I felt safe, supported, and confident throughout the entire process, which is something I never thought I would be able to say about giving birth again. I am so grateful for the care I received from Matt and for the positive, empowering birth experience he gave me. I had my varicose vein scan with Louis and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the start, he made me feel relaxed, comfortable, and confident that I was being properly looked after. The ultrasound was very thorough, and it was clear he really knows what he’s doing, nothing felt rushed, and he took his time to check everything properly. She helped me talk about how hard I find things without shame, which felt incredibly important. Together we made and implemented a plan that was realistic and achievable rather than overwhelming. Excellent appointment my cataract wa fully explained and understood. Because is a slow burner I was given the option of having sor waiting until it’s more mature. I opted to wait as it not a problem currently and I only have one good eye, so the risk of surgery versus a year or so wait made my decision
