From the moment I arrived at the hospital early in the morning, I was met with such warmth and professionalism. The receptionist who checked me in was friendly and reassuring, setting the tone for what turned out to be an incredibly positive experience. Every single member of staff I encountered from the porter who kindly took me to my room, to the nurses who introduced themselves and made me feel completely at home. Went above and beyond to ensure I felt safe, comfortable, and cared for. The hospital itself was spotlessly clean, calm, and welcoming, which made such a difference to my peace of mind. The nursing team truly stood out: they not only provided excellent care and attention during my stay but also took the time to share their own experiences of the same procedure, which helped to reassure me more than words can say. The recovery nurses were so gentle and attentive after my procedure, and the discharge nurse made sure I had everything I needed before leaving. Every person I met without exception deserves a five-star rating. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine compassion made what could have been a daunting experience feel calm and positive from start to finish. Thank you so much to the entire hospital team for your exceptional care. I am truly grateful and couldn’t have wished for a better experience. You are all absolutely incredible.

I started working with Emily earlier this year as I required some help regarding my SIBO (Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth), Emily was very helpful in first understanding what all of my symptoms have been so far, what treatments/tests I had already tried out and understanding important factors to my lifestyle too. Emily put together a plan month by month for me to try out different strategies at combatting my symptoms. Month by month we had a check in session to assess how I was getting along and any tweaks that needed to be made. Emily was amazing at pinpointing what she thought could be the best route for me and was effective at tailoring the plan as we went along to finally end up with a solution that helps me manage my symptoms a lot better than when I first began. I have seen specialist doctors and nutritionists in the past who were unfortunately not able to help me but Emily took a wider approach to looking at my issues and we were able to find a point where I am now feeling some relief from symptoms. I really recommend Emily's services and overall she is a very patient, caring and kind person to work with!

The Spire Wellesley is a quiet calm hospital. The facilities are always clean and well cared for, the staff attentive and pleasant. You can expect the path of your time with them to be fully and clearly explained and information of who will attend you, when and for what reason. You are prepared as soon as you arrive and surgery follows swiftly, which leaves you very little time to overthink or get anxious. I was never left worried, every member of staff introduced themselves and did whatever was necessary to reassure me and provide whatever was needed. It was all very quick and over before I knew it, for which I am grateful. You certainly will not be left hungry or thirsty, food is excellent, the selection is wide. My stay was relatively short, my surgery went well, my recovery and activity level after surgery good and whilst I could have stayed a 2nd night I was allowed to go home as there were no concerns. So I was on for a little over 24hrs altogether.

We were very happy to meet Dr Low and enjoyed the consultations which we found very helpful. We found her very kind and approachable. She correctly identified potential complications of pregnancy and put together a plan to manage them. Scheduling of appointments was very easy and she was always available for us via WhatsApp, well beyond our expectations. In fact, her late night phone call advising to get immediate help may have saved our lives - something we will be forever grateful to her for. She was very open to collaborating with the NHS as much or as little as we chose and had very good recommendations for other consultants within the private sector. My husband appreciated that he was part of the process and his opinion and medical history were considered carefully too.

I have had fixed braces and am in the process of finalising my teeth implants with Dr Una so that I will finally have the smile I want. I have found Dr Una to be both technically skilled at her craft and very approachable and caring - ready to answer questions to any degree of depth. My whole treatment program has not been straightforward but she has dealt with it systematically and outcomes have been good. I have had the implants and am now waiting for them to heal so that I can have my crowns in the next 4-6 months. I have confidence in her ability and the way that she works. That was important to me in choosing someone to do my implants which is after all a surgical procedure! From my experience with her I would recommend her.

He is extremely knowledgeable and professional, carefully adapting the training load based on how my leg responded each session. What I appreciated most was how he tailored the rehab specifically to the sports movements I needed to get back to. Lucas has also been incredibly accommodating and flexible with scheduling, which made the recovery process much smoother. Even during holidays, he took the time to give me advice and medical guidance over the phone — a testament to his dedication and genuine care for his patients. Beyond his expertise, Lucas is also a very kind and personable individual. I couldn’t recommend him highly enough!

Everything was fine until the actual procedure. I could feel at the beginning and the consutant added more anaesthetic drops without me saying anything. When the procedure was finished, my eye was extremely sore and this morning it is very swollen and very bloodshot. This is completely opposite to the first experience with my other eye. I can see okay so I guess that’s what the procedure is for but I’m glad it was the second one that was like this not the first other than the actual procedure, everything was fine.

After previous surgeries for the same condition, Dr Hunter has been the most thorough clinician i have been assessed and treated by. He and the staff have kept me updated and reassured on the treatment I required. All staff from Consultants to Domestic Staff have been professional courteous and extremely approachable throughout my stay.

The quickest wait times I could find for an Adult ASD Assessment and I also felt the process was very thorough and considered, putting me at ease that the result was accurate. The in-person assessment in particular was a bit stressful for me which was a granted but I felt respected and cared for which helped a lot. The final report was thorough and I'm now in the process of accessing some additional support sessions which should help me understand my new diagnosis.

He made everything completely comfortable whilst maintaining a professional feel and an efficient pace to get through all that needed to be done. Mr Chughtai gave me a lot of information in relation to the procedure, and he was very accessible when I had questions and worsening of symptoms before my original surgery date, bringing surgery forward after admission to NHS A&E departments. He put me at ease throughout and undertook additional exploratory measures to rule out any additional complications. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience

It was my first visit to One Hatfield and I was very impressed. I’ve previously used Pinehill and that has really gone down hill. One Hatfield was easy to find, easy to park, clean, big open space, really friendly and professional staff that took amazing care of me. 3 ladies took extra care of me when I started to feel unwell - Lola, Nikita and a ladies name I didn’t catch (blonde hair, pink uniform)
