I had a bilateral cataract operation, performed by Mr. Deshmukh. The whole experience exceeded my expectations. The technicians who did all the assessment checks (separate and earlier appointment) were excellent. At this appointment I met Mr Deshmukh who put me at ease and we discussed the best replacement lenses to suit my needs. For me the premium lenses were the right choice. On the day of the operation the hospital staff were brilliant - professional and good humoured. The operation was completely painless and took much less time than I had anticipated. The immediate aftercare was been superb and the nurse talked me through what I had to do and just as importantly avoid doing. I was given some eye drops to use for the next 4 weeks. You quickly become expert at using them. Following the operation my eyesight was as good as I can remember it ever being. I then returned for a follow up consultation with Mr Deshmukh who confirmed that my recovery was going very well and my vision is better than 20/20. I have worn spectacles since my early teens and this is an incredible outcome. I can now proceed with my training to become a driving instructor.

He was an excellent surgeon, my recovery has been very good, he took extra time to make 3 additional visits when I was in hospital to ensure that the wound was healing properly. My son had a surgical extraction and the procedure was very calm and relaxed for him. I was able to be there too, so I watched the whole procedure and was very impressed at how clean the procedure was, resulting in a positive experience and successful extraction, ahead of upcoming orthodontic work. Waiting times weren't too long, although for private treatment we had hoped to be seen a little sooner than we were. The practice staff were friendly and very welcoming and high standards were evident throughout, in terms of hygiene and care. My son has no pain and is recovering well. Dr Fiona Wright communicated well throughout with my son and made him feel comfortable and at ease.

It’s underneath my chin, lopsided, on top of any tissue, not even near my chin bone, and they refute 2nd opinions I’ve had that there’s anything wrong with this. They also promised me a referral for a CT scan for months but keep deferring. So I’ve had to arrange these scans myself to get proof needed. Made a formal complaint and didn’t even get a written response. Independent adjudication (ISCAS) next then Small Claims. They will not take responsibility for negligence/errors so beware! Please pass on so people are aware - as this needs to be made public

He gave an excellent recommendation on what was possible and necessary in a tailored treatment plan to achieve my desired outcome. A robotically assisted total knee replacement, including patella, various challenges. Mr. Port replaced a hip for me 9 years ago, with superb results, and has done procedures for a couple of friends, so there really was no other choice. Three previous large surgeries on the same knee and a failed carbon fiber gave Mr Port a proper mess to deal with. My recovery has been almost miraculous, and 8 weeks post op I am pain-free, with a straight knee and super flexion, and the neatest scar. I honestly don't have the words to describe my appreciation for the skills of this surgeon. Honestly, couldn't recommend him highly enough

I had booked a vitamin infusion. The whole experience was a desaster. The nurses used several needles but were not able to “find a good Vene” as they called it. They said my venes are the problem which is ridiculous as I had been to your place to get infusions multiple times and there never was a problem. As a result, I now have three large bruises and my arms hurt. I left without getting the infusion. The ladies did not even apologize. In my view, they should get proper training both when it comes to doing injections and servicing clients. I will not return.
