From the very first appointment, he was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and reassuring. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions with patience, and made me feel completely at ease. On the day of the procedure, his friendly and confident manner helped calm any nerves I had, and the operation itself was a complete success. My recovery was surprisingly quick and virtually painless, which I credit to his skill and expertise. I also want to highlight how wonderful his secretary and the entire team were throughout the whole process. Every member of staff was welcoming, organised, and genuinely caring. Communication was always smooth, and I felt supported at every stage. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I would highly recommend this consultant and his team to anyone in need of exceptional care.

Two consultations with Mr Herzog were very satisfactory. He was clear about wanting to make his own mind up about my problems rather than relying at all on previous views from others. I found that very reassuring. After an MRI scan he was able to talk me through in detail about all the issues, pros and cons etc. and outline options for the future. He made clear what would probably happen without intervention - something no one else had done previously. That made it so much easier for me to go ahead with an operation. The surgery went forward very quickly and successfully. I saw Mr Herzog before the operation and twice afterwards. His concern for my wellbeing was very obvious. His manner was delightful, which helped me to have full confidence in him. I am delighted to have chosen him as my Consultant and would recommend him unreservedly to others.

We remain profoundly grateful for the exceptional calibre of care she has provided to our son. I was intrigued by the services offered, as they seemed too good to be true. I was really impressed with the whole set up - state of the art machines, beautiful and clean building - with the most relatable, down-to-earth and professional team of experts. This was my 2nd visit to the Women’s Hormone Health Clinic at the One Hospital Ashford. I thought that at 67 I was too old to take HRT having been fobbed off 25yrs ago & so just battled on but I bravely made an appointment with Lexi Minter. My well being has changed in so many ways in only three months from starting an HRT course tailored for my age and concerns. My skin has improved so much & doesn’t feel it’s going to fall off. I have my energy back in spades & im advised my bones will also benefit. It goes to show it’s never too late to start HRT & I know I’m getting the best guidance.
