I was extremely nervous about my appointment here, but I didn’t need to be, because from the moment I walked thru the doors I was greeted with big smiles from the receptionists, which was the start of a pleasant experience here, everywhere was exceptionally clean, tidy and organised. Throughout my visit the staff were thoughtful, friendly, caring and informative. . I can’t thank Dr Mo Faris enough, he listened to me, explained everything so I understood it and treated me like a human being and not just a number! Which made me feel much more at ease to be able to cope with the vascular problem I am having to contend with. Excellent explanation of the results from a recent CT scan, probing for possible kidney stones. A stone was found to be apparent, as well as other medical findings that Mr Agrawal took time to advise me on. He also gave invaluable ongoing dietary advice and recommended an ultrasound in a year’s time, which should be arranged via my GP. Mr Agrawal had already written to my GP outlining my initial consultation, and I have no doubt he will also be as efficient in relating the results to my GP as soon as possible. I was very reassured by Mr Agrawal that I was suffering from no major health issues, and as long as I adhered to his advice concerning sensible diet control, my proneness to kidney stones would hopefully decrease in time.

St Giles Physiotherapy provided excellent care for my painful wrist, and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing physiotherapy in Northampton. From the outset Georgia understood my issue which meant we could maximize the appointment time for hands-on treatment. She used a variety of different techniques during the session, which made the treatment feel thorough and targeted rather than one‑dimensional. I was also given clear follow-up advice and tailored exercises to continue at home, which has really helped my recovery between appointments. Everyone I dealt with at the clinic was caring, friendly and genuinely interested in helping me, which made the whole experience feel very supportive as well as professional.

Today's clinic visit was extremely smooth, streamlined and pleasant, the best I have ever had, with no waiting time between each stage of the clinic process. This has not always been my experience when the clinic is very busy. Also, there is a little more waste of clinic time when I am seen by an unfamiliar junior doctor. The receptionists and nurses overall are helpful, efficient and friendly. The volunteer is very nice and welcoming, relaxing the otherwise stressful hospital atmosphere. The Christie has been very good to mevand I appreciate all the things you do.
