I have recently just had my second child under the care of Dr Okaro. My dream was to have a VBAC, and he supported me entirely and did absolutely everything to ensure this was possible - and thanks to him it worked out. I couldn’t have done it without his unwavering support, patience, care and medical expertise. I suffered PPD after my first child and Okaro did everything in his power to make me feel calm and supported both throughout pregnancy, birth and postpartum. He truly goes above and beyond for his patients to ensure their mental and physical wellbeing. We will never, ever, be able to thank Dr Okaro enough for the family he has helped us create (and delivered!). His practice manager Justina is an incredible woman - professional, warm, kind and efficient. She will ensure your experience is totally seamless. The best medical team you will find! Cannot speak highly enough of Mr Buddhdev. Made us feel very comfortable was fantastic with our daughter and gave very clear, honest and helpful advice and explanations as to what his thoughts were regarding helping Iris both in the present and future. We were made to feel part of the process, as all of the explanations regarding the more technical aspects of Iris’ hips and other areas of potential concern were portrayed in a manner a layman could understand. At no point did we feel we were being talked down to which is both rare and very welcome! Overall an accurate assessment with good advice which was easy to understand provided by a very personable professional doctor… Would recommend all of our friends within the CP community in a heartbeat.

I have been receiving help from Dr Lafina Diamandis for my ongoing medical issues for some time now. Honestly, Dr Diamandis has been very caring and helpful. She's relentless in trying to find the solution and the right help for me, going over and beyond just to help me. Even if all other ideas fail, she always tries to find another way, not giving up on me. I travel miles to London to see Dr Lafina Diamandis because she is a breath of fresh air, and very worth of my time to see someone like her who is passionate about their job and cares about her patience. I couldn't thank her enough for her help and support. Words can't fully capture it; I'm forever grateful for Dr Lafina's help.

After having my twins full term three years ago, I spent a long time “getting by” and assuming that certain symptoms were simply my new normal. Jessica and Aisling worked together seamlessly. They listened, supported me, and developed a clear, structured plan tailored to my needs. Within just a few months, the improvements have been significant. Their professionalism and the quality of care I received have been exceptional. I am genuinely grateful for the difference their work has made to my day-to-day life and wellbeing. The toilets were yet again filthy. For the second time I complained. I appreciate that nothing will change, but I discussed not only with the nurse, but also with front desk that the hygiene level was very low indeed. In a private facility this is a disgrace. Further, I found that any details given on a prior visit had not updated onto the current registration form. While I came in after 6.30 pm, i have seen the awful queues for registration at earlier times. Your reception person was on his own and was also on his own on the prior visit, and the paperwork took far too long. You need more than one person on the front desk. Overall, the clinic is poor.

I recently had a virtual consultation with Dr Mahto in the wake of having a REMS scan. Dr Mahto was flexible (I had technical issues!), friendly, professional and informative. She explained the results to me in detail, outlined the consequences of the diagnosis and suggested a clear treatment plan. She wrote a helpful report which she sent to my GP within a few days, and also made an urgent referral on my behalf. Her PA, Hannah has responded to any email or telephone queries almost immediately. The overall care provided has been exceptional, and I cannot recommend her highly enough.

The cohort that I’ve had the pleasure of sharing my journey makes settling in and feeling welcome so much easier. There is no judgement here, from the moment you enter, the detox plan is in place, the accommodation is spacious, clean, modern and super comfortable. Nobody speaks or treats you like a patient, it’s a ‘family’ feeling where you trust the people around you to do everything they can to help you, and they do!

I can not recommend this clinic enough. My partner SA was one of the last steps of our fertility. When the results came in at first we were confused and full of anxiety (and went into a deep Google black pit) - the consultation with Suzanne gave us the biggest sigh of relief and reassurance we needed with a plan of action to help boost our chances. Don’t rely on the internet to amp your anxiety, book that consultation after your SA to speak to someone who is an expert and can give you the “medical hug” you need.

Oh my Davide was fantastic for our gender scan. We got to see way more than we anticipated, its little arms, legs, everything was explained to us, got to hear the heartbeat and have a usb to keep the memories. I highly recommend a private scan. We are planning to come back around 26 weeks and maybe again in the 30s as it can be quite some time between scans on NHS. Honestly highly recommend, friendly, open to questions and amazingly professional! Thank you!
