Since the moment I entered the clinic I was very well taken care of. The friendliness of the staff made all potential stress go away in seconds. The procedure itself was almost pain free and if any pain was felt that was similar to when one has their blood test done. My treatment was both radiofrequency ablation as well as foam sclerotherapy on both legs. It was done literally in a flash while having a friendly relaxing chat with doctor and nurses. I was shocked when I was informed the treatment was already completed. I have been instructed about the aftercare as a reminder as I had received many emails before the treatment explaining all stages including recovery. Then I simply got out of the clinic and had a walk around the city with my husband who was also amazed how quickly it all went. Their aftercare is spot on too and you can get in touch any time you might feel concerned. It is now my fourth day after the treatment and I feel great and I am so happy that all nasty vericose veins I had are gone. I would and will recommend the clinic and the treatment to anyone struggling with vericose veins issues. Milena

After a year of back and forward to various different hospitals and appointments and symptoms being ignored, I finally and thankfully was seen by Mr Jacob. He was very professional, friendly and most importantly saw and heard my concerns. I got answers and was booked in for surgery. I had a very enlarged thyroid with numerous nodules that had previously been missed by other consultants and my symptoms absolutely debilitating. During surgery Mr Jacob found my thyroid had also grown around the back of neck so took a little longer. I felt great after my surgery, Mr Jacob came to see me the next morning and I was kept in updated of what was going to happen throughout and after the surgery. I had no questions unanswered and felt very cared for. Im extremely grateful that Mr Jacob was my surgeon and would highly recommend him. My scar is barely noticeable only two months later and my healing was fairly easy - thanks to Mr Jacob my procedure was a great success!

10/10 experience. We had our 10 year old son assessed for ADHD. From the moment i called to enquire about the process and what are the steps involved to the actually assessment, everyone has been amazing. Steven in the front office walked me through the entire process, what to expect, costings etc. he was polite, kind and very professional. Dr Hollie Hearfield who did the assessment was lovely. She was so good with our son, she explained everything to us as to what the next steps are. I cannot recommend you enough to others who might be thinking of going private. This was a very positive visit. Dr Hardy is friendly and kind and really put me at ease. She listened to the symptoms I had been having and provided explanations for them in a jargon-free and understandable way. She then developed a management plan that she carefully explained. I was nervous about this appointment as it is not easy discussing very sensitive and personal symptoms. However Dr Hardy has a lovely bedside manner which made it really easy to be open about the symptoms I was having. I came away from the appointment feeling listened to, with my symptoms acknowledged and feeling positive about the therapies that she had suggested. I can highly recommend Dr Hardy.

Thanks to her care, we welcomed a perfectly healthy baby boy at 37 weeks, for which we are incredibly grateful. I also recovered very well from my C-section, and the scar has healed beautifully. I loved all the staff that took care of me. I was very well looked after. My only small complaint was the lady that brought the food around kept leaving my door open and blocked half the TV and at one point my partner was helping me on the toilet with the bathroom door open and she walked in to ask if we wanted a cup of tea then left my room door open so anyone in the hall way could see me on the toilet, he was holding me up so couldn't go and close the door right away which made me feel a little bit conscious. Other than that the care staff were amazing surgeon and anaesthetist were very friendly. I would definitely recommend this hospital.

The staff at the hospital were all very friendly, helpful and efficient. They understood the importance of admission for surgery to the patient and were very supportive. All of the clinical and medical staff were first class, but the support staff were also excellent. The room was clean and comfortable and I was well looked after. The menu options were very good and the food was delicious. I have no hesitation in strongly recommending this excellent hospital.
