On the day of the procedure, his friendly and confident manner helped calm any nerves I had, and the operation itself was a complete success. My recovery was surprisingly quick and virtually painless, which I credit to his skill and expertise. I also want to highlight how wonderful his secretary and the entire team were throughout the whole process. Every member of staff was welcoming, organised, and genuinely caring. Communication was always smooth, and I felt supported at every stage. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I recently had a full right hip replacement. It is the first time I have undergone surgery so was obviously slightly apprehensive. From the initial meeting with Mr Jafri everything was explained comprehensively and my concerns were listened to and answered in a manner that left me feeling more confident. The pre surgery admissions team were all friendly and efficient and went out of their way to make me comfortable and took my fear of needles into account. The surgery team were very friendly ,supportive and professional. The operation went smoothly and the aftercare was excellent, from pain management to food and chat. The pain after surgery was a lot less than I had been experiencing with my arthritic hip so I was delighted. The same level of care was extended through recovery and physio and 8 weeks later I'm mobile and moving comfortably. Cannot fault the whole experience from start to finish.

Prior to surgery I was provided with all relevant information relating to what would happen and the aftercare that needed to be put in place to support me once I had completed my surgery and was returning home. I found the process efficient and without complication. I followed all the advice given to me by the medical team and I am pleased to say, I was able to resume my life enabling me to, drive without pain and returned to work within 5 weeks of my surgery (albeit a phased return) but I successfully completed 3 weeks and am now returning to normal working hours. Without this surgery I would not have been able to live my life, to put into simple terms - the surgery has 'given me my life back' for which I will be internally grateful, thank you. I can now go back to living my life which sounds a bit dramatic but is in fact TRUE!

I asked if Dr. Antbring if he could do the guided injection himself rather than go through ultra sound and he kindly agreed. The team were very attentive to each individuals needs, which made for a pleasant stay. Parking good, reception good, pharmacy good, everywhere very clean. All staff were friendly and efficient. They made sure that they had the right person for the right procedure, made sure I was hydrated and well, and checked that I would be looked after at home afterwards. I was very impressed. Also the sandwich afterwards was lovely.

I love coming to the clinic. The stuff is very friendly. The waiting room is bright and the decor is very tasteful with a clear feminine touch.
