Thank goodness we found you! My son was born with torticollis and, as a result, always slept on one side. We had no idea this would lead to the flattening of his head, especially since no advice was provided post-birth. He was subsequently diagnosed with Plagiocephaly and a 15mm asymmetry (which is classed as moderate). We felt incredibly let down by the initial lack of guidance. While repositioning could have helped in those early weeks, by the time we realised there was an issue, too much time had passed to correct it without intervention. Navigating the next steps was difficult, as we were faced with a plethora of misinformation. We had several NHS and private consultations, but no one could categorically tell us that a helmet would fix it. The "party line" from the NHS is that they don’t work, but I can now categorically say that is simply not true! We initially met with a different helmet company but got cold feet when they couldn't guarantee the results, they estimated a "best-case" improvement of only 9mm. Following a discussion with Bassel Zebian, a Paediatric Neurosurgeon at King's College Hospital, he recommended we see Dr. Stenhouse at Ahead4babies. After discovering that two of our friends had also used them, we felt reassured enough to reach out. From the very first phone call, we were sold. They were clear about what to expect, answered all our questions, and confirmed they could get the asymmetry down to 0mm. Knowing the clinic is run by craniofacial surgeons gave us total peace of mind that we were in good hands. Dr. Stenhouse, who carried out our son’s treatment, is a Consultant Maxillofacial Surgeon at King’s College Hospital. He is incredibly honest about expected outcomes and will not recommend a helmet if it isn't truly necessary. After the first meeting, you are given the space to digest the information and decide whether or not to proceed. This was a breath of fresh air compared to other companies that seem to focus more on profit than actual need. While other helmets might look "flashier," they often work by removing layers as the head grows. In my opinion, this is far less effective than Dr. Stenhouse’s approach, as he bespokely trims the inside of the helmet to accurately adapt to the head as it grows. Our son wore his helmet for 17 weeks in total. We eventually agreed it was time to stop at 1mm asymmetry rather than risk overcorrection. Throughout the process, the 24/7 WhatsApp support team was fantastic, making the entire journey incredibly smooth. To any parents in doubt, if your child has moderate or severe asymmetry and you are past the first 12 weeks where repositioning is most effective, get the helmet! It is extremely unlikely to improve significantly on its own. It is also VERY important that you take action early while their head is still soft to see faster results, ideally as soon as they can support their head (around 4–5 months). I hope this helps other parents navigating this process. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to me on social media. I’ll leave you with a picture of the result, one happy baby with a perfectly shaped head!

Excellent bedside manner with a true desire to get to the bottom of a problem. Free from the often occurring "I am so brilliant vibes" that I at times got from other consultants. Refreshing down to earth, approachable, very friendly. Most importantly, excellent listening skills, does not try to convenience you of a diagnosis after only hearing a quarter but appears to be thorough before making up his mind. Excellent communicator, who gets a patient fully involved, showing pictures to explain and explaining what he sees on a screen. I initially was a bit apprehensive thinking, hmmm has not got 3 decades of experience like some practitioners I saw in the past. On reflection, a good thing, still greatly motivated to make a difference and passionate about what he does. Deos not leave you feel watching the clock (he went over time, thank you) or rushed. Overall so far a positive experience (first consultation). I usually don't leave long feedbacks but if someone "goes the extra mile", so will I. Most importantly, if you had negative experiences before with consultants causing you pain/flare ups in the night and following day(s) due to handling you roughly during an examination, then give Dr Raiman a try. He very carefully moved my limbs with utmost consideration during the necessary examination, which helps building trust.

I am writing this review to express my sincere gratitude to Mr Malik for the incredible results of my recent knee surgery. Before the procedure, I was struggling with a severely arthritic knee and a noticeable misalignment of my leg, both of which caused significant pain and impacted my quality of life. Mr Malik performed a total knee replacement using Mako robotic-arm assisted technology to ensure the highest level of precision in correcting my alignment. From the initial consultation through to the procedure itself, his expertise and professional manner gave me total confidence. The recovery process has been remarkably smooth—far better than I had anticipated. The outcome has been nothing short of life-changing; I now have an excellent range of movement in the joint with absolutely no pain. Perhaps most importantly to me, I am now able to walk completely naturally without a limp of any sort. I cannot thank Mr Malik enough for his skill and care. For anyone suffering from similar knee issues, I would highly recommend him and the robotic surgery route. It has truly given me my mobility back

I always have a good experience when visiting the practice. The staff are always friendly. However, on the last visit I think there are things you guys need to review. I was in for a gel injection into my knee which was being carried out by Mr Dehne in the theatre. He had previously confirmed that it would be a simple procedure and that after a short time I would be fine to drive home. However, on arrival it was clear that the team believed I was in for a knee replacement. I was shown to my own room, asked to select from the menu for the following day, and given medication that I assume I didn't require! Further more, the team were loathed to let me drive home and I had to wait a couple of hours until they could check with Mr Dehne that it would be ok as all the paperwork confirmed otherwise. The theatre staff were double checking with me the reason for my visit so there was a checking procedure in place but you may need to review why there was confusion in the first place.

