I cannot speak highly enough about my experience with Mr Boz Mohammadi and his incredible secretary, Iwona. From start to finish, the level of care, professionalism, and compassion I received was truly exceptional. I have been very disappointed from the overall experience. I schedulled appointment with neurorologist Dr Bhattacharjee. The follow up appointment was very hard to scedule. His assistant told me that he would be available in 4 weeks for a follow up call without giving me specific appointment. She refused to see him earlier while I was stressed to receive feedback from MRI. She had been very confusing and nor professional and accurate in communication. I asked to download the images which have been very cimplicated . they are in a difficult format not supported by every computer and ofcourse not easy to send them to third parties.

I came to urology as a private patient because I am allergic to so many antibiotics my own doctors had failed to prescribe something that would clear an infection I had had for six weeks. Within ten minutes of seeing the urologist and explaining things he prescribed medication that has cleared the infection and it hasn’t returned in the last five weeks. I am thrilled with the service I received and the prompt action of the urologist. I have since undergone further tests, which have had only a short wait time, perhaps a week. All I all I can’t thank the team enough for everything they have done. I finally felt listened to.

I went in to Montrose after struggling with the group situations and the mix with male and female. I felt the experience of being able to share my deepest darkest secrets one to one was extremely therapeutic. The therapy I got was second to none and the food was cooked fresh each day with my one to one member of staff. Having lived with food intolerances my whole life the staff couldn’t have been more accommodating to my dietary needs. All in all a tough experience but the chance for me to grow emotionally was successful. All in all I’m a satisfied customer and would highly recommend. Thanks again team. 🙏

I had hip replacement surgery, my admission and pre surgery checks were done professionally and very courteously. The surgery team made me feel relaxed (I was very nervous) and they treated me with care and respect before, during and after the operation. Overnight, the medical staff checked on me regularly, were very supportive and helped with pain management and looking after my comfort Throughout my stay the service staff were very attentive and looked after me, catering for my needs. Overall, I feel I was looked after as an individual and my needs taken care of.

The program mixed between all three experts and I only ever had to wait a few minutes for my scheduled appointment. Each expert was friendly, professional and put me at ease straight away.

Despite my error over the appointment she gave me plenty of time and didn't rush the appointment at all.
