Honestly, it was an amazing experience from start to finish. Everyone I spoke to was incredibly friendly and efficient, and the attention to detail really stood out. The clinic is thoughtfully designed to appeal to all ages — my 8 year old was quite apprehensive beforehand but ran straight in as soon as she spotted the Rubik’s cubes. The doctor was warm and approachable, and I was genuinely surprised to receive his report within just a few hours of the appointment. I’ve been to private clinics before, but nothing has compared to this level of care. Even being asked for feedback shows how much thought and consideration goes into Kidswell Health.

Abbi Clinic have been nothing short of incredible in supporting me with my recovery journey. Absolutely amazing surgeon. From consultation to surgery to post-op checkup. I was treated with dignity and kindness throughout my entire process. The personal interactions with the nursing team and Dr Hodgins have been brilliant, I felt like I was a person and not an object or a number. There was some miscommunication between River Medical and Fitzwilliam Clinic about the compression garment but soon cleared up and no issues whatsoever with any communication aside from that.

The admin side of things was a bit bad. Had the wrong shoulder down for surgery and even though said it would be changed still had the wrong shoulder listed on day of surgery. Unfortunately I am in the process of compiling an official complaint regarding the nurse I had on the day of my surgery, worst nurse I have ever had in my 52 years on Thai earth. Truly awful and needs to be removed from the ward.

This was an excellent experience from the moment that I entered the building. Reception and admin staff were efficient, helpful and friendly, both at the entrance level and then later at the consulting rooms. The premises were uncluttered and immaculate. Diagnostic equipment was first-class. The consultant was excellent, approachable and understanding and explaining everything clearly.

Overall, this was an extremely swift and positive experience from first consultation to post op. care. Mr Jain's approach, professionalism and time was much valued. Ongoing physio at the Spire is super. Still a long way to go to return to a fully functioning shoulder but that's my job! All involved have given me confidence in my ability to heal. Thank you.
