Kristy was exceptional. We came to her in deep confusion and worry about our child's burnout. She was immediately kind, clear-thinking, and deeply helpful and reassuring. She transformed a chaotic and stressful time by showing us a path to understanding the burnout and establishing the medical reasons behind it. Everything got better once Kristy came on board. We would recommend her AuDHD assessment very much. It was detailed, compassionate, interpretative, tailored to understanding a mix of characteristics, including PDA, and she is hands down outstanding. I have recommended Kristy to many people since. She engages very warmly with the child and establishes trust, and makes parents feel they are not alone in helping their struggling child. Her diagnostic reports (ours were ADHD and ASD with PDA) are detailed, all-rounded, supportive and compassionate, and help you understand your child's inner situation more than before. She is warm and funny and we feel very fortunate we found her. 10/10 recommendation from our family.

Dr Cavill has been incredibly thorough in her investigations, taking the time to explore potential underlying causes, arranging appropriate tests, and clearly explaining the reasoning behind each step. I never feel rushed during appointments, and she ensures nothing is overlooked, even when symptoms are complex, intermittent, or difficult to describe. She is reassuring, methodical, and clearly committed to understanding the full picture of my health. I would highly recommend Dr Cavill to anyone looking for a caring, diligent, and highly thorough doctor.

After trying unsuccessfully to ignore my nagging knee pain I. Was getting out of the chair when it clicked and remained very painful thereafter. I decided to get a professional opinion and selected Mr James Singleton (James) as he specialised in knees and had extensive experience. Following a scan the issue and damage was clearly explained to me and options offered which James told me to take time to think about. I opted for a relatively new treatment called Arthrosamid which involved a painless injection under a local anaesthetic into the knee and 3 months later have gone from not being able to walk very far to 10,000 steps a day and am looking forward to further improvement in the coming months. I would highly recommend James and if I need the other knee done will certainly be contacting him. Thank you.

I can’t recommend Debra highly enough as a physio. I had physio for my middle child 5 years ago with Debra and again with my now 10 month old baby. Debra is calm, patient, and so knowledgeable, which instantly put both me and my baby at ease. She has a wonderful way of engaging with babies, turning each session into something that feels more like play than therapy, while still being incredibly effective. She always takes the time to explain what she’s doing and how we can support our baby’s progress at home, which has been so reassuring as a parent. We’ve always seen such positive progress under her care, and I’m so grateful to have had her support. I ended up going into labor about a week prior to the scheduled section, and Dr Lam was very reassuring and kind and was able to deliver my baby safely via c-section that same day. After reviewing many consultants I had chosen Dr Lam due to her patient reviews and I am very happy that I did. I always felt comfortable reaching out to her office with any questions or concerns prior to my child’s birth as well as after. I could understand what the Professor was saying and I think he could understand me. This has not always in the case at Chesterfield hospital. I felt comfortable in his presence which meant that I could explain my concerns easily and I felt he listened. Only after a short time I felt I could trust him. I was very surprised to learn that he did not consider me to have a prolapse. I only wish Professor Radley could have identified the specific reason for me having all these UTIs. Very good ,only thing is after surgery and just before final appointment I was asked for my bank details I had paid everything last Nov a month before my surgery they agreed everything was paid but wanted to have a bank card on record ,Why ? I was asked again when I went to see mr smith for my final check up ,absolutely no need if front of other people when I didn't owe anything it made me feel like I owed something even though she said it was a token just to have it on record

After a frustrating year with an ankle injury sustained playing football, seeing Alex at PSM has been great. Alex provided a detailed analysis of my gait and took a 3D scan of my foot to create orthoses customised to me. He also clearly explained what was going on with my ankle and how it can get better, having done a number of tests to pinpoint the issue. Highly recommend Alex for anyone struggling with a foot-related sports injury.

Overall I am satisfied with the service but I don't always feel like my consultant is as prepared for the consultation as he should be given how much it costs. I would expect him to have familiarised himself with my notes and previous conversations that we have had about treatment options. I find that I sometimes have to go over the same ground that we have discussed before.
