My first time going to this clinic due to either muscle or muscle strain causing nerve impingement this is my assumption until I get my results tomorrow. The team were fantastic and to say my appointment was the last one of the day they were friendly welcoming and super efficient. Maria at the desk was incredibly sweet and aspiring to talk to and also in providing me with the Information regarding MRI and what to expect. Julius (radiographer) was accommodating friendly and made the MRI scan easier to manage.. Also Sabi (hope I spelt the name correctly) was as friendly and the other two mentioned and altogether they made the whole experience as smooth as it could be. 5 star from me and highly recommended for anyone on the fence debating whether to visit or not so if you have the need to go for and MRI or ultrasound or anything else that they cover that relates to you I highly recommend Marris and in comparison to other clinics around there price was reasonable at a cost of £325 for a lumbar spine MRI bearing in mind this is on the famous Harley Street. I am super happy I chose them and shall be returning for my consultation soon.

The One Welbeck centre was immaculately clean and tastefully furnished. The waiting room areas felt more like a Hotel than a clinic which I found relaxing. All of the staff that I encountered in the Breast clinic were professional and polite. I was seen quickly. The entire process from beginning to end was very smooth and efficient. Mr Leeper is an extraordinary Consultant, he is incredibly charming, polite, personable, kind, approachable, and eloquent. I felt very comfortable speaking with Mr Leeper, and being assessed by him. When the results of my mammogram and scan were received Mr Leeper very kindly took the time to explain the results to me in detail using easy to understand language. I particularly appreciated Mr Leeper's attention to detail, and kindness in interpreting complex medical terminology in such a way that it made complete sense to me. I would highly recommend Mr Leeper. Mr Leeper's Breast Cancer Nurse was also very welcoming and professional. Thank you for delivering such excellent care.

I thought that I would drop you a note by way of some feedback. I came to your hospital yesterday for some “pre-med” bits, e.g. blood test, MRSA, ECG, BP, all in preparation for a procedure on my left thumb that is scheduled for 19th Feb with Chis James. I arrived about 15 minutes before the 12.30 appointment to be greeted by the quite delightful Margaret who promised to not to take too much blood!, so far so good, then off to see Aisha for the other bits to include the ECG. What a charming person Aisha was. I have to say that the whole process was quite remarkable, unlike many NHS environments where, its more that probable the appointment would run late, sometimes for very good reason. Certainly not so with your team at Ashford One. Super-efficient, smiley (esp. Margaret) a pleasure to visit, not often said when going to hospital. May I prevail on you to please pass on my grateful thanks to the two of them and of course all the “unseen” members of the team. All a credit to you.

Dr Siddiqi from the first moment I met him has had a profound affect on me and my wife. He is very professional and has faith in his ability and has had faith in me to follow the course of treatment he has prescribed. He explains each course of action and what it entails. He has contacted me, not just for appointments but to give me results as soon as he has got them, always treating me with respect and patience. My illness is treatable but not curable, he has empathy with myself and was happy to meet members of my family to explain my situation. He does not suffer fools gladly and is, I would suspect a perfectionist. I have every faith in him to continue with my treatment and hold him in the highest regard.

Mr Javangula is one of the best Cardiologists. He is very friendly/passionate and took all the time to go over my questions prior to surgery. He is the best heart surgeon I have come across and all staff speak very highly of him. Always has smile on his face. I am very grateful to Mr javangula for operating on me. I have fully recovered and am now discharged after bypass surgery. I would like to thank Mr Javangula and his staff at Nuffield for the best after care provided after my procedure. From the waiting area to the delicious coffee served upstairs in the café, every aspect exuded sophistication and comfort. The atmosphere in the clinic was so calming, with soothing music that made me feel so relaxed I nearly drifted off to sleep. My appointments with Dr Mallek were extremely reassuring (I went to see him with some blood pressure test results that concerned me). At the first appointment, when I was feeling most anxious, Dr Mallek listened with a thoughtful and kind approach. He took a careful history, did some tests and gave me some comfort based on this. He also recommended some extra checks, to be thorough. On receiving the results of these tests (all of which showed no evident medical problem), he provided guidance that was clear and helpful. I would absolutely recommend Dr Mallek.

I recently visited Dr Sen regarding heart palpitations and chest pain. From the outset, Dr Sen was very clear and reassuring about the diagnostic process. He explained the plan thoroughly and even arranged some same-day work (monitor to be fitted), which I really appreciated. I was also given clear timelines for the next steps, which helped me feel informed and confident about the process. Overall, I felt well cared for and would highly recommend Dr Sen.

We are so grateful to have found Paediatric Diagnostics to support us with our little one’s tongue tie. We were welcomed warmly by the practicing nurse and were swiftly met by Dr Khemani. Our little one was examined and treated with great care. His tongue tie release was completed within minutes and he was happily feeding moments after. We felt at ease for the duration and would highly recommend their services.

Mr Shafafy explained the options carefully and in detail. The procedure he performed did what he said it would although, sadly, that only reduced my symptoms rather than removing them altogether. He explained clearly that there were few other, realistic, options for treatment unless my condition worsens quite considerably. Overall, a very professional encounter.

I required a GP appointment at short notice. WLC had same day appointments available, which I could book hassle free on the website. I saw a GP that diagnosed my health issue and provided a script. My pharmacist had an issue with obtaining the one item, but a phone call to WLC resolved that and a new script was texted and emailed to me later the same day.

Or get them all done in one go, here, seamlessly, for a little more cost. Doctor, staff, practice, whole experience all first rate.
