I have recently had cosmetic surgery at Sancta Maria and i genuinely would not want to go anywhere else…. I may be biased as I work at the hospital but for me regardless of who I was the staff were very professional and gave outstanding care. I always watch how every staff members provide this incredible service to other members of the public but honestly they showed me so much care and compassion throughout my surgery. The staff in all departments - especially recovery and ward as that’s where I spent my time mostly. Also Ashley in outpatients for providing me with an appointment for dressing clinic to put my mind at ease when I accidentally got my dressings wet. Honestly I would not want to have had my surgery anywhere else. Thank you all so much. I am very proud to work within such an incredible team.

I always find the receptionists at The Holly difficult to deal with. The booking in experience is poor as one often has to wait for ages whilst the receptionists are on the phone or chatting or apparently doing something on their computers. It is a pity as the doctors and nurses and other staff including the porters at The Holly are extremely good. The receptionists in both the outpatients area and the scan receptionists need better training and better management. I would say however that the GP area receptionists and the front desk receptionists are very nice and very helpful so I have no issues with them.

Mr Rupen Dattani

Mr Dattani has been excellent at every level. I had a shoulder replacement performed by him in London, and the result has been excellent. From the initial consultation through to surgery and follow-up, everything was clearly explained and handled with care and professionalism. The operation went smoothly, pain was well controlled, and my recovery has been better than I expected. My shoulder movement and function are already significantly improved. I would highly recommend Mr Dattani to anyone in London needing shoulder replacement or specialist shoulder surgery.

Dr Rohan was very professional, yet warm. Listened to my concerns and walked me through the plan. From testing and assessing possible diagnosis to prevention and future monitoring and treatment if needed. I felt I was in good hands. I did a full blood and urine workout to ensure I don't have an underlying disease. After a few lifestyle changes and home monitoring I saw my blood pressure normalise, for the first time, since I was diagnosed with preeclampsia 2 years ago, during pregnancy. I could not recommend Dr Rohan more.

I visited the clinic to discuss removal of a lesion on my eyelid. Having spoken to the consultant Mt Murray I decided to have it removed. I returned two weeks later to have the surgery. All the staff were very supportive and took time to explain the whole procedure to me. In particular Jenny took great care of me and made sure I felt as relaxed as I could be. Everything went to plan and I would like to thank everybody that was involved.

Dr Theocharis was absolutely wonderful. From the start in assisting me with swift booking and appintoment guidance, to making my 3 year old feel happy and safe throughout what could have otherwise been a scary experience. Her bedside manner is what you hope for anyone but especially for young children. Dr Theocharis provides a level of care and compassion I thought was reserved for movies- I cant recommend her enough.

Mr Edward Massa

I was referred to Mr Massa by another consultant who felt that my surgery was too complex for him, due to a pre-existing medical condition. Mr Massa was completely confident that he could provide the surgery I needed, and explained the extra measures he would take in theatre. Thanks to his expertise I feel as though I have my been given my life back again. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

I have just got home from having my ears cleaned out by Toby, i slways enjoy my visits to have the treatment, Toby is very gentle and caring and I would recommend Meadows and Wood to anyone with wax ptoblems and hearing aid care - my son visits Worle and two friends go to Portishead also on my recommendation - I have been looked after for about 3 years now and am very happy with the service.

Very happy with my consultant and the nursing staff but (as I have previously said in feedback) that waiting area (on the first floor) at Parkside really needs improvement. The reception staff are unfriendly, talk noisily amongst themselves, the coffee machine was broken today, there are sirens (or alarms or phone rings?) going off regularly which is not good for anxious patients
