The waiting area had few chairs and not enough for the people waiting. The people around there that gave me paperwork and told me where to wait, were polite and helpful. The appointment with the consultant was really distressing, I couldn't ask questions and didn't discussed with me the plan, just set up steps without getting me involved on her treatment plan. This experience was very negative from what I expected when you go to a professional asking for advice and reviewing if your body is working well. I didnt visit a practice, this was a blood test that was sent by post to me with an at home kit. So my rating is based on the blood test. I will visit a practice in early February to do a skin check. But everything was packed securely and sent quickly, and you appear to have received it very quickly and given me a result within a day of receiveing my blood, which I fully appreciate. The only thing I would mention about the process was the amount of blood I could get out of three fingers was less than what you asked for. Luckily it was enough for you to do the test.

I went to see Dr Gunendran with an ongoing water infection after several visits to my GP no one could sort it. I cannot thank Dr Gunendran he’s was professional and very supportive I cannot thank him enough for sorting out my problem. Nothing is to much trouble he’s a very kind and professional man , putting his patients first is his priority . He’s one of the nicest and kindest doctors I’ve ever met and explains everything to way I could understand.My months of suffering hrs now sorted thank you so much.

My partner and I came to the Agora for a fertility assessment as we've been trying to conceive for a couple of years. The doctor was kind in explaining our results and gave a clear plan of what they recommend moving forwards. I chose the clinic based on the good reviews and we are so happy that we did. All the staff we have come across have been very nice and answered any questions that we had. We feel comfortable choosing the Agora for IVF even though this is an unknown road ahead, i feel supported.

Mr Saravelos and his team made us feel at such ease for our Frozen Embryo Transfer. He was so patient and helped talk through the procedure in a way I could understand. He kept me calm through the procedure, which previously have been a really painful experience for him. The Nurse Raj was also great and helpful and managed to get all our prescriptions done before the transfer so we didn’t have to wait around. Really great time and brilliant experience.

The only area for improvement is the check-in process - quite often there is a queue of people waiting at reception and the vehicle registration screen is separate to the check-in form, which isn't very efficient. The waiting area and exam rooms are clean and tidy, the staff is friendly and helpful. I prefer coming here despite it being a longer drive than my nearest private hospital because of the great experience I've had previously.

Dr Zainab Laftah is an absolute gem. I attended my appointment with a skin problem on my forehead which had been unresolved by 2 doctors prior to visiting her. She is highly experienced and knowledgeable and knew exactly what she was talking about. Within 1 week of her treatment plan my skin cleared up and I felt relief after so long. I'm so very thankful for her, she is great at what she does - I would highly recommended her.

Everything was good but the house keeper was rude . when i came to the building i don’t know which button to press and there was board (if you have any issue you can contact house keeper . I press that button and i told him i have medical appointment he was like do you appointment with me ,he was so rude . He could simply say that press number 15 thats it . But my experience with doctors and other staff was excellent.

I’m no expert but clearly he is and his expertise combined with his personality and excellent bedside manner really does make appointments with him so good. Obviously, positive results always help but having been nearer the wrong side of results in the past he is always consistently Top Class. Thank you very much.

Dr. Kooner explained the material in a clear and accessible way, making it easy to follow and understand. I explained what had been going on regarding my womens health and she prescribed treatment straight away when newmorous other Doctors could not over many years. A bit worried on the initial consultation lots of big words disappointed that my first appointment for surgery was cancelled but delighted with the surgery when he actually took place can't wait now for the other eye to be done hopefully as soon as possible overall delighted with the surgery carried out and so far with the aftercare

Mr Ray was kind and conscientious throughout my treatment. He is clearly an excellent surgeon , and my recovery has been exemplary due to the work he did in theatre, such that my rehab physio has also been very impressed. I highly recommend him and would happily be treated by him again ( although I hope I don’t need to!!).
