Good Benenden experience bar not getting hernia repaired. wonder if I’m just a nervous patient & wait plus patient in theatre emergency put me in fight or flight AR normal to 209. Ambulance to W Harvey, monitored and drugs corrected pulse , home 11.30pm. Been back to W Harvey for check up found me ok. Hospital asking my dr surgery to fit a 24 hr monitor. I now wear an Apple Watch and haven’t had an abnormal pulse since op day.

There was also a nurse by my side who I assume was there to distract my attention if i showed signs of worry. The operation has been successful. Kajal is an amazing practitioner who I felt very safe with knowing she is also a highly experienced dentist used to giving very accurate injections. The clinic is lovely. Everything is spotless and very comfortable. The treatment itself is painless and super quick and Kajal is great at making you feel relaxed and pampered. I am amazed at the results and will definitely be coming back for a repeat of the treatment I received.

Marris Medical were great from start to end. Booking the appointment was easy, with friendly staff. On the day of the appointment I was taken in earlier, the MRI procedure was explained and completed with ease. I was told I would get my report in 24-48 hours (over the festive period) however received it the same day in the afternoon. I would highly recommend them. I would definitely use them again if needed.

I recommend a private appointment. Instead of a rushed NHS 10 minute experience, the doctor spends 30 minutes understanding symptoms and background. Prompt, on time. Comfortable waiting area, convenient parking. Filling out the details on paper seemed a bit inefficient, couldn’t this be done online before the appointment and have paper as a back up? The on site pharmacy did not stock the prescribed medication, which was a little disappointing.
