The communication from Skylignt is poor. My final report stated I did not complete 2 of the questionnaires, which I did, as I saved copies of my answers in case technology failed. Nobody chased these missing questionnaires and the response time when I did contact the admin team was 15 working days each time. All of the timescales I was told from start to finish were very inaccurate. Some of these timescales are still on the website. From referral to acknowledgement I was informed 6-8 weeks and it was 9 weeks. From acknowledgement/forms to initial appointment I was informed 8-12 weeks and waited 16 weeks. From assessment to report I was told 8-10 weeks and it was 14 weeks. I have been told 9 months from October until medication titration, but I can’t trust that this timescale is accurate. The staff are very friendly and helpful and brilliant when you do have an interaction with them, but the volume of work must be beyond current capacity to provide such inaccurate information to patients who are seeking support/diagnosis for a condition that requires accuracy and creates a high level of anxiety.

My visit was my first consultation with regard my eyes having been identified with high pressure and identified the need for cataract surgery to protect the eyes. Mr Lee was professional and very reassuring with his careful assessment of my eyes including a general eye test, his own pressure test(using high quality instruments making it much easier for my eyes), making his own assessment of my optic nerves and macular degeneration. He then clarified the benefits of the cataract operations and also, in my case, the limitations . I found this very reassuring. Further measurements using further top quality instruments were taken to inform the needed procedures. The quality of his expertise and clear explanations, including responding to my questions and anxieties has given me peace of mind and confidence in going ahead as planned. We agreed dates that enabled me to still enjoy two planned holidays. So thank you for your care.

1. We were wrong footed by the entrance barrier, but luckily another patient was close to the entrance button. 2. Parking was tight - we had to park in the radiology section, but hoped that would be ok. 3. The surgery was wonderfully light and airy and spatially arranged in such a way that each patient could have space and privacy. 4. The staff i have spoken to on the phone were immensely welcoming and efficient, as were the ladies on the desk on arrival 5. The loos were wonderfully clean and airy. 6. Dr. Johnstone was most welcoming and sympathetic. I can't make the next step work, which is to review Dr. J. On only one visit, my experience was very positive. She was clearly listening to what i was saying, and made a very quick referral, for which I am very grateful.

Jess was incredibly friendly and welcoming from our very first visit, and it was a complete no-brainer to work with her for my pregnancy and delivery. It was so reassuring to have her number throughout the pregnancy - with this being our first baby I had a lot of anxieties, and Jess was so patient in responding and reassuring me with every worry and query I had. I felt very safe and comfortable with Jess during the birth and trusted her opinions and advice completely. Although my birth didn't quite go to plan (when do they ever!) I came away with such a positive experience of birth and most importantly, a gorgeous healthy baby girl. We hope to come back to Jess for our future babies and absolutely recommend her to everyone! From the moment I arrived at reception until I left at the end of my assessment I was treated really well. Reception staff were really friendly and respectful and explained the paperwork to be completed and assured me that the wait would not be too long. I was called within 5 minutes by the first nurse who carried out all the necessary basic checks explaining everything really clearly. She then sent me back to the waiting area until the doctors were ready to do the final assessment again I only waited about 5 minutes before I was called to the examination room. The doctor explained really clearly what all the tests were for and what would happen when the procedure was to be done. A very pleasant experience from start to finish

Met Dr Maciej Danilewicz a few months ago at his Leeds office. Within 1 hour I had answers what I’ve not had for 39 years. I would highly recommend his service. Wasted years going to doctors for help. What they don’t do at your Gp is send you for a psychiatric assessment. They throw tablets at you and send you on your way. For anyone struggling with mental health I think it’s very important before taking medication to have a full psychiatric evaluation. To make sure the medication your going to get is for your condition as you may have underlying issues not just depression like I had.

I had a great experience at Cyprus ivf hospital. Aman was our coordinator and she was immediately responding to all our worries and questions. It is a clean and well equipped clinic. The prices were fixed and no extra expenses were placed. They let you now about the price from the beginning and you now as the procedure goes on, when and how much you have to pay. Transfer of the embryos took place only when the doctor was sure everything was ready. No rushing. They followed the correct protocol for my case and were always there for us any day any time! Thank you all very much.

I was referred for treatment of prostate cancer and he provided detailed information of the techniques available for surgery and the outcomes he had achieved so I could make an informed decision. He saw me pre and post-operatively to assess and reassure me and the procedure went very smoothly. He even found time to ring my wife after the procedure to reassure her that it had gone well. On removal of my supra-pubic catheter I had no urinary incontinence which was an an amazing outcome and completely attributable to his novel technique and skill as a surgeon.

I had eye sight check, 14/1/2026 a cataract was found, referral to Clarity made.Same day call from Clarity appointment made for 26/1/2926. Appointment for surgery made for 05/02/2026. Attended and I wish to bring to your notice that I was firstly dealt with by Leon who was excellent. The operation went very smoothly. Sight the next morning was very slightly blurred. I was impressed at the service supplied by Clarity from beginning to end has been excellent and I would highly recommend Clarity.

He asked detailed questions about my experience with the condition. He showed me an example of what was involved in the operation, which was very reassuring, and explained the possible risks. I then had the microvascular decompression operation at the Harley Street Clinic. I was very impressed with Mr Barazi throughout the the whole experience.

Harley Mind Care

Extremely disappointed with Harley Mind Care. Terrible patient communication, no accountability for mistakes made, I had to chase up and argue regarding every appointment for my daughter. Assessment appointment was cut short and when I raised a complaint to my insurance company Harley Mind lied about this. I do not feel my child was given adequate opportunity to discuss her concerns that led us to seeking an assessment in the first place. I would not recommend this clinic.
