I recently visited the Clinic for some treatment as I was experiencing vulvodynia and a lot of pain and muscle tightness that impacted my relationships and is very upsetting as I was not sure what the solutions/ treatments could be to help. I did some research and contacted Elite Aesthetics as well as a couple of other clinics to get some advice and treatment options. I was extremely impressed with the information, advice, discretion and kindness shown to be by Shiva when I initially called. Shiva spoke to the Dr and got all the relevant information for me from Dr Elgerta (Elle) Ismaili. I was made to feel at ease and had confidence in the solution that would be offered. I attended my first appointment and consultation and met with Dr Elle, who is extremely compassionate and understanding and made me feel comfortable to share my concerns and what I was experiencing. I had always felt there was something wrong with me and that I was not normal, even though am in my mid 40's it is something I had accepted would not get better and I would always experience extensive pain and tightness that was actually quite unbearing and very sore. Dr Elle explained everything clearly through the consultation and has such a warm and kind nature. I decided to go ahead with the treatment which is botox injections that help relax the muscle tightness, even though I was aware that it may not work or be effective as every individual is different. I returned for a top up after 2 weeks as during that time I was so surprised and positively shocked and happy how the muscles had relaxed and the issues I had experienced for many years had improved rapidly, I really couldn't believe it. It has now been a week since my top up and I have noticed even more improvements and relaxation of the muscles. I wanted to share a detailed overview incase it can help someone else experiencing similar concerns and pain. I am based in London but was happy to travel to the clinic for this treatment as Dr Elle is an experienced gynaecologists and the best person to offer this treatment as it is very specialised and you need to ensure you are in the best hands. I really cant recommend Dr Elle enough and if I ever needed further treatment or other treatments I would definitely go and see her. Also, the team at Elite are exceptional from everyone I met with Shiva, Sarah and Casey. They are all so friendly and welcoming and make you feel at ease even if you are discussing a sensitive topic or concern. Thank you so much to you all, it really has been life changing - and I never thought that would be possible for me. I have so much gratitude for you all x

I met with several surgeons, but from the moment I met Dr McLean, it was clear he was a cut above the rest. His knowledge and experience truly shone through, and his personal approach and guidance made the decision easy. The most daunting aspect wasn’t the surgery itself—I knew I was in safe hands—but the general anaesthetic, I had never been under anaesthesia before. However, I was thoroughly reassured by the anaesthetist and the entire team led by Dr McLean. They all provided a personal touch, which made a huge difference and gave me the reassurance I needed. Even though I had wanted this for years, it was still a big decision. The aftercare from Dr McLean has been nothing short of outstanding. He makes everything feel easy and straightforward, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience and more importantly the result. I love my new additions and wished I met Dr McLean years ago! I’ll be forever grateful.

As I am not a well person and a wheelchair user, the wait was longer due to my health and help to get out. The staff were very understanding around this. I found though, beyond reception the phone system was not the easiest due to the very short length of time given to leave your message, which for people who are disabled, so not the fastest just basic messages of name, number, DOB plus short message, it frequently cut off before you had finished. Beyond that, it was a pleasant experience as it was the least painful steroid injection I'd had to date and I did let the consultant know that. The staff were helpful and accommodating as a wheelchair user plus self employed PA we know we take up space, so not the easiest inside a small room. Thankfully I can still transfer which helps so I can fold the wheelchair up once on to the couch. The staff were very helpful around my safety doing so which is always really appreciated. Please thank them for me.

My recent experience and the appointment with Dr Sawh before were excellent. From Charlotte to the Ella Mae Barnes location the service was genuine and authentic with a focus on customer service and problem solving. Dr Sawh and his team are always timely but my broader experience at Spire is not always so good. Charlotte is a very good professional. As was the receptionist at the Ella Barnes location. I find the service at the Spire Hospital inconsistent. There are generally long delays at appointments and I get the feeling the service from some staff are not as authentic as mentioned above. With this broader service It fees like people are operating to a script and running through a process.

Parking my car and finding the places I needed to be was a nightmare. I was afvised to leave the car in car park C which did not exist and it took me 30mins to realise it was the public car park. My instructions talked about east and west wings which no longer exist - i think maybe its now zones but did not help that C25 was not the same as ward it was ward 23. I had to talk my friend in when she came to collect me. I know the hospital is unders change but I constantly met peope who were also toally lost. The apt letter was sent by someone from Dorchestrer who obviously had no Idea that his instructions no longer applied

Matt Frost was terrific. I'm surprised he wasn't a senior ages ago! But congrats all the same! He's worth every bit of it. Interestingly my hearing had improved slightly from last year and I seriously wonder if this was because I had complete confidence in him. Others always good but Matt inspires confidence in a special way. He also explained the most recent Phonak model clearly so that despite my age and life expectancy, I'm going to give it a try despite the cost. Finally he adjusted my current aids and there is notable improvement. in my hearing. Thanks Matt - and all of you in the office who are always helpful

Overall a good experience except the wait time for the report. The clinicians were professional and friendly. The administration staff were also professional and helpful. The reports are very thorough, clear and professional. The report was over 4 weeks past the date it was expected / had been told. This proved to be extremely stressful. For me it would have been better to advertise a longer wait time and deliver it sooner rather than the other way around. Of course I accept that delays can occur. Overall a good experience and would recommend. Thank you.

I saw Mr Balfour regarding a persistent long term balance disorder. He listened very attentively and took the time to carefully review my past medical tests and reports. He was then able to suggest the next step forward to find the root problem looking at my symptoms from a different viewpoint which was quite refreshing as I felt no one had considered what I had been explaining in the past. Whether the tests will reveal the problem or not I am very grateful to Mr Balfour for his knowledge and professionalism.

Dr Rajiv Sood was amazing. I struggled to get my 5month baby eczema under control. Went to the GP many times but no improvement. After our consultation with Dr Sood he explained what eczema was and gave us a prescription and explained how to manage the eczema. After using the cream we noticed a big difference within 24 hours. Dr Sood explained how to manage the flare ups. Honestly I would recommend Dr Sood such an amazing caring doctor who truely cares for his patients. As a mother I cannot thank Dr Sood enough.

The surgery is the 2nd cataract operation I have had in 3 months. It is painless and the outcome is unimaginable. Mr Shafiq is a highly skilled surgeon, he has literally turned my vision back to my late 20's before I was required to ear glasses. The facility is far superior to your average NHS hospital. The staff are dedicated, friendly and professional. They are patient and nothing is too much trouble if you have questions or need reassurance. This has been an amazing experience

Many thanks to Mr Dutta for sorting out my hernia. Everything was explained to my satisfaction at the first meeting. It turned out to be a double hernia and he found another one but all was sorted out at the time. It is now six weeks since the operation I can say I have had very little pain and amazed at how small the cuts are on my stomach where he carried out the operation. Very pleased I found Mr Dutta and not waited for NHS which would probably be anther year or more.

The staff were all extremely friendly, approachable and knowledgeable, being happy to answer all my questions and put me at my ease. The procedure was quite uncomfortable at times but the staff were on hand to reassure me and to warn me when to anticipate some discomfort. Once the procedure had been completed, the discomfort totally dissipated and l haven't felt any pain at all since - none whatsoever!
