I went in for total hip replacement on 2nd December with Mr Cusick. Form beginning to end I was made to feel very welcome by all of the staff. The main day nurse dealing with me was Caroline Leddy who was exceptional both before the op and then during the after care. Mark was the main night time nurse and again he couldn't have been more friendly or helpful. The physio, Heather, also deserves a mention for her lovely manner and clear instructions and advice. The procedure went very smoothly and I was surprised at how relatively little pain there was post op. Both consultants, Mr Cusick and Dr McCaffrey saw me before the surgery and again the next day. Both were friendly and reassuring and helped to keep the mood stress free. The catering was also fantastic. I was discharged the following day and, sitting at home barely 24 hr later, it was hard to believe what had just happened! Thank you All!

After much deliberation I booked with Dr Walsh. She was incredible. Ordering all the tests the NHS have refused thus far and gave me hope again that I would be able to get my life back on track. I’m immensely grateful for Dr Walsh. Even if no solution is found I am happy that the investigation is underway and things are being ruled in and out. Somehow the online system managed to double book me and another patient. This was rectified quickly and effectively. Great overall experience and I’m now filled with hope again - thank-you.

I have recently undergone a long course of treatment which included several fillings, and one that ended up needing to a root canal treatment resulting in a crown thereafter. Being a fairly anxious dental patient i was a bit stressed but really didnt need to be as all went well. Staff were friendly and helpful and on the odd occasion that appointents ran late they would communicate this well. Levi my dentist was very calm and professional through all my appointments and put my ease.

Dr Kapur was incredibly informative and really gave my daughter a full understanding of the products being prescribed, why they were being prescribed, how they worked, what to avoid and how she should manage her skin regime going forward. We left feeling far more educated on dermatology especially in relation to teenage hormonal skin. The products she advised were inexpensive and the routine she now has to follow far easier to manage. I was seen late because apparently they'd fitted somebody else in before me . . . My Consultant had specified an Echo with Contrast but when I mentioned this to the member of staff, who was just about to start the treatment, he said it wasn't necessary to have the Contrast I didn't see Dr Kennon that day but it was him who requested the Echo with Contrast at a previous appointment

The environment is calm and comfortable. You are offered a drink on arrival and the consultation room, despite being small is welcoming and comfortable. Highly recommended.
