I have been suffering with severe GI symptoms for a while year. After repeated visits to my GP, a visit to a ENT specialist & taking vnunerousb medications (none of which helped) I began to lose all help. Aside from my physical health , my mental health took a turn for the worse to the point of giving up with life completely. If doctors couldn't help me, who could I turn to? I was referred to Dr Hussenbux, who listened attentively to my problems with care & compassion . Dr Hussenbux immediately concluded that I needed a gastroscopy to find the cause of my issue. The gastroscopy revealed that I have Helicobacter pylori, which is the culprit of my severe GI problems. I genuinely can't thank Dr Hussenbux enough. A year of suffering & finally, thanks to Dr Hussenbux, I can see light at the end of a very long & dark tunnel. Dr Hussenbux is now supporting me professionally & compassionately to get me back to normal. I am so grateful & would encourage anybody else with GI symptoms/problems to please consider that you may have Helicobacter pylori. To Dr Hussenbux, i will forever be grateful for your help.

The surgery was done by Dr. Ruebendra Jaganathan who I would say is one of the best surgeon in the world. His team of totally professionals were amazing caring and compassionate human beings as was the nurses. The food from the kitchen was so delicious and shall I not forget the physio team who were so caring and helped me so much. I was amazed that such care exists. I recently had a hysterectomy at this hospital the surgeon was brilliant but during my stay in the hospital I was appalled by how I was treated. Staff were friendly but some of them when I needed them ignored me. A specialist nurse from my consultant had to advocate for me. Upon discharge, one of my stitches had been left in which then went on to cause other issues. I was then chased severally for payment when I had made clear and provided authorisation codes from my insurer. I was not impressed with service from the hospital itself at all. But my consultant was brilliant.

I had a few questions about aftercare that I wanted to ask him but I didn’t have time to do so as I only saw him briefly in the hours leading up the procedure and it was a very rushed visit. Mr Lunawat did not visit me after the procedure. I would recommend Mr Lunawat to others - very good service and it is clear that he cares about his patients.

Very clean and nice waiting area, the coffee & biscuits are much nicer than the Hampshire Clinic. Reception stall very helpful and efficient. The Polish lady who undertook the ECG was excellent, very helpful and explained what was to be done. With the excellent parking area, coffee & biscuits the whole experience was very pleasant. Doctor was wonderful very thorough and given advice to sort the problem and I feel soo much better! However the thing that lets the consultant down is his PA. She never answers the phone or her emails. I have been trying to contact them for 3 days and goring hall themselves can’t help as it is all done through the PA. Shame as I wouldn’t be able to have any complaints, as service was great!
