My experience with Albion Dental has been brilliant from start to finish of my treatment. My dentist Dr Ghadimi is very kind, and is very skilled with the procedures he can perform. I have severe hypodontia and even after extensive work throughout my life I was not quite confident with my teeth, so after some discussion and planning, I decided to pursue new crowns for my top 4 teeth; a big decision for me but it has been well worth it and I have no regrets. The treatment was explained well, and my questions were answered fully and meticulously. The nature of the treatment was more cosmetic compared to previous work I've had done, and a big financial endeavour for me, but there are payment plans available to make it more affordable and accessible. The dental assistants are really lovely and look after you well, and the receptionists are always a ray of sunshine when entering the building; their client care skills are exemplary. Some advice for if you have a complex condition and have had a lot of dental work done before coming to the practice like myself, would be to make sure to let the clinic know as much information as possible, as there was some communication that needed to be had to get on level ground with the team. But this was to be expected for me with my long medical history and the clinic was very open and receptive to my concerns about my teeth, and devised a plan sensitively and effectively to help me feel more confident with my smile, something I've felt self-conscious about since I was little! So I would recommend this clinic to anyone for routine, or more involved treatment, and am grateful for everything they've done for me!

I have recently had a course of Low Level Light Therapy for my Macular Dry Eye condition with Mr Yodaiken at his Dry Eye Clinic in Salford. Booking process is excellent via his very efficient and friendly PA and appointments take place precisely on time. Mr Yodaiken explained everything in great detail prior to my treatment starting that involved an OCT Scan followed with twice weekly sessions for 4 weeks that are completely non invasive. A follow up consultation took place recently, 8 weeks after the final session along with a further OCT Scan for before and after comparison and results. The treatment has been extremely successful and the damaged macular has shown significant improvement in both of my eyes. I am pleased to very highly recommend Mr Yodaiken and upon his sound advice will continue to return for more LLLT in 9 months. Eyes are precious and the cost is well worth it.

I had a really positive and pleasant experience with the radiographers. There were two of them and they were both very friendly, helpful, patient, careful, knowledgeable and extremely professional. I was very happy with their care. What I was not happy about was the service from the MRI/Scan receptionists, this is the second time I’ve done a scan and each time the receptionists were not friendly, they we’re extremely direct showing no empathy and welcoming presence. They seemed busy with the conversation they were having with each other so I have found on both occasions their service has been very poor. The first time I assumed it was a one off but after experiencing it for the second time I feel it’s necessary to provide the feedback so something can be done about it.

My experience was truly amazing. Dr. Angad Dhillon did an outstanding job, he was gentle, friendly, and made me feel calm right from the beginning. This was my second time undergoing this procedure, and compared to my first experience, I would confidently rate this one a 10 out of 10. My initial procedure was quite painful and not comfortable at all, but thanks to Dr. Dhillon’s care, I had one of the best medical experiences. The calming environment, including the music, really helped me relax. What impressed me most was that at the end, Dr. Dhillon took the time to ask if I had any further questions, and he explained everything thoroughly and clearly. I left feeling reassured and very satisfied. I highly recommend him.

Dr Rachel Byng-Maddick

Dr Byng-Maddick is an expert that makes you feel at ease. She effortlessly takes notes as we speak (which is sent as a letter almost immediately as I left the consultation). She is able to talk about the mudane aspects of daily life (cycling in London) while dealing with my very deep concerns about why I am constantly sore and unable to move. Examination was quick and professional and I was quickly sent (and seen) for bloods and scans. She provided an interim diagnosis and prescription for my pain and I was on my way. Within two days, I was pain free for the first time in five years. I had a video consultation with her the following week and she was able to report on my bloods/scans. I think that she is fantastic.

Dr Brand planned and oversaw my chemoradiotherapy. He put me at ease during our initial consultation, taking care to ensure that I understood the details of my overall treatment plan and the aim of achieving an eventual cure. Throughout his involvement, I experienced his manner as warm and responsive to my perspective as his patient. I appreciated his kindness, as well as enjoying his reciprocal sense of humour. He touched base regularly until the completion of his treatment, to review my progress and any side-effects. I will miss our contacts, but I know I can approach him in future about any radiotherapy-related issues I have no hesitation in recommending Dr Brand to future prospective patients.

I attended HSSH for a hip examination under anaesthetic with a local anaesthetic injection with Professor Griffin. I cannot fault the administration in the run up to the procedure, or the care and attention that I had before, during and after. All the of staff, from the reception team to the team involved in the procedure itself - Prof Griffin, Dr Kazmi (anaesthetist), Rebecca (physio), Remmi (nurse) + all the theatre staff, made it efficient and comfortable. They also accommodated my request to stay a little longer than was necessary, until my partner could get to the hospital to escort me home until, which was much appreciated. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use HSSH again.

I couldn’t have asked for a better doctor! I was told by a previous gynaecologist that it wasn’t a gynaecology issue and to not come back. After fighting to see another gynaecologist I was finally sent to Dr Gohari who made me feel so heard and reassured me that he is happy to perform the surgery but it’s completely my choice. After around 7 years of fighting for a diagnosis I finally got one. He went above and beyond for me and I couldn’t be more grateful!

I attended the Centre to have a procedure to remove a cataract. The staff were so friendly and efficient,I was immediately put at ease. The procedure was carried out and I was taken to the recovery room to have a cup of tea ,followed by an explanation of use of eye drops. The receptionist also contacted my nephew who was coming to collect me. I had a follow-up call the next day. Thank you to everyone who looked after me.

I can honestly say I was petrified to have an endometrial biopsy - I had a sedative from my GP and a cervical numbing gel provided by TMC on the day alongside my own pain killers .
