Dr Stott supported me in the assisted vaginal delivery of my baby girl at Fitzrovia Suite, UCLH. I could have not been more happy to have chosen him as my consultant. I had hoped for a natural delivery at full term, but had some slight complications which meant that was not possible. Despite this, thanks to Dr Stott both my baby and I did very well, and I look back at her birth process as a very positive experience. Dr Stott has sound judgement when it comes to clinical decisions. He is calm and clear at communicating and explaining the reasoning behind his recommendations in easily accessible terms. And he was excellent at the delivery process itself. Due to gestational diabetes I was recommended to have an early induction. Dr Stott explained the process and its benefits in detail, so I felt prepared on the day. My baby was very small, and during the final stage of labour she became distressed. Dr Stott suggested a vacuum assisted delivery to speed things up, knowing I wanted to avoid a C section if possible. Despite the urgency, he remained calm and made sure I understood what was happening throughout the process and I felt entirely confident in his recommendation. The outcome was great - despite an episiotomy I was able to move straight away, have not had any discomfort and all the midwives who visited me have been commenting on how well the stitches were done; despite the stress she was under my daughter was well, and her head looked completely normal from the outset. I feel very lucky to have had Dr Stott support me through this all, and I do genuinely believe that having him as my consultant made a huge difference on the outcome and how satisfied I was with the birth experience.

Words can’t fully express how grateful I am to Dr Adamczyk and his team. After multiple failed surgeries and being repeatedly gaslit for over 30 years, my anxiety when meeting Dr Adamczyk was through the roof. He has been completely honest throughout, managing my expectations while validating my pain, truly listening, and offering guidance far beyond anything I have experienced with other doctors. His calm yet transparent approach immediately put me at ease. I am now six weeks post-op and feel better than I have in years. Even in the recovery room, I knew the main source of my pain was gone. Hearing the words, “We’ve managed to excise all of the endometriosis and the chance of recurrence is small,” was indescribable. I finally have my life back, and I will never take that for granted.

After my atrial fibrillation (AFib) diagnosis, I booked an appointment with Dr Davies at the Park Hospital. He explained the treatment options: medication, a cardioversion (an electrical reset of the heart), or an ablation. His manner and experience are second to none. He helped me understand the options and I decided upon the RF ablation using the new state of the art facility at the Park. Dr Davies and his brilliant team carried out the procedure and the ITU aftercare team were equally impressive. I’m very pleased to say it went well and heart is now back in normal sinus rhythm, and I’m expected to make a full recovery. I would have no hesitation in highly recommending Dr Davies and everyone at the Park Hospital.

I had an ADHD evaluation at Diverse Minds Clinic. I did some research before booking, and I chose Diverse Minds Clinic since the psychiatrist, Dr Alex Cappai, also works for the NHS ADHD service. Dr. Alex Cappai listened to me and made me feel heard. She was quite friendly, and I felt at ease during the assessment. I was diagnosed with Adult ADHD mixed type in my fifties, which was a bittersweet finding. Dr. Cappai provided me with practical counsel that was extremely beneficial, as well as the time I needed to comprehend my diagnosis. The staff at Diverse Minds Clinic have been really professional and helpful throughout the process, and I would strongly suggest this service.

As always friendly, helpful and professional team. Had to wait for my appointment which was a little frustrating as had a taxi waiting. I understand there was an emergency that came in before me, but would have been nice to have been told so I could re organise my taxi. But that said the whole experience is great from start to finish. I would say though that filter coffee in flasks is not the best option for a good hospitality service for private patients? Bean to cups are so good these days I would suggest the flasks are replaced by these. The coffee each time I’ve been have been undrinkable.

Mr Dehne, has given me back my life. I needed a total knee replacement after suffering from an accident. He was very thorough in his explanations and examinations. He was extremely kind and thoughtful as I was extremely nervous about the surgery. He put me at ease and I trusted him implicitly. I’m so glad he was my surgeon, I might have to have my other knee done soon and there is only one man I want to have to do it. He is amazing. I’m totally indebted to him. Dr Rajiv Sood was amazing. I struggled to get my 5month baby eczema under control. Went to the GP many times but no improvement. After our consultation with Dr Sood he explained what eczema was and gave us a prescription and explained how to manage the eczema. After using the cream we noticed a big difference within 24 hours. Dr Sood explained how to manage the flare ups. Honestly I would recommend Dr Sood such an amazing caring doctor who truely cares for his patients. As a mother I cannot thank Dr Sood enough.

Waiting over 60 minutes for an appointment that you schedule and pay for is quite poor. The excuse I got is gynaecologist appointments take longer. Okay, then play’ 30-60 mins between slots to allow for adequate timing. I had to get out of work and work the extra time that had I been offered the actual appointment time I wouldn’t have had to do that. Change your gynaecologist appointments calendar please
