I started seeing Dr Kat in February 2025 after she was highly recommended by a friend, and from my very first appointment I felt completely comfortable and safe in her hands. IVF was a new world and I was clueless, she has quite literally held my hand throughout the entire process. I had some complications along my journey - endometriosis, a cyst inside my right ovary thought to be an endometrioma but was actually a borderline tumour, she recommended specialist surgeons and Kat checked in on me at every stage of the surgery and recovery, going far beyond what you’d ever expect from a fertility doctor. What makes Dr Kat truly exceptional is the personal, consistent care she provides. At bigger clinics, you might only see your doctor a handful of times and get passed between different people. With Kat, it’s the opposite. She genuinely cares, knows every detail of your case, and you always feel like a priority rather than a number. Thanks to her support and expertise, I am now almost 11 weeks pregnant and have officially graduated from the IVF clinic. It was a very emotional goodbye, Kat has been the biggest and best support I could have imagined, and I honestly couldn’t picture going through this journey with anyone else.

The treatment Cristina suggested has been one of the best I’ve ever had. It’s a long process, but without her help, I genuinely believe I would have lost all my hair. She’s incredibly kind, professional, and even encouraged me to visit my GP for additional support. Mr Agu was one of 3 surgeons who carried out my operation. I travelled to London for my procedure as my local Neurosurgery department planned to maintain me on ineffective medication with debilitating side effects. The operation and recovery has been entirely uneventful. I am no longer requiring medication. I have returned to work. I have experienced none of the potential complications. I surprisingly have no obvious scarring. Mr Agu and his team have immeasurably changed my life for the better. In addition to being an excellent surgeon he was professional and courteous during my consultations and reviews. I can’t thank him enough

I had a very pleasant appointment this afternoon with Mr Sabur Malek he was very impressed with my recovery after my knee operation. On 27th September 2025 and I am very happy with my progress after my operation I have started to drive my car after 6weeks . I do get some pain at.times but it very early on after my operation but I do go for a walk Daley and do my exercises regularly. My family have said they are very proud of my progress and effort as I have made I have a new knee for my Birthday I will be 87 years youg .so please don't be put off they do look after you very well and with care.

Today I came to the practice to visit Dr Andy Brown. I was initially quite nervous however every member of staff was so welcoming and comforting. Upon entering I was greeted by the front of house and offered a hot drink. The waiting room was soothing and I didn’t have to wait very long before the nurse called me in. I expressed my concerns and worries and Dr Andy talked me through all off them and really reassured me. He gave me options and explained them all thoroughly as well as giving me advice on what I need. I highly recommend going to him.

I had a two surgeries with Mr Lomax, one on my right foot to correct a previous bunion surgery , where complication was hallux varus. He explained exactly that he will have to use artificial tendons if necessary. The 2nd operation was on my left foot to correct my bunion. This seems to be a straightforward operation, no complaints and lit has a minimum scar, just on one side! I'm very happy with it, looks better than the right foot! I'm just waiting for the swelling to go down! I would like to thank him for this hard work!

I had an injury last year on my left calf alongside recurring main in my right foot so wanted to get them checked. Dr Lord effectively assessed my calf, showed a very small tear, and then looked at my feet and told me there’s minor thickening in one of the tendons, which wouldn’t require any intervention but recommended physio for both including some effective stretching. Now I’ve got my report I can give to my physio and monitor it more effectively ACTUALLY knowing what’s wrong.

As an elderly gentleman, I made an appointment with Mr Karuppaiah following a nasty fall in which I severely damaged my wrist and elbow. His attention to detail was very reassuring and my personal concerns were always discussed, with no question too small. He has a reassuring presence and gentle approach. No doubt my successful operation and recovery was down to his surgical stills and knowledge. I cannot recommend Mr Karuppaiah highly enough ‘what an excellent surgeon’.

I have just attended a review six weeks after my hip fracture surgery and was really happy with how the operation went and my speedy recovery. Very good experience, even though team are dealing with diagnoses of cancer. I would like to thank the Breast care team and radiographers for their professionalism, especially on my first appointment, when I had been called back after a routine mammogram, and was totally unprepared for the biopsies, and was feeling shell shocked, that it might be cancer. I am grateful that due to the screening, my cancer has been found and removed.

The ADHD coaching I received was excellent. It was so nice to work with someone who had lived experience; it made all the difference. My coach was understanding, compassionate and a great mentor as well as a coach. She asked really thought provoking questions which helped me to think deeper and come up with solutions that would work for the challenges I was facing due to my ADHD and being Mum to an AuDHD daughter.

I was at the clinic for a 6 weeks post surgery appointment. All the staff were very welcoming and friendly. I saw Kevin Bryceland. He showed me the xray of my new hip, explained the surgery and checked my progress. He was happy to answer any questions and explained the next steps. While it was busy in the clinic, Kevin took time to listen and I didn't feel rushed in any way.

I found the staff to be very helpful and friendly, and the consultants to be very professional and informative. The only negative aspect of my visits is that on my first appointment the radiographer who I was due to see had apparently not been informed that I had arrived. Consequently there was a wait of just over half an hour before I saw him.

The hospital is just above what I expected. Staff are friendly and caring, hospital is clean, 0 wait time, was actually seen ten minutes early at my follow up. Everything was done promptly with no unnecessary waiting around or long delays. Very impressed.
