Delamere has been a godsend to me. From the first moment I contact them to the final day of my stay, they were warm, professional and caring. Each and every member of staff, from the cleaning teams to the senior leaders has the best interests of guests at heart. Delamere is a caring and friendly community which focuses on the needs of the individual, but in such a way that the programme does not feel over-medicalised. The care and attention given from the nursing team is second to none and nothing is too much trouble. They explain everything to you in a way you can understand and always have time for questions or queries. The guest liaison team are approachable and helpful as well as supportive and kind. The quality of the group session is excellent and well-thought through to support you on you recovery journey. This is exemplified by the outstanding quality of therapy and mentoring I received throughout my time at Delemere. The chefs are excellent and proved a nutritious and balanced diet which is excellent quality. The team as re also friendly and welcoming. What was special about Delemere is the personal touch. Every member of staff knew your name and was happy to chat about any issues you might have at any time of day. I cannot thank the staff enough for the opportunity they have given me to get my life back on track. I wholeheartedly recommend Delemere for anyone needing their expertise and support.

I opted for EDOF toric lenses, which have made a remarkable difference to my vision—providing excellent clarity and reducing my dependence on glasses. I had an ADHD evaluation at Diverse Minds Clinic. I did some research before booking, and I chose Diverse Minds Clinic since the psychiatrist, Dr Alex Cappai, also works for the NHS ADHD service. Dr. Alex Cappai listened to me and made me feel heard. She was quite friendly, and I felt at ease during the assessment. I was diagnosed with Adult ADHD mixed type in my fifties, which was a bittersweet finding. Dr. Cappai provided me with practical counsel that was extremely beneficial, as well as the time I needed to comprehend my diagnosis. The staff at Diverse Minds Clinic have been really professional and helpful throughout the process, and I would strongly suggest this service.

Mr Roland Hettige

I recently underwent FESS surgery and saw Mr Hettige for my post operative assessment. The appointment was brief as my recovery has been good. Mr Hettige used a nasal endoscope to view the areas operated on. As with all appointments with Mr Hettige it was all very professional and I felt assured at every step. If you are considering private treatment in the ENT area, I would highly recommend Mr Hettige. He is an excellent consultant. He’s obviously an expert in his field but his personal manner and communications are excellent also. My sinus issues are vastly improved following the surgery and I had been pretty poorly so I am delighted with the result.

Since moving to Bath in 2021 I have had a variety of treatments for sporting injuries with Sonja Bass, (Director and Lead Physio). Sonja is highly professional with a wealth of experience behind her. I have always received effective treatments and seen quick and positive results. She takes time to listen to concerns, and discuss treatment options and provides additional exercises that can be done easily at home. The clinic environment and staff all contribute to a welcoming and positive atmosphere. Booking appointments online is very simple by by phone or via the Pure Practice website. Dio offered an excellent service. He executed a series of tests on me on my first visit and articulated his thinking in clear and meticulous manner. On receiving my MRI results (Grade 4a stress fracture of the lateral tibia) he called me as soon as he could to recommend the next steps, despite not feeling very well himself. Dio put me on an aggressive recovery programme but 2 months on and I have almost full bone resolution which has allowed me to start physio programme. I'm very appreciative for his input throughout my recovery.

I only saw Mr Lambert so cannot give feed back on any other member of his team. From being referred by someone who knows him well, I was predisposed to like him and respect his expertise, but hadn't expected to find such a a courteous, thoughtful, kind man who engaged with every aspect of me as a patient. Mr Lambert answered all my questions and was patient and understanding. I felt listened to, for the first time since I had my injury.

Friendly staff at Main Reception who gave clear directions to Imaging Department. Department staff were friendly, professional and efficient. Radiographer was great - clear with his questions and explanations. Changing room was a good size, but would benefit from redecoration and coat hooks/hangers would be useful. Overall, a good experience, but would have liked the report to have been sent to the referrer quicker.

Although I’ve only just received my meds from Astron and Lucio health I cannot praise them enough. They have listened to, and answered, all of my questions appropriately and the whole team are passionate about their cause: providing patient choice with dedicated personalised medical protocols. I had been experiencing problems with my thumb and knees, tried various things including thumb splint. Saw Dr James Thing and must say the experience start to finish was excellent, pinpointed problem areas and carried out scan and targeted areas that were problem and treated, now no longer need splin or pain relief. So much more movement in knees too. Would highly recommend.
