We’ve been seeing Dr. Amar at Happy Kids Dental in Hammersmith with both of our children, and he has been absolutely amazing every single time. He’s kind, professional, patient, and always knows how to make kids feel relaxed and safe — even when they were a bit scared at first! Unfortunately, both of our kids had a few cavities, but thanks to Dr. Amar’s gentle and caring approach, they got through all the treatments without fear or stress — and now they actually look forward to seeing the dentist! 🦷💛 A huge thank you to Dr. Amar for his incredible care and kindness. I have recently visited Mr Terrace following some symptoms in my lower abdomen that I needed to understand better and in particular to see whether they could be related to a hernia procedure that I had undertaken earlier in the year. Mr Terrace listened attentively to my prognosis which we then discussed before he physically examined me. Following the examination we discussed his findings which ruled out a re-occurrence of my hernia and also discussed what could be causing my symptoms and how this can be managed moving forward which gave me a great deal of reassurance. Mr Terrace was exactly as he had been on my previous meetings leaving me comfortable that I was receiving the best consultation available which was delivered in a professional and very friendly and engaging manner

Following my initial consultation I was offered a date for my surgery which was only two weeks ahead which completely surprised me as I expected a much longer wait I attended my surgery and was treated with courtesy and respect by all of the staff I encountered I was put at ease both before and during the procedure my surgeon My discharge nurse explained clearly what I needed to do with my medication and also how to keep my eye clean I received a phone call from a nurse the day after my surgery checking that everything was okay. I have nothing but positive things to say about the whole experience and would recommend Newmedica to all of my family and friends.

My experience of this appointment was genuinely five-star. The procedure I had was performed by Vicky with meticulous care. The clinic gives a luxurious atmosphere making you feel at ease the minute you walk through the door. The staff at VB health from the reception area to the practitioners are very friendly, warm professional and very knowledgeable. You are made to feel completely at ease and well informed about the treatment I was having. I cannot recommend VB Health highly enough this is definitely the only place to go for treatments. Dr Brincat was amazing explaining all related to my consultation, help me to get any test required the same day I visited in person and then the same week we had a follow up appointment where he explained the results and next steps. Not only very efficient time response, but also the kindness and professionalism explaining and making sure I understood what was happening.

I could wax lyrical about Professor John Axford. Before my recent visit, my GP’s had misdiagnosed/mishandled my condition. I was in pain. Not only does Professor Axford have a wonderfully kind way about him but his experience and knowledge meant that, after a brief examination and talking to me, he knew exactly what I was suffering from and how to treat it. He put my mind at ease, explained everything clearly and kindly, and I am already on the path to pain free fitness. I could not recommend him more highly.

Dr Nigel G Stephens

My recent visit with Dr. Stephens was most informative. A series of questions from Dr. Stephens allowed him to understand the reason for my visit. Dr Stephens then reviewed and analysed the data associated with my visit. This was followed by interpretation of the associated medical data and explained clearly in layman’s terms. Finally, a course of action for the future was outlined. All in all, it was a very thorough, thoughtful consultation, which was most welcome and reassuring. Thank you.

I had some balance testing done due to vertigo I’ve been experiencing and it was incredibly thorough. The audiologist who ran the test explained every test in detail to me so that I would know what was about to happen and what I had to do. She also answered all my questions about what was happening and what she was looking for as we went along. I don’t think it gets more thorough and detailed than this.

My named nurse Stacey was super. All of the nurses were very responsive and pleasant. Nothing was too much trouble. Veetu one of the care assistants was so kind to me helping me to shiwere sfter the op. The pirters were lovely. The foid was decent and well presented. Coffee was served on a tray with a doyley. Overall I felt like I had experienced proper care, not just another number in a queue.
