Highly Recommend Dr. Katherine & The Real You Clinic I’ve been going to Dr. Katherine at The Real You Clinic for my skin and aesthetic treatments, and honestly, the experience is exceptional every single time. Her Botox results are the best I’ve ever had — subtle, natural and beautifully lifted. She also does the most amazing Profhilo treatments that genuinely transform the skin, leaving it glowing, hydrated and fresh. And her “peel-no-peel” skin peel is incredible… you walk out brighter without any downtime. What really sets Dr. Katherine apart is the way she treats you as a person, not just a quick appointment. She’s incredibly kind, attentive and genuinely takes the time to get to know you - your lifestyle, concerns, medical history and what you’re hoping to achieve. Nothing is rushed. I had my first consultant appointment yesterday, regarding a hernia condition that was flagged by an NHS consultant earlier this year. I saw Dr Richard Novell. In the lead-up to the appointment, I had managed to get the referral paperwork, but no scan imagery. On meeting Dr Novell, he informed me that scans were useless anyway for Hernia diagnosis, and he then proceeded to examine me. After this, he told me that I didn’t have a hernia, when I asked about the fact that another specialist had examined me and thought differently, he agreed that doctors tend to give different answers. My issue, is not that he dosen’t agree with another consultants opinion (as well as the person who conducted Ultrasound) but that I am currently in pain, which is harming the quality of my life, and when asked about next steps to resolve this, he had nothing to offer, when pushed he offered to speak to a colleage for a second opinion. So in terms of empathy, it's pretty frustrating, and I have to be honest, it's a complete waste of time from my perspective.

I cannot recommend Erin Lahay highly enough. Over the past three months, she has helped me immensely with both shoulder and lower back pain. What sets Erin apart is her holistic approach. The way Professor Harji and her team handled my whole experience was exemplary. From diagnosis to treatment there was no area that could have been handled any better. Her explanation of my diagnosis and the treatment required filled me with confidence prior to my surgery, and the post operative care has been fantastic. Despite being discharged 24 hours after surgery, Professor Harji has called me on a daily basis to check on my progress and advise me on any questions I may have had. I would also like to say that after only 7 days since my surgery my recovery rate has been remarkable, apart from a small amount of discomfort and pain from the incisions in my abdomen I feel really good . I would like to say a big thank you to Professor Harji and her whole team for making my whole experience very very comfortable!

Due to my individual circumstances there was some confusion in relation to payment and that spilled over onto me personally as well as causing stress across the whole procedure at the outset. This was resolved but exposes the fact that some attention needs to be paid to the way things are looked at and handles when the circumstances fall outside of the general conventions of the service provided. In the end it was all sorted out but the initial confusion and stress could have been avoided. I have no complaints but was a bit surprised at the apparent chaos at the outset. I have no idea if any one aspect was to blame, I think it was probably general confusion in relation to gaps in communication between the parties involved in payment etc.

I thoroughly recommend. I attended Dr McGrady's clinic to obtain a diagnosis and removal of a small bump on my nose which I thought might be a basal cell carcinoma.. Dr McGrady put me at ease by explaining that it wasn't a form of skin cancer but a sebaceous hyperplasia. He explained how he would remove it. He then thoroughly examined the rest of my face for any other skin issues He found 2 more sebaceous hyperplasia and removed all 3 by using cryotherapy. The procedure was quick,and I am very pleased with the outcome. I highly recommend Dr McGrady and his team. I have attended his clinic before for a similar diagnosis and removal. He has so much knowledge and expertise, is a good communicator and made me feel at ease..

The engagement with Kings ridge has been excellent to date. The entire team from contact on the phone, reception, nursing, catering, and the surgical all worked with Mr Moohan in a professional, consistent and kind way. I cannot be more thankful. I realize now that this was building up for possibly years and so lucky that it was not more serious. I am now at home recovering and even today, when I had a concern, the nursing came back to check in withe in a very caring and responsive manner. With a history of long term sunbed use and holidays abroad i decided to book an appointment for a skin check. The check was done manually and not a machine like other clinics advertise. The nurse was extremely friendly and I felt comfortable straight away. She conducted the examination and fed back to me on everything she found as she went along. I had a few questions to ask regarding sun exposure and found her very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend the clinic and have gained lots of information I can use for the future.

We visited Dr Sohi regarding our 16 months old daughter common cold like symptoms and high fever which lasted for 5 days. She was amazing. We have been told other paediatricians before but Dr Sohi was by far the nicest. She did a very thorough and comprehensive examination, we spent quite a lot of time in her office and never felt rushed. She also did a swab test and called us the next day to tell us the results. It was a great pleasure to meet such a professional and caring paediatrician. Our daughter felt at ease with her.
