I attended for spinal MRI. Unfortunately the technician was running late for which I was happy to wait but because of timing his communication to me was very poor. I was shown a room to change and left there without any guidance, I was then taken to the MRI machine and not spoken to really to ask if I was okay or to provide any reassurance. I don’t like MRI scans because can feel anxious within the machine. All it takes is a little bit of reassurance and acknowledgement for which I had none. Throughout the test the technician did not speak to me at all to ask if I was okay. I am not sure if this is normal but I found during the MRI it became quite hot which I have not experienced before. When the test was over he hurried me away from the machine without acknowledging my back could be hurting when getting up, which it was a little. He didn’t show me to the door so I had to ask if I was allowed to go and then left the room to change and go home. My review would be it is the smallest common curtesies that makes all the difference to a patient and this time I did not experience this at all. So much so I won’t be choosing to go to this venue for another investigation

The London Digestive Centre is in a great location, just off Bond Street, making it easy to access. The facility itself provides a comfortable and welcoming setting for patients, and they clearly have access to some of the best doctors, which gives you a lot of confidence in the care you receive. However, the reception experience could have been better. Both receptionists were on the phone when we arrived, and neither came off to assist us or book us in. This was disappointing, as it created unnecessary confusion, especially when time is tight. Ideally, there should be one receptionist dedicated to answering calls and another available to help patients checking in. In the end, we had to go straight to our appointment to avoid being late, and the consultant's secretary kindly stepped in to check us in. While the clinical care was excellent, improving the reception process would really elevate the overall patient experience.

I had an excellent experience at Nuffield Hospital Guildford. The hospital was very easy to find, and the reception team were welcoming and efficient. Check-in was quick, and within a few minutes I was seen by the doctor, which was impressive. The facilities were modern and spotless, with a comfortable waiting area and both hot and cold drinks available. The building itself feels contemporary and well maintained, creating a calm and professional environment. The staff were courteous, organised, and clearly experienced, which gave me confidence throughout my visit. Overall, a very smooth and professional experience from start to finish. I would highly recommend Nuffield Hospital Guildford.

I had micro-TESE surgery with Mr Alnajjar and the entire experience was exceptional. He successfully retrieved sperm for us, which has now given us the chance to move forward with IVF next year. What stood out most was how personal and reassuring his approach was. We had met him a few times before the procedure and he always made both me and my wife feel calm, confident, and fully informed. The follow-up care has been outstanding — nothing felt rushed, and every question was answered clearly. His PA and the communication throughout have also been first-class. A genuinely brilliant surgeon and a top professional. Highly recommended.

Initial assessments were thorough and the clinicians were kind and understanding. Prescription costs seem affordable and my first prescribed medications were a slight improvement to before. My second prescription was not approved/provided on time and rationing medications/running out for a few days has caused some stress I had bad withdrawal/negative wellbeing from being requested to stop a previous medication, I feel this was somewhat unavoidable but I was not informed of what to expect stopping that med and left to work out the cause of the feelings on my own

Just two months after that initial consultation, I had my gallbladder removed. I want to express my deepest thanks to Mr. Jambulingam and the entire team at Spire Hospital Harpenden. From beginning to end, the care and experience were exceptional, and I am truly grateful for everything they have done for me.

I visted the 2Me Clinic with Dr. Amaechi for a coil removal that I was extremely nervous for after 1 failed attempt by the NHS. From consultation phone call to the procedure, Dr. Amaechi met me with so much compassion, kindness and understanding. She was able to sucessfully perform the prodcedure quickly and effectively - ensuring I was calm and comfortable the whole time. It made a world of difference, thank you!!!

From the initial letter asking for my consent to go outside BCHB, I was seen promptly by the staff & Jennifer in Chester. Once I was examined & my details were in, I was seem for my pre op & surgery was arranged for a month or so later, which was excellent & I couldn't fault the whole experience.

Mr Mohsin Dani

Mr Dani has a relaxed, empathetic style of consultation and this helped to put me at ease. Being high risk due to a family history of cancer, Mr Dani was able to offer advice around preventative measures and a plan for the future. Some of this information has not been readily available and it has been helped me to put a plan into place and some perspective regarding my future risk of breast cancer.

Booked a growth scan however felt that Dr Deepa Rajan rushed through the appointment. We didn’t get to see our baby properly on screen - nor did Dr Deepa bother trying to capture full photos of our baby. Appointment was over in 5 minutes. It’s a shame as I’ve booked several scans with the clinic previously and always felt that the Doctors provided excellent service up until today’s visit.

Everything about my two night stay in the Nuffield was excellent. All the staff - auxiliaries, nurses and physiotherapists - were kind, courteous and always on hand if I needed them. The room, while basic, was very comfortable and the choice and quality of food could not have been better. I wouldn’t hesitate not hesitate to recommend Nuffield Glasgow to friends and family.

Dr Spyrou carried out a complex removal of a blockage in the artery and successfully inserted 2 stents. During the procedure I was kept informed of the progress and did not feel any discomfort. After the procedure Dr Spyrou visited me several times in the recovery ward and contacted also me the following day to check on my status. Very efficient and professional treatment.
