I began working with Jo shortly after receiving my autism diagnosis at the age of 45. At the time, I was already an experienced practitioner, but I was navigating a new understanding of myself while continuing to work at a high professional level. Jo’s mentoring was genuinely transformative. Through her insight, strategies, and lived understanding, Jo helped me to recognise who I am, clearly identify my strengths, and understand that I am not deficient. She supported me in developing the confidence and language to advocate for myself, to understand the reasonable adjustments I was entitled to, and, crucially, how to ask for them effectively. The impact of Jo’s work with me went far beyond personal insight. By applying the strategies and approaches she shared, I not only progressed professionally; I was promoted first to a senior role and then to Service Lead. Jo helped me align my authentic self with my professional practice, strengthening both my leadership and my effectiveness. Jo’s mentoring has had a lasting impact on my confidence, my career, and my sense of self. Her support was empowering, affirming, and deeply respectful, and I cannot overstate the value of what she helped me achieve.

My first time going to this clinic due to either muscle or muscle strain causing nerve impingement this is my assumption until I get my results tomorrow. The team were fantastic and to say my appointment was the last one of the day they were friendly welcoming and super efficient. Maria at the desk was incredibly sweet and aspiring to talk to and also in providing me with the Information regarding MRI and what to expect. Julius (radiographer) was accommodating friendly and made the MRI scan easier to manage.. Also Sabi (hope I spelt the name correctly) was as friendly and the other two mentioned and altogether they made the whole experience as smooth as it could be. 5 star from me and highly recommended for anyone on the fence debating whether to visit or not so if you have the need to go for and MRI or ultrasound or anything else that they cover that relates to you I highly recommend Marris and in comparison to other clinics around there price was reasonable at a cost of £325 for a lumbar spine MRI bearing in mind this is on the famous Harley Street. I am super happy I chose them and shall be returning for my consultation soon.

There are only good things to be said about Vermillion. From the friendly welcome on reception on my first\every visit, through the countless appointments with orthodontics, prosthodontics, hygiene and x-ray, everyone and everything was spot on. The coordination and communication between the different departments through the course of my 17 months of treatment was super professional and the outcome is nothing sort of exceptional. Special shout out to Chris for getting my teeth in fantastic shape for the prosthodontics and to Photini for the wizardry she demonstrated with the rebuilding work. I was honestly lost for words when I seen my renovated smile for the first time. Additional thanks to Michaela in hygiene for the whitening, to dental nurse Lucy and to Rachael and Gemma for coordinating it all.

I’ve been going to APPI Clinic to see Isabella for over 12 months now, and I’m genuinely glad I finally found a physiotherapist who truly understands my condition. From the very beginning, she has been extremely professional, knowledgeable, and attentive. What really sets Isabella apart is how thorough and personalised her approach is. She takes the time to listen, explains things clearly, adapts treatments as needed, and consistently follows up to make sure progress is on track. I’ve always felt supported and confident in the care I’m receiving. She’s an excellent physio, the practice is great with lots of facilities and equipment. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for high-quality, professional, and genuinely thoughtful care.

Mr Ben Yates is in my opinion an excellent podiatric surgeon who gives a very good clinical opinion. I was unhappy that Mr Yates charged me for a “new patient” appointment when this was in fact a follow up appointment lasting about 12 minutes following previous surgery by Mr Yates. Furthermore, I did not receive a clinic letter from Mr Yates until I chased it up more than 2 weeks after my appointment. I received no apology for the delay in sending the letter. Mr Yate’s clinical letter did not contain all the information promised at the consultation and I was obliged to chase this information again. I emailed Mr Ben Yates to raise my concerns but I did not receive a reply from him.

The Clinic was a little difficult to find but once there the staff were excellent and very efficient. My appointment was on time and the waiting area was warm and comfortable. The consultant was very helpful and explained everything and answered all my questions. I wasn’t rushed or meant to feel unimportant. The nurse was helpful and reassuring. There had been an administrative problem that I had mentioned to the lady on arrival and that was completely sorted out by the time I left which was extremely efficient. I will have no hesitation on returning for a procedure in the near future. An excellent clinic

I arrived at Princess Grace on 3rd Jan with a very serious urological condition. Mr Ng attended to me quickly and listened fully to my story. He gave very careful consideration as to a plan of action which he explained fully, clearly and with possible outcomes. That plan has been followed and has resulted in my being able to be discharged with certain conditions. I consider Mr Ng’s skill and professionalism saved my life. He is a charming and very personable individual who remains realistic in his prognoses but always positive and optimistic.

I have attended this practice twice now for my son ongoing illness. First visit we have Dr Victor, second we have Justino Monteiro. Both were very professional and friendly. My son who was crying manage to stay calm with both doctors. As a parent I was very happy with the customer care. Also Domingos the practice manager accommodate my son for a last minute appointment in time of crisis, which I was so grateful. Thank you so much for all your attention and looking after my son. I would recommend this place to friends and family.
