i can’t fault the friendliness and cleanliness of the building, as both were fine. However i’m personally disappointed in the follow up for my appointment, without going into too much personal detail, my issue involved changing mental health medication which needed close monitoring, i found it challenging having to email a generic email to discuss my private information with admin staff on a friday morning after my appointment , and was left all weekend without any feedback, i ended up getting a generic email on monday morning. this could have been detrimental to a vulnerable person changing a medication so flippantly and am quite disappointed that this GP didn’t take this into consideration and lacked holistic care. i had clarity not to change my medication on a whim on the advice of the gp as i felt the support wasn’t there. duality healthcare could be positive to a physical ailment but not in this case. i was actually going to join as a member but decided against this due to my experience with duality.

The team at One Stop Healthcare in Hemel Hempstead were very friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived. I had a clean, tidy private room, which made the experience much more comfortable. The two ladies who handled my general anaesthetic were excellent and really helped put me at ease as I was quite nervous. Post surgery, the physio who showed me how to use my crutches and explained my recovery was lovely. My only criticism was the inconsistency around my sick note - my surgeon signed me off for 6 weeks, but a nurse was unhelpful and stated they only do 4 weeks and that I would need to see my GP to extend it! This felt unnecessary given this was my agreed recovery time. My surgeon did step in to resolve this. I did appreciate the follow up call a week after surgery to check how I was doing, which was a nice touch overall.

Mr Tibrewal and his team have given me care and attention that went beyond my expectations. I had been suffering for years with pains in my right knee. I had been misdiagnosed twice by NHS and another privately funded surgeon. Within 30 seconds of my appointment with Mr Tibrewal said “I know what’s wrong with you, take a seat”. (Long story short my ACL in my right knee was torn completely from an old rugby injury). I knew after that I was in the best of hands with him. I can’t thank him and his magnificent office staff enough for everything they have done for me! Thank you all!

Mr Gordon successfully completed a Trans Urethral Resection of the Ejaculatory Ducts (TIRED) procedure. This has significantly improved my previous symptoms of pelvic pain and prostatitis caused by swelling of the seminal vesicles. . He explained very clearly the rationale for the procedure, what would be involved and the risks. The follow up and treatment post operation was excellent. He was very responsive to queries, and his secretary was hugely helpful and responsive too. I was confident that I was in very capable hands of a leading expert in his field.

The clinical team at Allergy London are very experienced, confident and kind. They have the ability to put families at ease and my daughter loved seeing them at her visits. I am so grateful to them for their expertise and thorough approach.. We had previously seen a different provider who unfortunately over-complicated the process of oral immunotherapy (OIT); Professor Fox's treatment was pragmatic, achievable and best of all incredibly effective in improving our child's allergies and quality of life.

Very good ,only thing is after surgery and just before final appointment I was asked for my bank details I had paid everything last Nov a month before my surgery they agreed everything was paid but wanted to have a bank card on record ,Why ? I was asked again when I went to see mr smith for my final check up ,absolutely no need if front of other people when I didn't owe anything it made me feel like I owed something even though she said it was a token just to have it on record

Dr Das is the best Consultant my son has had. He has suffered with lots of gastro issues since birth and we were always fobbed off until we meet Dr Das. His knowledge in this area is exceptional, my son has ARFID and he seems to be the only professional I have meet who acknowledges it and is taking an interest in it to help children who suffer with it. He is always friendly, kind, listens and cares about his patients and helping them.

Everything was good but the house keeper was rude . when i came to the building i don’t know which button to press and there was board (if you have any issue you can contact house keeper . I press that button and i told him i have medical appointment he was like do you appointment with me ,he was so rude . He could simply say that press number 15 thats it . But my experience with doctors and other staff was excellent.
