I had ACL reconstruction with Mr Riaz and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. He was super clear and reassuring from the start, explained everything in a way that made sense and didn’t rush anything. The surgery went really well and recovery has been smooth so far. The scars are really small and he used dissolvable stitches which made the whole process a lot easier. Follow ups have been great too, he’s approachable and happy to answer any questions. Feeling more confident on my knee every week. Definitely recommend him if you’re going through this kind of surgery.

Generally fine, the recovery floor post cesarean seemed very busy and understaffed. Felt like from all the money we all pay, they could afford to hire more staff. Once we waited 2 hours for water to be sent to the room. The room was cleaned only once during a 2 night/3 day stay, and the small room was full of finished trays despite us calling for clean up. I was given a change of hospital gown once. Every time I pressed the call button, it took forever for someone to show up.

Can't fault Mr Allen or physio, however I was disappointed with other issues. Wrong lunch, changed room the night after my operation received breakfast at 9.30 the following morning because no one told the kitchen I had been moved. I had to contact the nurse to tell her I was starving. Previous patient 's medication left in the room.
