Pleasant waiting area with self-service drinks available. Within an hour you are called and escorted into the preparation/recovery room where you are prepared for the operation and the procedure is explained including a visit from the surgeon to check if you have any questions. The operation takes place in the adjacent theatre where again efforts are made to keep you informed as to what’s happening and before you know it you are escorted back to your recovery area for water and a biscuit. Staff were pleasant and attentive at all times. Once thoroughly checked out you return to the waiting area to be collected by your escort who has already been called to say your are ready for collection. I was back home within 2 hours

I attended Luiza’s group classes initially and then moved on to 1-to-1 sessions once I was heavily pregnant. She has an incredible ability to modify exercises to suit each person’s individual needs, even within a group setting. Her attention to detail, precision, and ability to make subtle adjustments made a huge difference to my strength and mobility throughout pregnancy. On top of that, she’s a genuinely lovely and caring person, which makes such a difference when you’re navigating pregnancy. It’s easy to see why her classes are always booked weeks in advance. Her physiotherapy background really shows and adds an extra layer of confidence and safety to everything she does.

I have had multiple appointments and a procedure with kingsbridge, the administration staff are honestly the worst i have came across. From not being able to get through to messed up appointments it is shocking for what you charge in a private hospital. The reception staff at ballykelly are also horrendous. When visiting the hospital i was standing at the reception desk for 10 minutes before i was attended to whilst the receptionists were cursing and slagging off other staff and patients. I would really hope this feedback is taken seriously because I myself will not be back in kingsbridge as a patient due to the outcome of all of this!

I had an appointment for a blood test. Unfortunately, despite 2 attempts the nurse was unable to extract any bloods. The nurse decided to find a colleague - I was delighted to see a face I recognised, who had conducted this procedure successfully earlier in the year. She was able to take the bloods from my arm skilfully first time, without causing any discomfort. Her calmness, warmth and humour quickly helped me to forget my previous experience. Prof Quraishi is a fantastic doctor and technically gifted surgeon . I had a sacro-iliac joint injury many years ago which was fixed in Bristol . Suffered with pain for over 10 years and saw a vast number of specialists . It was only when I saw Prof Quraishi that I knew he could fix me . He did - placed bolts across my SIJ bypassing the previous metalwork. I have had an excellent outcome and he has changed my life !

Mr Ferguson got me in on same day for a colonoscopy (I think it is called) He kept going until he had done everthing required. He explained everything to me and made me feel fully at ease. He came to see me after and explained everything. With Mr Ferguson I was in and out the same day. When I had it done at the NHS I was in hospital a week. His Secretary Charlotte is also excellant. The make a good team!!
