I had a bilateral cataract operation, performed by Mr. Deshmukh. The whole experience exceeded my expectations. The technicians who did all the assessment checks (separate and earlier appointment) were excellent. At this appointment I met Mr Deshmukh who put me at ease and we discussed the best replacement lenses to suit my needs. For me the premium lenses were the right choice. On the day of the operation the hospital staff were brilliant - professional and good humoured. The operation was completely painless and took much less time than I had anticipated. The immediate aftercare was been superb and the nurse talked me through what I had to do and just as importantly avoid doing. I was given some eye drops to use for the next 4 weeks. You quickly become expert at using them. Following the operation my eyesight was as good as I can remember it ever being. I then returned for a follow up consultation with Mr Deshmukh who confirmed that my recovery was going very well and my vision is better than 20/20. I have worn spectacles since my early teens and this is an incredible outcome. I can now proceed with my training to become a driving instructor.

As I was not in London at the time of the injury, he immediately accommodated an online consultation and ensured continuity of care until I could return. Over the summer, my travel schedule was complicated and unpredictable, yet Dr Berber was consistently flexible and responsive, arranging follow-up appointments and imaging around my movements. He and his team proactively coordinated scans to closely monitor progress, always with the aim of minimising intervention while ensuring proper healing. His readiness to adapt, combined with clear communication and careful clinical judgment, made a potentially stressful situation feel very well managed. I am extremely grateful for his professionalism, availability, and thoughtful approach to care.

The waiting area had few chairs and not enough for the people waiting. The people around there that gave me paperwork and told me where to wait, were polite and helpful. The appointment with the consultant was really distressing, I couldn't ask questions and didn't discussed with me the plan, just set up steps without getting me involved on her treatment plan. This experience was very negative from what I expected when you go to a professional asking for advice and reviewing if your body is working well. Mr Antonios looked at me holistically rather than my age when considering treatment options. As a 78 yr old man I am still very active and wish to continue an active lifestyle. I had a rotator cuff repair and Mr Antionios showed a video of surgery, explained the MRI images and discussed the aftercare and physiotherapy required. At all times I felt reassured and in safe hands. At my recent follow up appt I was able to show him my range of movement so much so I was able to give him a hug and am truly grateful for his expertise, compassion and kindness. He has given me a new lease of life.

Professor Howard Branley

Howard is extremely articulate as well as friendly with an excellent “bedside manner”. He is very thorough in obtaining a full history that could potentially impact any diagnosis. The explanation of prognosis and any further action is extremely clear and easy to understand. He and his team are very efficient and obviously care greatly for their patients. My personal issue was a spot on my lung, which following a CT scan is likely benign, but will now be monitored going forward. The whole process was very reassuring for me.

I had a very large ovarian cyst. At my first pre-op appointment, Ms Lou talked me through the scan. Putting my nerves to rest, explaining the procedure. We knew, I was in good hands. On the day of my operation, miss Lou spoke to me before and after. I am so grateful of the care I received throughout and to have a lovely chat, on the phone, three weeks after my operation with Ms Ying Yiing Lou to see how I was doing was a great comfort. Disappointed I had to wait 20 minutes for an appointment first thing in the morning, however everything else was positive. Waiting area and treatment room were both tidy and clean. Staff were friendly and professional. Some additional work required and dentist took me through options for treatment and resulting cost. Dental work was very good and pain free(!). Payment all completed to my satisfaction. Overall, a positive experience

I first saw Dr Tim Lockie just over two years ago for a blood pressure issue and I was very satisfied with my treatment so I felt I should go back to Dr Lockie today after recent blood tests. Dr Lockie was excellent at explaining his understanding of my blood tests and the medication that he prescribed whilst listening to my concerns and adapting the medication to my lifestyle. IMO He is and excellent cardiologist.

I was very impressed as he noticed a small mark on my nose and has referred me to a dermatologist as he thinks it may be a basal skin carcinoma . He suggested I return if my symptoms worsen again .
