About Dr Lea Solman
Dr. Lea Solman is a highly-specialised consultant paediatric dermatologist practising privately at Great Ormond Street Hospital in London. With training in paediatrics an dermatology, she stands out as one of only three fully accredited consultant paediatric dermatologists in the UK. Took our 6 week old little boy who had a very large birthmark on his forearm and hand, Dr Solman travelling all the way from Cardiff after being dismissed. Exceptional Consultant who dealt with the situation brilliantly- calm, caring, reassuring and proactive. We now have a thriving 4 year old with no signs of his birthmark- this could have turned out very differently had we not seen Dr Solman and been treated with her care and expertise.
Dr. Solomon was incredibly helpful with a problem that has played my daughter since infancy., GPs are often very busy and don’t have the time to properly explain conditions, but we left feeling informed And with a plan going forward
