I was a little nervous about visiting the clinic as I had never been to a private practice before, but my experience was excellent from start to finish. The receptionist was very approachable and welcoming, which immediately put me at ease when I arrived. The health practitioner who saw me was calm, professional, and attentive. He took the time to discuss my previous health conditions and was able to pinpoint some of my concerns while offering clear, helpful advice. The health assessment itself was quick but thorough, and I felt reassured throughout. What impressed me most was how well everything was explained, from accessing my results to the range of other services available, including mental health support. I was also given practical guidance on how to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Overall, I left feeling very reassured and impressed by the high standard of care. The atmosphere was relaxed, the staff were supportive, and I would definitely recommend this hospital to others.

Dr Eduardo Di Cuffa is a great doctor. It’s difficult to summarise in words how appreciative I am for his time and his advice. I felt listened to without judgement, with all of my concerns being explored on a deeper level. He asked appropriate and explorative questions that pivoted the appointment to help bring clearer understanding and precedence to certain issues that I had otherwise maybe not been actively prioritising (but they definitely needed to be). He honoured my personal held beliefs when discussing treatment options, but also offered his insight and opinions. It created a safe environment, where refreshing and open conversations could be had where different thoughts and opinions could exist. He’s kind, intelligent, informative, empathetic, understanding and I really felt the desire he has to help. I cannot recommend him as a doctor enough.

I did a lot of research on surgeons before I settled on Mr Lohana, his 5* reviews drew me towards him, and I was not disappointed. From the initial appointment he made me feel at ease, everything was explained in detail, and he gave me his email in case I had any other questions, 8 weeks later I was in surgery for an arm lift, now 6 weeks on I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. The incision is so precise and the scar so well hidden, I now have thin arms again. The aftercare I received from the nurses and staff at both Ross Hall Hospital and Ross Hall Clinic was top notch, nothing was too much trouble for them, such lovely nurses. I could not recommend Mr Lohana enough, he has a lovely bedside manner and is very friendly, and good at explaining everything anyone researching a surgeon should stop when they find him, they will not be disappointed.

Very friendly place set in lovely ground The detoxification process is individualised and the medical aspects very well management However the nurses are limited in their prescribing eg to make simple changes in timing as they require an email to a GP who may take as long as 48 hours to respond A prescriber either a pharmacist or nurse would be ideal. All clinicians were friendly and knowledgable. Food was excellent and varied and rooms were kept clean. I particularly enjoyed the structured group sessions and the programme gave a good balance of structured sessions related to alcohol and sessions and others to help the mind and body. I had a lovely group of friendly residents and we supported each other. There are a few rules but understand the need for them. Overall positive.

I’ve been experiencing persistent issues for some time and have seen countless professionals, but none came close to the level of care provided by Mr Nunoo-Mensah. He has an excellent bedside manner, is extremely knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which gave me full confidence in the treatment plan. Remarkably, I was treated on the same day as my initial consultation a testament to both his efficiency and commitment to patient care. The whole process felt seamless, professional, and reassuring. I’m grateful to finally feel listened to, and I would not hesitate to recommend Mr Nunoo-Mensah to anyone seeking genuine expertise and compassionate care.

Car parking can be a problem. There are some local side streets with the odd space or Sainsbury is about a 20 minute walk, think you get about 3 hours. I had my operation on a Saturday and the place seemed very quiet and peaceful, one member of staff said it's more chaotic in the week. Parking was easy at 7.30am on Saturday but I had been dropped off anyway. There are buses that stop nearby from Macclesfield bus station but I haven't tried them. It's lovely to have your own room, particularly if you're a very sensitive person. The staff on the whole treat you with respect.

Dr Kanaganayagam responded quickly to my request for a series of heart checks for me to monitor my heart and artery health. I was offered and in person or virtual appointment for the initial consultation and follow up. Having chosen the virtual appointment I was greeted positively and warmly by a practitioner who is polite, concerned and interested in his patients. He displays understanding and compassion, listening carefully. I initially met Dr K 6 years ago and wanted to return to him as I was so impressed the first time. We have a review in 2 years time.

Kingsbridge Private Hospital Belfast is amazing. I was attending for diagnostic purposes. I’ve been on an NHS waitlist for over a year and was recently told I could wait another three years. With Kingsbridge, I had an initial consultation, blood test, CT scan and a final appointment within a couple of weeks. I have finally got the medical attention and peace of mind I’ve been waiting for. All of the staff in Kingsbridge are professional, kind and caring. The best hospital experience I’ve ever had.

The Lindo Wing at St Mary’s Hospital

I recently had my first baby by elective Caesarian section at the Lindo. All members of staff were kind, caring and professional. They created a calm and magical atmosphere, all while delivering the highest standard of care and this allowed me to relax into my new role as a mother. As a surgeon myself, I would highly recommend the service to friends and family and have no doubt that I will be using the Lindo maternity services in the future.

Fist he read all my medical documents, then he suggested surgery and explained all the procedure. Everything was ok during the surgery (also with anaesthetist and nurses during recovery), although I had to stay for the night, but all the personnel was very kind and helpful. Follow up of surgery was very good, with dr Atkinson answering all my doubts by email or phone.

First class experience. This was my second cataract operation and like the first all went well and to plan. Follow up call from the clinic the morning after to check for any issues. Apart from a slightly watery eye (which soon cleared up) there were none. All of the staff, from reception to assistants to surgeon were professional but at the same very caring.

I had a great experience at this location. The nurses on the third floor were accommodating and warm, and Mr Dwivedi had great bedside manners as he checked on me before the surgery and right afterwards. He also made sure to call me every day to see how my throat was healing (tonsillectomy.) I'd highly recommend.
