My experience throughout foe both eyes and post care has been excellent. Dr Allam was excellent, very professional, knowledgeable about cataracts . My initial surgery was deferred from 2nd Dec until 16th December 2025. This was due to my right being unfected. Dr Allam reassured me that my surgery would happen before christmas. The surgery did happen on 16th December. From preparation to surgery Dr Allam and team excelkent in communicating to me the process Typea of Lenses and cost. Lynne (nurse) was excellent exolaining post-Surgery and demonstrating how to apply the anti-biotic eye drops .Excellwnt support was privided in terms of eye protectors,tape and drops. Follow up by Dr Allam was excellent abd made me feel valued as a person, not just as a customer. The surgery was a major success. On 6th January 2026 I had a last follow up post surgery assessment. Resukting in Dr Allam confirming through eyes assessments, tge surgery was a success. I want to say thank to DR Allam and team for an excellent support abd for the first time since I was 7 years old I can see amazingly well !

I am in my sixties and have had increasingly bad hearing loss over the past twenty years, impairing everyday interactions but also my appreciation of, and ability to play, music. Guitar has been an integral part of my life since I was 12 and my inability to hear pitch, intonation, harmony and to play with other musicians had not been overcome despite purchasing expensive Phonak digital hearing aids from a well-known high street retailer. I have had two appointments with Matt Frost at Harley Hearing and will have at least one more. Matt took a full history of my issues, explained clearly the physical causes of my hearing difficulties along with a detailed description of how it might be addressed. His desire to listen, to understand the nature of my hearing loss and its profound effects upon my life, allied to his incredible enthusiasm, made me feel hope for the first time in a decade. I feel so lucky to have found him!

I am extremely happy that I chose Dr Derek Ho to perform my cataract surgery. He took his time to explain to me over the phone the different options and to make a recommendation when I asked him to. In the end I went with his suggestion of having a toric EMV lens in both eyes done at the same time. On the day of surgery he was very calm, polite and caring. His surgical skills are second to none. I felt reassured that I was in very experienced and capable hands. I could not believe that the treatment was completely pain free and smooth and easy. I could see very clearly after the operation straight away. Two days after the procedure I am totally amazed by how well I can see. I can now see better than I have ever been able to with glasses when I was younger. A truly transformative operation. I am so grateful to Dr Ho for what he has done for me. He is a great surgeon. Thank you so much Dr Ho!

He sees you as a whole person and not as a suffering patient. He is the best of the best among many consultants I have had. He doesn't get tired of people easily and follows you up when necessary. I remember when I forgot my appointment time, he called me and said please do you know you have an appointment today and left late that day just to see me. Great! Excellent overall experience. Facilities in general good, room, cleanliness, staff and procedure. I really am a fan, and if necessity arises would return with a lot of confidence that things would go well. Two small items of feedback : Negative - situation of the centre is not ideal and some patients get a view of a dingy disused courtyard . This is a minor point ! Food could be a little more interesting. Positive - its both reassuring and positive that the whole experience, especially the excellent staff, are so personal. The patient feels that care is tailored specifically to them. Little danger of removing the wrong leg! Warm human interchanges throughout, which is very, very good!

Mr Padmanabh Phaltankar

6wks post ACL reconstruction and I cant recommend Mr.Phaltankar or the team at The Highfield enough. Rupturing my ACL was not part of my plans (!) but I have had, from Day 1, full faith in Mr. Phaltankar. It's important to note that I was previously under the care of another Surgeon whos approach I didnt feel was for me. I then had to look for a Plan B and was referred to Mr.P via Pennine MSK. If you're under his and the Highfield's care, you're in good hands. Again, I'm 6 weeks post ACL & Meniscus surgery and doing really - firmly back on my feet, at the gym, short dog walks and next to no scarring!!

I didnt visit a practice, this was a blood test that was sent by post to me with an at home kit. So my rating is based on the blood test. I will visit a practice in early February to do a skin check. But everything was packed securely and sent quickly, and you appear to have received it very quickly and given me a result within a day of receiveing my blood, which I fully appreciate. The only thing I would mention about the process was the amount of blood I could get out of three fingers was less than what you asked for. Luckily it was enough for you to do the test.

Hugest thanks to Dr Onur Gilleard for removing the cyst like lump on my face - he is an incredible highly skilled Plastic surgeon - the procedure was pain free, very quick and I couldn't believe how neat and small the incision and stitches were which are healing beautifully. It was only a week ago however I have absolutely no doubt that there will be minimal scarring due to his expertise. Dr Gilleard and the nurse were incredibly kind and caring and totally put me at ease. Would totally recommend to anyone.

Dr Georgiou was extremely kind and generous with his time, despite this being a second-opinion consultation. My uncle was diagnosed with advanced, stage IV malignancy, and Dr Georgiou approached the case with seriousness and care, without being dismissive or overlooking treatment options. He supported the appropriate treatment plan, and after four cycles my uncle is doing remarkably well. His clear explanations and compassionate attitude gave our family reassurance and confidence at a very difficult time.

My partner and I came to the Agora for a fertility assessment as we've been trying to conceive for a couple of years.
