I was referred to Prof Vasdev via a friend of a friend who is: a prostate cancer patient, a practicing emergency Doctor and an ex-military doctor. When I first spoke with “###”, he talked me through his exhaustive research into who, is who, in the world of treatment of prostate cancer and the many specialists in a myriad of fields that he had interrogated. For him, there was only one option for the individual in which he was willing to place his trust and his future care, that man was “Prof Nik”, (a term of endearment I am sure I would never be so bold as to use!) On meeting Prof Vasdev, I was struck by how quickly he thinks, acts and assimilates information. On further conversations throughout my treatment, I have been amazed at how much he does, both locally and internationally across his surgical work, his research, his teaching and his sharing of best practice and in my case Neurosafe Robot Assisted Laparoscopic prostatectomy (RALP). The Neurosafe aspect is the gamechanger, this allows the team to assess at a cellular level the safe margins for the removal of diseased tissues live in surgery with samples taken and assessed in real time…AMAZING! I am now 11 weeks post-surgery and am recovering very well and have had my first post operative PSA test returning undetectable levels of PSA. Having been able to observe Prof Vasdev in his native environment at the NE Hertfordshire hospital in Stevenage he struck me as s a super-bright inspiring leader, held in great esteem by his colleagues and patients alike, capable of communicating the mission and the goal to his peers and his staff who offer him great respect in return and understand how and why to get to the best treatment and patient outcomes Besides his operative track record, his academic and research and teaching record leave no doubt to his expertise, energy and passion to improve medical science across many disciplines which culminate in him being an outstanding surgeon and an avid sharer of new procedures and techniques to give the best patient outcomes and I count myself as a very grateful individual amongst that number.

I had an open rhinoplasty with Duncan over the summer and would absolutely recommend him to someone considering the same procedure. I had been considering a rhinoplasty for a few years because of the slight droop in my nose that I've always disliked, but was also slightly terrified of picking the wrong surgeon, or it going wrong. So I must have looked through dozens of surgeons online, and spoke with a handful in person before deciding on Duncan. The pictures of his work always stood out to me because the results always looked so natural, and I knew I didn't want a copy-and-paste nose that I saw so frequently on Instagram. He was very realistic about what was achievable and really listened to what I wanted (a conservative rhinoplasty that wouldn't be hugely noticeable to anyone but me). I was really pleased with the result when I got my cast off at one week, but even more so four months down the line as the minor swelling has subsided. I can see a huge difference, especially to my side profile, but no one else has noticed I've had anything done. The droop has gone and in its place is a ever-so-slightly upturned tip that I'm thrilled with. It's already made me feel so much more confident when I have my photo taken. The slight bend in my nose has also been straightened which has improved my breathing during yoga classes. The recovery was very gentle - I was expecting so much worse. I had one night where learning to sleep in an upright position was a bit awkward, but there was very little pain and minimal bruising throughout the whole thing.

From my first consultation meeting with Sam I felt at ease. We talked about what I was aiming to achieve in terms of look. She was interested to understand my drive and motivation for having the breast augmentation procedure and I felt this helped her understand me more as a patient. I absolutely made the correct decision to have Sam operate on me, my final look is fabulous and so much better than I could have ever imagined. My body confidence has increased massively and I finally, at the age of 53, feel comfortable in my appearance. No cleavage on show, no skimpy low-cut tops, just womanly clothing and self-love for my new look.

She's relentless in trying to find the solution and the right help for me, going over and beyond just to help me. I travel miles to London to see Dr Lafina Diamandis because she is a breath of fresh air, and very worth of my time to see someone like her who is passionate about their job and cares about her patience. I couldn't thank her enough for her help and support. Words can't fully capture it; I'm forever grateful for Dr Lafina's help.

Wonderful Dr!! Great experience with Dr Singhai and his team in Harley Street. Friendly, patient and informative with my 90 year old father. Diagnosed with Lewy Body Dementia (LBD, which we suspected) mixed with some elements of Alzheimers and Parkinsons. Positive appointment and he can now start some medication to help the LBD. £2500 for an all day appointment inc MRI brain scan, bloods and Diagnosis discussion. We would have to wait probably a year on the NHS for the same service, but we achieved everything in less than a week. Well worth the money. Thanks to everyone on the team.

All staff, including the doctor we saw, we're very friendly, made us feel at ease, and the procedure appears to have been carried out smoothly. The only thing I'd fault is the communication before the appointment, particularly the emails. They include a misleading price, the suggestion that a follow-up would not be required (when we understand that is completely normal) and we'd understood that we could/should be in the room when the procedure was taking place, which was then quite strongly advised against.

Dr Nagpal truly goes above and beyond. He did a thorough check of my medical history and sourced the tablets I needed for my extraction due to my risk of bleeding from a genetic condition. My GP did not help me regarding getting these but Dr Nagpal ordered them in just for me. As a teacher it is difficult getting time off and it was a pleasure having everything tailored to me and made as convenient as possible. I appreciate how precious Dr Nagpal’s time is as a specialist but he was still so accommodating.

Doctor followed up over the phone and sends me results really quickly over email.

The eventual utrasound and conference with Mr Baker were excellent. The only difficulty was that I was directed to the Buckingham Rd Hospital for the 12.00 appointment....which made it a problem to be at 24 Upper Regent Street. However when I did get there everybody was very accommodating, and Mr Baker particularly helpful in a wider consultation.
