The dental appointment was for my daughter. It was not as pleasant as it usually is. The dentist was quite harsh the way she spoke to my daughter. As the dentist was cleaning her teeth, she hasn't told my daughter what she had to do step by step, like pre warning saying " you might feel a bit of pressure as I clean your teeth" or even pre warn my daughter that it'll be a bit uncomfortable. I was there but didn't say anything because I thought my daughter was coping with the cleaning of her teeth. I haven't heaed the dentist even askes my daughter if she was okey during the whole procedure. It seems that she doesn't care of how my daughter was coping. After we've left the clinic, my daugher burst into tears and she was so shaken from the experience she just had at the dental clinic. She felt scared of the dentist and traumatized by the care that they've given her. It was a horrible feeling to see that my daughter felt so scared becuase of the incident. Yes, maybe, the dentist might hqve been just frank upon reminding the importance of good dental hygiene but there's a more linient approach in doing so when it comes to explaining it to children. We still wanted to continue going to dental essence but we've requested a different dentist for my daughter. She was to traumatized that she doesn't want to see the same dentist anymore.

Reference for Mr Nashat Siddiqui I am writing this reference for Mr Nashat Siddiqui, who performed arthroscopic surgery on my elbow on 29 July 2025. I have deliberately waited until now to write this, so that I could give a considered and accurate account of my recovery and the impact of his work. The procedure involved removing significant loose debris from within the joint and carefully shaving back stalagmite-like bone formations that had built up over time. The quality of his surgical work has given me the platform for a complete return to an active lifestyle, and every day since I have sought to honour that work through disciplined rehabilitation. Mr Sehjal is an excellent doctor, surgeon and consultant and has operated on me twice, once on both hands. He has an excellent patient / bedside manner and made me feel at ease; and is adept in explaining the condition and helping me to understand the treatment and potential required surgery in plain English. Having worked with 100s of world class Harley Street consultants in my previous career at The London Clinic, I have been fortunate to personally experience and work with world class consultants which he is also clearly one of. He is an excellent hand surgeon and has been able to support me in my journey back to health in both my hands. I also really appreciated that despite seeing him as an NHS patient, rather than visiting him privately, I felt that i was given individualised care and I felt that I was being treated and given the same options as someone visiting privately which was impressive to experience. Overall cannot recommend him highly enough for hand surgery.

Great service. Quick and efficient. The website doesn’t work that well on mobile but I was able to use the WhatsApp method and that was fine. Weirdly that prompted a call whereas by initiating communication via WhatsApp it was odd to get a call. I was struggling to hear clearly which is why I sent the WhatsApp. I’d imagine that I’m not unique in this 🤪. Not a complaint. Just worth noting. One other idea: has anyone asked to be able to watch what is being done on a screen? I personally would have enjoyed being able to do this. Don’t judge me!!! But if you made that available and publicised it, I reckon it could be a differentiator. Thanks for an efficient and thorough service x

I came to Rahul with a knee injury I'd sustained on a skiing trip in March. He was able to see the seriousness of it immediately & quickly ordered an MRI. Following diagnosis of a torn ACL & PLC he planned in the required surgery. In the run up to and on the day of surgery he kept me up-to-date with what was going to be done & worked closely with my physio. The rebuilding work he carried out on the ligaments has been very successful - months on the knee is incredibly stable with no pain, no swelling & full range of motion. I can't thank Rahul enough for his work. He's a true expert in his field & his enthusiasm for his work shines through.

Better signage would help. We wandered around looking for the appropriate location. There are two car parking 4 areas which doesn't help. Luckily we found a helpful Doc who took us to where we needed to be. Once there we were welcomed. I couldn't eat anything after the op, the restaurant didn't have anything for gluten, dairy and egg free patient. I feel sure they could have products on standby for the future, most vegan products would suffice.

I had an appointment with Dr Reza. He has been treating me for a keloid on my ear. I would recommend him very highly. He is an excellent doctor. He listens to you and understand you. He is very understanding, professional and very compassionate and kind. I would highly recommend him to anyone to be treated by him. He is very good at his profession.
