He took the time to listen to my full history, understood the complexity of my symptoms, and explained everything in a way that was clear and easy to understand. He reviewed all my scans, tests, and previous investigations in detail and connected things that other doctors had overlooked. During my procedures (gastroscopy and colonoscopy), he was extremely professional, gentle, and thorough. His explanation of the results afterward was outstanding — he made sure I fully understood what was happening with my health, why I was feeling the way I do, and exactly what the next steps should be. What stood out the most was his honesty and clarity. He didn’t rush me into unnecessary treatments. Instead, he created a structured, sensible plan and reassured me at every stage. When an adrenal nodule was found, he immediately arranged the correct referral to ensure nothing was missed. He genuinely cares about his patients, and that makes all the difference. I feel safe in his hands, confident in his plan, and extremely grateful for his care. Highly recommended — a world-class doctor and a true professional.

I took my daughter for a blood test today with Dr. Nimah Bholah, and we had an outstanding experience. My daughter has had difficult and painful blood draws in the past, so she was quite nervous. But Dr. Bholah was incredibly reassuring, gentle, and patient throughout the whole process. To our surprise, my daughter felt no pain or discomfort at all, it was the most relaxed she has ever been during a blood test. Dr. Bholah explained everything clearly, helped her feel at ease, and showed real care and professionalism. My daughter even said she would happily come back to see the same doctor again whenever she needs blood work. That alone says everything about the quality of care we received. Thank you, Dr. Bholah, for making what is usually a stressful experience into such a positive one. Truly exceptional service.

I had 8 'bits and pieces' (moles etc) removed by Elaine Agius on 17 November at the Moorgate Centre, ably supported by two nurses (April and one other - sorry, didn't catch her name). The whole exercise was incredibly efficient and carried out in an obviously super-clean, sterile environment. 'Doc' Agius was wholly professional, with a caring 'bedside-manner' eg she provided helpful, accurate and reassuring 'warnings/prompts' prior to every single one of her procedures (including the frequent and slightly cool sterilisation wipe-downs). This avoided any surprises and instilled instant confidence in the guy under the knife. Thank you for a relatively enjoyable experience - I would strongly recommend that team and venue to anyone thinking of having similar treatment.

I am Betty's daughter. My mum has mobility issues. Getting her from the car park into the diagnostics centre was incredibly difficult. We borrowed a wheel chair from the helpful car park attendant. But it was raining so heavily that by the time we got inside my 87yr old mum was soaked to the skin. She had to sit in wet clothing for 4.5hrs until I got her home and changed. Luckily the car park attendant helped us back to the car at the end of her procedure. You REALLY need a drop-off right zone at the door to the centre, with seats inside to help relatives get their lives ingress in safely.. The staff couldn't have been nicer or more helpful, but even with their help, this was a very stressful visit fdue to lack of access and horrendous weather conditions.

Following my initial consultation I was offered a date for my surgery which was only two weeks ahead which completely surprised me as I expected a much longer wait I attended my surgery and was treated with courtesy and respect by all of the staff I encountered I was put at ease both before and during the procedure my surgeon My discharge nurse explained clearly what I needed to do with my medication and also how to keep my eye clean I received a phone call from a nurse the day after my surgery checking that everything was okay. I have nothing but positive things to say about the whole experience and would recommend Newmedica to all of my family and friends.

While other doctors assumed he was just a fussy eater, Dr. Kagalwala asked the right questions and quickly diagnosed him with SPD. I was waiting for the right diagnosis for 2 years. This diagnosis opened up the right treatment avenues and made a huge difference for us. She was compassionate, patient, and even gave my son thoughtful gifts to encourage him. Everything was superb, from first contact with his secretary to the consultation with Mr. Buddhist. We needed to see the doctor at short notice and they were able to accommodate and find a suitable day and time for us. The doctor's knowledge, professionalism and calmness made the whole process reassuring and enjoyable, despite the circumstances. We needed his professional opinion about a sports event and his recommendation was spot on. Attended appt after being in debilitating pain in joints for a month, not able to work, sleep or really function properly - after tests were completed and results she diagnosed seronegative arthritis and started a treatment plan right away.
