Waited for a while to be seen. Once seen, there was a feeling of being rushed and getting the consultation over with which was so dissapointing and not something I was expecting, after waiting for over a month for the session. I kept asking questions and follow up questions to keep the session going, but got basic and unsatisfactory answers. I have heard of other consultations lasting at least 40min from friends and family but I got barely half of that, after getting the impression the Doctor wanted me gone. The most shocking part of the consultation was the Googling of my symptons and condition and reading out advice found on the internet. How is that acceptable from a paid service? I can research and Google my symptons myself which I have already done and a Doctor searching for answers so obviously, was shocking to see, especially from someone who is meant to be a professional in their field. So dissapointing and such a waste of money. I feel cheated and the medicine given to me on prescription was the second choice after me protesting that prescribing medicine shown in Google results and stuff I have tried already is not going to work. I was hoping for professional advice and recommendations, sadly I never got that. Just verbal internet results. Even the medicine proscribed can be bought over the counter without a prescription. A waste of a trip, so dissapointing.

I had my diagnosis of ADHD back in May 2025, this was quite an emotional process for me. Luckily I had the support of my best friend and my mum. I then underwent my titration with the Kamran who was nothing short of amazing. He was patient and listened to my concerns and provided advice according to my needs. And ensure to keep track of all symptoms and the nature of their improvements over time and navigated this amazingly especially as I have high blood pressure. I have been supported with my shared care and this has been taken over by my GP. I am doing so much better with general everyday life. It is not an easy process by any means. It was and expensive and timely process. And there is a lot of back and forth at times due to automated messages which caused me some confusion at times. But you will always be answered via email or phone call if you have any concerns. Thank you so much to Shanice in Admin, Oliver who completed my assessment and Kamran my pharmacist. I am hoping once I have the finances avaliable I can return for support therapy to help me navigate through other aspects of having ADHD.

From the moment the consultation began, she was kind, caring, and attentive — she truly listened to my concerns and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. I had been suffering with menopausal symptoms for many years and had often felt dismissed or unheard by other medical professionals. For the first time in my menopausal journey, I felt genuinely listened to and understood. Despite my initial worries about speaking to a younger doctor about such personal symptoms, Dr. Kilburn immediately put me at ease. She was compassionate, reassuring, and incredibly knowledgeable. For the first time in a long time, I am feeling hopeful — hopeful that I could soon feel like myself again. I cannot thank Dr. Kilburn enough for her empathy, professionalism, and support. The appointment I had was disappointing. I have been waiting a number of weeks to discuss an MRI with a specialist in gynaecology, when I became slightly tearful she demanded that I had ‘emotional support’ handing me a paper towel for your hands go wipe my face. I stated that would make me uncomfortable and that I wanted to support myself and she informed me that the appointment could not continue if and we would need to re book it (after waiting for many weeks in chronic pain) so I accepted her brining someone external in so we could finish the appointment. The person she bought in proceeded to come in and out of the room constantly getting leaflets which was not any sort of emotional support for me. The doctor continually referred to my history of anxiety as an ‘issue’ and did not have any sensitivity when discussing mental health especially in connection to physical illness. The way she used my history of anxiety was inappropriate and lacking in understanding.

The staff at the centre are exceptional. Customer service is amazing and the consideration for the children is outstanding. Minimal waiting times avoid the children becoming overly fearful or stressed and procedures are handled with professionalism and empathy for the young patients involved. My son was petrified of needles before you did a blood test, but it was handled so well and compassionately that he now is pretty confident around injections/blood tests. Thank you
