My consultation with Dr Cho was genuinely outstanding — far above any experience I’ve ever had on Harley Street. From the moment I walked in, Iva's warm greeting put me instantly at ease and set the tone for an exceptional visit. Dr Cho manages to combine true professionalism with a kindness and warmth that you don’t often find. Her expertise was obvious right away. She identified several concerns quickly and even carried out a couple of minor treatments during the appointment. She explained everything in a clear, simple way that made it easy for me to understand exactly what was happening and why. What really stood out was how generous she was with her time. I never felt rushed for a single moment. Instead, I felt genuinely listened to, cared for, and fully confident that I was in the best possible hands. The whole experience was reassuring, uplifting, and frankly a pleasure. Dr Cho made a tremendous impression on me, and based on many consultations I’ve had elsewhere, I can honestly say she is one of a kind. Experts of her calibre are incredibly rare. I cannot recommend Dr Cho highly enough.

Some unfortunate circumstances meant I had to change surgeons a few weeks before my surgery was booked in. This was quite unsettling and it took me a few times of meeting Dr Agha to feel comfortable. What I realise now is that whilst I was initially put off by his questioning I now realise that this was part of his thorough approach to his work and part of ensuring that I was provided with all the information. Taking so much time to explain the procedure, this risks and uncertainties and asking questions was part of a transparent approach which allowed trust building. Dr Agha changed the plan I had with my original surgeon (fleur de lis) to an extended tummy tuck and I am so happy he did. I am thrilled with the results. My scar is very thin, well placed and I had a very smooth recovery process. I would recommend Dr Agha to anyone wanting a transparent, realistic and honest surgeon who wants the best results achievable for his patients.

Overall this was a good experience, I had a combined assessment via NHS right to choose. I liked that I was seen in person for this. The wait times were much longer than initially expected however I believe there was a huge influx of patients at the same time that I was referred. The assessments themselves were good with understanding and knowledgeable assessors. The report which I have received is in depth although I did think there may be a professionals insight into the early developmental questionnaire whereas it is just copied into the report. I had a few queries about the report which I am waiting on the answer to and also have asked for it to be sent to my GP which hasn't been done yet but again, this is the lacking wait times. Apart from the wait times, the service was great and I am thankful for their help. I think my referral was made in March 2025 and I am writing this review in December 2025.

Recent visit was ok. My Nurses could have been better organised. On arrival no one was there to greet me despite being told to be there at 7.30 am I wasn’t told no one could come up and wait with you or be present after my procedure. The room for pre theatre and after theatre was far too small for 3 beds to be in it. It was also flat too hot in the room making me feel worse.. Unprepared for someone feeling unwell after the procedure. I did feel very rushed after my procedure despite feeling unwell! The doctor on shift however was very good. Nurses rushing to finish their shift in theatre to hand me over made me feel uneasy. Nurse looking after me rushing me out the door as it was past 8pm. I was worried about leaving as still felt pretty unwel. Overall was not tailored to my needs Surgeon & anaesthetist very good can’t fault them at all. Made me feel very at ease before my procedure.

My wife had to have Cataract surgery on both eyes. The right eye was complicated cataract surgery by a dropped nucleolus. The Consultant Ophthalmologist referred her case to Mr Habal who performed right pars plana vitrectomy, removal of dropped nucleolus and secondary sulcus intraocular lens implantation. This complicated surgery was successful and it really highlights the incredibly skilled and knowledgeable that Mr Habal possessed. As I was due to have the cataract surgery on my both eyes, this gave me complete confidence and asked Mr Habal to do mine as well. He kindly accepted my case and diagnosed bilateral hypermetropia with astigmatism and the cataracts. The surgeries was a great success so that I now do not have a need to wear glasses except for reading. So does my wife. I couldn’t have asked for better care — an outstanding clinician and a genuinely caring professional.

My experience at the hospital was excellent from start to finish. The room was extremely comfortable and well appointed, which certainly helped with rest and recovery, but what truly made the experience exceptional was the nursing team. The nurses were absolutely superb in every way — kind, attentive, professional, and endlessly patient. Nothing was ever too much trouble, no matter the time of day or how small the request. I was made to feel safe, cared for, and genuinely supported throughout my stay. I am incredibly grateful for the outstanding care I received and would not hesitate to recommend this hospital to others.

I reached out to Doctor Ramcharan to see my 10 year old Son who has Cerebral Palsy and is experiencing a lot of chest pain. Doctor Ramcharan saw him very quickly, he listen to my son and listen to us (Parents), he read all my notes and concerned, he gave him a thorough examination, ECG and Echocardiogram. He spent a lot of time checking everything, and taking pictures of the results. He discuss the results with us all and in layman's terms both for us and for our son. He put our minds at ease. I would highly recommend seeing Dr Ramcharan.

With a history of long term sunbed use and holidays abroad i decided to book an appointment for a skin check. The check was done manually and not a machine like other clinics advertise. The nurse was extremely friendly and I felt comfortable straight away. She conducted the examination and fed back to me on everything she found as she went along. I had a few questions to ask regarding sun exposure and found her very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend the clinic and have gained lots of information I can use for the future.

A very professional doctor who is clearly well informed and very capable. It has been just under 7 weeks since my Total Knee Replacement on my left knee and already I am able to walk without any aids. I can straighten my leg and bend in excess of 110 degrees, and my wound has healed very well with only moderate scarring. Mt Kotecha also carried out a Total Hip Replacement (right hip) earlier in the year and I would recommend him without hesitation. His support team at Spire Parkway Hospital in Solihull have also been outstanding.

amazing. I had keyhole surgery for a groin hernia. I was discharged the same day with zero pain and zero discomfort and it stayed like that throughout the recovery ( and no need for any pain relief or laxatives). I was out walking the next day and moderately active ( but avoiding lifting) throughout the recover period. The hernia is now completed fixed As I said to Mr Marshall " it was as though you'd never been in there and it's been fixed my magic".

Dr Sheeraz was able to assess and confirm the diagnosis of a recently detected issue with my vision. Elsewhere I was informed that the I would require dye in my eye which would impair driving etc for a few hours, however, this was not necessary due to leading technology at Dr Sheeraz’s practice. Dr Sheeraz talked me through the findings and was able to put me at immediate ease. Highly recommended!

Parking is easy. Reception staff efficient. Dr Brasse is always welcoming, warm and professional. Whatever I have seen her for she has always been pro active with tests ie Dexa scan etc. Dr Brasse always makes you feel at ease whatever I see her for. More recently she has shown me her expertise in Aestetics and have to say I am very pleased. Highly recommended.
