Before I started working with Rosie, I was experiencing severe bloating. I was uncomfortable, tired and scared of eating most things. Rosie is really thorough in her approach. She has such a depth of knowledge and is evidently incredibly passionate about her job. She is incredibly supportive and at some points I was messaging her several times a week and she would respond almostly instantly. Rosie completely cured my SIBO (small intestinal bacterial overgrowth), which is something that the Gastrointestinal consultant that I was referred to through private healthcare was unable to do. Since working with Rosie I can eat a normal diet. I am no longer bloated. I know the exact foods that I cannot tolerate, which is now a very small set of foods. I am also armed with a lot more knowledge about nutrition. I would not hesitate to recommend working with Rosie. She is such a kind and caring person who is an expert in her field. She goes the extra mile to support her patients. She has a wealth of knowledge of the gut microbiome and after seeing consultants and several nutritionists, she was the only one who was able to cure my SIBO. I am so grateful to Rosie.

My experience with the Newmedica clinic Cheshire Oaks and its staff was of an exceptionally high standard! It offers a high class customer service! The clinic is very modern and very clean. Easy to travel to. From the receptionist to the specialist ophthalmologist team to the Consultant are all very professional, very friendly and caring. The waiting time is very quick and the atmosphere is very calming. The hot drinks offered are plenty and a biscuit is a nice touch too!. The pre-op assessment, the consultation and the surgery to the aftercare was excellent and professional. Every step of the procedure is explained clearly. The staff all put the customer first. You feel very confident and reassured by their care and support for a very delicate operation. I would highly recommend Newmedica Cheshire Oaks. Thank you to you all for looking after me!

I was a patient at the EDU. I am so so thankful for the care I received. Most of the nursing staff and HCAs were nothing short of phenomenal. At times the staff were however rude and a culture of bullying from staff was present. However this was a minority of the time. When reported and when feedback was given, it was often ignored. Staff was often sourced from the agency who had little understanding of eating disorders or how to treat patients. The food options and quality was dreadful. Overall, the nurses were so so caring and kind and the dietician and consultant were amazing!

I found cathedral eye clinic a very warm and welcoming practice, its staff were friendly and attentive, the specialist (Gillian ) that dealt with me kept me kept me well informed of the process throughout the eye exam which did put me at ease. Sadly for me my eyes are not suitable for the procedure required, this proved to me that it is not all about pounds shillings and pence with them. Hopefully down the line they can come up with another procedure that will suit me. I would have no hesitation in recommending cathedral eye clinic.

I had the best taking blood experience at MUMS. Usually it takes about 4-5 goes of me being pricked with a needle and it’s usually quite uncomfortable but here the doctor really took his time trying to find my veins and kept checking in on my wellbeing. I was only pricked once and it was successful (and no bruising afterwards). I would highly recommend.
