The nursing staff both Charlie and Stefano were both professional, caring and diligent nurse. It was by far the best nursing experience on the ward that I have ever experienced at the Spire so Thank you to both of those individuals. The only feedback I would like to give purely for constructive purposes only is the Individual who deals with taking the sandwiches/snacks order on the Ward I was on the 08/05/26 under Dr Ravindran It’s not the first time I’ve met this individual and to be honest I’ve never had a particularly good experience I find them very sharp, short and just wants to take the order leave as quickly as possible. I have never been offered a full selection of what’s available it’s only when you ask questions that they offer extra items which I found very confusing and odd. I know catering is a very small thing and I am grateful for you offering me anything to be honest but it does not leave a good impression. I hear this individual talking to the nursing staff in the main ward totally different so I would urge them when they do speak to patients please treat them exactly the same and not be so sharp and quick to leave. It has taken me a long time to give this feedback because I’ve always tried to brush it off but I have always received consistently the same issue so please use this as a constructive learning point to improve patient experience. Lastly unsure why the Spire hospital would give crisps instead of salad like you use. Whilst the crisps were yummy Please could you consider reverting back to healthy salad option thank you. Please note other catering staff members on other wards at the Spire have been a good experience.

Following a miscarriage, I submit some tissue for testing which I thought was pregnancy tissue. When the clinic told me it wasn’t, I was worried that the miscarriage may be incomplete. I had already been through a rollercoaster of emotions from having this miscarriage, and then having to decide what to do next was a whole new set of emotions. We didn’t expect this so my husband was away so I didn’t have him to bounce off. The healthcare assistant I spoke to on the phone gave me the options and was so patient when I was trying to make a decision. I then went into the practice 10 mins after the phone call just to speak to someone. There was a lady I spoke to on reception who had initially called me and she remembered that she called me. She spoke to me in a private area and was so reassuring and empathetic. I had to go back later at 5.40pm for a scan, the same lady on reception was there and she made sure I didn’t have to explain my situation again. Then the sonographer who did my ultrasound was so kind. Everyone I interacted with on this day were so supportive and it helped me get through such a difficult day.

Mr Mazin Ibrahim

Orthopaedic Surgeon

Mr Ibrahim is the kindest doctor and person I have ever met. Coupled with his empathy he is an excellent surgeon. He understands the distress and anxieties of his patient's debility. My son sustained an injury to his right knee. He had surgery done in September 2025 under another surgeon. Up to Feb 2026 his knee was swollen warm with reduced range of movements. He walked with a limp. My son was flippantly dismissed by the surgical team at his review advising him that there was nothing else that they could do. My son was a good footballer and rugby player. The surgeons did not even consider his quality of life being only 17 years old. He was left to navigate life with a limp. I then saw Mr Ibrahim's review online and contacted him. My son had surgery done by Mr Ibrahim 14.04.2026. He is almost back to normal in 3 weeks. He has passed his driving test. His mobility is so much better. No visible limp is there. He is trying to cycle again. Thank you so much Mr Ibrahim. Words cannot express my gratitude. Only God can reward your kindness and true care. God bless you

Dr Gera is very personable and knowledgeable. He listened carefully to my concerns and responded with my individual circumstances in mind. His recommendations were always clear and supported by explanations. I am in fact a repeat customer having been referred to Dr Gera for another issue in the past; for my recent concern he was my easy first choice. On my previous referral, even after my care was transferred more locally to me, Dr Gera continued to check in with me to see I was receiving appropriate treatment and to answer fully and frankly the follow up questions I had. I really appreciated this level of support and kindness at a worrying and stressful time for me, and I found him a reassuring presence throughout. I am also grateful that I could ask ‘what if’ type questions to Dr Gera and get a proper response (the let’s cross that bridge when we come to it approach doesn’t work well for me as I prefer to be armed with the detail, and Dr Gera has always answered all my questions).

This was my first appointment at Bristol Menopause clinic. Everything from start to finish was wonderful. The way I was treated made me feel really valued. The reception staff were lovely, the doctor was incredibly knowledgeable and understood everything I was saying perfectly. She’s made some really good recommendations and explained every part of her thinking what to expect, any potential side-effects and the hopeful Benefits. The doctor also made me feel that things I’ve been experiencing were perfectly normal and explained the medical issues behind it. I’m about to start HRT treatment, gel and tablet form and I’m really looking forward to hopefully seeing potential Benefits in the coming months. Thank you so much X.

I cannot recommend Dr. Devaraj Srinivasamurthy highly enough. From start to finish, the level of care, skill, and professionalism was exceptional. I underwent first rib and cervical rib resection with scalenectomy, and the results have honestly been life-changing. My recovery has been incredible — I was back to work just 1 week post-op, which speaks volumes about the precision and expertise involved in my surgery. Every step of the process was handled with confidence, compassion, and genuine care, and I always felt I was in the best possible hands. A true 10/10 surgeon. I’m beyond grateful for the outcome and for the difference he has made to my quality of life.

The staff were friendly, professional and attentive throughout my visit. The wait between preparation and the procedure was slightly longer than I had expected, but still reasonable and well managed. Initially, I was left with the impression that I would be having a general anaesthetic, though this was later clarified and it turned out not to be necessary. Once explained, the process was clear and the procedure was handled very well overall.
