From my first contact I felt in very safe hands with Anca and the all-female Cheshire Cosmetic Surgery team. At my first consultation, what was possible was clearly explained to me and I was shown photos of what to expect at the various post-surgery stages. I had my surgery at the ASET hospital and I saw Anca as soon as I arrived. Her professionalism was very re-assuring. I chose not to stay in overnight and this was fine too. I attended all the post-surgery clinics and felt very well-cared for throughout. I am thrilled with the results! The scars are very neat and, at 2 months post-surgery, are already fading. My bra size has gone down from a 34G to a 34DD. Apart from looking great and all my clothes fitting wonderfully, I feel much more able and inclined to stand up straight. I’m so glad I found Anca and her team and that I have chosen to do this. Even at almost 70 it is life-changing!

Breast implant removal: I had a full explant without lift. The care, communication, honesty and respect throughout the whole process has been outstanding. The team are so human, approachable, efficient and caring and Anca Breahna is wonderful. I was nervous and had cheaper options closer to home, but as soon as I had my first consultation I knew she was the surgeon for me. My implants looked great and I hadn’t had issues, but my priorities had changed and I knew it was time to remove them. I am thrilled to feel like myself and so happy with the way I look. Do your research of course, but I seriously have not looked back. The care I received and am still receiving has been phenomenal.

The Care I received from Miss Breahna and her team was beyond excellent from start to finish. From the moment I made contact to my now recovery. Communication from the team has been outstanding. Anca carried out a Lipoma Removal of a 3cm cyst on my face in August 2025. The pre op discussions were really helpful and made sure I knew what was going to happen and what to expect during recovery. The op itself was painless and I felt really well looked after. I only required local anaesthetic and Anca and her nurse were more than happy to answer questions as they worked. The after care was incredible. Regular visits to check in the progress of the healing and they taught me techniques to help reduce scarring. The result.... People aren't even really aware I've had any surgery at all. I can't thank Anca and her team enough. I'd been self conscious and worried about the lump on my face, but l couldn't have wished for a better outcome or a better team to take care of
