I have visited Daniela at Sonoworld on many occasions since 2020 for various reasons / body areas to be scanned. Sometimes for routine checking and at other times, via doctor recommendation. Daniela is always very thorough, kind and her room is spotlessly clean. She has always made me feel at ease when explaining her findings. She clearly has many many years of experience and knowledge. She always goes above and beyond and has followed up with me via email and phone call, especially when she could tell that I was anxious. I have been to other Ultrasound clinics in Central London and I have always found that they are more expensive (for no better service) and more importantly, they always try to upsell more of their services, not something that I believe is appropriate when it comes to health. Daniela has seen myself and friends of mine at short notice, and I will always continue to recommend Daniela and Sonoworld to anyone who requires an ultrasound.

Miss Mehra is my consultant and performed my total abdominal hysterectomy. She has done a wonderful job. She is incredibly skilled and her surgical skills are excellent. She kept me informed and despite me delaying the surgery for almost a year, Miss Mehra was very understanding and did not put any pressure on me to do the surgery. She gave me all the information I needed and allowed me time to digest and come to my own informed decision. Miss Mehra made me feel genuinely looked after and was very empathetic, calm and reassuring. Despite my anxiety and nerves about the surgery, I am truly thankful for her profressionalism and kindness throughout the whole process. Miss Mehra has also recommended alternative treatment for my symptoms post surgery and has also offered to see me to ensure continuity of care.

I had a fantastic experience with Mr. White for a clavicle fracture. I actually went into the office not expecting to need surgery at all. Rather than pushing me toward a specific path, he took the time to walk me through my imaging and explain the long-term pros and cons of both surgical and non-surgical options. My experience of the hospital was very good. The staff were amazing especially Jayne on Day surgery and David at the ward at night. The only downside that came to my attention is being told that there was no lactose free milk for my tea. The lady, I did catch her name, told me that she wasn’t aware of my overnight stay. She asked me if I was aware that I was staying overnight and I replied ‘yes’. She then went on to ask if I had put it in my forms prior to attending and I said yes. She kept on going on it wasn’t her fault she had been told. A bit of advice would be that she overshared. She clearly sorted the problem as the following morning someone had picked up the milk and I had it with my tea.

The physiotherapist seemed unconcerned by the pain I have been experiencing for nearly a year. He mentioned that I had full movement and so he was not concerned. He kept saying that he would not give me another steroid injection without acknowledging that I didn’t want one. He told me to do some exercises which he showed me how to do once and gave me no paperwork or YouTube link that might assist when I got home. I tried to ask how long I should wait before I made any further action and he said there is no more treatment. I felt like an inconvenience and wish I had gone somewhere else. I would never recommend anyone to see him again. He really made me feel small and insignificant.

Experience OK but to have to travel 80 mile round trip with 24 hrs notice was stressful, for the pre-accessment which I had to ask for, as not arranged. If I had been told on the information letter that if I was taking antibiotics I would need to have 4 weeks clear before I could have my procedure, this would have prevented me from excepting the procedure date I had been given. Therefore would have given the date to someone else. I had two weeks notice of my procedure which is OK if all information had been given to me. Find the administration side lacking. Lovely staff. .

I would just like to say that I am really grateful to have had Mr Mohan as my surgeon. I feel blessed as he has been so understanding, kind and never puts pressure on when having a discussion. The surgery itself has been very successful, and from having a permanently painful left shoulder it rarely hurts any more and it's only been 5 months, when I was told it could take 6 to 9 months to fully recover. I can't stress enough how well Mr Mohan treated me and just, as always, wanted to give credit where it's due and it certainly is due to Mr Mohan

Mr Toby J Colegate-Stone

My visit concerned a dislocated right shoulder. Mr. Colegate-Stone examined me and carried out a number of strength tests. He then explained the reason for the problem, referring to a model of a shoulder and an xray taken previously. He mentioned a number of possible treatments and suggested that a CT scan is necessary to clarify the situation. We would then decide on the appropriate action. During the appointment Me. Colegate-Stone was very clear and gave me great confidence in his judgement. I look forward to our next appointment on 30 Jan.

I could understand what the Professor was saying and I think he could understand me. This has not always in the case at Chesterfield hospital. I felt comfortable in his presence which meant that I could explain my concerns easily and I felt he listened. Only after a short time I felt I could trust him. I was very surprised to learn that he did not consider me to have a prolapse. I only wish Professor Radley could have identified the specific reason for me having all these UTIs. I am very grateful to Professor Radley for seeing me.

Staff at both the receptions were welcoming , No waiting time . Saw the specialist regarding ongoing issues with my knees and toes, and the he was extremely helpful and informative. He took the time to clearly explain what was happening, walking me through the MRI images in a way that was easy to understand. All available options were discussed thoroughly, including injections and physiotherapy, and I felt fully informed throughout the appointment. . Overall, a very positive and supportive experience.

I needed a Total Hip Replacement. East Sussex gave me the option of choosing Sussex Premier health. I found Mr Buckle to actively listen to me, he was clear about the operation and there were no surprises. My post op appointment was great; clear and straightforward. Mr Buckle should give what I guess might be called “bedside manner” coaching to some of his contemporaries and others coming up the “medical ladder” so to speak.
