He took the time to explain everything clearly and I particularly appreciated his personalised approach; he genuinely remembered our case and circumstances, which made the experience feel very individual and thoughtful. He was never pushy, which built a great deal of trust. His guidance gave both my partner and me real peace of mind and clarity on how to proceed. We later went ahead with the procedure at the Lister, where the team were excellent, and I had very positive results from just one cycle. Paid privately for Hip Replacement, initial appointment was disappointing with an hour wait, and a non interested surgeon. A few blips along the way, upon arrival on surgery day, they had me down for a knee replacement not hip, staff on night shift not the friendliest, and thet x rayed the incorrect hip after the surgery. Day shift were great and surgery went well. I will say I expected more for paying privately however the main thing I've had my surgery instead of the ridiculous wait time on the nhs.

The staff at the hospital were all very friendly, helpful and efficient. They understood the importance of admission for surgery to the patient and were very supportive. All of the clinical and medical staff were first class, but the support staff were also excellent. The room was clean and comfortable and I was well looked after. The menu options were very good and the food was delicious. I have no hesitation in strongly recommending this excellent hospital.

The rooms are comfortable and the location is very nice. I cannot recommend enough!!!!

But I must say everyone was very nice and friendly and made the delay bearable.
