Hiba first treated me for quite a serious ankle injury. From my very first session, I immediately felt comfortable and supported by her warm and friendly presence. This injury was extremely hard for me, as it meant I could not play my favourite sport, football, which was really tough both physically and mentally. However, each week my session with Hiba became the highlight of my week. Not only is she an excellent physio who guided me through a quick, safe, and thorough recovery, but she also took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I always understood what we were working on. She never rushed me and always listened to how I was feeling, which made me feel truly cared for. On top of that, she has an amazing sense of humour, which really helped lift my spirits and made even the hardest rehab sessions enjoyable. After recovering from my ankle injury, I unfortunately injured my knee. Without hesitation, I knew I wanted Hiba to treat me again. Having already been through a tough recovery with her, I trusted her completely and felt reassured knowing I was in excellent hands throughout the process. During my knee rehab, she was just as supportive, knowledgeable, and encouraging, constantly motivating me to keep going even when it was challenging. Thanks to Hiba’s expertise, patience, and genuine care, I was able to regain my confidence and get back to playing football, the sport I love. I could not recommend her highly enough to anyone needing physiotherapy. She truly goes above and beyond for her patients.

After seeing Dr Maqsood with my parents to get a second opinion today on my mom’s breathing, we had an excellent meeting, we all came out of there thinking this time we are finally on the road of getting some answers. Dr Maqsood is referring my mom back to the NHS and GP for further tests. We felt listened too and he gave us his professional opinion. I wish we had hospital insurance , as I felt my mom was in great hands today and we would get answers and finally we would get to the bottom of my moms health problems. He didn’t rush us and was very experienced. I would definitely recommend Dr Maqsood as this doctor gave us full support and help today in our meeting. Hopefully with his report to my moms GP my mom will be getting the help and tests she needs. Thanks again Dr Maqsood.

I have been with the practice for a number of years and have mostly been pleased with the experience. The only thing I have a problem with is that the staff of all kinds do not speak loudly enough. There is always a lot of noise from machines etc. and soft voices, and sometimes accents, make it difficult to understand., especially when it has a medical content. Also nobody seems to understand that they should make sure the patient is comfortable, as the chairs vary in design and all do not adjust when required. Otherwise I am pleased to have found the practice many years ago and have gone through a good few different staff members in that time, so the experience has been interesting, despite the stairs! I am lucky to have good teeth.

Once Again Dr Chiraush Patel was outstandingly professional and kind. I was fortunate enough to get an appointment within an hour of calling. It cannot be overestimated how important it is to patients to have a well trained Doctor with exemplary bedside manner to help the patient to recovery. This is true of all the other GPs at One Stop, but I am lucky enough to see Dr Patel mostly. My standards are very high but Dr Patel exceeds them by miles every time I visit (I only visit sparingly). This is medicine at its very best and reminds me of when GPs were true family Dotors back before fundholding. I am fortunate indeed to have such excellent GPs. Thank you Dr Patel and OSD!

Dr Alex Hadley carried out implant procedures on me. He took the time to explain what was going to happen and reassured me when I had questions. I found him to be very caring and I am pleased to say the final result is absolutely amazing.. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anybody that needs dental work, he will clarify and calm your fears to give you confidence in having your dental work. I found all the staff at Facemed welcoming, friendly, caring and efficient. The appointment system ensures you are seen promptly and the treatment starts on time. Paid privately for Hip Replacement, initial appointment was disappointing with an hour wait, and a non interested surgeon. A few blips along the way, upon arrival on surgery day, they had me down for a knee replacement not hip, staff on night shift not the friendliest, and thet x rayed the incorrect hip after the surgery. Day shift were great and surgery went well. I will say I expected more for paying privately however the main thing I've had my surgery instead of the ridiculous wait time on the nhs.

Came for a pre op, lovely staff and lovely pre op Nurse, however I was sent for bloods, I wasn’t asked if a trainee could take them, she tried twice which was painful, before the nurse then took them on the third go in my other arm. Totally understand the need for training however, I had made it known that I hated needles and was not a good person to practice on, I unfortunately got up feeling very dizzy and sick, which for me was unnecessary.

I had a great experience with Dr. Aradhna Gupta and her team. I was seen right on time, and the receptionist was very accommodating when I needed to adjust my appointment time. Dr. Gupta was friendly and welcoming, as was her assistant, which made the visit very comfortable. She gave me a thorough check-up and took X-rays to ensure everything was properly assessed. I’m very satisfied with both the examination and the overall service.

Had a pre-assessment with a wonderful Nurse, I feel terrible for forgetting her name, but she was fantastic. Did blood tests, didn’t even feel a scratch. And she did many other tests, blood pressure, ecg, swabs etc. she explained everything so clearly, so professional, but above all this, she was one of the friendliest people I’ve met. He also asked a lot of questions about myself and my daily routine to get a full medical profile. He explained certain terminology and made some suggestions. I definitely would recommend him if you may have sleep disorders.

Mr Lee recommended spinal fusion for my back pain. This was done initially in 2016 and further fusions were done 2016. Consultations with Mr Lee were informative, he has always explained diagnosis and possible surgery clearly. I have always felt totally safe with his decisions.
