I had a Rhinoplasty here with Lucian Ion. I'm grateful to all of the staff at the hospital for making my stay so comfortable; the room was clean and comfortable, and whenever I needed help the nurses were quick and helpful, plus the food was really good. The surgery and anaesthetic itself went smoothly, and it was re-assuring to talk to both surgeon (Mr Ion) and anaesthetist (Dr Warwick Marchant) beforehand, and then see Mr Ion multiple times after the surgery. When I was soon to be discharged from the hospital I momentarily (for a few minutes) felt very rough; the hospital staff were really friendly and there wasn't any rush to discharge. One thing I did note is that there wasn't always complete consistency between the surgeon and the hospital, e.g. on the admission time, or on how to clean the wounds, so I would suggest trying to improve this (the patient, at least speaking for myself, isn't always a reliable intermediary), however this was a very minor issue.

I am really grateful to have found Dr Monica. Not only did she help put me at ease during our session but she also let me talk about what I was afraid of without judgement. Before meeting her I had become lost in a maze of books and podcasts on premature menopause and after trying HRT for a short period (and not being satisfied with the care I received from the NHS) I wasn't sure I wanted to continue. Dr Monica helped me clarify and accept exactly where I now find myself and talked me through the options in a way I could understand but most importantly, focused only on the routes that would benefit me at this stage. She helped restore my confidence about starting treatment again with a personalised regimen that I hadn't before been made aware I could pursue. Her approach was thorough, kind and highly informed. Her confidence and expertise made me feel at peace with my decisions and now I feel good about my treatment plan for the future.

I took my daughter for a blood test today with Dr. Nimah Bholah, and we had an outstanding experience. My daughter has had difficult and painful blood draws in the past, so she was quite nervous. But Dr. Bholah was incredibly reassuring, gentle, and patient throughout the whole process. To our surprise, my daughter felt no pain or discomfort at all, it was the most relaxed she has ever been during a blood test. Dr. Bholah explained everything clearly, helped her feel at ease, and showed real care and professionalism. My daughter even said she would happily come back to see the same doctor again whenever she needs blood work. That alone says everything about the quality of care we received. Thank you, Dr. Bholah, for making what is usually a stressful experience into such a positive one. Truly exceptional service.

I had a number of appointments to see Mr Warr at the Nuffield, and it was always administered well and on time. On the day of the surgery there was initially some confusion on which hospital room I was assigned to but that was cleared up fairly quickly - it was 7am so perhaps a beginning of shift handover issue. The nurses were caring, professional, attentive and very friendly before and after the operation. The anaesthetist visited and was very clear explaining the process, friendly and reassuring. A very good experience. I also appreciated that my parents could be with me before the operation as I'm quite young and not used to being in hospital. Overall a very good experience. Thank you.

Mr Armstrong is very professional, personable and liked by everyone I've encountered who works with him along my journey be that receptionists, nurses and the anesthesiologist team. His bedside manner is excellent and always asking if I need anything explaining further or if I'm happy with what's been discussed and decided on. He will give you the option to tell him your expectations and then tell you if it's surgically possible or not but ultimately the last say from what I understand is down to the patient. I wouldn't hesitate to book another surgery with Mr Armstrong if I wanted or needed it I feel 100% safe in his more than capable hands.

I attended MWH Clinic and had consultations with Ms Latthe & an ultrasound scan performed by Dr Balogun. Ms Latthe was fantastic and thoroughly addressed my health concerns - I felt very reassured. I would definitely return to Ms Latthe if I required any surgical treatment in the future. Dr Balogun was so lovely and very kind. I was made to feel very comfortable throughout & her assistant made my feel totally at ease. I cannot fault the service I have received. Very useful. As I was anxious ,having driven from Worthing I did forget to ask Mr Anderberg about alternative medicines to relieve pain. I am taking curcumen, CBD, and have ordered chilli pepper cream . In the hope these products will help relieve pain. Also I missed completing the registration form sent with your initial letter . I am not IT ‘savie” and struggle with my I Phone and I Pad on occasions when I do not understand instructions . I have ,however on 3rd attempt, managed to print the encrypted letter you sent me today . Thank you, E.A.

My 7 year old daughter had her one hour, online assessment with Gemma and it went beautifully. After lots of build up and anxiety, Gemma put her at ease immediately and was really engaging. From what I heard, it just felt like a nice chat with some interesting questions that kept her engaged. My daughter was worried it would feel like a test but that wasn't how it felt at all.
