Everyone I spoke with and interacted with was invaluable and answered all my questions clearly and with as much information as I wanted. They recommended various pieces of advice tailored to any issues I was having, which contributed to my quick healing and recovery process. The anaesthetist, Paul Bailey, used for our surgery was really helpful and understanding before, during and after the surgery in advising me on the best way to manage the post-op pain. My day nurse Gary, and night nurse Debbie, were both really friendly and professional, constantly checking in to see if I needed anything or if they could help. Even down to the porters and food service, which was really nice and accommodating with food choices and timing as and when I needed. It just seemed everyone there was trying their best to help as much as possible to make everyone comfortable.

The thought of Cataract Surgery was for me a daunting prospect…so I undertook some research and this led me to John’s website which I found informative and reassuring. I was surprised to learn of the range of interocular lenses available which gave me cause to consider the outcome I wanted - in my case to be glasses free. I settled on the Rayner RayOne Galaxy IOL and confirmed this choice during my pre-op examination with John. The surgery (bilateral) was pain free with both eyes completed within an hour. The result was spectacular! … excellent close up vision for reading and distance vision significantly better than 20/20. All in all an extremely successful procedure with precisely the outcome I had sought. I have no hesitation in recommending John and the excellent team at Tetbury Hospital.

I have been to see Mr Lee on 3 occasions for surgery now. I could not have been happier with the process. Mr Lee is a very welcoming calm man. Needles to say I was very nervous walking into this situation after having a not great experience with the NHS for my first of 4 surgeries. I was worried about the time frame and how long I was going to be in pain for. Mr Lee assured me that all of my surgeries would be completed by Christmas. He completed all of my surgeries within a 2 months period and before Christmas. I could not be happier with the process and now have found a new lease of life pain free. Not only and amazing urologist/ surgeon but an all around excellent man. I am truly grateful for his work.

I saw my dentist and hygienist. My dentist, Mrs Patel, gave a very thorough examination for a 6 monthly check., which was easy and painless. . An ex ray followed , which was also painless. Mrs Patel is a highly experienced dentist, who works with precision and care, which gives me great confidence in whatever task she undertakes, on my teeth. Martyna is a highly skilled Hygienist, She is well prepared for my visits, having read the notes from Mrs Patel. They work together as an excellent team. The treatment is always efficient and painless. I’m always pleased to leave I with stunning and shining teeth. Professor Miranda made me feel at ease as soon as we met for the first time. He looked at the problem with my hand and explained that it was something called Dupuytrens Constriction and that it was possible to improve my hand shape by an operation. He explained in detail the procedure for an operation which I then agreed to. All went well a now 2 months after the operation and with the necessary physiotherapist, the finger that was bent is now straight and not giving me pain any more. I would recommend anyone to Professor Miranda for any surgery required on their hands. He was kind, understanding and had a sense of humour, my whole experience was made easy by his demeanour.

I had my just under 3 year old toddler meet Dr Devereux last week at the end of my tether, as I was not getting the answers from other health care avenues with regards to my daughter's gradual deteriorating health. Prof Quraishi is a fantastic doctor and technically gifted surgeon . I had a sacro-iliac joint injury many years ago which was fixed in Bristol . Suffered with pain for over 10 years and saw a vast number of specialists . It was only when I saw Prof Quraishi that I knew he could fix me . He did - placed bolts across my SIJ bypassing the previous metalwork. I have had an excellent outcome and he has changed my life !

I decided to visit IGP in Cardiff for a flu jab. Appointment was arranged very quickly by very friendly team member. I arrived today and was given of a warm welcome. My flu jab was administered by a highly experienced nurse called Helen who was very friendly and reassuring. I remained at the practice for 10 minutes to ensure I was okay and the then left the practice. All in All a five star experience!

I received shoulder surgery and was able to be discharged the same day. All of the nursing staff were friendly and informative, the physio treatment and advice was informative. All the staff I came across were very friendly. I especially enjoyed the roast dinner which was hot when served (a new experience). I would highly recommend Mr Khan and the London Independent hospital.

The staff at the hospital are absolutely brilliant. Communication was always clear and timely, and their care was very much centred around me as the patient and nothing was too much of an ask. The compassion and support especially from the ward nurses was brilliant, and the atmosphere and care was warm and friendly at all times.
