I want to share my sincere thanks to the entire team at Nuffield Health for the exceptional care I received during my recent surgery. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly attentive and helpful. They were constantly checking on me to ensure I was comfortable, and they never made me feel rushed; they absolutely made sure I was feeling good and stable before they let me go home. The facility itself was impressively clean, which made me feel much more at ease, and I was pleasantly surprised that the food was actually great! The kindness and professionalism of the team made a stressful situation so much easier to handle. Thank you for taking such wonderful care of me.

The Clinic was a little difficult to find but once there the staff were excellent and very efficient. My appointment was on time and the waiting area was warm and comfortable. The consultant was very helpful and explained everything and answered all my questions. I wasn’t rushed or meant to feel unimportant. The nurse was helpful and reassuring. There had been an administrative problem that I had mentioned to the lady on arrival and that was completely sorted out by the time I left which was extremely efficient. I’ve been seeing Dr Kathryn at the clinic for nearly 10 years now, and honestly wouldn’t trust anyone else. Over the years she’s become more like a friend than just a doctor. She genuinely cares, which shows in how thoughtful and considered she is with everything she does. She’s also warm, funny, and instantly puts you at ease. Dr Rahman was a charming man who who put you at your ease and was very chatty and amusing with his assistant which was nice to listen to. Dental practice aside, which are exemplary, the practice needs some heating it was too cold in there and I must say £5 for the soft bristle tooth brush just because I forgot mine was not necessary at all. I felt a little shoehorned into having to buy that which I did not appreciate.
