After 3 years of ongoing symptoms, countless tests and multiple gynaecologists, I had completely given up hope of ever finding a solution to my problem. Then when I met with Emily I was blown away by every element of her approach – the holistic evaluation of my situation, the fact that even in a short time she had read my full medical history, the way she was incredibly thorough and knowledgeable whilst still being funny, caring, understanding and down-to-earth, and the clear way she laid out my treatment plan and next steps. She is clearly very passionate about helping women with this unique problem and is also at the forefront of treatment options and solutions to get people back to being happy and healthy again! After years of feeling frustrated, confused and at a complete loss as to what to do next, within 45 minutes with Emily I had a full treatment plan and reassurance that she'd be there for me until we had the right solution. If I could give her 6 stars I would, she’s one in a million and by far the best experience I’ve ever had with a medical professional.

I had implants placed by Mr Solomos 11 years ago, and they continued to look fantastic with no issues at all. After turning 50, I decided it was the right time to have them removed and undergo an uplift. I knew I wanted Mark to perform the surgery, as he had been exceptional previously and had done such an outstanding job with my implants. From start to finish, liaising with Christine, his PA, was both enjoyable and highly professional. The availability and flexibility of appointments—from the initial consultations through to surgery and post-operative check-ups—were excellent and very much centred around my needs. Mr Billy Wong

I met Mr Wong (Billy) around August 2024 for recurrent sinusitis and loss of taste / smell. Billy has always been so attentive, responsive, considerate and kind. Billy explains everything clearly so I completely understood what was happening. Billy is thorough in his care: obtaining images to better understand what is going on before making an ongoing plan. I recently had sinus surgery (FESS) with Billy as my condition had not improved despite good medical management. Billy is not only an incredibly skilled surgeon, he is also a fantastic and caring individual (with a good sense of humour too!). Billy met with me before surgery and reassured me, he was also in the pre op room, then in the theatre with me, then recovery and also post op to debrief and check up on how I was feeling. This kind of healthcare is so vital to people's wellbeing; this stuff matters, it's a shame that it's so rare, but with Billy; it's there as standard and flawless! I cannot recommend him enough. If you want the absolute gold standard of care: book with Mr Wong.

This was a follow-up appointment. It should have been after 2 weeks but because the practitioner works very part-time this wasn’t possible. She then said I should have been in sooner! Treatment not as successful as with past practitioners before we moved to this area (I had brought records to first appointment but she had suggested a different approach). Further treatment offered on the day of the follow-up but I felt the practitioner was getting very defensive and I was losing confidence, so I declined. When I was waiting to go in someone else was trying to book a follow-up appointment. When she couldn’t get one desk staff said it probably didn’t matter as most people don’t need it! This clinic suits me location wise but unfortunately this wasn’t a great experience so I won’t go back.

I had LASIK surgery with Allon Barsam yesterday, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. My vision feels unbelievably clear, almost like seeing through the eyes of a superhero. Allon guided me through every step of the procedure as it was happening, which made the entire experience feel calm, safe, and reassuring. The surgery was genuinely painless; there was one brief moment of discomfort that lasted no more than 10 seconds, and he calmly counted down the seconds so I knew exactly what to expect. My eyes stung a little afterwards, but after a short nap I woke up feeling completely fine. If you’re considering laser eye surgery, I can’t recommend it highly enough. Treatment was prescribed promptly in anticipation of a potentially serious issue, with careful and attentive follow-up, and an appropriate referral arranged swiftly. The doctor listened closely, showed genuine empathy, and took time to understand how the symptoms were affecting overall wellbeing. There was no sense of being rushed, and everything was explained clearly and calmly. Overall, Deben delivered a supportive, patient-centred experience - calm, kind, and reassuring from start to finish.

Dont trust this doctor had Penis enlargement surgery with dr nenad on august i have lost almost 1 inch of erect lenght. I didnt get 1 inch soft guarented lenght plus lost almost 1 inch erect my surgery time was at 2pm i had the surgery at 7pm! And doctor nowhere to be seen. Its been 4 months now having erection problems i never had erection problem and still having pains. Doctor nenad is now telling me i can get my size back if i use traction device useless. If you really want to do it my advice is penis fillers. Dont let them damage your penis.

Staff at the practice seem to be unable to distinguish between NHS patients a d those who Are private and paying. Twice i was sent to the wrong waiting area with NHS patients. Only to be later sent to the private waiting area. As a paying patient i expect a certain level of compitance and care. So come on Barlborough, a little bit of interest in your role might help
