The size, shape, symmetry and softness are everything I hoped for and more. I feel lighter, more confident, and genuinely like the best version of myself. I travelled by car from the north west to the Kingsbridge Diagnostic Centre, tucked in behind the Kings Hall. Parking was difficult to find, and as the letter instructed me to arrive 15 minutes early, I anxiously clambered out, leaving my husband to park the car while I located the building and the correct floor. The reception staff were mediocre at best, though I did manage to get checked in. Once called through, the procedure itself was completed and an outcome provided. However, the consultant was abrupt and condescending. While I appreciate that private healthcare is under pressure due to NHS waiting times, this is not the standard of service I would expect for something I am paying for. The assistant involved in the process appeared either tired or lacking job satisfaction in their role. Altogether, the atmosphere was dispiriting, and I could not wait to leave the building and be on my way.

I was seen by Dr Heggy and a lovely staff nurse Charlotte. Dr Heggy was fantastic he actually listened to me. He listened to exactly how I was and had been feeling. I'd been told by another Dr that there was nothing that could be done so I had to see someone for pain management. I'm in pain everyday and just wanted a resolution or at least pin point what could be wrong. Dr Heggy really made me feel heard and suggested other things before we gave up and just give me medication for my pain. Nurse Charlotte was fantastic. While Dr Heggy was looking things up and trying to find other options Charlotte spoke to me like an actual human. So thank you to Dr Heggy and nurse Charlotte for your time and patience with me. It's very much appreciated

I met Mr Marciniak when we visited, he put me in a calming situation, more than I could ever imagine. Giving me a clear picture of what was to be expected, including x-rays of my hips. On the day of the operation, Mr Marciniak was so supportive including introducing me to the anaesthetist, who is also pleasant, friendly and supportive. II couldn’t believe how efficient the procedure was done, how good the anaesthetist was with me explaining every step of the way and that I had no pain during the operation, resulting in a very smooth transition. The after care was also performed extremely well with arrangements for physio, x-ray, timely medication and all the staff were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble.

Everything to do with Dr Guttman was terrific. My issue is with the radiology experience. I was asked to have a cardio angiogram CT scan. I had no idea what that involved. I was not provided with any information prior to my scheduled appointment. I was quite taken back and even shocked by the procedures complexity in terms of catheters medications and the entire protocol. I highly recommend that you always provide a patient with a full understanding of a procedure like this before the event. I would not have drunk coffee for example which I found out on the morning I should not have had. Surely there is a brochure or a link to information Prior to the procedure. Thank you.

Very Pleased with the clarity of my vision after wearing Glasses, I had the Galaxy lense fitted and I now have full contrast and colour definition. I had my procedure done at Freedom Chelmsford. The team there were absolutely brilliant,friendly, professional. The procedure was very quick and painless. I could see the improvement immediately . It took a few days for my eyes to adjust as my prescription was very strong and complicated, (lazy left eye.) The hospital is modern ,spotless with excellent facilities and easy access plenty of parking and train. Special Thankyou to Nicola who coordinated everything from start to finish.

Couldn't fault any of the staff here, all very welcoming, comforting and professional, made me feel at ease at all times and nothing was too much trouble. I ended up with a few complications from my surgery due to my body not at all accepting the procedure and amount that had been done but the staff and my consultant Mr Harley were on top of it literally immediately. Due to not being a straight forward healer they insisted an open door policy at any time day or night if any concerns. The hospital is very very clean and all policies and procedures are followed to the tee. Honestly a brilliant experience all due to them!

Marwan was superb. Even though he was fully booked, he went out of his way to find a slot for me. During the consultation he listened carefully to how I sustained my injury and, using his ultrasound scanner, explained the structural issues involved and likely healing time. He also provided my physio with the detailed information needed to create an effective rehab plan. Marwan is clearly an expert in his field, and I felt comfortable and well-informed throughout the entire process, which was incredibly reassuring.

An excellent surgeon of high professional standards. He takes time to provide clear explanation of the problem and how it can be resolved. He is diligent in ensuring he has all the relevant information including necessarily appropriate diagnostic investigation to help determine his approach. Definitely worth the referral and ,90mile journey to rectify issues resulting for more local treatment. Mr Chintapatla is probably one of the best surgeons in the country supported by a great team.

Mr Barber is simply excellent in every aspect of his patient care. His top rated expertise and knowledge was clearly visible during our discussions about my upcoming BPH procedure.
