Dr Rajah was extremely thorough. A complete gentleman from beginning to end. Explained in great detail the process I was in, what stage of the process I was at, what’s coming next, then the surgery and the recovery process. He was the most personable Consultant ive ever met. Most it seems are trying to get you in and out asap. Mr Rajah, knowing he was behind schedule and knowing by my body language that I had questions to ask, made sure I asked anything I was uncertain about. The pinnacle of professionalism. Knowing that it’s him will be operating on me put me at ease. I’ve twins at 9yo and to be honest the anaesthetic was worrying me, but now I feel better about it. You wait a long time on getting surgery, but when it arrives all the apprehension arrives along with it but I’m more settled that it’s himself. If this gets back to Mr Rajah, I’d met Consultants and Doctors over the years and I’m sorry to say I felt like a number where 99% where concerned, please don’t ever lose that empathy with the patient Mr Rajah, it’s the one thing that people can see that gives us a reassurance.

I visited the doctor for my child, who was experiencing muscle pain in his chest whenever he got tired during physical training. From the very beginning, the doctor was polite, friendly, and extremely professional. The hospital is run like a well oiled ship. No need to be too early, as you have an appointment time and they will take you at that time. I went 30mins early, which was an extra 30mins of nervousness I brought on myself I could have done without! The staff are friendly and efficient. There are processes in place that give assurance that the hand over from nurse to surgeon and team are strict and everyone is on the same page as to who you are and what you are there for. The recovery was peaceful and friendly. And who doesn’t like toast and a hot cuppa after fasting for hours. My next appointment was delivered by email the very next day. I know I will be nervous going back, but it won’t be because I don’t feel I am in safe hands. Thanks to everyone who looked after me, from reception to consultant and everyone in between.

I was not sure what to expect as everything has been on a slow go. This Dr however, was calm, apologetic, kind and patient. She saw me. I was not just another hospital number. Dr Sala, made me feel comfortable, she listened to me, she gave me good interpretation and explanation, she spoke in detail about steps she will be taking to ensure that every avenue is explored to ensure nothing is missed. I felt so grateful that someone was finally listening. She examined me, I went for a blood test, (Thyroid included). I was given antibiotics to start just incase I have still got bacteria in my gut or causing inflammation. Overall I was well pleased with the service, and have gained my faith back in the NHS.

I was in private unit ,I had an apointment with Mr. al Midani. For the subjects kidney , hernia, obesity. I turst Mr. Al Midani. He is a perfect doctor. 👏👏🧿🧿⭐⭐. He thinks with the patient, on the side of the patient. He explains everything briefly. We had the obesity subject in the last 6-8 months. ,it goes very well. I got 18-20 kg lighter. And in a few months Most probably I will have the surgery for my hernia occured after the kidney transplantation/mediterranian univ. Mr. Al Midani will do the hernia operation here in Royal Free. Because he has the experience on both hernia and kidney transplantation. Thanks to him for all his efforts.. And congrats 👏🧿⭐

Came in for full health check. Appointment was on time. Staff very friendly. O was offered a hot drink before I sat down. Staff asked if I minded using AI technology to record my consultation. Process was explained to me. I asked if I could be tested for allergy. The Staff found out for me and, for extra charge, arranged for further bloods to be tested for allergy. Check was completed in good time.

I have like a fine mist on the eye which I had treatment on, when I drive at night it is like driving at night in fog, I get more reaction from on coming vehicles which I did not have before. My optometrist contacted you for a referral and was told my eyesight was good enough and would not see me under the NHS but I could go private
