I had an excellent experience at Nuffield Hospital Guildford. The hospital was very easy to find, and the reception team were welcoming and efficient. Check-in was quick, and within a few minutes I was seen by the doctor, which was impressive. The facilities were modern and spotless, with a comfortable waiting area and both hot and cold drinks available. The building itself feels contemporary and well maintained, creating a calm and professional environment. The staff were courteous, organised, and clearly experienced, which gave me confidence throughout my visit. Overall, a very smooth and professional experience from start to finish. The receptionist with her friendly manner relaxed me straight away. The dentist has a calming manner also and did not push me from my comfort zone. Overall a good experience.
