She is, without question, the most knowledgeable and highly educated doctor I have ever met, yet what makes her remarkable goes far beyond her impressive expertise. From the very start of the consultation, she took the time to listen attentively and understand my concerns in depth. She explained everything with clarity and precision, taking great care to ensure that I fully understood every aspect. I arrived with a long list of questions, and she answered each one patiently and thoughtfully, never rushing, never minimising anything, and always making me feel heard. What impressed me most was the sense of reassurance she provided throughout the entire consultation. Dr Ismail has a rare ability to make you feel completely safe, supported, and confident that you are in the very best hands. I feel that she would never allow a patient to leave without feeling fully at ease, fully informed, and with a clear understanding of the treatment plan and next steps. Doctors like her are incredibly rare. Her unique combination of intelligence, thoroughness, empathy, and genuine dedication sets her apart. Mr Ashok Mohanty

I was very impressed with the care and attention I received from Mr Mohanty. Not only did he check on me after my procedure, but he phoned the next day and then came in later that evening, even though it was his day off. Initially, after my procedure, I had a catheter fitted. However, when they removed it, I encountered difficulties passing urine. Mr. Mohanty allowed me to go home with a catheter fitted and arranged to see me in his clinic the following day. About 10.00 that next day, Mr Mohanty phoned me to check that I had all the information I needed to attend his clinic (as he hadn’t been on site when I was discharged) and was very welcoming upon my arrival. This appointment went as he had explained and I left hospital without a catheter a few hours later. Since my procedure, I have been very amazed at the level of care and professionalism Mr. Mohanty has shown to me - he has phoned a number of times to check on my recovery and shown interest in me as a person, remembering some key facts about my life. He is an excellent practitioner and I am grateful for what he has done.

I have visited Daniela at Sonoworld on many occasions since 2020 for various reasons / body areas to be scanned. Sometimes for routine checking and at other times, via doctor recommendation. Daniela is always very thorough, kind and her room is spotlessly clean. She has always made me feel at ease when explaining her findings. She clearly has many many years of experience and knowledge. She always goes above and beyond and has followed up with me via email and phone call, especially when she could tell that I was anxious. I have been to other Ultrasound clinics in Central London and I have always found that they are more expensive (for no better service) and more importantly, they always try to upsell more of their services, not something that I believe is appropriate when it comes to health. Daniela has seen myself and friends of mine at short notice, and I will always continue to recommend Daniela and Sonoworld to anyone who requires an ultrasound.

The layout of the building is thoughtful and spacious, with plenty of room in both the reception and waiting areas, ensuring a calm environment while waiting for my consultation. I never felt crowded or rushed. My consultation took place in a well‑equipped room with high‑quality medical facilities, which further added to my confidence in the care I was receiving. Overall, the combination of cleanliness, efficiency, professional staff, and excellent facilities made my visit exceptionally positive. I would not hesitate to recommend Spire Shawfair Park Hospital to others seeking high‑quality care.

I attended Spencer Ashford Hospital which was easy to find and was able to park nearby in the carpark using a Blue Badge displayed. Access was at ground level with no steps. Reception staff greeted me straight away and booked me in, provided necessary to complete my procedure. Toilets were easily accessed just off Reception and there is a water machine free. All staff including the medical team that I saw were engaging, jovial yet professional. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing with about three patients waiting. Mr Georgios Papadopoulos explained the procedure that I was undergoing in depth and was unrushed and very calm and inquired whether I had questions. His team were as fantastic ensuring that I was at ease throughout. At no point did I feel under pressure to leave after the procedure.

Booked into the Nuffield Health Grosvenor Hospital , Chester through the NHS for a total hip replacement. Excellent communication as to the procedure, possible side effects etc. 1 night's stay following a pain free operation. I was looked after very well by friendly staff, leaving the Hospital the next day after being checked I was safe to do so. Minimal few days taking pain killers, was brilliant to be pain free from the original joint which was bone on bone, making walking very difficult and painful. I felt very lucky to have had the care and attention of a true professional!

I have had two consultations with Mr Stone so far which have been excellent. Mr Stone is thorough, professional and knowledgeable. He is very caring, patient and an extremely good communicator. I have also been impressed by his comprehensive follow up letters. It is extremely helpful to have the full picture in black and white so one is not relying on memory of all of those medical terms! I am hoping the steroid injections I have received will work wonders but if I do need an operation I have every confidence that Mr Stone will look after me extremely well.
