I have been seeing Josh at Reflex 18 for the past two months as part of my recovery plan following a Total Knee Replacement in October 2025. During my initial consultation, Josh carefully established my prior level of fitness and worked with me to identify ambitious yet realistic rehabilitation goals. He designed a bespoke programme of graduating exercises which are further adapted during each subsequent appointment. I find it helpful that Josh demonstrates each exercise, fine tunes my ‘effort’ and also emails a visual guide, as a reminder, after each appointment. I believe that I have made far greater progress in terms of knee flexion, stamina and strength by visiting Reflex 18 than I ever would have done if I had attempted to pursue my own rehab using a book or online package. Josh has the ability to identify which muscles need to be worked upon in order to achieve a certain goal and this is something which I could have not done myself. The Reflex 18 rooms are immaculately clean and are well-equipped. I have found every staff member to be friendly and highly professional. There is never any pressure to book further appointments. Parking is plentiful and convenient.. I am very happy with the support which I have received from Reflex 18.

I sought treatment after being refused by the state health care services here in Germany. They congratulated me that I was healthy when my bloodworm showed testosterone levels of 280ng/dL (cut off point for treatment is 220) and sent me on my way, feeling exhausted no matter how much rest or sleep I got I wasn’t able to be a good dad for my two little children which is heartbreaking for me. So I took matters into my own hands and settled on BMH after contacting a few provider. Extremely professional, the case manager Tal was consistently attentive, showed genuine interest in my case. After two blood tests over the course of six weeks I was accepted and within a couple of weeks thereafter started treatment. Well, what a life changing experience that was. If you have creaking joints, feel tired all the time, libido on the way out, just go for it. Become alive again. No need to live like that. Anyway, I hope that is convincing enough for you dear reader! State health services are no longer fit for purpose. Whether you get treatment is a financial decision and doesn’t reflect your suffering. So take your health into your own hands.

Had the most amazing time at Abbington House, was exactly what I needed. Was immediately made to feel welcome by staff and clients, everyone has been so warm, friendly and non - judgemental. Food was excellent and the chef Marion was amazing at catering for everyone’s individual needs. I’ve gotten so much out of the groups and one on one sessions. After 28 days I feel like I have been given an amazing framework to take with me on the outside and have met a community that will stay with me throughout the rest of my journey. The actual visit with dentist (Simon Robertson) was at is normal excellent standard by explaining what dental work was required to resolve the situation of which he completed explaining each task as he progressed with no drama or problems. I could not fault Mr Kazzaz both in consultation and the operation itself. He was clear re the challenges and limitations of the operation and was extremely flexible in meeting tight timelines. I have also been left with a very neat scar, so couldn't ask for more. With the speed of the procedure, I did not feel in hindsight that I was fully aware of the recovery process, times, needs etc and do not recall a detailed discussion about it but perhaps did not ask the right questions!!

Excellent care and advice from the hospital. I am really pleased with the outcome of my cataract surgery and the vision I now have. I hadn’t fully appreciated how poor my vision had become and after being short sighted all my life, near sighted requiring varifocal lenses in recent years I now do not need glasses at all as well as all my cataract symptoms disappearing.

I was asked to arrive approximately 1.5 hours before the procedure with a full bladder, the latter of which was not necessary. It was a very long and uncomfortable waiting time and I would have brought a book should someone have told me this in advance. This was no reflection on Mr Alhasso though, who was excellent.