I started TRT last July at a point when I was struggling significantly with fatigue, anxiety, and poor sleep. Since beginning treatment, all of those areas have improved dramatically, and the difference in my overall wellbeing has been genuinely life changing. A large part of that is down to Chris and the environment he has created at Urban TRT. Throughout the process he has monitored my progress closely, explaining results clearly and adjusting treatment thoughtfully where needed. What really sets Urban TRT apart, however, is how personable and approachable Chris and the team are. I have always felt informed, listened to, and confident that my health was being managed properly rather than simply being treated by numbers alone. I genuinely would not hesitate to recommend Urban TRT to anyone considering TRT or looking for a clinician who takes a genuinely holistic and professional approach to patient care.

Dr Krishna is always exceptionally accurate in his diagnosis and treatment. Id encountered long delays in diagnosis and treatment elsewhere but Dr Krishna swiftly identified the problems, provided excellant care and treatment. He has significantly reduced my chronic pain for a range of things. Excellent communication from Dr Krishna and his secretary-this is exceptionally important to me as I have a speech impairment making accessibility a priority for me. All the team who work with Dr Krishna were so kind, thoughtful and made me feel at ease throughout treatment. They were not fazed by my complex needs including non epileptic seizures. Id highly recommend Dr Krishna without any hesitation to anyone wanting a thorough, highly skilled and knowledgeable Dr. His accuracy in treatment and diagnosis is fantastic with short turnaround between consultation and treatment. Thank you

I have just had private cataract surgery at Newmedica Norwich, it was an exemplary experience, the staff were so welcoming and the surgeon, Mr Anas Injarie fully explained the procedure and delivered an amazing result. I no longer need contact lens, which I have been wearing for 50 years. Two months earlier Newmedica removed the cataract in my other eye under the NHS. That was a wonderful experience , going private for my remaining eye gave me the flexibility of appointment dates and a premium lens for the best possible vision. I now regret delaying the surgery, I now have two new eyes.

After a week of intensifying, debilitating sciatica pain, I realised expert help was required and booked an appointment with Claudiu at this practice. I’m so glad I did. The initial assessment was professional, very reassuring, and the diagnosis was accurate. I was happy to book the extremely effective follow-up sessions, and I’m now completely pain-free. The rehabilitation exercise programme was tailored to my needs, and I found the phone app provided to guide me through those exercises at home very helpful. I have no hesitation in recommending this practice.

We paid £240 to the consultant and gained no extra knowledge or benefit. She basically couldn’t help because she said I needed fertility and not recurrent miscarriage. She said there was a fertility consultant there I should have booked with. Then why not offer to not charge me and book me with right person? Isn’t that what healthcare should be about rather than about taking my money? There is no triage service in place to make sure I got the right appointment. I feel robbed at a time where I am vulnerable.

It was a private appoint & I paid for the ILR device. That was fine but I have been disappointed with the follow up since which seems to provide no reassurance that the ILR results are being looked at / reviewed so it is a case of assuming "no news is good news". In my view this is poor, if not unsatisfactory and it seems to me an initial 3 month review email followed by half yearly emails would be welcomed by patients. Also issue of contact phone numbers would be helpful e.g. technical. episode queries

Each time she explained the findings, she did so clearly and broke everything down in a way that really helped me understand my diagnosis better. She also took the time to offer advice on improving my health and wellbeing. As a result, I now feel confident moving on to the next stage and accessing the treatment needed to manage my symptoms. Thank you once again.

He listened to me, took the time to explain everything and was very supportive and quick to respond when I had (lengthy) questions before and after surgery. His advice for weight loss has also resulted in me finding the best support I've ever found. His secretary was also very quick to respond, kind and reassuring. I am very grateful and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

I couldn’t have asked for better care after my accident. Mr Khan and his team provided clear, informative guidance and walked me through all options patiently—often answering repeat questions until I felt fully comfortable. They were attentive to my nerves before surgery, and the aftercare has been excellent. The operation has been a clear success: the repair feels solid and lasting, and I now have more strength in my injured leg than before the accident. Highly recommended.

He talked me through all the possible scenarios and I never felt pressured into having the procedures carried out and he waited until I was happy to proceed. I am absolutely thrilled at the outcome.
