a lot of confidence. He was very patient and thorough, making sure everything was clearly understood before moving forward. He also created a safe and comfortable space for parents to ask questions and answered every single question with great patience and clarity. Overall, he is a complete professional who provides confidence and hope. I am extremely satisfied with the exceptional care and support he provided for my child

I visited Mr Natt this week after experiencing tightness in my throat. He took the time to ask thorough questions to understand the issue and carried out a nasal endoscopy to investigate further. My experience overall was very good. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because the Receptionist in the Imaging Department (Basement) was off-hand, unhelpful and unfriendly. My only other complaint is that I was told that it is never possible to speak to anyone in accounts regarding invoicing, whether it is face to face or on the telephone. This is an unacceptable practice which upsets a lot of people. The thought of not being able to sort out any invoicing issues except by email is a worry to many, especially older people.
