I was delighted with my recent visit to One Hatfield Hospital. a) The hospital was easy to find. b) The parking was perfect, and I immediately found a parking space. c).I loved the look of the hospital, and the high ceilings and modern appearance I found very uplifting. When I went inside the hospital I was greeted by Georgia at the desk, who took me through the registration process, and I also registered my car. I sat down for a very short time and then Mrs. Fiona Batesan ( with whom I had an audiology appointment) came out to greet me, and she took me in to her consulting room. I also met Amy who was the very friendly nurse who was assisting. I thoroughly recommend Mrs. Fiona Bateson. Finally, I had a delicious snack in the little cafe. Sam was serving and he was very attentive and interesting to speak to. I forgot to mention the toilets, which were very clean, and I was slightly amused when the male cleaner rushed outside the moment that I entered the toilets. All in all, I had a very positive experience of my visit to the One Hatfield Hospital, and I shall certainly be recommending the hospital to everyone. Since my visit I have heard of a friend who had his NHS. hip.or knee replacement at the hospital, and he was also very pleased with his experience. I recently had an appointment with Dr. Tania Brasse, and I was extremely impressed by her professionalism and care. She was incredibly attentive, patient, and thorough throughout the consultation. Dr. Brasse took the time to listen carefully to all my concerns, asked thoughtful questions, and explained everything clearly and in detail. I never felt rushed, and I truly felt that my health and wellbeing were her top priority. Dr Brasse's approach made me feel reassured and confident about the next steps in my treatment. It’s rare to meet a doctor who combines such medical expertise with genuine kindness and empathy. I’m very grateful for the outstanding care I received and would highly recommend Dr. Brasse to anyone looking for a GP who truly listens and goes above and beyond for their patients.

The staff was very helpful, provided clear directions and were efficient throughout the journey: reception, the specialist assessment and analysis with the Opthalmic surgeon., the subsequent administration for immediate treatment, and finally the nurse supporting in administering the laser treatment. The process was supportive and positive, and took less than an hour in total. While the process of patient care and management was smooth, the parallel path of document and papers was that despite providing all information up front with respect to insurance, previous treatments, etc. there was still considerable amount of paperwork to fill out during the journey, as well as several corrections to be made on filled out pages. Which can be tricky with dilated pupils.

Went in with our 14 week old for a tongue tie consultation as the NHS wouldn’t see her as she was over 12 weeks. Mira explained everything thoroughly and in a way non medical people would understand, she was also amazing with a tired, hungry, grumpy baby. She diagnosed the tongue tie within seconds of looking in her mouth and cut it there and then with the help of the nurse. Baby cried understandably but next to no bleeding and was feeding with 5 minutes. Mira has worked a miracle and it’s like having a different baby. Thank you so much from one very tired, emotional breastfeeding mother, you are amazing!!

I found Dr Brincat to be very professional with an extensive knowledge of his field. He has a very compassionate, approachable manner. He took the time to explain my test results clearly, making the process much less daunting, whilst also giving me the time to ask questions. I was also able to obtain an appointment with him quickly, via his lovely, efficient PA Fiona. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr Brincat if you need a renal specialist.

Before getting a steroid injection everything was explained by the doctor including possible side effects from the injection. Using the ultrasound to inject the steroid the doctor asked me if there was anything that was sore ,very professional in cleansing the area , dressing the area after getting the steroid and reassuring me if there were any problems to let him know. Just waiting for follow up call tomorrow and one again next week.

The staff from the moment you walk in, the lovely receptionists, the lovely nurses, the cleaning and premises staff, all are just so helpful. the place and the people just make it seem like i am at home. it doesn't have the hospital-feel like other places.
