I was admitted to St.Peters hospital after complications arising from private gallbladder removal surgery. It was a very scary time. I had bile leaks, resulting in high blood markers, numerous scans, operations and drains. Mr Neville Menezes picked up my case through the NHS at St.Peters hospital during my first ERCP operation. He wasn’t the original surgeon performing this procedure, but I heard him come into the room.. my original surgeon was having difficulty inserting stents, due to swelling from my original gallbladder surgery.. I heard Mr M. Say he would get changed & help with the procedure.. absolutely professional to take time out of his NHS service to assist… Mr. M then performed a successful procedure to insert stents a few days later.. Last Friday Mr M. successfully removed my stents.. I am now on the road to move forward… I cannot thank Mr.Neville Menezes enough. In fact I owe my life to him. Mr M. Has followed my case all the way through, checking up on me, checking my appointments are made, and that I hadn’t got lost in the NHS system. Mr Menezes professionalism, experience and calm, reassuring manner is above and beyond. I was so happy to see his smiling face, at the darkest of times. My only regret… is that I didn’t go to Mr M for the original private gallbladder removal surgery… I am in no doubt, had Mr M performed the surgery, there would have been no complications. I call Mr Menezes, “Mr Top Notch” because he is, in every way. Thank you from my heart, for giving me my life back. X

I was seen by Dr Heggy and a lovely staff nurse Charlotte. Dr Heggy was fantastic he actually listened to me. He listened to exactly how I was and had been feeling. I'd been told by another Dr that there was nothing that could be done so I had to see someone for pain management. I'm in pain everyday and just wanted a resolution or at least pin point what could be wrong. Dr Heggy really made me feel heard and suggested other things before we gave up and just give me medication for my pain. Nurse Charlotte was fantastic. While Dr Heggy was looking things up and trying to find other options Charlotte spoke to me like an actual human. So thank you to Dr Heggy and nurse Charlotte for your time and patience with me. It's very much appreciated

Very Pleased with the clarity of my vision after wearing Glasses, I had the Galaxy lense fitted and I now have full contrast and colour definition. I had my procedure done at Freedom Chelmsford. The team there were absolutely brilliant,friendly, professional. The procedure was very quick and painless. I could see the improvement immediately . It took a few days for my eyes to adjust as my prescription was very strong and complicated, (lazy left eye.) Received urgent call requesting blood test for tolerance to Dye. I Moved appointments for that afternoon to facilitate a flying visit. After arrival kept waiting for 35 minutes until I asked reception as was needed elsewhere and was told phlebotomist would be with me shortly. With Phlebotomist approx 3 minutes, total time 50 minutes and 50 miles traveled Then had to wait 9 days for scan which was only scheduled following chase-up from private GP. On presenting for CT Scan was told that they did not require blood test as procedure did not indicate use of dye. Most unimpressive communication and administration throughout

My appointment with Dr Andrew Kelly was absolutely brilliant, this was only my second visit with him and he was able to tell me that my ear infections in both ears was gone. I am absolutely delighted that after my first visit he was able to prescribe a medication that cured me after23 months. I am incredibly grateful to Dr Kelly as I was beginning to lose all hope that I was ever going to get rid of these horrible symptoms. Very professional reception staff, clear concise information and made very welcome, which was reassuring. The colorectal consultant was professional, polite and was meticulous in his consultation, taking care to explore a comprehensive medical history and carrying out a thorough examination. He explained carefully how to prepare for endoscopy (OGD/colonoscopy) and prepared Literature and laxative into a takeaway pack. The administration staff member was polite and her instruction was clear and helpful. Excellent patient focused experience.

Staff were really lovely. Unfortunately don’t think the doctor had read my notes or referral before appointment he kept mentioning possible arthritis but my referral was because I had trapped nerves between my discs he mentioned swimming and Pilates I can tell you now there’s No way I can get on the floor and certainly couldn’t sit on any floor!!!!!the specialist who did the referral in wye sergers maybe he needs to read it AGAIN!!!

Came in for full health check. Appointment was on time. Staff very friendly. O was offered a hot drink before I sat down. Staff asked if I minded using AI technology to record my consultation. Process was explained to me. I asked if I could be tested for allergy. The Staff found out for me and, for extra charge, arranged for further bloods to be tested for allergy. Check was completed in good time.
