I've been seeing Erin at PSM since March 2025 - she is by far the best physio I’ve ever worked with. When first starting treatment, I had no idea of what was wrong – just a feeling of being ‘uneven’. By November, I’m pain-free and have a far better understanding of my body and how to look after myself for years to come. I was referred to Erin by another member of staff at PSM clinic who said she was one of the best – and they were absolutely right. From the start, she took the time to understand how I was feeling, carried out detailed tests, and quickly identified the root of the issue. Over the past six months, we’ve worked together to strengthen my shoulders and back through a tailored mix of gym and mobility exercises. Erin has gone above and beyond to adapt my programme as I’ve progressed, and I genuinely feel the difference. Whilst Erin was on holiday, she arranged cover with Cam, who was brilliant at answering my questions and fine-tuning my programme – his knowledge was greatly appreciated. The wider PSM team, including Morgan and Ellie, have also been fantastic – always welcoming, friendly, and incredibly helpful, especially with my medical insurance.

Absolutely amazing, I cannot fault the care and support I have received. I may not be able to climb mountains, but I can carry on with my walking, taking care of myself at the same time. Avni is absolutely brilliant and I cannot recommend her enough. She started treated me during pregnancy but I have continued to see her after. Avni is really caring and intuitive and the only osteopath that I have been to who really manages to address any pain that I have been experiencing. She doesn't insist that you come back week after week, unless the treatment specifically requires a few sessions. She takes a holistic approach to wellness and provides really useful tips and recommendations that have helped me in all aspects of life.

Dr Karolina Afors is highly skilled and took plenty of time to read through my pages and pages of notes at our first appt. After being dismissed by other doctors, she was a breath of fresh air with lots of ideas, and she was invested in helping me get my life back from pain. The medicines she has prescribed me for my endometriosis have changed my life and she always has a range of suggestions for symptom management of many conditions. Cannot recommend her enough. Fit2function is the best physio clinic I have visited. As a sportsman, physio is an important part of my routine for both rehab and prehab. Many of the clinics I have attended don’t accommodate sports and return to play. My experience at Fit2function was great. I saw Harrison, who is an ex athlete and understood my needs well. The equipment is modern and top of the range, and the philosophy is very aligned to returning to sport and having the best possible outcome. I would highly recommend them.

Mr. Al-Mouazzen was the best thing that have happened to me after NHS failing to look after me. I have almost lost faith in the system. He is one of the doctors that keep the system together. He was extremely compassionate, professional and he LISTENS. I have seen 3 different orthopaedics and none could see the issue. He without any problems found out what was wrong and fixed it. He had done my Bone graft and ACL reconstruction. I am one of the luckiest patients to get him to look after me.

I needed my bloods reviewed at three months on T. I needed to prompt PIH to set the process off, which was fine but unfortunately my blood results weren't straight forward so needed more time to get reviewed and get things sorted out before my script could be issued. PIH did pull out the stops and got everything sorted in time, so I am grateful. They now have provided a helpful flow chart so I know what to expect at each milestone. All good.

Six months after the operation I was back playing golf and also back playing walking football weekly, and I hardly have any sign of the scar from the surgery.
