Dr. Kariyawasam initially became my doctor by chance, as I needed an urgent appointment and she happened to be available. It is no coincidence, however, that she will remain my doctor moving forward. Her care is outstanding in every way.

Received urgent call requesting blood test for tolerance to Dye. I Moved appointments for that afternoon to facilitate a flying visit. After arrival kept waiting for 35 minutes until I asked reception as was needed elsewhere and was told phlebotomist would be with me shortly. With Phlebotomist approx 3 minutes, total time 50 minutes and 50 miles traveled Then had to wait 9 days for scan which was only scheduled following chase-up from private GP. On presenting for CT Scan was told that they did not require blood test as procedure did not indicate use of dye. Most unimpressive communication and administration throughout

We went to see Mr Valsamakis about our newborns tongue tie. He was welcoming, friendly and professional. He talked us through our options and was gentle and caring with our newborn. When we decided to go ahead with divided the tongue tie he was made the procedure as painless and gentle as possible. He made sure we had a room to feed afterwards and came to check on us - I got the impression he genuinely carded about us and our newborn.

I really appreciate Mr. Ellis taking time to explain in details the benefits and risks assocociated with each procedure even for risks that have only a 1% chance of happening. He also in my case explained his efforts to see that even the 1% chance of risks do not happen. I also appreciate his follow up skills after the procedure. I know that medical staff are very busy but that does not deter him from doing detailed follow-ups.

Dr Okonkwo was extremely kind and took time to explain the issues with the eye problems presented to him and what the treatment involved in a way that was very clear. Given we were squeezed into his clinic as an emergency on two occasions, he was incredibly patient and did not rush us through. He was outstanding in every aspect - communication skills, providing reassurance and confidence, knowledge and dexterity.

Spire was brilliant. Clean, Friendly staff, fast process (MRI in just a few days for example). I had a nerve block injection at Murrayfield and I had my own room which was spotless, all the staff were great from the nurse in the ward to the surgeon via the person who brought me lunch (which I could pick off a menu). Would highly recommend (though don’t injure yourself in the first place if you can help it)

Would highly recommend Mr Sahu. He was thorough and took the time to explain my situation to me. It was reassuring to know that the treatment I had already been receiving for my AMD was appropriate but he also highlighted the need for cataract surgery in both eyes. The Spire Cheshire has a calm atmosphere and a good coffee machine. The front of house staff are friendly and clear. The waiting area is clean. The staff and service in the mammogram area are also friendly and the person who handled my mammogram was very caring and conscious of the challenging situation for me and treated me with respect and dignity.

However, I received a subsequent email and letter from Check4Cancer that was for somebody else's results (there was no identifiable information to who the results pertained to).

I love coming to the clinic. The stuff is very friendly. The waiting room is bright and the decor is very tasteful with a clear feminine touch. It is a space designed by women for women which I appreciate. I have come many times and I haven't waited for more than a few minutes to be seen. Coffee and tea available if you arrive early.

I have always had a phobia about dentist s having had bad experiences as a child. Although my phobia has not gone away I found the whole experience very calm. The receptionist with her friendly manner relaxed me straight away. The dentist has a calming manner also and did not push me from my comfort zone. Overall a good experience.
