Main reception lovely and consultant was great. Imaging receptionist was blunt and frankly dismissive. Now paying invoice for consultation the original price was quoted on phone I found it’s £20 more which isn’t much but when you are self funding every £20 counts! When I complained I was directed to the fees as outlined on my original appointment letter which state it would not exceed £150 which it obviously doesn't but it wasn’t explained that the figure quoted on phone was only an estimate. Pricing should be communicated more clearly for those who don’t have insurance. So far, apart from consultant, a disappointment.

What can I say about Ms Warner, she has been such a big help to me not only medically but she has calmed me down when another hospital had no idea what to do with my condition she broke everything down and has made me feel so comfortable with the whole process. She is very attentive, explains everything in much simpler terms and is very empathetic. Her medical knowledge is very vast. I trust her 100% and feel immensely grateful that she was able to perform what was quite major surgery on me. I genuinely don’t think I would have gone through with it, if it hadn’t been her.

Under the care of Mr Sunildath Cazabon on the 13th January 2026 I underwent laser vision corrective procedure for posterior capsule opacification following prior cataract surgery. A full series of tests was preformed before procedure. The procedure was completed successfully without any complications in under 15 minutes and a positive experience from start to finish with immediate improvement to my vision.
