Zack treated my son for deep verrucas caused by swimming, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the care we received. The diagnosis and treatment were done in the same appointment, and everything was handled with so much care and professionalism. My son is 9 years old and was understandably nervous, but Zack was fantastic at keeping him calm, confident, and engaged throughout the treatment. He was reassuring, patient, and made the whole experience far less daunting. The treatment itself was quick and very well managed. We went back for a follow-up today and were given the all-clear, along with a top-up treatment to remove any remaining dead skin and ensure nothing was left behind. Zack explained everything clearly to both my son and me, which really empowered us and reassured us that this was the best course of action. Zack was excellent — funny, caring, and professional — exactly what you want, especially when treating a young child. I would highly recommend him without hesitation.

He acted quickly, arranging a procedure straight away, which led to a prompt diagnosis and clear treatment plan. When it became clear that the initial treatment was not effective and her circumstances changed, Professor Thompson continued to be incredibly supportive and proactive, adjusting her care and ensuring she moved onto an alternative treatment approach. Throughout the entire process, he remained attentive, approachable, and kept in touch, making sure we were fully informed at every stage. He has a calm, friendly manner and always puts our daughter at ease. We couldn’t recommend Professor Mike Thompson highly enough and are extremely grateful for his dedication and care.

I saw Mr Ho following some concerns I had with one of my eyes after cataract surgery carried out by a different surgeon. Mr Ho was very thorough in his approach and identified that I had some tears in my retina which needed repairing fairly urgently. He performed a vitrectomy (retina repair) the same day and following a few weeks recovery my eye is now fully healed. I can't recommend Mr Ho enough, his manner with patients is excellent, he fully informs you as to what he plans to do and why and his aftercare is excellent. I'm very glad I engaged him when I had a problem with my eye and wish I'd had him do the cataract surgery in the first place.

January 26 Hip replacement at kings Park Hospital. Mr Nicol was fantastic from start to finish and kept me informed the during the whole journey. Checked up 3 times after the op over the course of 24 hours. Put me at ease from the very start. Would highly recommend. I would also like to mention the Anaesthetist, Dr Andrew Dalton. Was very professional and calming form the moment I ment him and again put my mind at ease and answered all questions I had. Dr Dalton also checked up post operation with Mr Nicol together. Would highly recommend also. I couldn't have asked for a better team.

Had the most amazing time at Abbington House, was exactly what I needed. Was immediately made to feel welcome by staff and clients, everyone has been so warm, friendly and non - judgemental. Food was excellent and the chef Marion was amazing at catering for everyone’s individual needs. I’ve gotten so much out of the groups and one on one sessions. After 28 days I feel like I have been given an amazing framework to take with me on the outside and have met a community that will stay with me throughout the rest of my journey. I was asked to arrive approximately 1.5 hours before the procedure with a full bladder, the latter of which was not necessary. It was a very long and uncomfortable waiting time and I would have brought a book should someone have told me this in advance. This was no reflection on Mr Alhasso though, who was excellent.

I had a septic a septic finger. It was a Saturday morning. Pharmacy would not provide antibiotic cream without seeing a GP. No NHS GP available. Rang Deben healthcare and Dr able to see me within half an hour. Dr was very thorough and carried out a small procedure. Issued a prescription for antibiotic cream.
