I highly recommend Miss Mez Aref-Adib. I’m 39 years old and had a 6 cm fibroid that caused heavy bleeding and severe pain. Dr. Aref-Adib performed my laparoscopic surgery and successfully removed all of the fibroids. She was extremely attentive to my condition after the surgery, followed up closely to make sure everything was going well, and was always available to answer any questions I had during recovery. Three months later, I feel so much better, and there is only a very faint mark left from the stitches on my abdomen. I highly recommend Dr. Aref-Adib—not only because she is highly skilled and professional, but also because she is genuinely kind, caring, and responsive.

Dr Battisti was excellent. He had taken the time to understand my clinical situation before our consultation. He was very professional and knowledgeable and he put me at ease during our discussion. He answered my questions and spent time listening to my concerns . I felt I was in safe hands . He explained my management plan thoroughly and I received his comprehensive consultation summery shortly afterwards. Dr Battisti consulted with colleagues quickly and updated me the next day . I would be happy to see Dr Battisti again and would recommend him to family or friends .

mr Yeoh was very clear in his assessment of my problem and I was happy he has agreed to try and help to alleviate my pain and lack of movement by performing surgery although I am not particularly happy about the possibility of having to wait for up to six months for this to happen as that would mean me having to live with the pain and restrictive movement I currently have for almost a year.I didn’t mention this to mr Yeoh during my consultation but because of that I would jump at the chance of being offered the chance of a cancellation if one became available

Whilst all staff were friendly and professional from the reception staff to the dentist. My appointment was 10 o'clock but I was not seen until 10:25 without any courteous apology or advise of the delay until I was in with the dentist. I appreciate that delays can happens with the treatment of the customers before me but a courteous apology and advice of the estimated wait would have been appreciated as my car was parked in a pay and display area.

Not a good experience as I imagined paying privately would give. Unable to get prescription due to Dr putting my name as prescriber ? Telephone answering machine usually and although tried to sort I was left without medication . Reacted to dressings again so not feeling good at moment 😩 Please remember conversation during the procedure makes it a lot more invasive. Hoping this time I will free from pain !

. It’s not clear where the private department is (or any other) as no reception desk at hospital entrance (only a security man on other duties). When in 2nd floor private area do not expect trappings of luxury or flashy equipment. You do get kindness, attentiveness and skill and efficiency. Came out with problem fixed. No cafe.

They also had me practice using crutches, including going up and down stairs, to make sure I was capable of getting around during the two weeks I was non-weight-bearing.
