All seemed to be going well and at the close of my appointment the consultant asked me to have a blood test done outwith the Cathedral Also he advised that I should make an appointment for the operating procedure downstairs at reception. Circa end of April When I went to the desk I was advised that the member of staff was off that pm and I would receive a call tomorrow Next day I contacted my surgery about the blood sample and test. Late on my surgery called back to advise they were not willing to arrange the test as they were not treating me I received no call from Cathedrai that day The next day I waited to on and called Cathedral Spoke to Clare a few times and essence of conversation was that all was on hold as consultant on holiday and not available till 17th February Also no progress can be made with blood sample and rest even although I asked them to read my consultation notes !!! So I could comment more however this is the essence of a mot disappointing situation after my consultation

I went as an NHS referral for cataracts and they explained about the various options for both NHS and private. As I work full time and do a lot of computer work I decided to pay to have Rayone Galaxy toric lenses. I am so pleased with the result. After wearing glasses since early teens I am now glasses free! Mr Injarie and all the staff at the clinic were friendly and professional and made you feel at ease. Mr Injarie took time to explain everything and obviously is a brilliant surgeon. I can't thank them enough. I was so nervous about having eye surgery but from start to finish I felt in very safe hands. I would highly recommend.

The consultant was very reassuring throughout. The teams, medical and physio, came across as calm, competent and professional. The nurses and reception staff at the hospital were friendly, calm and professional not just to me, the patient, but to my wife as well. Recovery after the procedure was less daunting than I feared it would be, the pain experienced was less than I feared it might be, and the rehab process has been every bit as easy as I was told it might be. I had a two night inpatient stay recently after having fairly major surgery at The Woodthorpe Hospital. The individual and quality care I received from my Surgeon, Anaesthetist and Nursing staff made my experience a very positive one. The room was well equipped and the food was good, with every need catered for. Special thanks for making allowances and letting me stay until late in my room on day of discharge. I would definitely recommend this hospital for an overall positive experience.

I had some pain in one of my legs, believing it was my veins as I had previously had the other leg veins treated. David checked this for me and eased my mind telling me they were perfectly healthy veins, but told me they can still sometimes ache and recommended Horse Chestnut as a vitamin, of which I went straight to the health shop to buy and I can honestly say the few weeks I’ve taken it, it has made a difference to my leg, with hardly any pain now. So thank you very much David.

Upon looking into a vasectomy reversal we came across Mr Rees and his reviews were the best. We went to his London clinic for the procedure and everything was perfect. At the end I of the procedure he stated it was the worse vasectomy he has ever seen. He was only able to attach one side with the minimal amount to work with. Fast forward one year and we are pregnant and this is all thanks to his amazing work!
