I visited the Well Life Clinic as I had been diagnosed with ADHD three years ago and since then I have not received any treatment. This was not through any lack of trying with the NHS, and the good efforts of my local GP. The waiting list for ADHD diagnosis and treatment is getting longer and longer, with a minimum three years or more, which is a national situation for ADHD diagnosed patients, as was shown on Television recently, with Well Life and Dr Kahn featuring. I then I decided that I would try the private route, and visited the Well Life Clinic in Cobham, which is a path I would recommend to any ADHD patient in my situation. Your charming receptionists were most welcoming, polite, informative and efficient. They listened to my ADHD situation, and that I had already been diagnosed three years previously and that i had all the comprehensive documentation of my diagnosis, which they asked me to forward to them. Once my details had been taken, they said they would forward everything to the appropriate person, who would contact me. Communication at Well Life is swift and I received follow up emails and phone calls as the process advanced. If I popped into the Cobham Clinic any questions I had were answered efficiently. Excellent. Things advanced quickly, my diagnosis documentation was read and accepted by the Well Life Consultantsmand a consultation with Dr Kahn set up in Oxted. I have had two consultations with Dr Kahn, one in person in Oxted, and one on line. My first one was 40 minutes at the Well Life Oxted Clinic. It was an in-depth discussion, I had to have a blood test next day in Cobham, and within a week I was prescribed the necessary medication for my blood pressure, then after monitoring that for a week, the ADHD medication was prescribed. Dr Kahn is excellent, informative, experienced and explains everything so clearly and well. One feels that one is in the best of hands. The Clinics are excellent, clean and smart. All the staff, most welcoming and efficient, in person as well as on the phone. Emails are always sent promptly, as are reminders of appointments, or electronic sending of prescriptions. I first of all attended a Vascular Ultrasound investigation requested by Mr. Lim. This appointment was so useful in confirming and providing answers. Following this test, I then went directly to an appointment with Mr. Lim. At this stage in my life, I have met many consultants. Respectfully, I want to say Mr. Lim had one of the kindest approaches I have ever ever received. In this appointment, I genuinely felt so respected, listened to, informed, and supported. Mr Lim give me so much time after years of struggling with my health, he was empathic, and gentle in his approach. Mr. Lim was so thorough and clear in how he explained things - he answered any questions and just took his time with me. Mr. Lim very gently and sensitively worked with me in complex and difficult circumstances. Even though there is no 'cure' or 'solution' for my problems, the appointment was so so healing from start to finish - I was met with so much kindness and validation. So grateful for professionals who care. Thank you so much.

The appointment and staff were great but please please please sort out the signage to your section of the hospital. I arrived at the QEQM an hour before my appointment as I knew parking at that time would be a nightmare. I was still trying to park 15 minutes before my appointment. I had to leave my car in a side road and hope it was a restricted area. I had to run from me side of the hospital to the other and no where on any map or sign was there anything saying where the Spencer hospital was. I eventually found the main reception who had to give me directions. I found the part I needed by pure chance. I arrived 4 minutes after my appointment time. This is the 3rd Spencer hospital I have visited within 5 weeks. It was the same story at K and C with no signs. WHH was the only one that had signage where I could find where I needed to go easily but again not listed on the main hospital maps.

I would like to ask whether you recommend that I continue the medication. If so, my current prescription lasts month, I may need to request more, as I found that only the first medication I used is available in Saudi Arabia.

Firstly what a lovely man dr vani is , so positive and caring . When I came to see dr vani I couldn’t have been in a lower point and was desperate for help. He urgently dealt with my situation and gave me hope when I didn’t feel like I had any . He was fantastic and aftercare he gave was totally different to everything I had been told before . It’s been a slow difficult recovery but I have now been discharged . If you have gastrointestinal issues there is nobody better . I visited Dr Dexter for acupuncture sessions for my chronic migraine. Dr Dexter is a very helpful and kind physician, who takes time to really understand the patient’s history. He has managed migraine sufferers like me and he has helped my symptoms through acupuncture and general advice such as exercise, sleeping position, hydrotherapy, mindfulness and further advice around medication use. I would highly recommend Dr Dexter and will go back to see him again for further advice and treatment.

Mr Tudor Jones was very clear and concise, he made the whole process easy for me. I have had a long, drawn out history of Achilles pain and he reassured me that the procedure would go to plan and I would be on the road to recovery soon despite the long history. So far so good, starting into a rehab block now and I have had a 6 week follow up with Mr Jones who was very accomodating to have this for me on zoom as I live in Ireland which saved me a trip! Would highly recommend.
