This was a follow-up appointment. It should have been after 2 weeks but because the practitioner works very part-time this wasn’t possible. She then said I should have been in sooner! Treatment not as successful as with past practitioners before we moved to this area (I had brought records to first appointment but she had suggested a different approach). Further treatment offered on the day of the follow-up but I felt the practitioner was getting very defensive and I was losing confidence, so I declined. When I was waiting to go in someone else was trying to book a follow-up appointment. When she couldn’t get one desk staff said it probably didn’t matter as most people don’t need it! This clinic suits me location wise but unfortunately this wasn’t a great experience so I won’t go back.

Mr Oakley was clear from the start as to what my knee replacement involved, not shying away from the pain I would be in. This was greatly appreciated as I’m not a one for people trying to gloss over of things. He was very kind and also had a sense of humour, together with being totally professional. He came to see me before and after the operation and again before I left hospital after my 2 day stay. I had an 6 week appointment after my op and Mr Oakley was as nice and helpful then as the first time I met him. All in all I have been extremely impressed with his care, also that of the lovely nurses and other staff at the Nuffield in Hereford.

Welcoming and helpful. Only one lift was working and the remaining one was noisy and slow but there was a notice advising of this. The coffee machine in wait area was out of order Reception staff were kind and helpful but sometimes difficult to understand accent. One set of chairs in a sub waiting area was under a shelf which meant I knocked my head. Appeared clean and efficient and was quiet on day of my visit. Preoperative bloods were done straight after consultation which is very good and in fact results appeared next day. That's good service. Overall allowing for things that happen a positive experience.

I was very pleased with my visit to The Forbury Clinic, and was really impressed with how clean and tidy it was, the receptionist was very pleasant and showed my wife and myself upstairs to the waiting area, it was very nice to meet Alexia, we both thought she was extremely pleasant and was very pleased with her examination of my issue, and look forward to my next meeting with her. It was also very nice to meet with Doctor Savage, a very nice gentleman, very courteous to the both of us ,was very patient and was again ,pleased with his time and advice, Thank you all very much. Had an immigration medical appointment for Australia. I was running late and had to reschedule my AM appointment. Sent an email as the call option was automated message but the email was promptly replied and I was rebooked for the next available PM appointment. It meant I had to wait longer but they were swift to accommodate me and the services from reception to chest X-ray and GP examination was brilliant. I was offered the Polio vaccine and a painless blood tests. Overall I recommend 100%.

I required emergency treatment to a broken tooth , From the initial call to the dental practice meet with a professional receptionist and an appointment made. The actual visit with dentist (Simon Robertson) was at is normal excellent standard by explaining what dental work was required to resolve the situation of which he completed explaining each task as he progressed with no drama or problems. The total experience was highly professional and would recommend this practice to anyone

I found Miss Lee to be extremely professional in every way with a lovely and friendly bedside manner. She explained everything very clearly and thoroughly checked my eyes to give me complete peace of mind. She was patient and didn’t rush me through anything, giving me the opportunity to ask about any concerns I had. I couldn’t recommend her highly enough. Her secretary, Joy, is also an absolute delight and a pleasure to deal with.

I only had to wait about 10 minutes and I was called in. I saw the nurse first and answered various questions and then a further 10 minutes I went into see the doctor I have seen before. She gave me a thorough examination which included a scan. I was given new drops and some eyelid cream. I left very satisfied with my examination and treatment I was given. Thank you.
