Visit to dental hygienist was started with a thorough inspection then scaling and a quick polish. All done in half an hour. Friendly, efficient appointment- as usual
Had a standard check-up - very friendly staff and lovely experience, you feel in safe hands
I was in to have a filling replaced and it turned out my tooth was cracked. The dentist (Andrew) took a picture of it so he had a record to compare with in the future. He explained what he was doing and made a really good job of it. He explained how it might feel once the anaesthetic wore off. I was happy with how the procedure went.
I was accepted as an emergency and the diagnosis was explained carefully including an X-ray that was shown to me. I agreed to an extraction which was carried out immediately. Afterwards I was advised how I should look after the wound and supplied with an antibiotic.
Came here for a replacement root canal treatment (first treatment done many years ago at a different practice). It was easy to trust Grace and her assistant Lucy, who together did the many-staged procedure calmly and skillfully. I felt complete confidence in them both, which is a great way to be in the dentist's chair! Friendly helpful reception staff, and it is also calming to visit a practice that does not have commercial radio / music blaring out in the waiting area or in the practice room! Thanks everyone!

An excellent routine visit wth the hygienist. As always, Rachel was kind, efficient and very helpful with advice and support.
Attended my bi annual visit to both Dentist and Hygienist. Highly supportive visit, treated by both Andrew and Jen respectively. Their friendly professional approach was reassuring throughout the whole visit, positively confirming my decision to join this specific dental practice, several years ago now 🙂
