My wife and I live in Nottinghamshire and I was referred urgently to Mr Antoniou at St Marks under the National Referral Scheme, as none of the Colorectal Consultants in the Midlands had experience of my problem or in treating it. We only waited a short time for the appointment and travelled down to London. Mr Antoniou called us into the consulting room personally and his warmth and demeanour immediately gave us total confidence in him and we knew I was in expert hands. He took time to explain the issue in detail and the proposed surgical procedure which we then discussed. Crucially, we were part of the discussion as opposed to be spoken at, which we were very grateful for. Two weeks later I was admitted to St Marks and went to Theatre where, again, Mr Antoniou was very pleasant and I felt at ease, despite the procedure I was about to undergo. When I awoke on the Ward post surgery, Mr Antoniou visited my wife and I and explained that all had gone well, again very reassuring. I have recently seen Mr Antoniou in Clinic for a 12 month check and, as ever, Mr Antoniou was friendly and welcoming and reassured us that all was well and that if I had future concerns, I should contact his secretary. I cannot commend or recommend Mr Antoniou highly enough for all aspects of the care and compassion he showed to my wife and I during a difficult time, especially being so far from home. We will be forever grateful.

Pinero House itself is a gem - discreet, professional, with a small, well-managed reception that provides genuine privacy rather than the impersonal waiting areas you find at larger clinics. The consulting room was spacious and comfortable, feeling more like a welcoming study than a clinical environment, which immediately put my son at ease. Trish, the ADOS-2 assessor, was exceptional - her knowledge and gentle approach meant my son felt understood rather than examined. The clinical psychologist's report was remarkably thorough, providing insights that have genuinely helped us understand our son better. The multidisciplinary approach meant we received a complete picture rather than a tick-box exercise. Highly recommend for families seeking answers.

I’ve never liked the NHS GP system. Ten minutes feels rushed and it isn’t suitable for those who want to pro actively look after their health and longevity. Luckily I’ve had a great experience with Ezra / Zenvité. Being able to schedule an appointment online at a time / day suitable for my busy schedule is perfect. I’m also able to get any medication required delivered to my door. Having regular check ins gives me peace of mind that my health is in order.

Marris Medical were great from start to end. Booking the appointment was easy, with friendly staff. On the day of the appointment I was taken in earlier, the MRI procedure was explained and completed with ease. I was told I would get my report in 24-48 hours (over the festive period) however received it the same day in the afternoon. I would highly recommend them. I would definitely use them again if needed.

Mr Rajkumar quickly diagnosed what seemed to be quite a rare condition, and gave me lots of advice on how to recover and how long it could take. He was always fast at responding to any questions and importantly, he was very good at keeping up my positivity throughout a journey of 6 months recovery which in reality was a very hard time. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. Very pleasant and professional.

I am now injury free and would happily recommend both of them.

The hospital was very clean, very friendly and very welcoming. I was shown to my room, given a menu for dinner that night as I was staying over. The staff were all very polite and attentive, even going above and beyond to get me a chocolate milkshake when the kitchen had shut. Very nice people and a very good stay after my first time going under anaesthetic

Had a visit recently pre-christmas for a TSW flare up. Doctor was extremely kind, took all my concerns on board and didn't push me into using any medication I didn't want to. Went away with a prescription for medication I was happy to use and am feeling much better. Would use again if it was required.
