I wanted to share how positive my most recent visit to Bristol Menopause Clinic was. From the moment I arrived, I felt truly listened to, believed and validated. My experiences of PMDD and perimenopause were taken seriously, without minimising or rushing, and I felt fully supported in making decisions about my care. Since the appointment, I genuinely cannot believe the difference I feel within myself. The impact on my wellbeing has been significant, both emotionally and physically, and for the first time in a long while I feel hopeful and grounded in my body again. Compassionate, knowledgeable and person-centred care makes such a difference, and this clinic offers exactly that. I am incredibly grateful for the support and would wholeheartedly recommend Bristol Menopause Clinic to anyone navigating PMDD or their perimenopause journey.

I can not speak more highly of the care I received from Reproclinic, in particular or Medical Coordinator, Karin, and Dr Alicia Hernández. Being an international patient, I was concerned about how it was all going to work, given so much of the preparation is done remotely. I need not have worried. Karin's response times to my many (many) emails were always quick and her replies provided the information and reassurances I required. I am please to say that we welcomed our healthy baby boy a couple of weeks ago, following our first IVF cycle with Reproclinic. This was on the back of 15 failed rounds in my home country. The result speaks for itself. Thank you Karin and Dr Alicia. I look forward to seeing you both again when we return to Barcelona for our second child.

There was a massive time delay in getting my discharge letter/documents After lots of emails to Binley and Coventry ( possibly some to “ differing addresses “ , I admit ) phone calls ( no call backs as promised) I eventually received an email from Binley with the discharge document attached IT WAS WRONG ! I would rate my overall experience 10 out of 10 From the moment I arrived I was treated courteously and professionally. Julia and her assistant treated me with great care and consideration, calmly advising each stage of my treatment and checking I was comfortable and happy to carry on. Dee in reception is a treasure, first appearances are so important to a business, she welcomes you with a cheery "putting one at ease" smile. The reception area and treatment rooms are absolutely spotless. I have been using OSD Dental Dept since 2017 & I will continue doing so, I would not hesitate in recommending OSD Dental Dept to anyone who may ask.

Dr. Robertson promptly explored the possible causes of my discomfort with the molar,visually and with an X-ray, and established the tooth was infected. He clearly explained the pros and cons of the options of dealing with my infected tooth. I agreed that extraction was the best option and Dr. Robertson quickly and skilfully extracted my tooth. He then adjusted my denture which had been supported by the infected tooth and explained how to stabilise the denture in the new situation and what to consider in the future about adjustments to the denture or its replacement. I am very impressed with Dr. Robertson's expertise and friendly manner.

The 1:1 pre- and post- operative discussions with Dr Lowe were excellent. Clear, concise, professional and empathetic. Dr Lowe's approach instilled confidence - including the consultation in October when the ablation was decided as the appropriate course of treatment. Again, his knowledge and clarity of explanation of the new pulsed-field technique and associated risks along with the discussion of alternate treatments and long term prognosis under different pathways were excellent.

Lucy Kerrison is very thorough , excellent listener and very effective communication. She is an excellent dietitian in that she is knowledgable and an efficient researcher. A routine check on my progress with respiratory issues. I was able to report much improved breathing thanks to Dr Nimmos referral to the Royal Brompton Hospital in January. Their advice, which I have followed carefully, has led to a much more stable respiratory state of health with only two interventions in 12 months of prednisolone and Doxycycline.

Dr Sandhu is so generous with her time, answering my many questions clearly and as an extremely nervous patient, she was so kind, and really all my worries were unnecessary. NLM Psychiatry - Doncaster

NLM Clinic in Doncaster provides you privacy of consultation. It is located quite central, however not on the main road, which means that the privacy is maintained at all times. The environment is calm and comfortable. You are offered a drink on arrival and the consultation room, despite being small is welcoming and comfortable. Highly recommended.

Consultation for msk issues. Warm and open consultant. Asked lots of questions to understand the symptoms, impacts on my wellbeing and possible causes. I was provided with an initial diagnosis and for added assurance refrerred for imaging. Managed to get an MRI in good time. The MRI appointment was efficient and professional.
