Pleasant waiting area with self-service drinks available. Within an hour you are called and escorted into the preparation/recovery room where you are prepared for the operation and the procedure is explained including a visit from the surgeon to check if you have any questions. The operation takes place in the adjacent theatre where again efforts are made to keep you informed as to what’s happening and before you know it you are escorted back to your recovery area for water and a biscuit. Staff were pleasant and attentive at all times. Once thoroughly checked out you return to the waiting area to be collected by your escort who has already been called to say your are ready for collection. I was back home within 2 hours

The whole experience from Diagnosis to Surgery and after care with Dr Ibrahim was excellent. He took time to clearly explain the Diagnosis and the treatment options. Post rotator cuff surgery to repair the supraspinatus & subcapularis tendon and LHB tenodesis, recovery has been quick and smooth. 5 months post surgery I have complete movement of my left arm and have been completely pain free for the last 3 months. Dr Ibrahim is very professional and his attention to detail is excellent. He gives you much time as needed to ask questions and answers them fully. Based on my experience I will have no hesitation in recommending him to my family & friends.

The nurse decided to find a colleague - I was delighted to see a face I recognised, who had conducted this procedure successfully earlier in the year. Friendly staff at Main Reception who gave clear directions to Imaging Department. Department staff were friendly, professional and efficient. Radiographer was great - clear with his questions and explanations. Changing room was a good size, but would benefit from redecoration and coat hooks/hangers would be useful. Overall, a good experience, but would have liked the report to have been sent to the referrer quicker.
