I’ve had previous imaging visits where I didn’t feel like I fully understood the results or the next steps. It was obvious that this was a clinician with deep expertise, but also someone who places real value on patient understanding and reassurance. After seriously injuring both ankles and a long recovery, it was a complete game changer when I started treatment with my physio Steph. She was friendly and professional and quickly put me at my ease. Steph was both flexible and methodical in her approach, measuring my progress, returning to exercises regularly, which I found helpful in maintaining my focus and my momentum. Steph was responsive and adjusted exercises where necessary but generally this was not needed as she pitched the pace and level of activity to be suitably challenging. Steph was goal orientated, encouraging and solution focused. It felt like I had a clear pathway to recovery and that Steph was really committed to my well-being and focused on helping me get the best outcomes. The centre have a range of treatments available including massage, podiatry and Pilates classes so that I could benefit from a holistic approach to my injuries. Steph has explained things well to me as we have gone along so that I have understood the rationale which I have really appreciated. I have been under Mr Orlans’ care for almost a year now and have undergone multiple complex surgeries due to an unfortunate recurring retinal detachment. My most recent surgery being the 19th of January for a left cataract, Vitrectomy and removal of silicone oil. Despite the worries and concerns I’ve had, especially given my young age, my mother and I have continuously felt reassured from my consultations with Mr Orlans that every decision made was in the best interests of my health. Although the appointment wasn't satisfactory for me because the doctor couldn't give me a second opinion on my back and neck pain since his specialty is lower extremities, he sent me for updated MRI exams so he could give me a responsible and accurate second opinion on my knee and ankle. I emailed the doctor and am waiting for him to reply with his diagnosis from the previous appointment so I can provide my employer with the information they need to continue helping me with the MRI costs and get positive results that will allow me to go to work without any health risks. Unfortunately, having burnt my fingers and subsequently acquired an infection, I rang the Centre at 10.00. am and asked for an urgent appointment to see a general practitioner. The receptionist offered me two appointments, one at 11.40 am and one at 1.00 pm. I took the earlier appointment and was seen within 10 minutes by Dr Porter. She was very efficient, warm and understanding. I was prescribed medication, which was supplied by the clinic's pharmacy and back in my office by midday. Excellent service, and I thoroughly recommend Centennial

Appointment on 31/01/2026- 1. Poor mobile network at the reception area, irrespective of mobile network provider. 2. Staff at reception does not know who visitors can log to use wi-fi. In my case I need wifi to access BUPA app to provide treatment authorisation code. I had to walk outside in the rain to be able to get network. 3. Staff at reception gave the wrong consultation room. 4. Waited past appointment time and when back to query. Told appointment at a different consultation room. Always had issues at reception

The staff at the hospital were all very friendly, helpful and efficient. They understood the importance of admission for surgery to the patient and were very supportive. All of the clinical and medical staff were first class, but the support staff were also excellent. The room was clean and comfortable and I was well looked after. The menu options were very good and the food was delicious. I have no hesitation in strongly recommending this excellent hospital.
