All was great until the end. My only complaint would be that after my surgery there was no one around to take me down to reception and get a taxi. Mt vision was impaired due to the surgery and drops. I was walking into pillars thinking they were people. I wandered around the ground floor for ages looking for reception. It seemed to be a night manager. He phoned for a taxi for me. I could hardly see. The taxi took me home but I had no idea where I was due to my vision. When I got out I stumbled on the pavement. I could hardly see. You should tell people it’s best to have someone with them. Or if not staff should have accompanied me to the taxi and advised of vision. I dropped my water bottle and wet the seat with the water bottle in the taxi. I legit it there as I couldn’t see This happened on my very first consultation years ago when I was not advised of vision impairment due to eye drops and travelled home by tube in fear It’s no good making a big fuss of someone before surgery then rushing them out and rushing their meal and medication instructions afterwards because staff want to go home.

I have visited Daniela at Sonoworld on many occasions since 2020 for various reasons / body areas to be scanned. Sometimes for routine checking and at other times, via doctor recommendation. Daniela is always very thorough, kind and her room is spotlessly clean. She has always made me feel at ease when explaining her findings. She clearly has many many years of experience and knowledge. She always goes above and beyond and has followed up with me via email and phone call, especially when she could tell that I was anxious. I have been to other Ultrasound clinics in Central London and I have always found that they are more expensive (for no better service) and more importantly, they always try to upsell more of their services, not something that I believe is appropriate when it comes to health. Daniela has seen myself and friends of mine at short notice, and I will always continue to recommend Daniela and Sonoworld to anyone who requires an ultrasound.

The surgeon I chose to do my breast augmentation surgery on December 8th 2025 was friendly and professional in consultation. He was honest about my expectations and explained everything start to finish on how to get the results I want considering I was asymetrical and had no breast tissue. Surgery wasnt bad at all and I am more than happy with the results (7 weeks post op) I had no infection, no side effects of the surgery, everything went perfectly and I healed quickly. mr Yeoh was very clear in his assessment of my problem and I was happy he has agreed to try and help to alleviate my pain and lack of movement by performing surgery although I am not particularly happy about the possibility of having to wait for up to six months for this to happen as that would mean me having to live with the pain and restrictive movement I currently have for almost a year.I didn’t mention this to mr Yeoh during my consultation but because of that I would jump at the chance of being offered the chance of a cancellation if one became available

The admin side of things was a bit bad. Had the wrong shoulder down for surgery and even though said it would be changed still had the wrong shoulder listed on day of surgery. Unfortunately I am in the process of compiling an official complaint regarding the nurse I had on the day of my surgery, worst nurse I have ever had in my 52 years on Thai earth. Truly awful and needs to be removed from the ward.
