I had septoplasty surgery 3 years ago, which unfortunately wasn't successful. I had several years of sinus issues caused by the nasal deviation and enlarged turbinates. I didn't want to return to the ENT consultant I'd previously seen and I was referred to Mr Elhassan, because of his superior expertise and experience in revision surgery. Mr Elhassan performed a revision septoplasty and turbinate reduction, which has alleviated all of the symptoms I was having. My surgery was complex and he went over the allotted surgery time to ensure the procedure was a success. During my follow-ups, Mr Elhassan has been brilliant in assuring me that my healing process is normal and on track. The changes to my life have been profound and I would whole heatedly recommend Mr Elhassan to anyone with complex ENT issues.

Professor Richard Field

It’s always good to talk to Professor Field. He explained the process of fitting my hip replacement clearly and I saw an X-ray of my hip with the implant in place. He explained that new bone would grow round the ball. I have had no problems at all with my new hip replacement. Professor Field was happy with my movement in the joint and my walking. I am happy too. He is always happy to answer questions and it’s a pleasure to see him. I am going for a final check in 6 months. Already my hip feels very good and I am walking well. This is marvellous after a year of pain, frustration and depression.

My stay at Delamere was incredible I would highly recommend it. The staff were so friendly and nice, every single one of them knew my name from day 1 which made me feel a lot more comfortable and safer. The structure of the groups and days were well thought out through. Every group was informative, engaging and interesting. They offer many 1-2-1 sessions to allow for a more focused therapeutic approach, all the therapists and mentors were highly knowledgable and compassionate. The food was great with plenty of options and flexibility. I’m very thankful to have got to stay here.

My experience with Mr Goswami is outstanding. Mr Goswami is a true professional, emphatic and an amazing surgeon. This is now my second operation with Mr Goswami and as a very nervous patient- it was a relief knowing he was the surgeon. The aftercare is excellent with Mr Goswami and the nurses. The anesthetist and nurse who gave me my General Anesthetic were the best professionals at hand since they helped me get through the operation since I had a little melt down before the op. I am totally in awe of how I was managed under the expertise of Mr Gould. I came to him with a gut problem not actually understanding my problem and by the time he has explained things to me I knew what the problem was. My issue somehow manifested to be even worse and he took care of all matters relating to it including the surgery and after surgery care. Always had a listening ear. I can't thank Mr Gould enough for everything. My experience was more than a 5 star one and I am grateful to God that I met Mr Gould.

Was a little confused and concerned with all the last minute changes for surgery, then to be told and left waiting in a room for surgery to then say ur appointment was not the appointment time when u came in on our computer so they did change my appointment time! Other than that surgeon was fantastic brilliant and friendly After Care - as given a bag of meds and a latter and cards for the doctor with no sore dressings for wound area.

I'm sure it was being decorated when I visited 6 months ago. Still is. Before appointment they send forms to be completed online. No problem with that except one is for COVID asking if anybody on the family has been to a country on the government red list or been told to isolate by NHS. Neither of those things happen now. I raise it every time and nothing changes. Almost as if nobody reads the reviews. So much for "quality"

The whole experience of phoning first thing in the morning to make an appointment to have my earwax removel - through to later in morning when it was carried out felt like a “model” experience in care. My audiologist was patient, explained the process and worked efficiently to remove all the wax bringing much needed relief. She also gave me advice on oiling my ear to help the wax dispersal in future.

They are a very clear and straightforward doctor. However if you need any follow up, or want a correct follow up letter detailing your appointment/diagnosis or need to contact their secretary I would advise seeing another doctor especially if you are paying privately or else you will be chasing for weeks with no answer and being promptly ignored. It's a real shame that the aftercare was so poor.
