I was fortunate and privileged to be introduced to Ian Jenkins in Jan 2021 after a referral from colleagues at St Marks Hospital, North London. Having been diagnosed with rectal cancer in 2020 and undergone pre surgery radiotherapy and chemotherapy through the NHS, due to COVID backlogs with NHS procedures, we decided to go privately for future treatment and surgery - one of the best decisions I have ever made in my life. Through Ian's skill and professionalism over the last 5 yrs of many surgical and personal consultations and referrals, I am still cancer free and living a relatively normal life with my family in retirement - something I feared, in the early days post diagnosis, I was unlikely to have. Ian has not only, literally, saved my life but also given me a quality of life that I could never of dreamed of after my devastating cancer news back in 2020. I will always be eternally grateful to Ian and his team for his brilliance then and now as he continues to support me and my family with regard to my future health.

i can’t fault the friendliness and cleanliness of the building, as both were fine. However i’m personally disappointed in the follow up for my appointment, without going into too much personal detail, my issue involved changing mental health medication which needed close monitoring, i found it challenging having to email a generic email to discuss my private information with admin staff on a friday morning after my appointment , and was left all weekend without any feedback, i ended up getting a generic email on monday morning. this could have been detrimental to a vulnerable person changing a medication so flippantly and am quite disappointed that this GP didn’t take this into consideration and lacked holistic care. i had clarity not to change my medication on a whim on the advice of the gp as i felt the support wasn’t there. duality healthcare could be positive to a physical ailment but not in this case. i was actually going to join as a member but decided against this due to my experience with duality.

I recently completed a course of CBT sessions with Dr Sharon Pettit, focusing on managing my anxiety, worry, and rumination. When I first began, I struggled significantly with social interactions, often feeling socially awkward and fixating on past conversations. My mind would race with worries about things entirely beyond my control, pushing my anxiety levels to an all-time high. It felt like I was in a constant state of fight or flight, from the moment I woke up until I went to bed, leaving me completely drained. Now, almost six months later, I've gained valuable tools to help manage my thoughts and emotions. While I wouldn’t say I’m completely cured, I feel about 75% better and am now enjoying a much happier life. I've decided to take a break from CBT for the time being, but I'm committed to returning if I notice my anxiety levels rising again.

My most recent visit was a post-surgery appointment. The purpose was to assess my progress and to provide advice and , in my case, a lot of reassurance that I will make a full recovery. Everything went well. Mr. Ibrahim was very factual and reassuring. I left the appointment feeling less stressed, confident that I will return to my being very active. My overall experience under Mr.Ibrahim's care has been positively memorable. He is very professional, calm, friendly and knowledgable. His support team is excellent! Amira was my contact. She was friendly, professional and pretty much perfect. She moved heaven and earth to ensure everything was in place pre and post - surgery. Dealing with Mr. Ibrahim and Amira has been an absolute pleasure.

I recently visited Dr. Aslam to have a BCC removed from the tip of my nose. It included a consultation which was thorough and informative providing me with options and addressing every question and concern I had. Although the idea of surgery on the face was daunting Dr. Aslam and his team put me at ease. The procedure itself felt calm and relaxed and I was continuously reassured throughout. I am now 10 weeks post treatment and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Family and friends unable to tell that I have had any surgery. I have chronic pain (left elbow, right wrist, and lower back) due to sports injuries and less-than-ideal posture from long working hours in finance. I first met Simon at the Canary Wharf clinic in 2018, and he has since become my go-to physio. Not only does he provide effective pain relief, he also helps me understand the root causes so I can manage the pain myself. I highly recommend him to anyone who works long hours and also trains hard at the gym. Went to see him first week of Jan 2026 becasue my wrist was a bit flared up last month, and he's as good as usual!

Mr Nima Abbassi-Ghadi treated me with care and professionalism from my very first visit, he explained everything in detail and made me aware of all the pro's and con's of having my surgery. On the day of the surgery he made me feel completely at ease about the operation and what was going to happen. At my 6 week follow up appointment he again treated me with professionalism and explained everything in detail once again. He is a credit to the hospital and if I needed any treatment again in the future I would be more than happy to have him as my consultant.

The therapists and dietitians are very passionate about helping patients and clearly have a genuine desire to help people. The group therapy sessions and the structure of the day was very helpful in helping my recovery. When I first came I was a bit confused about a lot of things and maybe communication in terms of meals and rules etc could be better explained in a more compassionate manner. The other patients and staff are the most wonderful lovely people and I am so grateful to have met them.

I have nothing but good to say about Boz. From my earliest meeting with him as a consultant and then on to the stay and procedures at the Cleveland Clinic he was amazing. Always explained everything that was going on in a clear and concise way and in a very calm and efficient manner, we were very lucky to have him as our consultant and would recommend him to any family or colleagues who have similar issues - although obviously hoping that doesn't happen!

Lovely helpful doctor, didn't feel rushed, was listened too. Only reason no 5 star was hard to get through to reception and the inconvenience of being sent a letter for telephone appointment instead of agreed face to face appointment and not being able to get through to reception until the 11th hour to confirm and endure we had the correct appointment. Hospital was clean and looked well kept and staff were very friendly and attentive.

She identified me having a chest infection, and reduced power in my lungs . Collected prescription from chemist. At 82 , I think I would have ended up in hospital had it not seen this Doctor. Amazing service Now a day later feeling much better. 😎

I went to see Emma for help with scar tissue damage after a recent calf tear. We also looked at IBS help and sleeping and also regulating my body tempreture as I naturally run warm.
