Manon a ensuite pris la suite en tant que coordinatrice et tout s’est déroulé à merveille. Merci à elle pour sa disponibilité, la gestion des moments de stress et sa présence. Lors des réponses nécessaires pendant le week-end Laura a également été très réactive. De belles rencontres sur place de Manon et de l’équipe de reproclinic sans barrière de la langue et très réconfortante. Merci également au DR Xulve de DR Belen pour la ponction et transfert et à leur équipe surtout à la dame qui nous a également accueilli pour la préparation vraiment très adorable. I wish I started visiting Dr Lola earlier! She has extensive knowledge in the treatment of specialist issues like MCAS and the natural treatments and alternative testing have changed everything for me and my health after 10 years of struggling and NHS prescribed antibiotics and waiting times causing damage. Being looked at as a whole person is so comforting but also makes all the links to see what the causes of symptoms are instead of temporary and damaging solutions. Would highly recommend and well worth the price especially with a detailed report afterwards and the option to buy some of the supplements online without taking a cut like other practitioners. I’ve seen a naturopath before but also having a specialist doctor is a game changer and know you are taking exactly the right things and not wasting money.

When I arrived I went to reception who told I had been recorded in and I would be called shortly. It was 10 minutes prior to my appointment date as I had been able to park relatively quickly. After a while a different staff member came across as she had noticed I had been waiting a long time. I said I had an appointment for 14:00 and was waiting to be called. It was 14:30. She went and check and said I hadn't been signed in. The consultant was finished seeing patients but Dr khan agreed to see me as it wasn't my fault that I had missed my appointment. It was a brief meeting and he wasn't as engaged as in a previous meeting.

I’m a very nervous patient and the treatment I received from the dentist was horrible, made me feel really bad about my teeth and didn’t care about how I felt about not being able to eat if I had my teeth out that she wanted to remove ,then have a 3 month wait for dentures so in the meantime I’d not be able to eat, then wanted to deep clean one tooth when she knows it’s taken me 6 months to organise a deep clean as I’m extremely nervous. I had a quick chat with the clinician to discuss if I had any concerns or worries and then we started the skin check. I was out of the clinic within 20 mins. I received a letter from them within a week with the results. Can't fault the service.
