I never felt crowded or rushed. My consultation took place in a well‑equipped room with high‑quality medical facilities, which further added to my confidence in the care I was receiving. Overall, the combination of cleanliness, efficiency, professional staff, and excellent facilities made my visit exceptionally positive. I arrived circa 15min before my appointment time as requested and was greeted courteously by the reception staff before being lead to an examination room to undergo a basic check of my eyesight and health check/questionnaire. On retuning to the waiting area I was almost immediately greeted by Mr Bhargava. The consolation was just 5min after the appointment time, which is excellent. The consultation was thorough and very professional, Mr Bhargava has a very good manner and following questioning and examination explained all the parameters relevant to my condition. Mr Bhargava then went on to detail treatment and advice in a concise but detailed way covering all aspects very well. I left feeling that the visit was well worthwhile and that I had been treated well in all aspects of the consolation. I would have no hesitation in recommending Mr Bhargava to friends and colleagues.

I have been under Mr Orlans’ care for almost a year now and have undergone multiple complex surgeries due to an unfortunate recurring retinal detachment. My most recent surgery being the 19th of January for a left cataract, Vitrectomy and removal of silicone oil. Despite the worries and concerns I’ve had, especially given my young age, my mother and I have continuously felt reassured from my consultations with Mr Orlans that every decision made was in the best interests of my health. Even following surgery and knowing the possible potential risks, I left feeling/knowing that I was in the safest possible hands and every risk was worth that extra chance. This was a follow-up appointment with David Cumming for MRI results regarding my back pain. As with with my first appointment, he provided excellent assistance and advice. His feedback was detailed and clear and he answered any questions I and my son raised. He ran through treatment options, but without putting any pressure on me to make decisions there and then. Indeed, throughout my consultations, I always felt listened to, and never felt that we were being rushed through. Throughout, Mr Cumming was friendly and clear, patiently listening to my concerns and answering my questions; he was warm and welcoming - when my son dropped my crutch on the floor, this consultant surgeon did not hesitate to pick it up! I also want to praise his secretary, Emma, who has been most helpful.

10/10 experience. We had our 10 year old son assessed for ADHD. From the moment i called to enquire about the process and what are the steps involved to the actually assessment, everyone has been amazing. Steven in the front office walked me through the entire process, what to expect, costings etc. he was polite, kind and very professional. Dr Hollie Hearfield who did the assessment was lovely. She was so good with our son, she explained everything to us as to what the next steps are. I cannot recommend you enough to others who might be thinking of going private. Professor Akolekar has been absolutely Fantastic at every appointment all the way throughout our pregnancy. I was really struggling with anxiety in this pregnancy following recurrent miscarriages, and I have never felt more looked after, which has really helped me to be able to enjoy this pregnancy, knowing we have a fantastic consult looking after our baby. Appointments are always on time and very detailed, time is always made to answer any questions fully and I always leave feeling confident and reassured. The communication with Natalia is always great to book and arrange appointments. This clinic really go above and beyond and o couldn’t recommend them highly enough!

Mr Dwivedi performed my tonsillectomy. He has a very calm manner that inspired confidence from the outset, and was always courteous and professional, ensuring I had the opportunity to ask questions and was comfortable. The surgery was a difficult one and recovery has been hard but I was fully informed that this would be the case, as such there have been no surprises, and Mr Dwivedi has been checking in during the recovery period and adjusting my treatment as required. The other practitioners he works with are equally excellent, and his PA is responsive and thorough. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Mr Dwivedi as a surgeon.

I would recommend Mr Malek to anyone considering hip replacement surgery. He is very friendly, approachable and reassuring. I have a small scar ( about 6”) which is very neat and a lot less than other people I know who have had the same operation. I was advised to prepare (exercise) and follow up well (exercises) which I did and I think this helped my recovery. I hope I don’t need surgery again but if I did I would go back to Mr Malek.
