My experience with CP&R…. has been fantastic…. everyone involved has been so very helpful…Becky….. Angela… Tom…. and my trainer Paddy….. (Patrick)…. he has been beyond amazing… from the start…. nothing but encouraging… always supportive…. I have had quite a few bumps along the way and he has always been so kind…. I feel so much stronger… and more confident…Paddy has a wonderful attitude…. full of kindness and nothing but encouragement…. he works you hard but understands one’s limitations… I cannot praise him highly enough…. and I shall never forget this experience…. he has become a lifelong friend…. and I wish him all the luck in the world going forwards…. I reckon CP&R are very lucky to have him!…. I would also like to say a thank you to you all but to Tom who stepped in a few times and was also so encouraging… and I always loved his texts of support…. Thank you!… Becky and Angela .. thank you too for all your support… although it’s been a much longer journey than I had realised…. out of hard times…… has come a lot of good …meeting you all!…. so a huge never ending thank you….

Una is the best dentist you can find in London. She builds a truly personal relationship with her patients because she genuinely cares. From the moment you walk in, you feel safe in her hands. She is incredibly gentle and patient, and if you have any dental anxiety, she makes it completely disappear. She is also my 6-year-old son’s dentist, and she is the only one who has ever managed to get him comfortably into the dental chair with his mouth open. She is absolutely wonderful with children. Una is highly educated, very experienced, and trained to the latest standards. Her new practice is beautifully equipped with brand-new, state-of-the-art technology, located right in the heart of the city. I couldn’t recommend her more highly. Jasmine P

Mr Ben Yates is in my opinion an excellent podiatric surgeon who gives a very good clinical opinion. I was unhappy that Mr Yates charged me for a “new patient” appointment when this was in fact a follow up appointment lasting about 12 minutes following previous surgery by Mr Yates. Furthermore, I did not receive a clinic letter from Mr Yates until I chased it up more than 2 weeks after my appointment. I received no apology for the delay in sending the letter. Mr Yate’s clinical letter did not contain all the information promised at the consultation and I was obliged to chase this information again. I emailed Mr Ben Yates to raise my concerns but I did not receive a reply from him.

I traveled from a different country to be under the care of Dr Keith Duncan and this was the best decision my husband and I made. From the very day go, Dr Duncan’s professional skills managed my pregnancy journey so well. Having had a traumatic past experience, I must say that Dr Duncan is filled with compassion and empathy. Not only is he an excellent Dr, he is an amazing human being. I would travel from miles and miles away to seek this kind of medical treatment in the future again. Thank you Dr Duncan.

The staff at Cathedral Clinic were very professional and tried to make me comfortable. However the actual procedure was not an enjoyable experience. having anaesthetic injected into my eye was very traumatic and having gone through the procedure before and it not 100% and having to return for Laser. I so hope that my left eye will not have the same result. Overall I would recommend the clinic and staff to anyone who has to have the procedure done. Bernadette M.

All of the staff are so friendly, this whole experience has been made so much more positive because of them. The facilities are wonderful, it feels more like a hotel lounge than a waiting area. The refreshments and activities are thoughtful for not just the patients but also to those who may be attending with them. The procedure was so quick from the start to finish. Very pleasant staff. The good thing is I wasn't waiting too long so I was straight in & out within an hour & a half. Dr. O'Donnell is very efficient & brilliant at what he does. He is a very nice person very down to earth. Highly recommend him if you're thinking about going to get any type of bein treatment at all. Nothing was awkward at all & I was made to feel very comfortable.

Waited about 20min for my appointment with consultant Then during my meeting with him He took a non urgent phone call my appointment that lasted approximately 10-15 mins He discharged me despite me saying I am getting lots of pain that disrupts my sleep and painkillers don’t help! I would have liked to have been referred to physio. But I was not offered it or anything except lift your arm forwards!

I was able to book it in very soon after my initial consultation and scans and he explained everything clearly. The procedure went well without any complications and Mr Komath put me at ease – he was very reassuring and clear with follow up instructions. I’d definitely recommend.

Excellent consult. Unfriendly reception. Not particularly clean. The worst part the hospital didn’t order my medication. Said to my consultant we can get it tomorrow. He was down from Scotland. Only for the day. I was travelling to London. So he went and got it from another hospital. Next time I see him we won’t be coming there!

Recalled with M3 mammogramm result. Had ultrasound then biopsy. The radiologist worried me as he said he hadn't seen a shape like mine on the screen post the biopsy he did the ultrasound again and this time said it could be fibrosis tissue. I'm now waiting on the biopsy result which is causing me anxiety.
