We have done eggs retrieval and frozen embryos. Unlike some other clinics, where they try to sell you 3 rounds straight away, Dr Kat immediately said that we will try to do in one cycle. Some other clinics - please be careful - only provide you with doctors time at your first ever consultation, then the scans are done by nurses and egg collection by another doctor. Dr Kat is personally doing every single step. I knew everything about how the process going - the number of follicules and size and was explained it all in ultrasound. I had enormous amount of Dr Kat’s time. There is also this very handy app, where all the communication happens and there was a lot of it. In one case at 10pm when I was little but panicking, I wrote to Dr Kat and she answered personally. Also my case is a complicated one as I have large cysts and deep infiltrative endometriosis and Dr Kat managed to take all the eggs without a surgery first, while in other places they recommended surgery first. The eggs retrieval was a difficult one due to cysts but we had 26 follicules and I am 37 years old. The doctor also used a special protocol for me to maximize the yield, so that I go through all of this hopefully just once. And apart from it she also sent messages on the app asking me how I am every day after the procedure. Everything was so well controlled and I had so much attention and focus of the doctor. I hope this factual evidence helps you in your journey, please do ask who does the scans and egg collection in other clinics and how much access to the doctor you will be able to have.

Staff are amazing and caring, the problem is not enough staff, only 2 at a time on dementia unit. When they are assisting someone in their room there are no staff to keep an eye on residents in rest of unit. These residents have little understanding of their behaviour or instructions, have poor mobilty and coordination. Myself, as a visitor has had to intervene on several occasions to prevent falls or fighting, and I witnessed other visitors doing the same. This is not my job. I can't fault what the staff do, they go above and beyond and do their best, the issue is understaffing. I'm not making these comments to cause trouble but because I have concerns about safeguarding and feel that all is needed is more appropriate staffing levels. There should also be a male carer on at all times for male residents, and always the same group of staff for familiarity.

Although the procedure can be quite painful, she was incredibly professional, empathetic, and clear throughout the entire process. No problems with the medical teatment. Not sure why I was sent an invoice for medications some days after the treatment. It would have been much easier to pay in the hospital on the day. The invoice doesn't say if you can pay by card by phone or on line. This is a basic service these days. The menu offered for kosher food was limited and most of the items marked as being available weren't. If you're going to offer this service then you need to make sure you have available what you are offering - this is the private wing and one is paying for additional levels of service - not provided here.

Fit2function is the best physio clinic I have visited. As a sportsman, physio is an important part of my routine for both rehab and prehab. Many of the clinics I have attended don’t accommodate sports and return to play. My experience at Fit2function was great. I saw Harrison, who is an ex athlete and understood my needs well. The equipment is modern and top of the range, and the philosophy is very aligned to returning to sport and having the best possible outcome. I would highly recommend them.

Incredibly professional set-up. Staff were friendly, welcoming, informative making you feel you were in good hands. Everything was calm and relaxed. I have used another consultant in the past but always felt I was inconveniencing him with my queries. That was not the case with Dr Muirhead and Sam who took time to listen to my concerns, examine and then treat. An exemplary service that I would wholeheartedly recommend.

The Holly has changed quite a lot now dealing with NHS patients and although physiotherapist said come back in two weeks I had to wait for three weeks as he was fully booked ,I would probably consider a different hospital if I needed anything else done .
