Review for Podiatrist Consultant Liam Stapleton I have been a patient of Liam Stapleton for several years, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. Liam is consistently professional, attentive, and genuinely thorough. He always takes the time to listen carefully, explains everything clearly, and makes sure you fully understand both the problem and the treatment options. After many months of difficulties prompted by the sudden loss of my husband, I can finally see a light at the end of the tunnel. Communication with Kernow Psychiatry has been very responsive and I booked an initial appointment to discuss my mental health difficulties. Dr Reid welcomed me into a comfortable room at the wellness hub, she immediately put me at ease and took care make sure I was settled and ready to start. After the hour, Dr Reid summarised what she saw as the key priorities to getting me back on an even keel, suggesting a clear approach to addressing my intersecting issues. I am looking forward to my follow up appointment and the start of my recovery treatment plan. I only wish I’d followed my instincts sooner and booked in months ago.

I have used Avenues for a cycle of IVF/ICSi, a hysteroscopy and then FET. I was under the care of De Ali Al Chami and became pregnant with the first transfer, having 3 failed attempts elsewhere. Dr Al Chami changed my protocol (both stimulation and transfer protocol). This places is miles apart because it guarantees continuity of care and patients are treated as people. dr Ali is a wonderful person and he cares about his patients. The midwives (Marina Christina Katie Fiona Emily Starvula) are all amazing and know each patient by name and treated me with warmth, dignity, compassion and professionalism.

Mr Dobson saw me recently for ongoing pain I have had in my right knee. He had looked after me previously for a skiing injury to the same knee and I fully trusted his expertise in a new issue. He was extremely polite and professional and diagnosed a medial meniscal tear. My investigations were prompt and he went out of his way to find a treatment date that was convenient for me. I’m now 3 months post arthroscopic debridment and microfracture and I am pain free with full movement and have started running and training again. Couldn’t be happier with the treatment and fully recommend him!

I visited twice due to a stiffness in my neck. Rey was exceptionally friendly from the start and I felt I was listened to and he understood the issues I had been experiencing. I was very happy with the treatment feeling a notable difference minutes after the first session. They really do give good customer service and will not try to add extra, unnecessary sessions to get more money - my treatment lasted two sessions, and I was told to listen to my body and get back in contact if and when I need to. I will definitely be going back, even if it’s just for a quick readjustment.

He completed a thorough assessment and was able to show me what was causing it and how we can treat it. It made complete sense. I am now feeling much better. Everything was good but the house keeper was rude . when i came to the building i don’t know which button to press and there was board (if you have any issue you can contact house keeper . I press that button and i told him i have medical appointment he was like do you appointment with me ,he was so rude . He could simply say that press number 15 thats it . But my experience with doctors and other staff was excellent.
