Dear Team, I would like to provide feedback, as my experience at Harley Street Specialist Hospital has genuinely changed my life. I want to say how incredibly grateful and eternally indebted I am to my surgeon, Mr Luke Cascarini. He has given me a completely new lease of life. He is not only an outstanding surgeon but an exceptional human being, and I cannot thank him enough for the care, precision, and compassion he showed throughout my entire journey. I would also like to express my heartfelt thanks to Janet, Dr Bosh, and all the nursing staff, as well as every member of the team right down to the wonderful ladies on reception, including Marianne. There are too many to name individually, but every single person played a role in making this experience extraordinary. The hospital itself does not feel like a hospital at all — it feels more like a health retreat where you leave as a better version of yourself. The environment, the warmth, and the standard of care are truly exceptional. For anyone suffering from sleep apnea, as I was, or dealing with any of the conditions treated by your specialists, I could not recommend HSSH and Mr Luke Cascarini more highly. After years and years of very compromised life quality, extreme discomfort and pain, I visited Professor Brookes who identified my relatively severe pelvic congestion syndrome, and proceeded to carry out pelvic vein embolisation. Almost immediately I felt like I had been given my life back. No one else had been able to help before him. He has since had to carry out a couple of further embolisations for new problem veins. He has to be one of the best in this field in the country, if not worldwide! The nurses and team he works with are also always lovely and helpful. A super talented doctor who makes you feel instantly at ease, actually listening to the patient, and clearly explaining everything you would need to know in detail. Topped up with a general impeccable bedside manner, warmth, humour and charm. An overall wonderful experience. I couldn’t more highly recommend. Thank you 🙏 again PB!

I received warm, well informed professional attention throughout my care at St Anthony's Hospital; from outpatients through to discharge. The room was clean, well heated and ventilated, equipment checked and the armchairs comfortable. The unit was quiet. Nursing staff answered call bells promptly and with kindness and a smile. No request was considered a problem. Their level of knowledge and professionalism was excellent along with the standard of care. Physiotherapy care was also excellent and given with respect to my individual needs. Recovery staff were informative and reassuring. Excellent care there too. I include catering staff who also took care in their work. A few glitches with the electronics on the bed and the new bathroom which received prompt attention - the unit has been recently renovated.

My whole experience with Mr Holton was exceptional from start to finish and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone considering a hip replacement. Mr Holton has a wonderful bedside manner, extremely understanding and always gives plenty of time to answer questions and give full explanations. He is extremely knowledgeable and experienced and uses the latest technology and techniques. The procedure itself was uneventful and completely comfortable and stress free. My scar has healed beautifully and was the nearest one I have had (and I’ve had a lot of surgeries). I am now pain free and living my best life! Thank you Mr Holton for an incredible experience and a job very well done!

Our experience with Dr Hanci was really positive. We felt, both my husband and I, that he tailored the consultations to both us as parents, but also communicated with our daughter brilliantly, putting her at ease, and ensured she was involved with the process on her terms. Dr Hanci was professional, thorough, empathetic and patient. The nurses were also very caring and diligent with their manner. My only slight feedback would be that there was a bit of confusion by the reception team/s, who advised us that Dr Hanci wasn't working on the day of our appointment, but other than that, a positive experience, given it is/can be a concerning time for families.

RTN Mental Health - Private

The most stressful and frustrating part of using RTN services is the lack of communication and poor response times. I have used RTN both via the right to choose path and for a private assessment. You would expect the private service to be quicker and have better communication but this has not been my experience. It is impossible to get hold of anybody. I have sent multiple emails and left voicemail but there is no sense of urgency in responding and waiting times are long. You don't even receive an acknowledgement or holding email to manage expectations. Some very basic and easy changes could be made to make the customer experience so much better.

I arrived in advance of my outpatient appointment and was greeted by a friendly member of reception staff. My Consultant came to meet me at the exact time of my appointment and kindly brought me to the X-ray department, enquiring as to how I had been since the surgery. He again came to bring me to the consultation room where I was treated warmly, professionally and shown the X-ray. The examination was gentle, the good progress made discussed and the next stage of the treatment plan was explained. Advice was given on my rehabilitation and when I would be seen again.

Ms. Mahwash Babar was highly professional and reassuring during a potentially difficult time. She knew exactly what was required and made sure the imaging and blood work was organised. The LondonClinic provided a comprehensive service where the customer’s interest prevailed throughout. The total time elapsed from my initial call to the hospital to having all examinations and diagnostic test conducted and the results back was less than 48 hours. A process that would have taken many weeks at best through the NHS. Thank you.

am African and originally from Africa. Today, the young lady who took my blood was extremely kind and very professional. As we were talking, she was friendly, respectful, and welcoming. I was truly impressed by her attitude and the way she treated me. When she inserted the needle to draw my blood, I barely felt anything — she clearly knew exactly where the vein was and performed the procedure with great skill. If people in this world were all like her, the world would be filled with endless happiness.

Mr Tudor Jones was very clear and concise, he made the whole process easy for me. I have had a long, drawn out history of Achilles pain and he reassured me that the procedure would go to plan and I would be on the road to recovery soon despite the long history. So far so good, starting into a rehab block now and I have had a 6 week follow up with Mr Jones who was very accomodating to have this for me on zoom as I live in Ireland which saved me a trip! Would highly recommend.

My experience at Knightsbridge was truly exceptional. I arrived early but the team was delighted to let me wait comfortably in the warm. When I was ready to be seen, I was greeted by Dr Michael Smith. His friendly and welcoming nature instantly put me at ease, even though I was already feeling anxious. The medical exam was done with professionalism and Dr Smith talked to me throughout which I appreciated. I can not express my gratitude enough.

Was a little confused and concerned with all the last minute changes for surgery, then to be told and left waiting in a room for surgery to then say ur appointment was not the appointment time when u came in on our computer so they did change my appointment time! Other than that surgeon was fantastic brilliant and friendly After Care - as given a bag of meds and a latter and cards for the doctor with no sore dressings for wound area.

I found her to be empathic, caring, reassuring, and kind to provide a clinic letter in order to refer me to the NHS service where she is the Lead Consultant. She has a wealth of knowledge as far as AIN and related issues are concerned, and I highly recommend everybody to have a private consultation with her.
