I cannot speak highly enough of Dr Kasia. From the very first interaction, she was exceptionally kind, considerate, and empathetic. She spent nearly an hour with me on a call, which in itself was remarkable, especially compared with many private consultations where time can feel extremely limited. I never once felt rushed. What stood out most was the depth of her preparation and attention to detail. She had clearly reviewed my entire medical history thoroughly and in far more depth than any clinician I have seen previously. Her knowledge of oncology is outstanding, but what really impressed me was her ability to integrate this with a broader understanding of complex medical issues and explain everything clearly and logically. Her manner and tone were incredibly reassuring, and she demonstrated genuine sympathy and care throughout. She ensured no detail was overlooked and went above and beyond in liaising with other departments and specialists to make sure every aspect of my case was considered properly. For the first time in a long time, I felt that someone was truly in control of my care. She explained not only the current situation but also the possible future pathways, likelihoods, and risks in a way that finally made sense. Until this consultation, I had felt very much in the dark and extremely anxious due to conflicting or unclear information from other providers. After speaking with Dr Kasia, I felt informed, empowered, and significantly less anxious. I now feel completely reassured that I am in the best possible hands and that my care is being managed thoroughly and thoughtfully. I was also extremely impressed with her secretary, who is wonderfully responsive, accurate, and friendly. Queries were answered incredibly quickly, and I was able to speak to Dr Kasia on the very same day I raised the request, which was quite extraordinary. This has been, without question, the best medical experience I have ever had. I feel confident, supported, and optimistic moving forward, knowing I am under the care of such an outstanding doctor and team.

I had a bilateral cataract operation, performed by Mr. Deshmukh. The whole experience exceeded my expectations. The technicians who did all the assessment checks (separate and earlier appointment) were excellent. At this appointment I met Mr Deshmukh who put me at ease and we discussed the best replacement lenses to suit my needs. For me the premium lenses were the right choice. On the day of the operation the hospital staff were brilliant - professional and good humoured. The operation was completely painless and took much less time than I had anticipated. The immediate aftercare was been superb and the nurse talked me through what I had to do and just as importantly avoid doing. I was given some eye drops to use for the next 4 weeks. You quickly become expert at using them. Following the operation my eyesight was as good as I can remember it ever being. I then returned for a follow up consultation with Mr Deshmukh who confirmed that my recovery was going very well and my vision is better than 20/20. I have worn spectacles since my early teens and this is an incredible outcome. I can now proceed with my training to become a driving instructor.

Dr Owen Weeks was fantastic — very kind, reassuring, and took the time to listen properly. He explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made me feel genuinely comfortable and cared for. It was such a refreshing experience compared to feeling rushed elsewhere. Overall, it was a great doctor’s appointment and well worth going private. I left feeling reassured and confident, and I would highly recommend this service to anyone considering it. My care at this clinic has been outstanding and I would recommend it to anyone needing expert psychiatric support for complex trauma. The service is psychiatry-led, with the consultant coordinating treatment plans and supervising input from psychology, occupational therapy, group therapy and trauma modalities including EMDR, DBT, CBT and embodied psychotherapy. This ensured that care was coherent rather than fragmented. I initially attended four in-person sessions per week and have now safely transitioned to monthly. The team have specialist expertise in workplace bullying, institutional power dynamics and identity-related trauma, which is unusual to find. The level of understanding and clinical leadership has made a meaningful difference to my recovery, and I could not recommend the service more highly.

She has a great bedside manner, there is no judgement and she is, very knowledgable and understanding. Personably speaking, I would now always consult her on my journey through peri-menopause and beyond. She is well worth the cost for such excellent one to one care. I also see her for weight loss and again, for anyone contemplating medical assisted weight loss, I would always recommend going through someone like Dr Cowie. The assistance she provides with her vast knowledge on the subject is invaluable. I’m so grateful to have met her. and I recommend her to everyone I know going through any women’s health issues.

I visited twice due to a stiffness in my neck. Rey was exceptionally friendly from the start and I felt I was listened to and he understood the issues I had been experiencing. I was very happy with the treatment feeling a notable difference minutes after the first session. They really do give good customer service and will not try to add extra, unnecessary sessions to get more money - my treatment lasted two sessions, and I was told to listen to my body and get back in contact if and when I need to. I will definitely be going back, even if it’s just for a quick readjustment.

It is a very comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. Each patient (and accompanying person) seemed to have a good interaction with the staff. There was a good discussion with Mr. Smith on the situation with respect to the eyes and possible treatments which may also need to be done elsewhere. He listened to my comments and questions and responded in a clear way. During the treatment care was taken to warn me of any possible pressure on the face, but Mr. Smith has a light touch so there was never any problem. All three treatments in 2025 were done very well.

My son needed to have two teeth extracted prior to being fitted with braces the following month. The dentist was extremely caring - especially as the procedure proved to be quite difficult due to the large roots of the teeth being pulled. It took an hour for the first tooth to finally come out - and the dentist recommended that a second appointment be made to minimise the amount of trauma caused extracting both teeth in one go. The appointment was made while the procedure was still ongoing - which was very efficient and was a relief for my son.

I initially came in with tennis elbow problem but the pain had spread to my back, shoulder, and down my right arm, which was also caused by my computer and mouse setup at work. The sessions included hands on treatment as well as exercises to do at home, and Tom was always clear and easy to communicate with. He managed to fix it in a few sessions and I am now pain free! My GP sent referral for RTN in January 2025. According to their announcement on the ADHD website, the waiting time was 8-9 weeks. Unfortunately, I was waiting couple of months. My assessment was done in October and on my outcome appointment, which was a year after, the 3rd doctor was involved a d decided to do one more assessment. Without prior arrangement or agreement. Poor customer service, dishonest administration.

Dr Dalia carried out my Breast cancer operation in 2023. During such a dark and scary time with diagnosis of cancer, she was very professional, kind supportive and assuring.
